<![CDATA[This study aims to improve students’ learning outcomes and civic attitudes in Pancasila Education through the implementation of educational comic media integrated with the discovery learning model. The study employed Classroom Action Research using the spiral model of Kemmis and McTaggart, consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection, and was conducted in two cycles involving 28 seventh-grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Grogol in the 2025/2026 academic year. Data were collected through learning outcome tests and a civic attitude questionnaire measuring rule-abiding behavior, respect for diversity, active participation, civic concern, and self efficacy. Quantitative data were analyzed using mean scores, mastery learning percentages, and N-gain analysis, while qualitative data were analyzed descriptively. The results show a gradual improvement in students’ learning outcomes and civic attitudes from the pre-cycle to Cycle II. The mean learning outcomes increased from 66.14 in the pre-cycle to 77.14 in Cycle I and 86.57 in Cycle II, with N-gain values categorized as moderate. Civic attitudes scores also improved from the moderate category in the pre-cycle to the high category in Cycle I and Cycle II across all measured indicators. These findings indicate that the integration of educational comic media with the discovery learning model provides a meaningful learning experience that supports improvements in learning outcomes and the development of civic attitudes. Therefore, educational comic media can be considered a relevant and effective alternative instructional approach for enhancing the quality of Pancasila Education learning, particularly in classroom contexts with limited access to digital technology.]]>
