Abstract

Nowadays human needs are getting higher making companies compete with each other to meet human needs and get profits. Entrepreneurship is a career that is increasingly in demand because of the greater opportunities. Because high trade competition at this time, vocational schools need to give encouragement to students' entrepreneurial abilities by forming mini mart business unit. Entrepreneurial practice is made to produce graduates with good knowledge and can compete in the business world. The mini market business unit is expected to hone students' trading skills with economic activities related to daily, buying and selling merchandise. SMK Batik 1 Surakarta believe these economic activities can foster an entrepreneurial spirit and students' interest in commerce. This study uses qualitative methods to find out the meaning of mini mart, management, and benefits for all school members. This research was conducted to find out more in-depth methods of developing trade skills of Batik students at SMK 1 Surakarta and expectations for school graduates.

Abstract

                                                       ABSTRACTThis community service activity aims to enhance the skills and competencies of vocational high school (SMK) teachers in implementing the Student Profile Strengthening Project on Pancasila Values and Work Culture (P5BK), designed to provide tangible benefits for SMK stakeholders, particularly in fostering a strong work culture among students. The service model employed includes an intensive workshop followed by continuous training and mentoring for SMK teachers. The activity was conducted at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Karanganyar with 50 teachers participating from four major study areas: Accounting and Financial Institutions (AKL), Office Management and Administration (OTKP), Digital Business and Marketing, and Culinary Arts. The workshop involved hands-on training to strengthen teachers' understanding and skills in applying this project within the school environment. Based on program evaluation, 86% of participants demonstrated a strong understanding of the P5BK concepts and goals during the presentation phase. Furthermore, the training and mentoring phase revealed that 80% of participants felt prepared and capable of implementing P5BK in their teaching activities. These results indicate that the community service activity successfully increased teachers’ readiness to support the strengthening of the student profile on Pancasila values and the development of an applicable and relevant work culture at SMK.Keywords: project for strengthening pancasila student profiles, work culture, vocational school                                                           ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kompetensi guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) dalam melaksanakan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dan Budaya Kerja (P5BK), yang dirancang untuk memberikan manfaat nyata bagi para pemangku kepentingan SMK, khususnya dalam membangun budaya kerja yang kuat di kalangan siswa. Workshop ini melibatkan pelatihan praktik untuk memperkuat pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam menerapkan projek tersebut di lingkungan sekolah. Berdasarkan evaluasi program, 86% peserta menunjukkan pemahaman yang kuat terhadap konsep dan tujuan P5BK selama tahap penyampaian materi. Selain itu, pada tahap pelatihan dan pendampingan, 80% peserta merasa siap dan mampu melaksanakan P5BK dalam kegiatan pembelajaran mereka. Abstract

The Yatim Putri Aisyiyah Orphanage Branch in West City strives to provide the children in the orphanage with the knowledge and life skills necessary for independent and morally upright living in the future. This preparation serves as a means for the orphanage children to have a bright future and be beneficial to others. Entrepreneurship is one of the life skills developed by the orphanage to foster interest, creativity, and innovation for future independent living. There are several types of simple processed food products that can be made by the girls in the orphanage, such as bangsren, galantin, dim sum, risoles, sausages, croquettes, cilok, and so on. The vacuum frozen model is chosen as the packaging for the products, ensuring that they can be stored for a long time, easily carried, and marketed through digital-based social media. The method of implementing community service is done by combining counseling, training, practice, and mentoring. The results of community service activities are as follows: (1) The Yatim Putri Aisyiyah children have gained knowledge about entrepreneurship and insight into independent living without relying on others. (2) The Yatim Putri Aisyiyah children have mastered productive life skills in the production and marketing of light processed products using social media as preparation for their future after leaving the orphanage.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of business capital and entrepreneurial behavior partially and simultaneously on business success in Bayat District, Klaten Regency. Research with a quantitative type uses a descriptive research design. The population of furniture entrepreneurs in Bayat District is 20 furniture entrepreneurs. The research sample for furniture entrepreneurs in Bayat District, Klaten Regency was 20 furniture entrepreneurs. The data collection method used a questionnaire and was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 29.0 for Windows program. The results showed that there was no effect of business capital on business success as indicated by the probability value of the t test which was 0.356 which was greater than α = 0.05, there was an influence of entrepreneurial behavior on business success as indicated by the probability value of the t test of 0.001 which was smaller than α = 0.05, and there is an influence of business capital and entrepreneurial behavior on business success as indicated by the probability value of the F test 0.001 which is smaller than α = 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the analysis of consumer decisions Wedangan Omah Lawas in terms of instagrammable place, product innovation and online promotion through social media. The research method used is qualitative with case study design. Research Data were collected from four consumers who visited Wedangan Omah Lawas. Data collection techniques used in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using interactive models according to Milles & Huberman with the steps of data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing/ verification. While the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results of this study are; the decision of consumers to visit Wedangan Omah Lawas is based on instagrammable places that present different photo spots from other places and focus on ancient themes, product innovation by developing food menus and Wedangan Omah Lawas provides several special menus such as Monday and Tuesday offers sego bancaan menus, on Wednesday offers sego jangan lodeh menus, on Thursday offers lontong sayur menus and on, Sunday offers Sego sambel cumi menu and online promotion through social media by uploading photos or videos accompanied by interesting and informative captions.

Abstract

The implementation of the Merdeka curriculum is one of the efforts This study aims to determine how the influence of service quality on customer loyalty freight services PT Karya Bersama Blora, how the influence of customer satisfaction on the loyalty of freight services PT Karya Bersama Blora, and how the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction simultaneously on customer loyalty freight services PT Karya Bersama Blora. The sample used was 50. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach and explanatory research methods. The results showed that there is a significant effect of service quality variables on customer loyalty by obtaining a calculated t value of 3.227 > 2.011 (t table) or significance value of 0.002 < 0.05 and there is a significant effect of customer satisfaction variables on customer loyalty by obtaining a calculated t value of 3.782 > 2.011 (t table) or significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the F test can be seen that the variable quality of Service and customer satisfaction has a value of F count 41.393 > 3.19 (F table), the significance value of 0.000 > 0.05 can be interpreted that the quality of Service and customer satisfaction simultaneously affect customer loyalty.
