Abstract

Dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid-19, untuk menjaga ketahanan pangan, Pimpinan Pusat Aisyiyah mengimbau kepada semua anggota Aisyiyah untuk menggalakkan gerakan lumbung hidup. Mitra pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Ranting Aisyiyah Sidomulyo. Pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan agar anggota Aisyiyah mampu mengoptimalkan lahan pekarangan dengan melakukan budidaya aloe vera dan mampu meningkatkan keterampilan dalam mengolah berbagai macam olahan makanan dengan bahan baku aloe vera. Metode yang digunakan untuk pencapaian tujuan adalah dengan melakukan sosialisasi gerakan lumbung hidup Aisyiyah, penyuluhan manfaat optimalisasi pekarangan, dan memberikan pelatihan tentang cara mengolah aloe vera menjadi berbagai macam makanan. Implikasi dari hasil pengabdian masyarakat adalah dengan budidaya tanaman aloe vera hasil panennya dapat dijual untuk meningkatkan penghasilan keluarga. Di samping itu, dengan semakin tingginya keterampilan yang dimiliki oleh anggota Aisyiyah dalam mengolah berbagai makanan dari bahan aloe vera, produknya bisa dijual dan ini juga merupakan sumber penghasilan keluarga. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan berdasarkan hasil monitoring yaitu bahwa semua peserta pelatihan yang diberi bibit aloe vera sudah menanamnya di pekarangan masing-masing dan pertumbuhannya cukup bagus di mana pada saat diberi bibit aloe vera tingginya 20 cm sekarang sudah mencapai 45 cm dan dagingnya sudah mulai tebal. Untuk praktik pembuatan minuman dari bahan baku aloe vera baru 30% yang mempraktekannya dan ada satu yang sudah berani untuk menjualnya walaupun dagingnya masih tipis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Stres Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening pada PT. Mentari Era Prima Yogyakarta. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Mentari Era Prima Yogyakarta. Dalam penelitian ini sampel berjumlah 55 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh stres kerja terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of job satisfaction (JS) on employee performance (EP) and examine the role of employee engagement (EE) in their relationship. This study was undertaken based on settled theories of job satisfaction (JS), employee performance (EP), and employee engagement (EE). It maintains that the employee's perceived JS can boost EP and that EE serves as a mediator in this relationship. Using a deductive approach and a quantitative research design, the study investigated the correlation between JS and EP in PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital. Data from 131 respondents were analyzed utilizing AMOS with the help of SEM software. The data analysis uncovered that employee job satisfaction (JS) positively impacted performance (EP) in PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital. In addition, employee engagement (EE) acted as a mediator between JS and EP. Job satisfaction felt by employees and creating employee engagement could boost EP in PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital. The study highlights that providing job satisfaction to employees has broad benefits, including greater employee engagement, enhanced employee work, and a positive contribution to the development of PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital. Practically, this research highlights the importance of creating employee job satisfaction. Employee satisfaction is something that organizations must pay attention to because it affects employee engagement and employee performance. Employees will be more active in carrying out their assigned tasks if they feel satisfied. Employees who feel connected (engaged) with the company will have an awareness of the organization so that employees will provide their best abilities and skills for the success of the organization. The theoretical implications of testing the correlation between job satisfaction and employee engagement on employee performance can enrich existing behavioral theories in organizations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi, dan Disiplin kerja terhadap Kinerja pegawai pada Balai Pengelola Infrastruktur Air Limbah dan Air Minum Perkotaan Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel yang berjumlah 72 responden yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui software SPPS 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja pegawai, Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja pegawai, dan Disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja pegawai. Batasan dari penelitian ini adalah pada variabel yang digunakan dan ruang lingkup penelitian yang terbatas dalam lingkup kantor yang menjadi objek serta kondisi pada saat ini. This research was conducted to examine the influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Motivation, and Work Discipline on employee performance at the Urban Waste and Drinking Water Infrastructure Management Center in Yogyakarta. The study utilized a sample of 72 respondents selected through purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS 21 software. The results of this research indicate that Transformational Leadership Style affects employee performance, Motivation influences employee performance, and Work Discipline has an impact on employee performance. The limitations of this study lie in the variables used and the restricted scope of the research within the office under consideration and the prevailing conditions at the time.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap bagaimana penerapan strategi mengatasi moral hazard nasabah dengan instrumen ta’zir dan ta’widh pada bank syariah. Metode yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan sumber data dari kepustakaan, diantaranya fatwa nomor 17/DSN-MUI/IX/2000 dan fatwa nomor 43/DSN-MUI/VIII/2004, pendekatannya menggunakan deskriptif analisis, semua hasil penelitian akan dideskripsikan dan disajikan dalam bentuk laporan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ta’zir dan ta’widh merupakan instrumen preventif yang lahir untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya moral hazard nasabah terhadap perjanjian kontrak dengan perbankan dan bertujuan untuk mendisiplinkan nasabah agar dapat memenuhi prestasi yang dijanjikan, di mana ta’zir merupakan sejumlah hukuman yang ditetapkan di awal akad, pasti, dan dana ditetapkan sebagai dana sosial. Sedangkan ta’widh berupa ganti rugi yang ditetapkan oleh bank, tidak ditentukan di awal akad, akan tetapi dihitung berdasarkan kerugian instan yang dialami bank dan dana tersebut dimasukkan sebagai imbalan (pendapatan bank).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze, explain, and provide empirical evidence of the influence of entrepreneurial leadership on innovative work behavior with creative self-efficacy as a mediator and moderated by proactive personality in the food and beverage sector. This study was conducted on Warong Steak and Shake Yogyakarta, with a sample of 135 respondents, obtained through a questionnaire method selected with a non-probability sampling technique. The analysis method used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using SmartPLS software version 4.0. The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurial leadership has a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior, entrepreneurial leadership has a significant positive effect on creative self-efficacy, creative self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior, creative self-efficacy mediates entrepreneurial leadership on innovative work behavior, and proactive personality does not moderate entrepreneurial leadership on innovative work behavior

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT X. This study uses a quantitative approach with a census method of 198 employees at PT X. Data were collected through an online questionnaire (Google Form) and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it was found that work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, work stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Then, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of work stress and work environment on employee performance. This study provides a theoretical contribution to strengthen the understanding of the role of job satisfaction as an important mechanism that connects work stress and work environment with employee performance. Management needs to manage work stress through a balanced workload and system arrangement and create a safe and comfortable work environment to improve employee satisfaction and performance. These findings underscore the importance of job satisfaction as a basis for formulating human resource policies. This study is limited by the number of respondents, which is not fully representative of the entire population due to difficulties in communicating with employees. Furthermore, limited access to the research location, which is located outside of Yogyakarta, resulted in the distribution and collection of questionnaires being conducted only through long-distance communication. Future researchers are advised to add other variables and use research subjects from different industrial sectors to obtain a more comprehensive and comparable understanding.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh servant leadership dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja pada karyawan Puskesmas Lopok, Kabupaten Sumbawa Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode sensus terhadap 115 karyawan Puskesmas Lopok, Kabupaten Sumbawa Besar. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online (Google Form) dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan SmartPLS 4.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa Servant Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Selain itu, Lingkungan Kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Servant Leadership dan Lingkungan Kerja terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja. Selanjutnya, Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan memediasi pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini memperkaya literatur mengenai peran peningkatan kinerja karyawan yang dapat dicapai melalui penerapan servant leadership dan penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, dengan motivasi kerja sebagai faktor perantara penting. Manajemen Puskesmas Lopok perlu memperkuat gaya kepemimpinan yang melayani dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini hanya dilakukan pada satu institusi, yaitu Puskesmas Lopok, sehingga hasilnya tidak dapat digeneralisasikan secara luas. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk melibatkan puskesmas lainnya dan memasukkan variabel lain seperti komitmen organisasi.
