Abstract

Dipisahkannya Kemendikbud mengandung prospek dan tantangan. Di bawah payung Kemenristek-Dikti, perguruan tinggi lebih memiliki peluang untuk menghasilkan inovasi melalui riset lebih serius yang dapat menjadi terobosan inovatif dalam iptek. PT perlu mengembangkan diri dari ”PT pengajaran (teaching university)” menjadi PT berbasis riset (research-based university). Sementara itu, Kementerian Kebudayaan dan Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah juga bisa lebih fokus untuk menyiapkan peserta didik ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi tanpa dibebani lagi dengan urusan pendidikan tinggi.  Tantangannya adalah sinergi dengan lembaga-lembaga riset seperti LIPI, Lapan, BPPT. Kemauan politik dari pemerintah untuk menggunakan hasil riset yang dihasilkan lembaga-lembaga penelitian juga perlu didorong. Tantangan lain adalah rendahnya alokasi dana riset, kurangnya kebebasan menjalankan otonomi kampus dan mimbar akademik, serta posisi pendidikan tinggi keagamaan. Tidak kalah penting adalah tantangan bagi LPTK dalam menjalin sinergi dengan Kementerian Kebudayaan dan Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah dalam program-program praktek pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan radio yang ada di Madiun pada tahun 1998-2013. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis pendekatannya adalah pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara (interview), dokumentasi dan observasi lapangan. Dalam menganalisis data menggunakan metode wawancara (interview) dan penelitian lapangan (research). Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang didalamnya terdapat 3 tahapan yaitu melalui proses reduksi data, sajian data dan verifikasi atau proses penarikan kesimpulan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa perkembangan radio di Madiun dari tahun 1998-2013 mengalami perkembangan. Indikasi mengalami perkembangan adalah radio-radio di Madiun dalam segi teknologi penyiaran sudah tudak lagi menggunakan analog melainkan sudah menggunakan komputerisasi. Program acara yang dimiliki setiap radio di Madiun juga mengalami perkembangan yaitu dengan munculnya program-program baru yang lebih kreatif dan inovatif sehingga digandrungi oleh pendengar radio. Setiap radio kini juga mempunyai pemancar yang permanen yang terletak di studio siarannya, sehingga jangkauan siaranya lebih luas dan lebih jelas dan dapat dinikmati oleh semua masyarakat Karisidenan Madiun. Informasi dari segala bidang (pendidikan, ekonomi, sosial budaya, politik dan kewirausahaan) dapat diperoleh oleh masyarakat dari berbagai golongan. Berkembang dan bertahanya radio di era modern ini juga merupakan bukti bahwa masyarakat juga masih percaya dengan radio. Sebagai sarana publikasi dan memperoleh informasi dengan cepat dan relatif murah dengan bahasa yang mudah dipahami, sehingga radio dapat dikonsumsi dari berbagai kalangan masyarakat. Radio yang ada di Madiun juga menjalankan fungsinya sebagai sosial kontrol, sumber informasi, dan sebagai hiburan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Character education has been an important agenda since the beginning of Indonesian independence. This article, based on the qualitative study and historical approach, tries to elaborate the character education in Indonesia. Findings show that the government policy in later periods affects the character education models in the schools. In the Old Order era, 1959-1966, especially in the Guided Democracy era, the character education had tended to be indoctrinated. Similarly, during the New Order era, 1966-1998, tend to be indoctrinated too. During the Reform era, 1998 to date, the character education is integrated into every lesson, self-development activities, and school culture. The learning model is given to the teachers. Teachers can develop innovative learning models according to student characteristics and learning needs. In the perspective of character education as a process of values education, the concept is initially a component that touches the philosophy of educational objectives of humanizing humans or humanistic learning. The learning models relevant to the concept are constructivist learning. With these models, students will discover and understand the values of the nations character as the basis for taking certain attitudes and actions through internalization process, i.e. the developmental change from externally controlled behavior to internally controlled behavior. Abstract

Printpro is printing industry. Printpro is located at Kauman, Surakarta. Printpro produces some products such as invitation cards, calenders, and hardcovers. It makes every costomers in Printpro are new costomers. The new customers’ address which is never known before makes the shipping process become a problem because the sender should find the shortest route to decrees the fuel cost. The purpose of this paper is to decide the shortest route to make the shipping process from Karanganyar to Sukoharjo easier. The decission in finding the shortest route used Shortest Route Problem approach with Unsy methode. The sortest way to get to Karanganyar was 16,6 km and to Sukoharjo was 16,2 km. With using this shortest route method for the shipping to Karanganyar dan Sukoharjo is done in September 2015 and known that the different cost of the transportation was Rp 13.560,00. It means that the transportation cost can be minimized by deciding some route.

Abstract

G 30 S/PKI is a controversial issue in Indonesian history and a sensitive material because of past traumatic memories. It is a challenge for history teachers in learning in schools. This research aims to analyze the controversial history material of the G30 S/PKI in history textbooks in school and formulate the learning concepts that are relevant for the controversial history. This type of research is qualitative with the content analysis. The data source is the history textbook and any other sources appropriate. The results show that in the Indonesian History Book for grade XII, 7 (seven) versions of the theory of the G30 S/PKI are presented. The various versions need to be integrated into the substance of the G30 S/PKI incident material so that it reflects the balance in the construction of the content with its arguments and weaknesses. In learning, the concept of transformative learning that is directed at historical didactics based on academic history is needed. History learning introduces educational content to build awareness of values. Students are actively involved through cooperative learning accompanied by exploration activities related to G 30 S/PKI material. Learning is directed at active historical thinking that opens an open dialogue. In this way, the teaching of controversial material history has the potential for character education (critical, analytical, objective, open-minded) that relies on internalization to minimize indoctrination. G 30 S/PKI merupakan isu kontroversial dalam pembelajaran sejarah Indonesia dan materi yang sensitif karena memori traumatik masa lalu. Hal tersebut menjadi tantangan bagi para guru sejarah dalam pembelajaran di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis materi sejarah kontroversial G 30 S/PKI dalam buku pelajaran sejarah di sekolah menengah atas dan  merumuskan konsep pembelajaran yang relevan untuk materi sejarah kontroversial. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis isi. Sumber data berupa buku teks sejarah di sekolah dan sumber lain yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam buku Sejarah Indonesia SMA kelas XII Kurikulum 2013 dipaparkan 7 (tujuh) versi teori tentang G 30 S/PKI. Berbagai versi tersebut perlu diintegrasikan ke dalam substansi materi sehingga mencerminkan keseimbangan dalam konstruksi materinya dengan argumentasi dan kelemahan-kelemahannya. Dalam pembelajaran  diperlukan konsep pembelajaran transformatif yang diarahkan pada didaktik historis  berbasis historis akademik. Pembelajaran sejarah mengintroduksi muatan-muatan edukatif untuk membangun kesadaran nilai. Siswa terlibat aktif melalui pembelajaran kooperatif yang disertai kegiatan-kegiatan eskplorasi materi G 30 S/PKI. Pembelajaran diarahkan pada active historical thingking yang membuka dialog terbuka. Dengan cara demikian, pembelajaran sejarah materi kontroversial potensial bagi pendidikan karakter (kritis, analitis, objektif, terbuka) yang bertumpu pada internalisasi untuk meminimaliasasi indoktrinasi.

Abstract

This study uses goal-setting theory and reinforcement theory to explain the formation of individual motivation in achieving goals. Testing the effect of goal specificity used the experimental method to test the impact of goal specificity, different goal difficulty on the same quota incentive system as the 2x2x1 experimental design. This study's findings confirm the goal-setting theory shown from the higher achievement of participants' goals when participants are given specific and challenging goals than participant goals in different variations of goal specificity and goal difficulty. This study found that participants have a greater focus on goal specificity in driving goal attainment behavior. The findings of this study confirm the reinforcement theory shown from achieving goals that exceed targets. Positive consequences become arguments for individuals to do the same action

Abstract

This study revealed the condition of women during a disaster in Indonesia, roles, rights and their fulfilment, and anticipates the problem of women's vulnerability in disasters. The method used was a literature study. Sources of data were from books, journals, research reports, mass media and other relevant literature sources. Data validation was done using source triangulation. The data was analyzed using interactive analysis. The results show that the condition of women during a disaster in Indonesia was faced with various vulnerabilities which resulted in a large percentage of the number of victims. However, in of such vulnerabilities, women could act as a driving force for their families and their environment to take disaster risk reduction actions. Women struggled to maintain the survival of their families and society, although, on the other hand, their rights tended to be neglected due to gender-biased socio-cultural constructions. The rights of women could not be properly guaranteed and it became even more difficult during a disaster. Women's vulnerability can be anticipated with gender-based sustainable disaster responses education that involves men and women with attention to women's rights during a disaster through formal and non-formal education.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Gerai Tommy Hilfiger Pondok Indah Mall Jakarta secara parsial dan simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik Non-probability sampling. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen pada Gerai Tommy Hilfiger Pondok Indah Mall Jakarta dengan sampel sebanyak 98 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada gerai Tommy Hilfiger, Hal tersebut ditunjukan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 7,985 > dari t tabel 1,985. Promosi juga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada gerai Tommy Hilfiger, Hal tersebut ditunjukan dengan nilai t hitung 9,901 > t tabel 1,985. Kualtias pelayanan dan promosi secara stimultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada gerai Tommy Hilfiger yang ditunjukkan oleh persamaan regresi berganda Y = 9,722 + 0,274X1 + 0,523X2 dan nilai F hitung > F tabel (56,998> 2,700). Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 54,5%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 45,5% dipengaruhi faktor lain.

Abstract

Product improvement design is made to increase functional value and customer satisfaction. Level of satisfaction in accordance with which consumer demand can be fulfilled. This study improves the design of dining table products for the elderly and inpatients. Questionnaires were distributed to 50 respondents with criteria as elderly or elderly nurses and patients who are currently or have been hospitalized. Goals of questionnaire to find features needed by consumers through dining table products. Furthermore, the voice of customer data is processed using the canoe method to determine the level of customer satisfaction related to the features offered. There are 4 product improvement attributes that can be categorized as satisfaction level with adding folding table legs and table supports, handles or handles for manual handling, features for storing cutlery, and armrest features, improved table shape and material selection. Perancangan perbaikan produk dilakukan untuk meningkatkan nilai fungsional dan kepuasan konsumen. Tingkat kepuasan tersebut berbanding lurus sejauh mana permintaan konsumen dapat dipenuhi. Penelitian ini melakukan perbaikan perancangan produk meja makan lansia dan pasien rawat inap. Kuisioner dibagikan kepada 50 orang responden dengan kriteria sebagai lansia atau perawat lansia dan pasien yang sedang atau sudah mengalami rawat inap. Kuisioner bertujuan untuk mengetahui fitur-fitur apa saja yang diinginkan oleh konsumen melalui produk meja makan. Selanjutnya data voice of customer diolah dengan menggunakan metode kano untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan konsumen terkait dengat fitur yang ditawarkan. Terdapat 4 atribut perbaikan produk yang dapat dikategorikan sebagai tingkat kepuasan attractive yang berupa penambahan fitur kaki meja lipat dan penyangga meja, fitur handel atau pegangan untuk manual handling, fitur tempat menyimpan alat makan, dan fitur sandaran tangan, perbaikan bentuk meja dan pemilihan material.

Abstract

Wonomulyo is known as a tourist village of the land above the clouds. The people of Wonomulyo manage their lives based on ancestral heritage values, with the concept of harmony based on the local wisdom of the Wuku Galungan tradition, a tradition to commemorate the death of Ki Hajar Wonokoso. This research reveals the historical background, procession, and content of educational values of the Wuku Galungan tradition in facing various challenges. The data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis using ethnography. The data were then analyzed through the interactive analysis model to interpret the phenomenon. The results show that 1) the historical background of the Wuku Galungan tradition came from the legend of Ki Hajar Wonokoso, who died on the Tuesday Wage Wuku Galungan; 2) the Wuku Galungan tradition was executed in the area of Ki Hajar's tomb on the Tuesday Wage with a kind of thanksgiving and visiting processions; 3) the Wuku Galungan tradition had religious values which is reflected in the belief that there is a great power outside humans in obtaining blessings from God, tolerance, love for the environment and other living creatures; mutual cooperation reflected in the sambatan (splice) tradition; as well as nature and cultural conservation reflected in the harmony concept of the people of Wonomulyo in facing various challenges.
