Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of brand trust, celebrity endorsement, and brand association on purchasing decisions for Samsung mobile phones. This study uses quantitative research methods and focuses on people who live in Banyumas. Respondents used in this research sample were 143, which is in accordance with the criteria involved in purchasing decisions for Samsung mobile phones. The data collection method is through a questionnaire distribution survey which is measured on a 5-point Likert scale and analysed through the SPSS 26 application. The results showed that brand trust, celebrity endorsement, and brand association have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Samsung mobile phones.

Abstract

Pakan ikan merupakan komponen penting dalam kegiatan budidaya ikan air tawar. Harga pakan bermutu di pasaran relatif tinggi dan cenderung mengalami kenaikan. Pembuatan pakan ikan secara mandiri merupakan langkah tepat untuk mengurangi tingginya biaya produksi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kapasitas produksi pakan ikan melalui penerapan teknologi tepat guna berbasis green economy. Mitra adalah kelompok budidaya ikan (pokdakan) Mina Mandiri, Desa Panembangan, Cilongok, Banyumas. Metode kegiatan adalah metode pendekatan partisipatoris, dengan tahap kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, pelaksanaan kegiatan (pelatihan dan penerapan teknologi tepat guna), pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Tingkat keberhasilan program diukur dengan metode one group pre-test and post-test. Hasil kegiatan PKM menunjukkan 83,33% anggota mitra memahami dan mampu mengimplementasikan formulasi bahan baku pakan ikan, 81,25% anggota mitra memahami dan mampu mengimplementasikan penggunaan binder alami, dan 80% anggota mitra menguasai penggunaan alat pembuat pakan ikan terpadu. Pakan ikan yang dihasilkan memiliki kadar protein 30%, berbentuk bulat atau agak memanjang sesuai pesanan, dan daya apung lebih dari 60 menit. Kapasitas produksi mencapai 300-400 kg/hari dibandingkan sebelumnya 50-70 kg/hari. Kegiatan ini berdampak positif bagi mitra dan meningkatkan gairah berbudidaya ikan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan perlunya keberlanjutan program untuk mendampingi mitra mengatasi berbagai persoalan produksi pakan maupun budidaya ikan.

Abstract

Kabupaten Banyumas salah satunya yang cukup agresif dalam pertumbuhan UMKM, saat ini tercatat ada sejumlah 8557 UMKM. Diantaranya adalah beberapa pemilik usaha yang tergabung dalam penggerak pemeberdayaan perempuan Aisyiyah. Diterbitkannya Peraturan Pemerintah nomor 39 tahun 2021 tentang sertifikasi halal bagi pelaku usaha kecil dan mikro merupakan cikal bakal dibentuknya pendamping proses produk halal. Pendamping proses produk halal dibentuk oleh lembaga pendamping proses halal dengan melalui pelatihan yang terstruktur mulai dari pemahaman terkait syariat kehalalan sebuah produk, pemahaman bagaimana regulasi halal di Indonesia, serta pemahaman terkait tata cara dan etika dalam mendampingi pelaku usaha. Dibentuknya pendamping proses produk halal tentunya tidak hanya sebatas pembentukan saja. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka perlu dilaksanakan pendampingan sertifikasi halal bagi UMKM Anggota Aisyiyah di Banyumas Metode pelaksanaan IbM dengan cara pelatihan offline dengan materi yang disampaikan berupa ringkasan dalam power point (PPT) di lokasi pengabdian masyarakat. Hasil dari pelaksaan pengabdian pada masyarakat adalah dengan adanya sertifikasi halal tersebut justru mendorong pelaku usaha untuk mendaftarkan sertifikasi halal sekalipun dalam pengurusan harus melalui 3 lembaga, diantaranya BPJPH, LPPOM MUI sebagai lembaga pemeriksa halal (LPH), dan MUI serta perlu dilakukannya sertifikasi halal bagi UMKM di Banyumas Kata kunci: Aisyiyah, Peningkatan Perekonomian, Sertifikasi Halal, UMKM, ABSTRACT Banyumas Regency is one of them that is quite aggressive in the growth of MSMEs, currently there are 8557 MSMEs recorded. Among them are several business owners who are members of the Aisyiyah women's empowerment movement. The issuance of Government Regulation number 39 of 2021 concerning halal certification for small and micro businesses is the forerunner of the formation of halal product process assistants. The halal product process assistant is formed by the halal process assistant institution through structured training, starting from an understanding of the halal law of a product, understanding how halal regulations are in Indonesia, as well as understanding the procedures and ethics in assisting business actors. The formation of halal product process assistants is certainly not only limited to formation. Based on this, it is necessary to carry out halal certification assistance for MSMEs Aisyiyah members in Banyumas The method of implementing IbM is by means of offline training with the material presented in the form of a summary in power point (PPT) at the community service location. The result of the implementation of community service is that the existence of halal certification actually encourages business actors to register halal certification even though the management must go through 3 institutions, including BPJPH, LPPOM MUI as a halal inspection institution (LPH), and MUI and the need for halal certification for MSMEs in Banyumas. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital financial literacy and locus of control on the financial performance of MSMEs with financial behavior as a mediating variable. The sample of this research is MSMEs in Banyumas Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. This study uses a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tool based on Partial Least Square (PLS) consisting of inner and outer models. This study used a convenience sampling technique and collected 177 respondents. The findings of this study indicate that digital financial literacy and locus of control have a positive and significant effect on the financial behavior and financial performance of MSMEs. Financial behavior also has a positive and significant impact on improving the financial performance of MSMEs. This study's mediation testing results explain that financial behavior can mediate locus of control and digital financial literacy on financial performance. The research results are based on the theory of planned behavior, which states that human behavior can be influenced by individual intentions or motivations and resources in the form of knowledge and skills that can improve the financial performance of MSMEs. This research contributes to providing recommendations for MSMEs, government and financial institutions to improve digital financial literacy and strengthen the locus of control to encourage better financial performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality, promotion and brand awareness on purchasing decisions for Mixue products in Purwokerto. The research method used is quantitative, and the data analysis method is descriptive statistics. Samples were taken using the Accidental Sampling technique, based on the lemeshow formula, 96.4 respondents were obtained, while the results of obtaining respondents were 125 respondents. Data collection used questionnaires distributed offline. From the data that has been obtained and processed using SPPS26, the results show that product quality has a negative and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. While the promotion and brand awareness variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.Keywords: Product quality, Promotion, Brand awareness, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

The tight competition for market share forces network providers to continue to innovate in terms of speed, coverage, and price of internet services. One of the network providers that continues to improve its quality in Indonesia is Indosat Ooredoo. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of price, promotion, and brand image on Indosat Ooredoo customer loyalty. This research uses quantitative research methods and focuses on people who live in Purwokerto. The sampling method used purposive sampling. Respondents used in this research sample were 106 according to the criteria involved in Indosat Ooredoo customer loyalty. The data collection method is through a questionnaire survey measured by a 5-point Likert scale and analyzed using the SPSS 26 application. The results showed that price has a positive and significant effect on Indosat Ooredoo customer loyalty, promotion has no effect and is not significant to Indosat Ooredoo customer loyalty, and brand image has no effect and is not significant to Indosat Ooredoo customer loyalty.

Abstract

Introduction: The study aims to examine the impact of financial literacy, overconfidence, regret aversion bias, herding, and risk tolerance on the investment decisions of the Indonesian millennial generation.  Methods: The study used a quantitative approach with a sample of 120 respondents from the millennial generation who invested in the Islamic capital market. A statistical test was done using SPSS IBM 26. Results: Financial literacy and overconfidence significantly influenced investment decisions. On the other hand, regret aversion bias, herding, and risk tolerance had no significant impact on investment decisions. Conclusion and suggestion: The study concluded that financial literacy and overconfidence are the major factors that affect the investment decisions of the Indonesian millennial generation. The government (regulator) and related institutions should take a more proactive approach in providing outreach and education about the importance of financial literacy and overconfidence. The millennial generation is interested in investing in the Sharia capital market.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of FoMO Sales Promotion, E-wallet on Impulse Buying on Tiktok Shop users at the three largest universities in Purwokerto. The object of this research is Tiktok Shop user students at the three largest universities in Purwokerto. This research is quantitative, the number of samples in this study were 130 respondents with the IBM SPSS version 25 analysis tool. FoMO and Sales Promotion have a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying. Not all consumers make Impulse Buying. Not all consumers make Impulse Buying by transacting payments using E-wallet because there are other features on Tiktok Shop such as cash on delivery, virtual account transfers, then using a credit or debit card.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh literasi keuangan, lingkungan sosial, gaya hidup, dan pengetahuan keuangan terhadap perencanaan keuangan pribadi mahasiswa. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah tingginya tingkat kegagalan finansial di kalangan mahasiswa akibat kurangnya perhatian terhadap perencanaan keuangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 112 mahasiswa dari tiga perguruan tinggi di Purwokerto. Data dianalisis menggunakan Software Smart PLS versi 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan keuangan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perencanaan keuangan pribadi mahasiswa, sementara literasi keuangan, lingkungan sosial, dan gaya hidup tidak berpengaruh terhadap perencanaan keuangan pribadi. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengembangan keterampilan keuangan mahasiswa agar mereka dapat menjadi pengelola keuangan yang lebih baik di masa depan.
