Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui baik parsial maupun simultan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan besaran premi terhadap kepuasan menjadi nasabah asuransi jiwa PT. Sun Life Financial Syariah Cabang Banda Aceh. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel yaitu Probability Sampling dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang diambil sebanyak 73 orang nasabah. Data yang dipakai adalah data primer dalam bentuk kuesioner dan data sekunder yaitu data-data berupa dari literatur-literatur kepustakaan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS 23. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil pengujian uji simultan (uji F) menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan dan besaran premi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan menjadi nasabah asuransi jiwa PT. Sun Life Financial Syariah Cabang Banda Aceh. Hasil uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan dan besaran premi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan menjadi nasabah asuransi jiwa PT. Sun Life Financial Syariah Cabang Banda Aceh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Customer Relationship Management (CRM) terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Objek penelitian ini dilakukan pada nasabah BNI Syariah Kantor Cabang Banda Aceh, sedangkan yang menjadi responden penelitian adalah nasabah BNIS dengan jumlah 50 nasabah. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Accidental Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Sumber data penelitian meliputi sumber data primer yaitu kuesioner dan sumber data sekunder yaitu artikel-artikel terkait. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi, metode analisis data menggunakan model regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Customer Relationship Management dengan menggunakan indikator continuity marketing, one to one marketing, dan partnering programme berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada Bank BNI Syariah KC Banda Aceh.

Abstract

The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) stated that youth, including students, have considerable potential to become stock investors. One of the main targets of capital market investors and Islamic capital markets is students. This study aims to determine whether knowledge, Socialization, and education influence the interest in investing in the Islamic capital market students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business Ar-Raniry State Islamic University Banda Aceh. This research is a quantitative study in which samples were taken from as many as 332 respondents using a probability sampling technique. This probability sampling technique includes several techniques, but the researcher chose the simple random sampling technique because the sample members from the population were taken randomly without regard to the strata in the population. The data type used is primary data, which distributes the questionnaire via Google Forms. The research data analysis method used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach and SmartPLS software's help. The results of this study indicate that the knowledge variable has a positive and significant effect on the interest in investing in the Islamic capital market. The socialization variable also has a positive and significant effect on the interest in investing in the Islamic capital market, and the education variable also has a positive and significant effect on the interest in investing in the Islamic capital market. Based on the R2 test, the influence exerted by the independent variables (knowledge, outreach, and education) on the dependent variable (intention to invest in the Islamic capital market) is 52.4%. In contrast, the rest is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The Tahfidzhul Quran Sulaimaniyah Habibie Center Aceh Besar Islamic Boarding School building is a temporary waqf property resulting from collaboration between the Sulaimaniyah Foundation and the Habibie Center Foundation. There are many permanent waqf building assets whose benefits are less than optimal for mauquf 'alai'ih throughout Indonesia, including in Aceh. This is because the abilities and strategies of waqf managers (nazhir) are still lacking in managing waqf assets professionally. This study aims to determine Nazir's strategy in managing and utilizing waqf land and buildings at the Sulaimaniyah Habibi Center Islamic Boarding School. The research uses a qualitative approach to sources namely Nazirs, Islamic boarding school students, Islamic boarding school alumni, village imams and local communities by collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The data analysis method uses data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that Nazir's strategy in managing and utilizing waqf property buildings is by managing and utilizing ZIS (Zakat, Infaq and Alms) funds and waqf goods according to their designation as Islamic boarding school operational costs for the continuity of student learning.
