Abstract

Pap smear merupakan salah satu metode untuk melakukan deteksi dini dari kanker leher rahim. Kajian ini membahas metode segmentasi dan analisis citra sel Pap smear menggunakan algoritme K-means agar sel sitoplasma, sel nukleus, dan sel radang dapat tersegmentasi secara otomatis. Hasil analisis fitur dari citra sel sitoplasma, nukleus, dan radang tersebut diklasifikasikan menggunakan algoritme J48 dengan data latih sebanyak 37 citra dan menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 94,594 %, presisi 95 %, dan sensitivitas sebesar 94,6 %. Pengujian klasifikasi pada data uji sebanyak 24 citra menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 91,6 %, presisi sebesar 92,5 % dan sensitivitas sebesar 91,7 %.

Abstract

Cervical cancer’s a gynecological malignancy in women that’s very dangerous, even causes death. Prevention through early detection of Pap smear test. It was carried out by pathologists with the help of a microscope still have obstacles in observations. There’re many studies on Pap smear image processing for helping pathologists in cell identification. Availability of Pap smear image dataset is needed in cervical cancer early detection research. The purpose of this study was to segment, feature extraction and classify 180 Pap smear images of RepoMedUNM. The method used to identify Pap smear images begins with preprocessing, namely changing the color in the image to L*a*b color, segmentation using the K-means method, extraction of 6 features, namely metric, eccentricity, contrast, correlation, energy, and homogeneity, and then identified by calculating the closest distance between the training data features and the test data features with the Euclidean distance. The result of identification ThinPrep Pap smear images in 3 classes achieve average accuracy of 93.33%, Non-ThinPrep Pap smear images in 2 classes achieve 90% average accuracy and the average accuracy of the overall in the 4 classes reached 92%. These results indicate that the proposed method can identify Pap smear images well.

Abstract

Kiwi fruit is known as a fruit rich in benefits because it contains many nutrients, sources as well as high antioxidants. In Indonesia, there are two varieties of kiwi fruit sold in the market, namely green kiwi and golden kiwi and there is one more variety, namely red kiwi. The content of the three varieties is different and the price is also different. Gold kiwi has the highest nutritional content so that the price is above other kiwi varieties, but from the outside the appearance of this kiwi fruit at a glance is the same and many people do not recognize the kiwi variety they will buy even though these three kiwi varieties have different tastes and nutritional content. For this reason, the researcher proposes a classification system for kiwi fruit varieties using the hard CNN method. The CNN method is one of the deep learning methods that can be used to recognize and classify an object in a digital image. Then the preprocessing process is carried out using labeling on the data. Then the CNN architecture is designed with Input containing 320x258x3 neurons. The data was then trained using 25 epochs with an accuracy rate of 0.98. Then the test data using test data get an average accuracy value of 0.987, while for precision and recall it is also the same at 0.987

Abstract

The Mantoux test is a test performed to detect tuberculosis, a test performed by injecting protein into the skin tissue of the left hand, this testis mostly done because it feels more accurate the results, the way the Mantoux test works is to measure the diameter of the protein-given area, if the diameter is less than 5 mm, the patient is not diagnosed with tuberculosis, but if the diameter of the area given by the protein exceeds 5 mm then the patient is diagnosed with tuberculosis. To help simplify the calculation, the area of the Mantoux test needs to be image processing. In this study image processing uses K-Means clustering method with edge detection, then the calculation of diameter after edge detection. And the end result is the image of the Mantoux test area can easily be calculated in diameter, without having to make measurements using a manual ruler.

Abstract

Ortotik Prostetik adalah salah satu pelayanan kesehatan untuk pembuatan dan pemasangan alat bantu pada pasien. Pelayanan kesehatan ortotik dan prostetik di berikan oleh seorang Ortotis Prosthesis dalam hal alat bantu kesehatan berupa orthosis maupun prosthesis untuk Kesehatan jasmani dan rohani berbasis ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi adalah individu, kelompok yang disebabkan oleh disfungsi dan defisit motorik tungkai dan batang, serta kehilangan anggota tubuh dengan akibat anatomis, fisiologis, anatomis, dan fisiologis. PT. Orthocare Indonesia menyediakan alat kesehatan ortotik,contohnya ada cervical, spinal, knee, dan ankle. PT.Orthocare Indonesia menjual alat kesehatan ready stok yang terdiri dari cervical, spinal, knee, ankle. Karena banyaknya alat kesehatan yang dijual maka penulis akan meneliti penjualan alat kesehatan orthotic. Solusi dalam permasalahan ini adalah melakukan perhitungan data mining untuk menentukan penjualan produk alat kesehatan ortotik dengan menggunakan Metode Apriori. Dimana metode ini dipilih karena metode ini mampu untuk memprediksi penjualan alat kesehatan ortotik untuk masa yang akan datang. Ruang lingkup penelitian ini hanya pada variable-variabel yang berkaitan dengan penjualan alat kesehatan setiap tahunnya sehingga dapat menentukan tipe alat kesehatan apa saja yang laku terjual. Metode Apriori sendiri sebagai prediksi penjualan untuk tahun berikutnya dan acuan perusahaan untuk melakukan persediaan barang menganalisa alat Kesehatan dapat menggunakan Metode Apriori sebagai alat bantu memprediksi penjualan alat kesehatan ortotik, menentukan berapa banyak stok alat kesehatan yang laku terjual setiap tahun dan mempermudah perusahaan dalam ketersediaan alat kesehatan. PT.Orthocare Indonesia sells ready stock medical devices consisting of cervical, spinal, knee, ankle. Due to the large number of medical devices sold, the author will examine the sale of orthotic medical devices. The solution to this problem is to perform data mining calculations to determine sales of orthotic medical device products using the Apriori Method. Where this method was chosen because this method is able to predict sales of orthotic medical devices for the future. The scope of this research is only on the variables related to the sale of medical devices each year so that it can determine what types of medical devices are sold. The result of this research is that the a priori method can predict sales of Orthotic medical device products well and management can use rules to develop strategies that can increase the number of medical device stocks that are ordered by consumers

Abstract

Abstract: Teaching staff needs to understand the tools for making reports. Teaching staff at TPQ Bina Ummah still have difficulties in reporting at the end of the semester. Training activities for making reports using the Microsoft Excel application for teaching staff at the Bina Ummah Al-Qur'an Educational Park (TPQ) Bina Ummah, Tanjung Priok District, North Jakarta, are activities organized in the provision of knowledge and how to use tools, tables, formulas, and others on the Microsoft Excel application in detail and depth for teaching staff. The training method used is to practice directly on a laptop and raise cases that are usually worked on by teaching staff in conducting end-of-semester reporting. The output of this training activity is that participants can design reports using tables, present report information using diagrams, process data effectively and efficiently           Keywords: data processing; report; TPQ Bina Ummah Tanjung PriokAbstrak: Tenaga pengajar perlu memahami alat untuk membuat laporan. Tenaga pengajar di TPQ Bina Ummah masih kesulitan dalam melakukan pelaporan akhir semester. Kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan laporan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel pada tenaga pengajar di Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ) Bina Ummah Kecamatan Tanjung Priok, Jakarta Utara, adalah kegiatan yang diselenggarakan dalam pemberian pengetahuan dan cara menggunakan tools, tabel, rumus-rumus, dan lain-lainnya pada aplikasi Microsoft Excel secara rinci serta mendalam untuk para tenaga pengajar. Metode pelatihan yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan praktek secara langsung di laptop dan mengangkat kasus-kasus yang biasa di kerjakan oleh para tenaga pengajar dalam melakukan pelaporan akhir semester. Output dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah peserta dapat merancang laporan dengan menggunakan tabel-tabel, penyajian informasi laporan menggunakan diagram, memproses data-data dengan efektif dan efesien.Kata kunci: laporan; pengolahan data; TPQ bina ummah tanjung priok

Abstract

Google Adswords is a product that you can use to promote your business, help sell products or services, raise awareness, and increase traffic to your site. Nayaka Technology is currently using the services of Google Adswords as a way to boost sales and expand the network. However, because broadcast planning was not carried out in advance, the results obtained were not satisfactory. In the next campaign, planning will be carried out first using the history on the previous campaign's broadcast reports, the data is processed using data mining techniques to predict the market. The model used is the C4.5 algorithm, the results of the C4.5 algorithm model are tested using a confusion matrix and get 92.70% of accuracy, 78.23% of precision and 97.25% of recall.Keywords: Google Adswords, Algoritma C4.5, Data Mining.

Abstract

The pandemic that has hit almost all countries has limited human movement, and so has Indonesia. The pandemic has affected many sectors, especially the economy, and business, and one of them is education. At the beginning of the pandemic era, the education system in Indonesia implemented the distance learning method, and now, some universities are still implementing it. Several campuses in Indonesia utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) to support distance learning, in which the learning process can take place and be as effective as face-to-face learning. This research uses quantitative methods to focus on the effectiveness of LMS at several Indonesian universities during the pandemic. One hundred thirty-four students from 41 universities in Indonesia participated in this study. The results of this study are that online assessment, online teaching effectiveness, and online support do not significantly affect student online learning satisfaction. In contrast, gender does not significantly affect learning satisfaction and intention to use online learning with LMS.

Abstract

PT. Sumber Natural Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang restoran dengan merek dagang Golden Lamian. Pada sistem bisnis berjalannya, restoran Golden Lamian masih menerapkan sistem reimbursment biaya operasional secara manual. Sistem manual tersebut mengakibatkan waktu yang lama untuk dokumen sampai kepada staff finance, mengingat restoran Golden Lamian sudah tersebar didalam dan diluar Pulau Jawa. Maka dari itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang timbul akibat pengajuan reimbursment yang masih dilakukan secara manual dengan cara membangun sebuah sistem informasi reimbursment  berbasis website agar dapat diakses oleh seluruh outlet serta meminimalisir adanya kehilangan dokumen yang diakibatkan oleh proses pengiriman dokumen. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode prototype dengan melibatkan para users agar sistem yang dibangun sesuai dengan kebutuhan users. Dengan adanya sistem informasi yang telah dibangun,  sistem tersebut dapat mempercepat proses pengajuan reimbursment sehingga arus kas pada outlet dapat berjalan lebih efektif.
