Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh testimoni, kualitas pelayanan dan persepsi harga layanan yang dimediasi oleh variabel variety seeking terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada calon konsumen jasa titip (@Jastipsolo_) yang belum pernah menggunakan jasa titip (@Jastipsolo_) dan berusia minimal 17 tahun dengan menggunakan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS yang perhitungannya dibantu dengan program SmartPLS 3.2.9. Analisis evaluasi model Partial Least Square (PLS) dilakukan dengan evaluasi outer model dan evaluasi inner model. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah testimoni memiliki pengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada jasa titip (@Jastipsolo_). Sedangkan kualitas pelayanan dan persepsi harga layanan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada jasa titip (@Jastipsolo_). Testimoni, kualitas pelayanan dan persepsi harga layanan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variety seeking. Variety seeking memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Testimoni dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada jasa titip (@Jastipsolo_) melalui mediasi variety seeking. Sedangkan persepsi harga layanan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada jasa titip (@Jastipsolo_) melalui mediasi variety seeking. Implikasi : Hasil ini memiliki implikasi bagi penyedia usaha jasa titip, khususnya @Jastipsolo_ terkait dalam hal strategi pemasaran, testimoni yang memunculkan hal negatif dapat memperlemah variety seeking dan keputusan pembelian pada jasa titip (@Jastipsolo_). Semakin tinggi kualitas pelayanan, maka dapat meningkatkan variety seeking dan keputusan pembelian pada jasa titip (@Jastipsolo_). Dan semakin baik persepsi harga layanan, maka dapat memperkuat variety seeking dan keputusan pembelian pada jasa titip (@Jastipsolo_).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of current ratio, and total asset turnover on profit growth. Current ratio is one of liquidity ratio and total asset turnover is one of activity ratio. This type of research is quantitative data. The population used in this study is all companies registered in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) period 2016-2020. This research hypothesis test uses secondary data with purposive sampling techniques and companies that meet the criteria of 18 companies. Secondary data uses data collection by means of documentation. The analysis methods used are Multiple regression test of panel data, Classic assumption test, goodness of fit model accuracy test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study partially show that the current ratio has a significant positive effect on profit growth. While total asset turnover negatively affects profit growth. Simultaneously the current ratio and total asset turnover have a significant effect simultaneously on the company's profit growth.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Al-Quran Ath-Thohiriyah Muhammadiyah (PPTAAM) mengalami kesulitan dalam mencari santri baru. Sehingga, pihak pondok mengatasi masalah tersebut melalui pemasaran media sosial. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Al-Quran Ath-Thohiriyah Muhammadiyah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pengurus Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Al-Quran Ath-Thohiriyah Muhammadiyah tentang penggunaan sosial media marketing untuk meningkatkan jangkauan pemasaran. Kegiatan berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada pengurus pesantren yang berjumlah 10 orang. Proses kegiatan yang dilakukan: (1) sosialisasi dan persiapan pengabdian; (2) pelatihan dan pendapingan digital marketing, branding, konten digital dan sosial media; dan (3) evaluasi pemahaman peserta. Hasil pengabdian didapati bahwa pelatihan telah terlaksana dengan baik, adanya peningkatan pemahaman pengurus terhadap materi sosial media marketing, hasil pretest peserta rata-rata 75% dan setelah pelatihan hasil posttest peserta rata-rata 99%, ada peningkatan 24%. Respon peserta terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan sangat bagus. Setelah diadakan pelatihan ada kenaikan jumlah follower media sosial pesantren dan jumlah percakapan melalui direct message (DM) Instagram.Abstract: The Tahfidz Al-Quran Islamic Boarding School Ath-Thohiriyah Muhammadiyah (PPTAAM) is having difficulties in finding new students. To overcome this problem, social media marketing will be implemented. Community service at the Tahfidz Al-Quran Ath-Thohiriyah Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School aims to increase the knowledge of the administrators of the Tahfidz Al-Quran Ath-Thohiriyah Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School regarding the use of social media marketing to increase marketing reach. Activities in the form of training and mentoring for boarding school administrators totaling 10 people. The community service process carried out: (1) socialization and preparation for community service; (2) training and assistance in digital marketing, branding, digital content and social media; dan (3) evaluating participants' understanding. The results of the service found that the training had been carried out well, there was an increase in the management's understanding of social media marketing materials, the results of the pre-test participants were on average 75% and after the training the post-test results for participants were an average of 99%, there was an increase of 24%.The response of the participants to the implementation of the activity was very good. After the training, there was an increase in the number of pesantren's social media followers and the number of conversations via Instagram direct messages (DM).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of the double mediation of cognition-based trust and affect-based trust, along with the quality of the exchanges (perceived organi­zational support/POS and leader-member exchange/LMX), on the influence of organi­zational justice on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The survey involved 182 contract lecturers from the five top Muhammadiyah universities in Indonesia. Using structural equation models, this study has succeeded in demonstrating that the quality of the individual exchanges between supervisors and subordinates (LMX and affective-based trust) successfully mediate the sources of justice from the supervisors (interactional and informational justice). The quality of the individual exchanges with organizations (cogni­tive-based trust and POS) successfully mediate the sources of the organization (procedur­al justice). Implications for the theory and practice are discussed.

Abstract

Research aims: As the dust of the COVID-19 pandemic settles, one apparent theme of the resulting economic crisis is uncertainties. The uncertainties especially hurt the MSMEs, which often possess limited organizational resources and capabilities. Referred to the ability to evolve as the environments do, resilience has been seen as a mantra for MSMEs’ survival and success. The purpose of the current study is twofold. Firstly, this study seeks to examine the effect of innovation, resource capability, and social capital on the resilience of MSMEs in Indonesia. Secondly, this study is aimed to examine the relationship between company performance and resilience.Design/Methodology/Approach: Employing a quantitative approach, hypothesis testing utilized Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis techniques with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The population in the current inquiry was MSMEs owned by families in Solo Raya, Indonesia. The number of MSMEs involved was 215 MSMEs owned by families.Research findings: Resource capability, innovation, and social capital were found to positively influence the performance of MSMEs, which in turn affected the resilience of MSMEs.Theoretical contribution/Originality: The research findings provide a business resilience construct in third-world, grassroots enterprises where social and cultural factors dominate.Practitioner/Policy implication: Governmental programs, such as exhibitions or workshops, aimed at strengthening MSMEs’ social capital and internal capabilities and cultivating innovation culture are encouraged to assist MSMEs’ survival during economic hardships.Research limitation/Implication: This study only focused on MSMEs in the Greater Solo Region of Central Java, Indonesia, during the COVID-19 pandemic. Further studies thus are encouraged to test the results in other economic and cultural settings.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of technology acceptance factors and website service quality in measuring customer satisfaction and loyalty for online shopping. This research was conducted in Mamuju, Indonesia. The sample was selected using accidental sampling involving 200 Shopee marketplace users. The data in this study were processed using structural Equation Molding (SEM) with partial least square alternative 3.0 (PLS). The results of this study indicate that the technology acceptance factor has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, the technology acceptance factor has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, website service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, website service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on consumer loyalty as well as customer satisfaction also plays a moderating role in the technology acceptance factor on loyalty through customer satisfaction and website service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perubahan kurikulum, kualitas pelayanan, dan personal selling terhadap keputusan pembelian buku-buku PAUD di Cv. Media Utama yang dimediasi kebutuhan produk. Teknik kuantitatif digunakan dalam metode penelitian ini. strategi untuk analisis data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa ternyata perubahan kurikulum tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan CV. Media Utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ternyata perubahan kurikulum memang berpengaruh terhadap kebutuhan produk pelanggan dari CV. Media Utama. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa ternyata perubahan kurikulum juga tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan yang dimoderasi oleh kebutuhan produk pelanggan dari CV. Media Utama. Kualitas pelayanan dan kebutuhan produk tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen buku CV. Media Utama. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara personal selling dengan keputusan pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

Tiktok is one of the several online shopping applications created as a result of the advent of the internet. This study attempts to identify the impact of shop trust, content marketing, and brand perception on Tiktok purchasing decisions. Purposive sampling is used in this quantitative research method, which collects data from a sample of 100 respondents using a questionnaire. Multiple regression to analyze data. The study's findings show that while content marketing has a favorable and significant impact on buying behavior with sig. value 0.000, brand image has no discernible influence with a sig value of 0.395. With a sig value of 0.000, shop trust has a favorable and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Brand image, content marketing, and shop trust all have an impact on purchasing choices at the same time or simultaneously influence.

Abstract

Pemerintah Kota Surakarta, melalui Dinas Pariwisata, telah mencanangkan Program Pengembangan Kampung Tematik sejak akhir tahun 2022 lalu. Program ini didasarkan pada karakteristik atau ciri khas masing-masing kampung yang memang telah berkembang sejak awal berdirinya Surakarta. Pada masa itu munculnya suatu perkampungan dan penamaannya memang dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kepentingan dan kegiatan dari para penghuni atau penguasa (toponimi). Kemlayan merupakan salah satu kampung yang masuk dalam prioritas Pengembangan Kampung Tematik ini. Dalam hal ini, keberadaan Kampung Kemlayan nantinya akan diarahkan sebagai Kampung Wisata Budaya, sesuai dengan cikal bakal Kemlayan sebagai kampung pengrawit sejak masa PB IV. Namun perjalanan selama lebih dari dua abad tentunya telah membawa perubahan karakteristik yang cukup besar pada Kemlayan. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk memetakan kembali potensi kawasan secara komprehensif, sehingga bisa dijadikan sebagai dasar pijakan awal dalam menunjang keberhasilan Program Pengembangan Kampung Tematik tersebut dan menjadi motor penggerak dalam menciptakan destinasi wisata yang menitikberatkan pada budaya dan tradisi.

Abstract

The study goals is to understand how facilities, research, and design influences training effectiveness at The Surakarta Vocational and Productivity Training Center. A sort of research as many as 96 respondents took part in this quantitative training at The Surakarta Vocational and Productivity Training Center. Primary data with measurement scales likert and data analysis using SPSS version 26 make up the research data sources. Dependent variables include the effectiveness of the training, whereas independent variables include the context, substance, and methodology of the training, as well as the competency of the trainers and the training facilities. According to the study's findings, (a) context, content, and material training are positively and significantly related to training effectiveness; (b) The method of training is The competency trainer is similarly positively and significantly connected to training effectiveness; (c) Training effectiveness is related to training effectiveness; (d)The training facilities are important to training efficacy and have a beneficial influence.
