Abstract

Abstrak Konstitusi merupakan pijakan dasar atau norma yuridis fundamental yang mengatur kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara dalam kondisi apapun, termasuk saat menghadapi pandemi Covid-19. Urgensinya konstitusi ini akan bisa dirasakan oleh setiap warga negara melalui proses pendidikan (pembelajaran).  Mengingat kondisi masyarakat yang terkena pandemi Covid-19 ini sangat pluralistik, sementara setiap warga negara secara konstitusionalitas mempunyai hak atas kebinekaan, maka setiap pihak, khususnya kalangan penyelenggara pendidikan untuk melakukan masifikasi pendidikan konstitusi, yang model ini diidealisasikan dapat menegakkan keadilan sosial dan mencegah disparitas dan radikalitas  di tengah  masyarakat.Kata kunci: masifikasi, pendidikan, konstitusi, proteksi, hak, kebinekaan Abstract The constitution is the basic foundation or fundamental juridical norms governing the life of the nation and state in any condition, including when facing the Covid-19 pandemic. The urgency of this constitution will be felt by every citizen through the process of Education (learning). Considering that the condition of the people affected by the Covid-19 pandemic is very pluralistic, while every citizen constitutionality has the right to diversity, then each party, especially the education providers to carry out the constitutional education masification, which this model is idealized can uphold social justice and prevent disparity and radicality in the community. Abstract

Pendidikan, termasuk pendidikan multikultural merupakan instrumen penting yang dapat berpengaruh besar terhadap kehidupan manusia atau subyek didik. Proses penyelenggaraan pembelajarannya menjadi proses yang menentukan terbentuknya karakter bangsa. Konstruksi karakter bangsa akan bisa menjadi karakter yang kuat, terutama dalam memedulikan kepentingan masyarakat dan bangsa, bilamana para penyelenggarannya punya komitmen kuat dalam mewujudkannya. Subyek didik yang dibentuk dengan wawasan dan teladan sikap dan perilaku yang menghormati nilai-nilai multikultural, diidealitaskan mampu menjadi subyek didik yang berkarakter nasionalistik dan humanistik. Kata Kunci: pendidikan, pembelajaran, subyek didik, karakter bangsa   Education, including multicultural education is an important instrument that can have a major impact on the lives of humans or subjects. The process of organizing learning becomes the process that determines the formation of the nation's character. The construction of the nation's character will be a strong character, especially in caring for the interests of the people and the nation, when the organizers have a strong commitment to make it happen. Subjects of students who are formed with insights and examples of attitudes and behaviors that respect the values of multicultural, idealized can be a subject of nationalistic and humanistic characteristic. Abstract

Abstrak: Meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat akan Pendidikan tinggi yang berkualitas menjadi tantangan bagi perguruan tinggi swasta (PTS) untuk berlomba-lomba menarik minat masyarakat agar memilih institusinya. Ditengah persaingan yang cukup berat, peningkatan mutu menjadi hal yang mutlak bagi PTS agar tetap eksis. PTS dituntut untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan yang sebaik-baiknya kepada masyarakat dan berorientasi kepada kebutuhan masyarakat. Pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan akomodasi bagi internasionalisasi PTS, meningkatkan daya saing, meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran dan kualitas manajemen internal, serta untuk meningkatkan kinerja dalam rangka memenangkan persaingan tersebut. Pendampingan yang telah dilakukan oleh Program Pascasarjana, Universitas Islam Malang, untuk mewujudkan Good University Governance dilakukan di empat universitas, antara lain: Universitas Islam Kadiri, Universitas Kadiri, Universitas Wahidiyah Kediri, dan STKIP Modern Ngawi selama bulan Februari 2023. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan bahwa keempat perguruan tinggi telah menerapkan prinsip Good University Governance yang meliputi: transparansi, akuntabilitas, kemandirian, tanggung jawab, dan kewajaran.Abstract: The increasing public demand for quality higher education is a challenge for private tertiary institutions (PTS) to compete in attracting the public's interest in choosing their institution. In the midst of quite tough competition, quality improvement is absolutely essential for PTS to continue to exist. PTS is required to be able to provide the best possible service to the community and be oriented to the needs of the community. This assistance aims to provide accommodation for the internationalization of PTS, increase competitiveness, improve the quality of the learning process and the quality of internal management, as well as to improve performance in order to win the competition. Assistance that has been carried out by the Postgraduate Program, Islamic University of Malang, to realize Good University Governance was carried out at four universities, including: Kadiri Islamic University, Kadiri University, Wahidiyah Kediri University, and STKIP Modern Ngawi during February 2023. The results of the assistance show that the four universities have implemented the principles of Good University Governance which include: transparency, accountability, independence, responsibility, and fairness.

Abstract

Corruption is a serious "disease" that befalls or tests the resilience of the Indonesian people. In any region and in institutional units related to state financial management, both from the central and regional levels, corruption almost always follows. As if where there is state money, that's where corruption appears. As a result of this condition, all subjects of the nation, especially those who feel they have a moral obligation to try to do prevention or prevention. Women are the subject of an educated nation who also have such an obligation, so it is logical that there is strengthening of Islamic ethical education on anti-corruption.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the concept of restorative justice in the criminal justice system in Indonesia based on local wisdom values. The urgency of this study is based on the need for a more humane and holistic solution in resolving criminal cases, considering that the dominant retributive approach is considered less effective and fair. This research method uses normative juridical with a conceptual approach and a comparative approach. The results of the study show that the application of restorative justice that takes local wisdom into account can reduce the workload of the court, increase victim participation, and encourage the responsibility of the perpetrator in repairing the damage caused. In conclusion, the concept of restorative justice that is integrated with local cultural values ??such as deliberation, consensus, and mutual cooperation has great potential to create a fairer and more effective justice system. The novelty of this study lies in the comprehensive approach that combines restorative justice with local wisdom, as well as recommendations for the development of policies and regulations that support its widespread implementation in Indonesia. Abstract

The issue addressed in this community service program is the high rate of domestic conflict in Batu City, particularly that caused by economic problems and infidelity, as well as the lack of local mediators capable of handling these cases with a comprehensive, appropriate approach to the community's socio-cultural context. This community service focuses on three main points: (1) Assistance in mediating domestic economic conflicts through the integration of family law and religious ethics; (2) Assistance in domestic reconciliation after infidelity based on legal justice and religious moral values; (3) Capacity building for family mediators with legal and religious knowledge. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), in which the service team collaboratively designs programs, provides direct assistance, and trains prospective mediators together with partners and community members in Batu City. The entire process involves beneficiaries actively participating in identifying needs, implementing activities, and evaluating results, ensuring that the interventions carried out are truly contextual and sustainable. The results of community services show success in three aspects. First, establishing an effective hybrid mediation model to resolve economic conflicts by combining legal certainty with spiritual peace. Second, the integrated legal-religious approach succeeded in opening a space for constructive dialogue for reconciliation or a more dignified separation in cases of infidelity. Third, the formation of a cadre of competent local family mediators who understand substantive law and are sensitive to religious values, ready to become agents of sustainable peace in their communities.

Abstract

Abstract This article explores Tepuk Sakinah as a means of internalizing the values of a harmonious family in response to high divorce rates, which indicate that premarital guidance should focus on preparing prospective couples to manage conflict, communication, finances, and family responsibilities. The objectives of this study are to analyze the relevance of the five pillars of Tepuk Sakinah to Maqasid al-Shariah, to describe its implementation in Marriage Guidance at the Jombang Subdistrict Office of Religious Affairs, and to formulate a realistic evaluation framework. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a constructivist paradigm. The findings indicate that Tepuk Sakinah functions as a reminder of values during the closing session of Marriage Guidance, not as part of the marriage contract ceremony. Its five pillars align with the al-daruriyyat al-khams. Zawaj and Mitsaqan Ghalizan relate to Hifz al-nasl and Hifz al-din; Muasyarah bil maruf to Hifz al-nafs; Musyawarah to Hifz al-aql; and Taradin to Hifz al-nafs and Hifz al-mal. The evaluation framework is broken down into the orientation of Maqasid al-Shariah, micro-skills, core activities, and indicators suitable for implementation within a limited service duration. The Tepuk Sakinah evaluation is not sufficient to measure mere memorization of the pillars; rather, it must assess understanding of the values, readiness to address issues, and the applicability of the indicators. The implications of the findings suggest that Tepuk Sakinah is suitable to be positioned as a medium for the internalization of sakinah family values based on Maqasid al-Shariah.   Abstrak Artikel ini mengeksplorasi Tepuk Sakinah sebagai media internalisasi nilai keluarga sakinah dalam merespons tingginya angka perceraian yang menunjukkan bahwa pembekalan pranikah perlu diarahkan pada kesiapan calon pasangan dalam mengelola konflik, komunikasi, ekonomi, dan tanggung jawab keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis relevansi lima pilar Tepuk Sakinah dengan Maqasid al-Shariah, mendeskripsikan operasionalisasinya dalam Bimbingan Perkawinan di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Jombang, serta merumuskan kerangka evaluasi yang realistis. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan paradigma konstruktivis. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa Tepuk Sakinah berfungsi sebagai media pengingat nilai pada sesi penutup Bimbingan Perkawinan, bukan bagian dari prosesi akad. Lima pilarnya selaras dengan al-daruriyyat al-khams. Zawaj dan Mitsaqan Ghalizan berkaitan dengan Hifz al-nasl dan Hifz al-din, Muasyarah bil maruf dengan Hifz al-nafs, Musyawarah dengan Hifz al-aql, serta Taradin dengan Hifz al-nafs dan Hifz al-mal. Kerangka evaluasi diturunkan menjadi orientasi Maqasid al-Shariah, keterampilan mikro, aktivitas inti, dan indikator yang layak diterapkan dalam durasi layanan terbatas. Evaluasi Tepuk Sakinah tidak cukup mengukur hafalan pilar, tetapi perlu membaca pemahaman nilai, kesiapan merespons masalah, dan keterpakaian indikator. Implikasi temuan menunjukkan Tepuk Sakinah layak diposisikan sebagai media internalisasi nilai keluarga sakinah berbasis Maqasid al-Shariah. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the transformation of Sufi values contained in Kitab al-Ḥikam al-‘Aṭā’iyyah by Ibn ‘Aṭā’illah al-Sakandari as a spiritual foundation for fostering harmony within the multicultural society of Singkawang City. This research is motivated by the social reality of Singkawang, a city marked by ethnic, cultural, and religious pluralism, which necessitates a strong moral and spiritual basis to reinforce social cohesion. This study employs a qualitative approach within a socio-cultural framework. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed through data condensation, display, and conclusion drawing. Kitab al-Ḥikam al-‘Aṭā’iyyah by Ibn ‘Aṭā’illah al-Iskandarī is a seminal work in Islamic mysticism that guides humans toward closeness to God while shaping noble social ethics. Values such as sincerity (ikhlāṣ), humility (tawāḍu‘), patience (ṣabr), asceticism (zuhd), and love (maḥabbah) serve as moral compasses that are highly relevant in a multicultural society like Singkawang. These teachings foster spiritual awareness that nurtures tolerance, strengthens social solidarity, and instills virtuous character in education. Al-Hikam thus becomes a source of transformative values that cultivate harmony, peace, and appreciation for diversity.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the environmental crisis, which calls for a holistic approach grounded in religious values, particularly within the Islamic Boarding School environment. However, there has been little research that thoroughly examines how Islamic Boarding Schools integrate the values of Eco-sufism through the hidden curriculum to foster religious character that is environmentally conscious. This study aims to: (1) describe a model for integrating Eco-sufism through the hidden curriculum to foster students’ religious character; (2) identify the Eco-sufism values instilled through the hidden curriculum to enhance character education that is environmentally conscious; and (3) analyze the implications of Eco-sufism integration on students’ ecological behavior at Al-Amien Prenduan Islamic Boarding School. The approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The informants were the leaders and caregivers, teachers, and students. The research was conducted from April 2025 to December 2025. Data analysis involved data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the model of Eco-sufism integration is manifested in the exemplary conduct of the kiai, daily routines, and the boarding school’s spatial layout, all of which are rich in ecological meaning. The internalized values include simplicity, balance with nature, and responsibility as stewards of the earth. Consequently, there is a shift in the students’ ecological behavior, characterized by an awareness of maintaining cleanliness, managing resources, and caring for environmental sustainability. This study confirms that an Eco-sufism-based hidden curriculum effectively shapes the students’ religious and ecological character in an integrated manner.
