Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dua hal utama. Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menekankan analisisnya pada data-data numerical (angka) yang diolah dengan metode statistik, Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepercayaan diperoleh t hitung sebesar 7,129 dan t tabel sebesar 1,9852 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 dengan menggunakan batas signifikan sebesar 0,05. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa 7,129 > 1,9852 atau 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti H4 diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan online shopping. Berdasarkan hasil uji F dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai f hitung > f tabel yaitu 110,278 > 2,47 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00 dimana nilai ini < 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa brand image, persepsi kemudahan, persepsi kualitas dan kepercayaan secara bersamaan atau simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penggunaan online shopping. Kata kunci : Brand Image, Persepsi Kemudahan, dan Online Shopping

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Social Media marketing on Repurchase Intent with Brand Image and Brand Awareness as intervening variables in Scarlett Whitening Products. In this study using 180 respondents. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. Data was collected through an online questionnaire and processed using the Partial Least Square analysis tool  with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study show that: Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Brand Image. Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Brand Awareness. Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intent. Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intent. Brand Awareness has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intent. Brand Image is able to mediate the influence of Social Media Marketing on Repurchase Intent. Brand Awareness is able to mediate the influence of Social Media Marketing on Repurchase Intent

Abstract

This research addresses the challenge of maintaining competitiveness and customer satisfaction in fitness centers, during the increasing popularity of fitness activities after the COVID-19 pandemic. With a study case of RPM Body Fitness, this research aims to explore the correlation of Social Media Marketing, Service Quality, Brand Image, and Customer Satisfaction. The number of samples used in this study was 104 using non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling methods. In this study, the tool used to analyze is the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the help of SMART PLS 4.0 software. The results of the analysis show that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand image, Social media marketing does not have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, Service quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image, Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, Brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, Brand image can mediate social media marketing on customer satisfaction, Brand image can mediate service quality on customer satisfaction. RPM Body Fitness has successfully treated its customers with great customer service and optimized its social media to increase brand image and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Research aims: This study aims to determine whether entrepreneurial capability mediates the association between an internship, entrepreneurship training, networking learning, and startup performance.Design/Methodology/Approach: This research design is quantitative. The population in this exploration totaled 869 UMS Independent Entrepreneurial Students. Purposive sampling was the sampling method used. The sample size of this study was 250 respondents. Utilizing SMARTPLS software, the Partial Least Square (PLS) was employed to analyze the data in this study.Research findings: Internships, entrepreneurship training, and networking learning had a significant positive effect on startup performance by fostering a portion of their entrepreneurial capabilities.Theoretical contribution/Originality: This research contributes to the field of entrepreneurship in startup companies. In addition, it provides insight into the millennial generation's entrepreneurship to motivate them to become young entrepreneurs. This research also discusses corporate entrepreneurship.Practitioners/Policy implications: Companies need to know what factors affect startup performance so that they can make policies based on the existing conditions for the creation of quality startup companies.Research limitations/Implications: Based on the research done and the research results obtained, several limitations to the research exist. The questionnaire in this study was closed so that each respondent only answered the answer criteria provided. It could allow each respondent to answer the questionnaire, not by the actual situation. Also, the respondents in this study were only limited according to the level of respondents who were within the sample criteria. In this study, it was only limited to the independent and mediating variables. As for other factors that might affect startup performance, they were not examined.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of empowering leadership and compensation systems mediated by Employee Intrinsic Motivation on Turnover Intention at PT. Industrial Morowali Industry Park Bahadopi Regency, Central Sulawesi, while the research method used is quantitative correlation analysis using SMART PLS 3 with 166 employee samples as a result of removing outliers. The results of this study indicate that Empowering leadership, Compensation system, and Employee intrinsic motivation have a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Empowering Leadership, Compensation system has a positive and significant effect on Employee intrinsic motivation then Empowering leadership, Compensation system has a positive and significant effect on Turnover intention mediated by Employe intrinsic motivation.

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi ialah suatu pendidikan tertinggi yang memiliki tanggung jawab untuk menyedikan sumber daya manusia di Negara Indonesia yang memiliki kemampuan dan keprabadian yang baik dan didukung dengan penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi (Karim, 2020). Seiring perkembangan teknologi dan sistem informasi ditandai dengan Revolusi 4.0 dimana era tersebut terdapat perubahan perilaku manusia yaitu setiap aktivas manuasi dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknologi.  Karim, (2020) mengungkapkan bahwa selama tahun 2018-2019 telah banyak kajian seminar di Perguruan Tinggi terdapat berbagai perubahan yang berdampak pada pengelolaan Peindidikan di Indonesia. Beberapa tantangan dinataranya harus mengkobinasikan teknologi cyber otomasi. Dengan demikian, teknologi 4.0 Perguruan tinggi perlu di fokuskan pada penyediaan kebutuhan yang ditunjang dengan IOT (Internet Of Things), Big Data dan Cyber Security. Artinya bahwa kemajuan teknologi informasi berbasis internet supercepat yang dapat dijadikan sebagai penunjang Perguruan Tinggi dalam menyelengarakan pendidikan. Hal tersebut sudah dilakukan oleh Perguruan tinggi dalam meningkatkan karyawan dan saat ini telah monerahkan berbagai hasil positif baik dibidang akademik maupun administratif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh tacit knowledge dan technological capability dengan mediasi innovation behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan Perguruan tinggi. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan Perguruang tinggi Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo dan Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta berjumlah berjumlah 186 karyawan. Dari hasil penelitian ini tacit knowledge berpengaruh positif terhadap innovation behavior, technological capability berpengaruh positif terhadap innovation behavior, tacit knowledge berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karaywan. Innovation behavior memberikan pengaruh positif dalam memediasi tacit knowledge terhadap kinerja karyawan. sedangkan innovation behavior memberikan pengaruh positif dalam memediasi technological capability terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarnkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, sebaiknya Perguruan tinggi perlu meningkatkan tacit knowledge karyawan melalui kegiatan diskusi seacara rutin anatara pimpinan dan karyawan. Untuk meningkatkan technological capability, sebaiknya Perguruan tinggi perlu mengadakan pelatihan dibidang teknologi.   Higher education is the highest education that has the responsibility to provide human resources in the State of Indonesia that have good abilities and personalities and are supported by mastery of science and technology (Karim, 2020). Along with the development of technology and information systems marked by Revolution 4.0 where this era there are changes in human behavior, namely every human activity can be carried out using technology.  Karim, (2020) revealed that during 2018-2019 there have been many seminar studies in Higher Education there are various changes that have an impact on the management of Education in Indonesia. Some of the challenges include having to combine automation cyber technology. Thus, technology 4.0 Higher Education needs to focus on providing needs supported by IOT (Internet Of Things), Big Data and Cyber Security. This means that the advancement of super-fast internet-based information technology can be used as a support for universities in organizing education. This has been done by universities in improving employees and currently has monerahkan various positive results both in the academic and administrative fields. This study aims to determine the effect of tacit knowledge and technological capability with mediation of innovation behavior on the performance of higher education employees. The object of this research is the employees of Perguruang Tinggi Muhammadiyah Ponorogo University and Muhammadiyah Surakarta University totaling 186 employees. From the results of this study, tacit knowledge has a positive effect on innovation behavior, technological capability has a positive effect on innovation behavior, tacit knowledge has a positive effect on employee performance. Innovation behavior has a positive influence in mediating tacit knowledge on employee performance. while innovation behavior has a positive influence in mediating technological capability on employee performance. From the results of this study, it is suggested that to improve employee performance, universities should increase employee tacit knowledge through regular discussions between leaders and employees. To improve technological capability, universities should conduct training in the field of technology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat mahasiswa milenial di Kota Surakarta dalam menggunakan uang elektronik (QRIS) sebagai model pembayaran. QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) yang diperkenalkan oleh Bank Indonesia pada tahun 2019 telah menjadi salah satu inovasi utama dalam sistem pembayaran digital di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui survey online. Model penelitian ini didasarkan pada Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), yang mencakup variabel performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, dan facilitating conditions, serta memasukkan sikap (attitude) sebagai variabel mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, dan facilitating conditions memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap niat mahasiswa dalam menggunakan QRIS. Sikap (attitude) juga terbukti menjadi variabel mediasi yang kuat dalam hubungan ini. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pembuat kebijakan, penyedia layanan keuangan, dan pengembang teknologi dalam merancang strategi untuk meningkatkan adopsi QRIS di kalangan mahasiswa. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini berkontribusi secara praktis dan teoritis dalam memahami serta mempromosikan penggunaan QRIS sebagai metode pembayaran yang efisien dan inklusif di kalangan mahasiswa di Kota Surakarta.

Abstract

Research entitled The Effect of Product Quality, Online Customer Review, and Free Promo Ongkir on Repurchase Intention at Marketplace TikTok Shop. In this study, using quantitative analysis with purposive sampling technique. The population of this study were FEB UMS students who had bought products at the TikTok Shop marketplace. The number of samples in this study were 196 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale standardized using SPSS version 26 and data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are that product quality has a positive and significant impact on repurchase intention, online customer reviews have a positive and significant impact on repurchase intention, and free shipping promos have a positive and significant impact on repurchase intention. Product quality, online customer reviews and free shipping promos simultaneously have an impact on TikTok Shop marketplace repurchase intentions

Abstract

This study focuses on analyzing the impact of live streaming features and ease of use on purchase intention for Muslim fashion products on Shopee, with consumer trust as a mediator. The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to 150 respondents who are active Shopee users in Sukoharjo Regency. Data analysis is performed using SmartPLS 3 to test the structural model and relationships between variables. The results show that live streaming and ease of use significantly affect consumer trust. Live streaming features also significantly affect purchase intention, while ease of use does not. Consumer trust is proven to mediate the relationship between live streaming features and purchase intention, as well as between ease of use and purchase intention. This research provides important implications for e-commerce industry practitioners, especially in marketing strategies for Muslim fashion products through the Shopee platform, highlighting the importance of live streaming features and building consumer trust to enhance purchase intention.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi tanah yang kurang optimal dan ketersediaan air yang tidak menentu di Desa Cabeyan, Kecamatan Bendosari, Sukoharjo, yang mempengaruhi kegiatan pertanian dari Kelompok Wanita Tani Sri Rejeki. Mengatasi masalah tersebut, pelatihan budidaya tanaman sayuran secara hidroponik diadakan sebagai alternatif pemanfaatan lahan pertanian yang lebih efisien dan berkelanjutan. Hidroponik, sebagai teknik budidaya tanaman yang menggunakan air sebagai media tanam dengan penambahan nutrisi, memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan hasil panen sayuran yang dapat digunakan sebagai bahan substitusi pangan pokok dan menambah nilai gizi. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kepada anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani Sri Rejeki dalam menguasai teknik hidroponik serta pemanfaatan hasil panen untuk pembuatan mie sehat berbahan substitusi sayur bayam. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan demonstrasi, yang berlangsung selama satu bulan pada Oktober 2024 dengan peserta sebanyak 25 orang. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan, motivasi, dan keterampilan peserta, serta keberhasilan memanfaatkan hasil panen sayuran hidroponik untuk diversifikasi pangan dalam bentuk mie bayam yang bernilai gizi tinggi.
