Abstract

An Islamic religious education teacher is required to develop his performance so that students are always ready to face the world of work. This qualitative descriptive research using literature study will examine the development of the performance of Islamic religious education teachers for students in facing the world of work. The data analysis technique uses content analysis by sorting data according to the problem and research objectives. This article finds several things as follows. First, in developing their performance, an Islamic religious education teacher must have the following five criteria, including: commitment to students in the learning process, must master the material, carry out evaluations, be able to think systematically, and be part of society in their professional environment. Second, in developing his performance, an Islamic religious education teacher must be able to be a corrector, inspirer, informer, motivator, initiator and facilitator. Also, an Islamic religious education teacher must master several teaching methods, including: lecture methods, exercises, question and answer, discussions, experiments, assignments, field trips, socio-drama, and the like. Third, to prepare students for the world of work, an Islamic religious education teacher must formulate a curriculum that suits the needs of society, that is in line with developments in science and technology, and that suits individual needs. Fourth, to balance the curriculum with the field of work, an Islamic religious education teacher must pay attention to skills education which is usually directed at employment preparation, directed at several types of work and in accordance with his field of expertise.

Abstract

The moral education values ​​contained in scouting are apparently significant with Islamic teachings. This qualitative descriptive research using literature studies explores the moral foundations and values ​​of scouting and their significance to Islamic teachings. The data analysis technique is by sorting the data according to the research objectives. This research found the following two things. First, the ideal basis for scouting is Pancasila, the constitutional basis for scouting is the 1945 Constitution, especially article 31 paragraph 1 and Presidential Decree No. 238 of 1961. Second, the moral education values ​​contained in scouting activities are piety to God Almighty, which is significant in QS. Al-Baqarah: 3-4, QS. Al-Hujurat: 13, and QS. Ali Imran: 102; love of nature and compassion for fellow humans are significant to QS. Al-Baqarah: 29, QS. Al-Hujurat: 10, and QS. Ar-Rum: 41; polite patriot and significant knight with QS. Surah Ibrahim: 35 and QS. Lukman: 6; obedient and likes to have significant discussions with QS. An-Nisa: 59 and QS. Ali Imran: 159; willing to help and steadfast significantly with QS. Al-Maidah: 2, QS. Al-Baqarah: 153, and QS. Al-Baqarah: 155; diligent, skilled and significantly happy with QS. An-Najm: 39 and QS. Al-Insyirah: 5-6; frugal, careful, and modest are significant with QS. Al-A'raf: 31 and QS. At-Takasur: 2-3; disciplined, brave, and significantly loyal to QS. Abstract

Prabu Dasamuka is a puppet character who has ten faces, a symbol of a cunning person and twenty hands, a symbol of an arrogant person. Some of the other characters are cruel, fierce, cruel, greedy, angry, and sorcerers. This qualitative research using literature studies analyzes the character of King Dasamuka through the values ​​of Islamic moral education. The data analysis technique uses content analysis by sorting things according to the focus and objectives of the research. This research resulted in the conclusion that several of Prabu Dasamuka's characters should be avoided because they do not reflect the values ​​of Islamic moral education, including: ruthless, fierce and cruel, significant to the content of the QS. As-Shura verse 42, QS. Ibrahim verse 42, QS. Ash-Syu'ara verse 227, HR. Bukhari, Muslim, Turmudzi, Ahmad, Abu Daud, Hakim, Tabrani, and Nasai; significant greed with the content of QS. An-Nisa verse 37 which can cause stinginess and QS. Luqman verse 12 which can cause not being good at being grateful; arrogance, arrogance and high-mindedness are significant to the content of QS. Luqman verse 18, QS. Al-Isra verse 37, QS. Ghafir verse 56, QS. Al-A'raf verse 146, QS. Al-Mukmin verse 35, QS. Al-Baqarah verse 34, HR. Bukhari and Muslim; Angkara is significantly angry with the contents of the QS. Yusuf verse 53 about lust and anger, HR. Bukhari, and HR.
