Abstract

Sumber daya minyak dan gas alam dunia yang berasal dari energi fosil semakin berkurang. Sehingga pengembangan penelitian sumber energi alternatif semakin sering dilakukan, salah satunya adalah produksi gas metana secara anaerobik. Gas metana menghasilkan rasio energi output/input yang cukup besar yaitu 28 Mj/Mj. Sumber gas metana yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah biomassa berlignoselulosa berupa limbah jerami padi, karena jumlahnya mencapai 180 juta ton tiap tahunnya dan sebanyak 36-62% dibuang dan dibakar oleh masyarakat. Selama ini fermentasi anaerobik biomassa berlignoselulosa banyak mengalami kendala, karena sulitnya tiga polymer selulosa, lignoselulosa dan hemiselulosa dipecah oleh bakteri penghasil metana.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meneliti pengaruh mikroorganisme rumen dalam produksi biogas dari limbah jerami padi. Diharapkan dengan inokulasi mikroorganisme rumen, yield metana yang dihasilkan lebih baik dan prosesnya bisa lebih cepat sehingga limbah jerami padi bisa dimanfaatkan menjadi sumber energy terbarukan.Metodologi penelitian yang dilakukan pertama-tama adalah mem-pretreatment jerami padi dengan thermal dan mekanis untuk memudahkan degradasi terhadap lignin yang mengganggu fermentasi anaerobik jerami padi, kemudian menginokulasikan mikroorganisme rumen dengan variabel volume 5%, 10% dan 15%. Kondisi operasi penelitian dengan sistem batch selama 21 hari, pH 6-7, suhu 30–40oC, dan tekanan 1 atm. Hasil penelitian terbaik sementara adalah konsentrasi CH4 pada variabel 15% pada hari ke – 21 sebesar 56.484 ppm.

Abstract

Penyajian informasi yang kurang efektif pada situs web institusi pemerintahan dapatdisebabkan karena terlambatnya informasi tersebut dipublikasikan. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk menganalisis efektifitas penyajian informasi dan kepuasan pengguna situs web KopertisWilayah III. Untuk melakukan penelitian ini, digunakan aplikasi Google Analytics dan modelSkala Likert sebagai alat bantu dalam menganalisa penyajian informasi dan kepuasanpengguna. Metode Indikator Kinerja Kunci (IKK) atau Key Performance Indicators (KPI)digunakan sebagai sebuah model analisis serbaguna yang mengukur metrik data yang satudengan yang lainnya untuk menentukan tren pengunjung. Dari data yang berhasil dikumpulkan,ditemukan bahwa informasi yang disajikan cukup efektif dan pengguna situs merasa puasdengan informasi tersebut. Adanya nilai persentase tingkat pentalan (bounce rate) yang tinggidapat terjadi karena pengguna hanya melihat satu halaman selanjutnya langsung menutupbrowser atau pengguna merasa sudah mendapatkan semua informasi yang dibutuhkan dankemudian langsung pergi meninggalkan situs.

Abstract

A single friction plate clutch is one part of the components in a vehicle that is used to transmit power and rotation from the driveshaft to the driven shaft without slippage. This study aims to compare the results of mathematical calculations with analysis based on finite element methods in the design of a single friction plate clutch such as shaft, spline, friction plate, and spring. The analysis was carried out on the shaft made of S30C, spline made of S30C, friction plates made of steel alloy, and springs made of carbon steel. The component was drawn by Solidworks-17 software and analysed by Abaqus 6.14-5 software based on finite element methods. The study was performed by comparing the sizes of the various elements. A comparison of simulation processes using the stress concept of von-misses was conducted. The results of mathematical calculations with the simulation process were compared, and the maximum deviation was 2.881%. The deviation was considered acceptable. Based on von-misses’ maximum stress, the material was safe to use due to below the yield strength.

Abstract

Informasi yang benar dan akurat sangat diperlukan bagi bisnis mengenai hal menghormati hak pada pembeli. Suatu barang untuk hak-hak konsumen, dibeli di tempat lain untuk dijual kembali disertifikasi untuk menjadi tidak asli, melewatkan pemeriksaan orisinalitas toko. Penemuan pembelian pembeli di gerai yang beda ternyata palsu, serta barang yang terbeli oleh pembeli terlewatkan saat toko memeriksa keasliannya. Menghormati hak-hak konsumen sangat penting mengenai pemilik usaha dalam memberikan sebuah informasi tentang keakuratan barang dan jasa, oleh karena itu, persoalan tersebut diatasi dengan aturan pada Undang-undang yang ada dalam Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 mengenai tujuan memproteksi terhadap pembeli. Maksud dari penelitian ini adalah suatu bentuk mengenai perlindungan pembeli di e-commerce serta mencari jalan keluar pertanggungjawaban pemilik toko terhadap pembelinya. Metode mengenai penelitian ini penggunaannya dalam jurnal ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan sifatnya yang berbentuk deskriptif menggunakan studi pustaka. Mengenai suatu hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat peraturan yang mengingat mengenai penjualan barang di e-commerce dengan merek tertentu karena telah dilindungi HAKI. Para penjual e-commerce dan konsumen dituntut untuk lebih bijak saat menjual dan membeli barang.

Abstract

Indonesia's biodiversity holds significant potential as a source of medicinal compounds, one of which is Avicennia marina, known for its antioxidant and antibacterial properties. However, due to its protected conservation status, its utilization is limited. An alternative approach to harness its benefits is through symbiotic microorganisms such as endophytic fungi. This study aimed to isolate and evaluate the bioactivity of the endophytic fungus Fusarium brachygibbosum isolated from the stem of A. marina as a potential source of novel therapeutic agents. The methodology involved fungal isolation, morphological identification, and evaluation of antibacterial activity using the disc diffusion method and antioxidant activity using the DPPH assay. The results demonstrated that the obtained isolate (coded ADM2) exhibited strong antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella typhi, and Bacillus subtilis. Moreover, the antioxidant assay of the ADM2 isolate revealed a very strong potential (IC50 < 20 µg/mL), indicating its potent ability to scavenge free radicals. Based on these findings and the literature on F. brachygibbosum, this species shows great potential as a source of bioactive compounds with medical applications, particularly in treating infections and preventing degenerative diseases. Further in vivo studies are necessary to confirm the therapeutic potential of this fungus as a safe and effective drug candidate.

Abstract

The study investigates the bioactivity of endophytic fungi isolated from Eleocharis dulcis (Burm.f.) Trin. ex Hensch., focusing on their potential as alternative sources of bioactive compounds. E. dulcis, a plant commonly found in wetland ecosystems, has traditionally been used for its medicinal properties. However, the massive extraction of the plant may lead to ecological imbalance, prompting the exploration of endophytic fungi as a sustainable alternative. The objective of this research is to isolate, identify, and evaluate the antimicrobial and antioxidant properties of endophytic fungi from Eleocharis dulcis. Endophytic fungi were isolated aseptically, followed by morphological identification. Antioxidant and antimicrobial assays were conducted to assess the bioactivity of the fungal extracts. Antioxidant activity was evaluated using the DPPH method, while antibacterial activity was assessed using the disc paper diffusion method. The results revealed that several isolates (from leaves: LP1 – LP6, from root: RP1 – RP3) exhibited significant antimicrobial activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, with Penicillium spp. and Cladosporium spp. showing the highest levels of bioactivity. Additionally, all fungal isolates demonstrated very strong antioxidant activity, with most achieving an IC50 below 20 µg/mL. In conclusion, the findings suggest that endophytic fungi from E. dulcis represent a valuable source of bioactive compounds with potential applications in pharmaceuticals. Further research is required to isolate and characterize the active compounds, as well as to evaluate their efficacy through in vivo studies

Abstract

Sonneratia caseolaris is a mangrove species of considerable pharmacological importance; however, its natural populations are increasingly threatened by habitat degradation and overexploitation. Endophytic biotechnology provides a sustainable alternative for exploring the bioactive potential of this plant without imposing additional pressure on its fragile ecosystem. This study aimed to evaluate the antibacterial and antioxidant activities of endophytic fungal extracts isolated from the roots of S. caseolaris. Morphological and molecular techniques were employed for fungal identification, while antibacterial activity was assessed using the disc diffusion assay, and antioxidant capacity was evaluated through the DPPH radical scavenging assay. The selected fungal isolate, RSC2, exhibited strong antibacterial and antioxidant activities. Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) analysis confirmed the presence of flavonoid compounds, and molecular identification verified the isolate as Aspergillus niger. This study reports, for the first time, the isolation of A. niger from S. caseolaris roots with the ability to produce flavonoid metabolites exhibiting notable bioactive potential. These findings provide a scientific basis for future in vivo investigations aimed at developing natural compounds from mangrove-associated endophytes as promising pharmaceutical candidates.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan refleksi sistematis terhadap pengembangan sistem perangkat lunak untuk pelayanan kesehatan dengan fokus pada kebutuhan rekayasa. Hal ini dilakukan karena sistem perangkat lunak untuk pelayanan kesehatan merupakan sektor yang sangat kompleks dan dinamis. Proses ini melibatkan elisitasi, analisis, spesifikasi, validasi, dan manajemen persyaratan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan sistematis mengenai fase, teknik, dan alat yang digunakan dalam pengembangan persyaratan sistem perangkat lunak untuk layanan kesehatan, serta untuk mendiseminasikan kualitas penelitian yang ada. Beberapa teknik dapat digunakan dalam rekayasa persyaratan untuk mengembangkan sistem perangkat lunak untuk layanan kesehatan, seperti survei, wawancara, kasus penggunaan UML, dan prototipe. Perkembangan sistem kebutuhan perangkat lunak pada pelayanan kesehatan masih memberikan peluang yang sangat besar untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut khususnya sistem pelayanan kesehatan pada topik pencatatan data kesehatan secara digital yang menjadi isu terkini dan sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

Clean water is a basic need for society. However, the problem of clean water sources still occurs in the Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) area of South Sumatra Province. The condition of the water being brownish and oily is an unresolved problem. One source that has the potential to disrupt water quality is the presence of factories around rivers. This community service activity aims to identify water quality and provide training to the community regarding river water management strategies and drilled wells as the primary water source for obtaining clean water, as well as increasing understanding and knowledge about clean water management with the Gravity-fed Filter Technique. The method of activities related to clean water quality is carried out in four stages, namely: 1) Location survey (cross-sectional), 2) Water sampling and laboratory analysis, 3) Education on water quality standards, and 4) Training on Gravity-fed Filter Techniques. The laboratory analysis showed that the water samples smelled fishy and were brownish and oily. In addition, the results of microbiological tests on water samples contained Coliform bacteria (sanitation indicator bacteria), which were outside the provisions of Minister of Health Decree No. 907/MENKES/SK/VII/2002 concerning clean water quality requirements. Through training activities using the Gravity-fed Filter technique, the pH and bacteria contained in the water can be reduced. Clean water management strategies using the Gravity-fed Filter technique can be used as a solution to improve clean water quality. Every society can apply the Gravity-fed Filter technique. Through this activity, society has managed water sources into clean water for daily needs.
