Abstract

In Indonesia, although potatoes have high nutritional value and can be used as an important food source, there are still several reasons why people are not very interested in them. One of the main problems is the lack of knowledge about the benefits of potatoes and innovative and varied ways to cook them. Many Indonesians still eat rice as a source of carbohydrates, so potatoes are not considered a healthy alternative. The level of acceptance of potatoes in Indonesia is influenced by taste preferences and culinary culture in addition to these factors. Potatoes are often considered unfamiliar or not in accordance with local tastes because Indonesian people tend to prioritize traditional foods such as rice and noodles. Efforts are needed to change this perception by promoting potatoes as a versatile food ingredient that can be included in various traditional Indonesian dishes with modifications that suit local tastes. Therefore, we took the initiative to change the public's view of potatoes from just an ordinary food ingredient to a source of inspiration for creating creative and nutritious dishes called "POTATO BALL". Keywords: potatoes and innovative, source of carbohydrates, POTATO BALL

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study focuses on the importance of profitability and liquidity as indicators of a company's financial performance, especially in the property and real estate sector. This industry is highly influenced by economic fluctuations and changes in urban development, which can affect a company's ability to managel financial relsourcels. This study elxplorels thel intelraction of variablels in deltelrmining financial stability in this selctor. Thel purposel of this relselarch is to telst and analyzel thel elffelct of profitability and liquidity on financial distrelss modelrateld by salels growth in propelrty and relal elstatel companiels listeld on thel Indonelsia Stock Elxchangel for thel pelriod 2021-2023, in this casel using selcondary data.Thel sampling telchniquel in this study useld thel purposivel sampling melthod, and obtaineld 26 companiels. Thel telsting melthod useld; hypothelsis telsting and Modelrateld Relgrelssion Analysis (MRA), with thel SPSS 25 program tool. Proof of thel hypothelsis relsults that profitability has a significant nelgativel elffelct on financial difficultiels, and liquidity has a significant positivel elffelct on financial difficultiels. Abstract

AbstractIn the growing E- digital era, the use of information and communication technologies has been a key factor in the survival and growth of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). SMEs constitute the backbone of Indonesia’s reeconomy, contributing significantly to gross domestic product (GDP) and labor absorption. However, many SMEs still face challenges in accessing wider markets, promoting products, and increasing competitiveness. SMEs in Indonesia play a very vital role in the reeconomy, contributing almost 60% to GDP and absorbing a lot of labour. However, many SMEs are still lagging behind in terms of marketing, especially in utilizing E- digital technologies as per the current conditions. Abstract

ABSTRAK  Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh Kepercayaan dan Celebrity Endorser terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada konsumen Lazada.co.id di Kota Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang membeli Lazada.co.id di Kota Semarang yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui secara pasti. Sedang sampel yang diambil sejumlah 100 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan purposive sampling. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian : Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Kepercayaan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Celebrity Endorser terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Kepercayaan dan Celebrity Endorser secara bersama-sama terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.  Kata Kunci : Kepercayaan, Celebrity Endorser, Keputusan Pembelian  Abstract  The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Trust and Celebrity Endorser on Purchase Decisions on Lazada.co.id consumers in Semarang City. The population in this study are all consumers who buy Lazada.co.id in the city of Semarang, the number of which is not known with certainty. While the samples taken were 100 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis tool used in this research is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study: There is a positive and significant influence between Trust on Purchase Decisions, There is a positive and significant influence between Celebrity Endorser on Purchase Decisions, There is a positive and significant influence between Trust and Celebrity Endorser together on Purchase Decisions.  Keywords:  Trust, Celebrity Endorser, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis pendidikan karakter bagi Anak Usia Dini dari perspektif Islam di kelas B RA Perwanida XIV Nunggi. Pendidikan karakter merupakan fondasi penting dalam pembentukan pribadi anak yang bermoral dan berakhlak mulia. Islam sebagai agama yang komprehensif memberikan pedoman yang jelas tentang nilai-nilai moral dan etika yang harus ditanamkan sejak dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan guru, orang tua, dan analisis dokumen kurikulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pendidikan karakter di RA Perwanida XIV Nunggi telah berjalan dengan baik melalui berbagai kegiatan pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan nilai-nilai Islam seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, kesabaran, dan kasih sayang. Penelitian ini juga menemukan beberapa tantangan dalam penerapan pendidikan karakter, seperti keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya, serta perbedaan pemahaman dan penerapan nilai-nilai karakter antara lingkungan sekolah dan rumah. Oleh karena itu, kolaborasi antara guru, orang tua, dan lingkungan sekitar sangat diperlukan untuk menciptakan keselarasan dalam pendidikan karakter anak. Kesimpulannya, pendidikan karakter berbasis Islam di RA Perwanida XIV Nunggi memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk generasi muda yang berakhlak mulia. Penguatan kerjasama antara sekolah dan keluarga serta pengembangan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif menjadi kunci sukses dalam penerapan pendidikan karakter bagi Anak Usia Dini.

Abstract

Anxiety is one of the affective factors that can influence success in learning mathematics. Many studies have shown that the majority of students experience high levels of mathematics anxiety, and this condition can even be transferred to future mathematics teachers. This study aims to describe the mathematics anxiety of prospective mathematics teachers during discrete mathematics lectures. The research employed a descriptive quantitative method. The instrument used was an anxiety questionnaire, administered using a Likert scale. In addition, several open-ended questions were included to further describe the anxiety profile and support the quantitative data. The study involved 29 students from the Mathematics Department of the Ponorogo Islamic Institute of Religion. The results revealed that the majority (93.1%) of students experienced moderate levels of mathematics anxiety, while a small proportion (3.45%) experienced low or high anxiety. Based on the dimensional analysis, mathematics anxiety across the cognitive, psychological, and physiological dimensions was mostly categorized as moderate. However, in the physiological dimension, a considerable number of students (44.44%) reported low anxiety. The findings imply that lecturers should continue to develop innovative teaching strategies to help reduce students’ mathematics anxiety.
