Abstract

Latar Belakang: Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong perubahan signifikan dalam praktik keperawatan, termasuk penerapan telehealth untuk mempertahankan kualitas pelayanan di ruang rawat inap diperlukan bukti ilmiah untuk menilai sejauh mana telehealth dapat mendukung atau bahkan memperkuat perilaku caring perawat terhadap pasien.Metode: Systematic Literature Review dilakukan mengikuti pedoman PRISMA 2020 dengan pencarian artikel melalui database Scopus, PubMed, dan Google Scholar. Kriteria inklusi meliputi studi empiris tahun 2015-2025 yang mengevaluasi efek intervensi telehealth terhadap caring perawat di fasilitas rawat inap. Kualitas metodologi artikel dinilai menggunakan JBI Critical Appraisal Tools.Hasil: Dari 1.476 artikel yang diidentifikasi, dua penelitian memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dinyatakan layak dianalisis. Studi menunjukkan bahwa intervensi telehealth yang dilakukan secara sinkron, seperti panggilan video atau teleedukasi rutin selama 8–16 minggu, efektif meningkatkan dimensi caring, khususnya empati, dukungan emosional, dan kontinuitas hubungan perawat-pasien. Kelompok intervensi menunjukkan penurunan distress emosional hingga 50% dibanding kontrol (p < 0,05).Kesimpulan: Telehealth terbukti efektif mendukung praktik caring keperawatan di ruang rawat inap dengan efektivitas moderat (effect size 0,3-0,5). Teknologi ini mampu memperkuat hubungan terapeutik dan kontinuitas pelayanan bila dilaksanakan dengan prinsip empatik dan humanistik. Diperlukan penelitian lanjutan dengan desain randomized controlled trial dan penggunaan instrumen caring terstandar seperti Caring Behaviors Inventory untuk memastikan validitas hasil.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak dalam mengenal binatang air melalui penerapan metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek di Kelompok B RA Nurul Hikmah Kecamatan Muara Jawa Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan model Kurt Lewin yang terdiri dari empat tahapan: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 21 anak Kelompok B yang terdiri dari 12 anak laki-laki dan 9 anak perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes/penilaian, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar observasi dan lembar penilaian dengan kriteria perkembangan BB (Belum Berkembang), MB (Mulai Berkembang), BSH (Berkembang Sesuai Harapan), dan BSB (Berkembang Sangat Baik). Pada kondisi awal (pra siklus), hanya 3 anak (14,29%) yang mencapai kriteria BSH dan tidak ada anak yang mencapai BSB. Setelah Siklus I, jumlah anak yang mencapai BSH dan BSB meningkat menjadi 12 anak (57,14%). Pada akhir Siklus II, terjadi peningkatan sangat signifikan dengan 19 anak (90,48%) mencapai kriteria BSH dan BSB. Peningkatan ini menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak usia dini, khususnya dalam menyebutkan nama binatang air, mengidentifikasi ciri-ciri fisik, mengelompokkan, menyebutkan habitat, dan menjelaskan manfaat binatang air.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension remains a major public health challenge globally and in Indonesia, with suboptimal self management contributing to uncontrolled blood pressure and related complications. Specific background: Health education focusing on self care and blood pressure control is essential; however, conventional delivery methods often provide limited support for patient understanding and engagement. Knowledge gap: Empirical evidence on audio visual–based health education addressing self care and blood pressure control within primary health care settings is still limited. Aims: This study aimed to examine self management outcomes following self care and blood pressure control education delivered using audio visual media. Results: A quasi-experimental control group pretest–posttest design involving 60 hypertension patients demonstrated substantial improvements in self management scores in the intervention group, while only minor changes were observed in the control group, with statistically significant differences between groups. Novelty: This study introduces a structured audio visual health education approach integrating self care and blood pressure control tailored for community health centers. Implications: Audio visual–based health education represents a feasible strategy to support self management practices among hypertension patients in primary health care services. Highlights • Audio visual health education addresses self care and blood pressure control in hypertension. • Self management scores showed clear differences between intervention and control groups. • Community health centers provide a practical setting for audio visual education delivery. Abstract

General Background: Hypertension is a major public health problem frequently accompanied by sleep quality disturbances that can worsen physiological and psychological conditions. Specific Background: Non-pharmacological approaches such as lavender aromatherapy and slow deep breathing are recognized as relaxation-based interventions that may support sleep regulation among hypertensive patients. Knowledge Gap: Previous studies have predominantly examined these interventions separately, while evidence on their combined application in rural community settings remains limited. Aims: This study aimed to examine the outcomes of combining lavender aromatherapy and slow deep breathing on sleep quality among patients with hypertension in Brakas Village. Results: Using a quasi-experimental control group pretest–posttest design, significant improvements in sleep quality scores were observed in the intervention group receiving both lavender aromatherapy and slow deep breathing, while the control group receiving slow deep breathing alone showed lower improvements, with statistically significant differences between groups (p < 0.001). Novelty: This study provides community-based evidence on the combined application of lavender aromatherapy and slow deep breathing among hypertensive patients in a rural setting. Implications: The findings indicate that this combined non-pharmacological approach may serve as a simple and practical option for improving sleep quality among people with hypertension at the community level. Abstract

Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is a reproductive health problem commonly experienced by adolescent girls and can cause physical and emotional disturbances that affect daily activities and quality of life. Limited knowledge and inappropriate attitudes toward PMS are still frequently found, particularly among adolescent girls living in orphanages who have restricted access to health information. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of health education on premenstrual syndrome in improving knowledge and attitudes of adolescent girls at LKSA Aisyiyah Kudus Orphanage. This study employed a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental one-group pretest–posttest design. The study population consisted of all adolescent girls at LKSA Aisyiyah Kudus Orphanage, totaling 34 respondents, with total sampling used as the sampling technique. Data were collected using knowledge and attitude questionnaires administered before and after the health education intervention, which was delivered through PowerPoint (PPT) media using an experience sharing technique. Data analysis was conducted using univariate and bivariate analyses, and the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test was applied. The results showed a significant improvement in both knowledge and attitudes of adolescent girls after the health education intervention (p < 0.05), indicating a meaningful difference between pretest and posttest measurements. These findings demonstrate that health education is effective in increasing knowledge and fostering positive attitudes among adolescent girls toward premenstrual syndrome.
