Abstract

The focus of this study is to analyze the effect of financial literacy and demographic factors on financial behavior and its impact on investment decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach, where the influence between research variables is analyze with Warp PLS. Data collection instruments use questionnaires that are distributed online using google form. The study population is members of the beginner stock investor community in the Yogyakarta region. Purposive sampling is use to determine population members who can be research samples. The number of samples used was 86 people. Based on the results of research shows that financial literacy and demographic factors have a positive and significant impact on financial behavior, as well as investment decisions. Furthermore, financial behavior has a positive and significant impact on investment decisions. Financial literacy and demographic factors when mediated by financial behavior have a positive but insignificant effect on investment decisions. The results of this study indicate an increase in financial literacy, maturity in the demographic factors of novice stock investors, and with good financial behavior can directly determine investment decisions. Subsequent research can consider the impact of investment risks or reference groups on financial behavior and investment decisions.

Abstract

Upaya pemulihan ekonomi kehidupan masyarakat pasca erupsi gunung Merapi sangat membutuhkan sinergi antar komunitas yang ada. Artikel IbM ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan usaha untuk menciptakan sinergi antara kelompok wanita tani "Adem Ayem" dengan kelompok peternak kambing "Sido Makmur" Huntap Gondang 3 Desa Wukirsari Kabupaten Sleman. IbM ini menerapkan inovasi melalui transfer IPTEK berupa pembuatan yoghurt berbahan dasar susu kambing, yang diharapkan menjadi stimulus munculnya embrio usaha. Manfaat kegiatan IbM ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan nilai jual susu kambing serta pemberdayaan perempuan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan IbM ini adalah pendampingan, pelatihan, pengadaan alat, bimbingan teknis. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan secara internal dan eksternal. Berdasarkan berbagai kegiatan IbM yang telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dapat disimpulkan bahwa ditinjau dari aspek produksi, melalui berbagai pelatihan, pendampingan dan bimbingan teknis yang dilakukan, kedua mitra mampu meningkatkan kemampuan dan ketrampilan mitra dalam berbagai hal. Inovasi yang dilakukan melalui transfer IPTEK dengan mengolah susu kambing menjadi yoghurt telah memberikan dampak ekonomis secara nyata. Dukungan perangkat desa maupun kepala desa sangat membantu dalam mengembangkan hasil karya kelompok mitra IbM di masa datang, terutama dalam hal pemasaran.Yogurt made from goat's milk as an embryo for community micro-enterprisesEfforts to restore the economy of people's lives after the eruption of Mount Merapi need synergy among existing communities. This IbM article aims to describe efforts to create a synergy between the women farmer group "Adem Ayem" and the goat breeder group "Sido Makmur" Huntap Gondang 3 Wukirsari Village, Sleman Regency. This IbM applies innovation through science and technology transfer in making yogurt made from goat's milk, which is expected to be a stimulus for the emergence of business embryos. The benefits of this IbM activity are expected to increase the selling value of goat's milk and empower women. The methods used in this IbM activity are mentoring, training, equipment procurement, and technical guidance. Evaluation of activities is carried out internally and externally. Based on various well-implemented IbM activities, it can be concluded that in terms of production, the two partners were able to improve their abilities and skills through various pieces of training, assistance, and technical guidance. Innovations made through the transfer of science and technology by processing goat's milk into yogurt have had a real economic impact. The support of village officials and village heads is beneficial in developing the work of the IbM partner group in the future, especially in terms of marketing.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of job mutation and promotion on job satisfaction and self-efficacy at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk Yogyakarta Regional Office. Using a quantitative approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) and SmartPLS 4.0, data were gathered from 150 employees who had experienced job transfers or promotions. The findings reveal that job transfers significantly enhance both job satisfaction and self-efficacy, whereas job promotions improve job satisfaction but do not affect self-efficacy. Job satisfaction positively influences self-efficacy and employee performance, but self-efficacy does not significantly impact performance. The study highlights that effective mutation and promotion strategies can boost job satisfaction and self-efficacy, thereby positively influencing employee performance. This research is notable for its focus on the Indonesian banking sector and its exploration of self-efficacy within the financial industry, addressing gaps or offering new insights in the literature. Managerial implications suggest that mutation and promotion policies should be customized to individual employee readiness to optimize job satisfaction and performance.

Abstract

Dasar pemikiran program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pemberdayaan kelompok wanita tani Hunian Tetap Gondang 3 Wukirsari Sleman melalui rintisan usaha mikro yoghurt susu kambing, tujuannya  adalah melakukan inovasi melalui transfer IPTEKS melalui pembuatan yoghurt susu kambing yang diharapkan menjadi rangsangan munculnya bisnis mikro. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan, pelatihan, pengadaan alat, dan bimbingan teknis bagi kelompok mitra. Berdasarkan hasil implementasi terjadi peningkatan nilai jual susu kambing setelah diolah menjadi yoghurt dan terjalin sinergi antara kelompok mitra serta peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengemasan, pengelolaan keuangan usaha mikro, dan kewirausahaan. Untuk kelanjutannya, telah disediakan ruang produksi bagi kelompok mitra, dimana diakhir program ini produksi dan penjualan produk telah berjalan walaupun baru pada tingkat pesanan dari rekan terdekat dan mengikuti bazar atau pameran.

Abstract

Depok Beach, Bantul, Yogyakarta, has a food stall center for processed seafood caught by local fishermen. The manager of a food stall at Depok Beach, Bantul, is experiencing problems in improving service quality, production efficiency, and managing small business finances. Intense competition and raw material prices force shop managers to improve service and production efficiency. The service team from the Department of Business Administration, FISIP UPN Veteran Yogyakarta collaborated with the Mina Bahari 45 Cooperative to help and assist the Depok Beach food stall in increasing business capacity. Empowerment programs that have been carried out have started from the implementation of production layouts, small business financial management, simple financial records, and improving the quality of service to consumers. Food stall managers benefit from this service program so that production times are faster, consumers are more satisfied, and finances are well recorded so that they are able to provide simple financial reports.

Abstract

The background of this research is driven by increasingly intense demands from stakeholders for companies to not only focus on financial profits, but also to be responsible for social and environmental sustainability. The concept of Spiritual Company, which encompasses values such as integrity, meaning in work, caring for others, and a balance between profit and ethical responsibility, is seen as a crucial predictor of corporate sustainability and overall performance. This study aims to explore the influence of the Spiritual Company concept on corporate sustainability and performance through a qualitative approach and identify the mechanisms, supporting factors, and obstacles that arise in the relationship between Spiritual Company and these two variables. The method used is qualitative research with case studies or in-depth interviews involving company leaders, managers, and employees as informants. Data is processed through thematic analysis, open coding, and data source triangulation to ensure the validity and reliability of the research findings. The results of the study revealed that companies that apply spiritual values in their organizational culture, including ethical leadership, employee empowerment, internal justice, and attention to social and environmental aspects, tend to perform better in maintaining sustainability in the economic, social, and environmental dimensions. In addition, Spiritual Companies also contribute positively to company performance, including productivity, job satisfaction, reputation, and competitiveness. However, obstacles are encountered, such as a lack of commitment from leaders, conflicts with short-term profit goals, and ambiguity in implementing spiritual values at the operational level. In conclusion, Spiritual Companies have proven to be significant corporate sustainability and performance predictors. To optimize the benefits, companies should consistently internalize spiritual values and incorporate them into their strategies, policies, and daily operational practices.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to implement penetration testing on the website https://fit.upnyk.ac.id owned by Telematics UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta to determine whether there are vulnerabilities or security holes in the web server. Then make an analysis based on the results of penetration testing on the web server using penetration testing tools (penetration testing scanner) so that recommendations for improvements are obtained to close security holes that can be used as a way for hackers to enter the system, as well as provide risk mitigation recommendations.Design/methodology/approach: This study uses the penetration test method which consists of five stages, namely literature study, information gathering, identification of system vulnerabilities, penetration testing and analysis. Penetration tests were carried out using acunetix tools and analysis using the OWASP and ISAAF methods.Findings/result: Based on research conducted on the website https://fit.upnyk.ac.id/ using the OWASP method, several vulnerabilities were found, including one vulnerability with a high level (high), three with a medium level and six with a low level (low), so that it can be it can be concluded that in general the level of vulnerability of the website is at the medium levelOriginality/value/state of the art: Penetration testing on the website can be done by identifying system vulnerabilities, penetration testing and analysis. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Iklim Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan pengaruhnya terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian explanatory. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Asuransi Kredit Indonesia Cabang Yogyakarta, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling dengan sampling jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan Analisis Statistik Deskriptif Analisis Statistik Inferensial menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equation Model) dengan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Kepuasan Kerja, Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Kepuasan Kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe explanatory research. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan tidak tetap bagian produksi PD Mujur Jaya Kroya dengan ukuran sampel 54 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan simple random sampling. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik Partial Least Square dengan aplikasi SEM-PLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi kerja maupun disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, baik terhadap kinerja karyawan maupun kepuasan kerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Perusahaan perlu memberikan karyawan kesempatan mengikuti pelatihan, memberlakukan sanksi dan hukuman yang jelas, sehingga dapat menjadikan pelajaran bagi karyawan yang kurang disiplin. Perusahaan perlu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan memberikan tantangan pekerjaan, memberikan gaji yang sesuai dengan beban kerjanya, memberikan kondisi lingkungan  aman, bersih dan nyaman, adanya toleransi antar rekan kerja maupun oleh atasan. Peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan model ini dengan menambahkan variabel atau indikator lainnya yang belum digunakan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Tiktok Shop merupakan aplikasi yang bergerak di bidang transaksi jual beli digital, dengan tujuan untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam melakukan transaksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kepuasan pelanggan terhadap layanan elektronik Tiktok Shop dengan menggunakan metode CSI dan IPA. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 72 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah proportionate random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode CSI menghasilkan angka 91,6%, artinya pengguna merasa sangat puas. Berdasarkan analisis koordinat kartesius menunjukkan bahwa indikator yang berada di kuadran A yaitu pemenuhan, daya tanggap dan kompensasi. Pada kuadran B yaitu efisiensi, privasi dan kontak. Pada kuadran C yaitu ketersediaan atau keandalan sistem. Pada kuadran D yaitu efisiensi dan kontak.
