Abstract

AbstractThis research is entitled Analysis of Factors Influencing People To Drink Coffee at Coffee Shops in Surabaya City. The research population is a coffee shop in Surabaya by taking a sample of 26 respondents. The research uses a quantitative research approach with factor analysis. The experimental factors are Product, Price, Place, Promotion, and Service Quality, consisting of 21 variables. In stage 1 analysis, only 20 variables can be used to perform factor analysis. The analysis results prove that five formed factors can influence purchasing decisions, and only two factors have a dominant influence on these purchasing decisions, namely factor 1 and factor 4. 1 and 4. In factor 1, there are variables of public relations and direct selling (Promotion) and variables of ease of place access, comfort, and spacious parking (Place), as well as in factor 2; there are variables of product taste (Product) and suitability price with benefits and price competitiveness (Price). Variables in factor 2 and factor 3 have a small correlation value so that it does not significantly affect purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, factor 5 has a negative correlation value, which means that the more the variable can be paid off and reliability will decrease the decision to buy a drink at a coffee shop in Surabaya

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the Role of Lecturer Competence in mediating the influence of Teamwork, Teaching Experience, and Mastery of Information Technology on the Performance of Indonesian Lecturers. The data used is primary by using a questionnaire. The population used is lecturers who take part in the Visiting Professor program organized by the University of Muhammadiyah Malang with a total of 362 lecturers. Using a saturated sample, 292 lecturers filled out a questionnaire instrument via Google Form. The analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of the study explain that Teamwork is able to have a positive and significant effect on Lecturer Competence, but has an insignificant effect on Lecturer Performance. Teaching Experience has a positive and significant effect on Lecturer Competence and Performance. Mastery of Information Technology has a positive and significant effect on increasing Lecturer Competence, but has no significant effect on Lecturer Performance. Competence is not able to act as a Mediator for the influence of Teamwork on Lecturer Performance, but is able to mediate the effect of Teaching Experience and Mastery of Information Technology on Lecturer Performance

Abstract

Abstrak Wabah “Covid’19” menjadi tantangan sekaligus ancaman bagi keberlanjutan bisnis UMKM. Bagi pengusaha wanita (womenpreneur) menjalankan usaha adalah tuntutan dan kebutuhan dalam mendukung ekonomi keluarga. Berdasarkan analisis situasi menunjukkan bahwa beberapa diantara intrepreuner khususnya womenpreneur UMKM di Ujung Pangkah Desa Kebon Agung Kabupaten Gresik merupakan tulang punggung keluarga, sehingga dampak pandemi sangat mempengaruhi perekonomian mereka. Bahkan sampai memasuki era new normal ini, tingkat kesejahteraan ekonomi interpreneur /womenpreneur tidak ada perubahan signifikan. Pengabdian masyarakat melalui kegiatan berbagi pengetahuan dan pengalaman merupakan bentuk kontribusi membantu UMKM mengupayakan resiliensi dan adaptasi bisnis saat pandemi. Kegiatan pengabdian yang melibatkan kolaborasi akademisi, mahasiswa dan pelaku usaha diharapkan dapat membawa perubahan baik pada keberlangsungan bisnis UMKM. Pendampingan partisipatif terhadap mitra dengan melibatkan peran akademisi, praktisi, interpreneur /womenpreneur dari mahasiswa dan UMKM adalah bentuk metode pengabdian. Materi sosialisasi dan edukasi pada kegiatan pengabdian, antara lain: perilaku inovasi bisnis new normal, dan legalitas produk. Sebelum mengadakan kegiatan berbagi ilmu, maka dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui potensi Daerah ini dan observasi pada mitra untuk mengetahui permasalahan pelaku usaha. Hasil akhir pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa mitra memperoleh insipirasi bisnis disertai pengetahuan dan pengalaman baru untuk mendukung kemajuan bisnisnya. Kegiatan berbagi ilmu pada pengabdian masyarakat secara implisit menyiratkan makna tentang begitu pentingnya sinergi pelaku usaha, praktisi dan womenpreneur, baik dari UMKM maupun mahasiswa untuk mendukung keberlanjutan usaha untuk mewujudkan Desa Agrowisata.

Abstract

Desa Kebonagung, Gresik, menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik karena keterbatasan dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM). Aparatur desa sering kekurangan keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang memadai, sehingga pelayanan menjadi tidak efisien dan berkualitas rendah. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, dilakukan program pengabdian masyarakat yang bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi aparatur desa dalam manajemen SDM. Tujuan utama program ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan aparatur desa dalam perencanaan, pengelolaan, dan evaluasi SDM agar dapat memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik. Metode yang digunakan meliputi tiga tahap: pra-pelaksanaan (survei kebutuhan pelatihan), pelaksanaan (sesi pelatihan intensif teori dan praktik), dan evaluasi (kuesioner dan observasi untuk menilai peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan). Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan aparatur desa terkait manajemen SDM. Peserta pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan motivasi dan kerjasama tim, yang berdampak positif pada efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan publik. Disarankan program serupa dilakukan secara berkala untuk keberlanjutan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik di masa mendatang.

Abstract

This research was conducted in one of the universities (organizations) in Gresik, which, in the university environment, the performance of lecturers is very important in improving the quality of higher education. The problems caused are still found in the performance of lecturers whose achievements are below the standards given by universities, which are suspected of having the culture and commitment of University given to the performance of lecturers that are still less than optimal. This research mean for analyze and find solutions to problems caused by organizational culture and commitment. This study uses a quantitative method, where the respondents are 95 students from the questionnaire sample by the college students, while the data analysis uses the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) methods. This research show that University Culture and Commitment having a direct and significant impact on lecturer performance, but University Culture has an effect but not significantly on Lecturer Performance if through University Commitment. Therefore, policies, policies and organizational culture provided by universities should also pay attention to the interests expected by lecturers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the sociopreneur-based business strategies are implemented by the manager of Raharjo BUMDes in developing a tourist village in the "Strawberry Granary” plantation area, Pandanrejo District, Batu City. As a leading sector, BUMDes consider the resources they have by using sociopreneur strategies and models as alternative solutions in managing tourism businesses. This type of research was descriptive qualitative. The research informants consisted of 6 people, namely the Head of Raharjo BUMDes and administrators, executor of tourism business operations, and BUMDes partners. The results showed that BUMDes had used a sociopreneur-based tourist village management strategy through tourism businesses.  Several strategic steps and innovations had been carried out: 1. Building a network among stakeholders; 2. Building a Tourist Village Icon; 3. Stabilizing the Strawberry trading system; 4. Expanding market access; 5. Marketing through social media; 6. Expansion of tourism service products; 7. Sociopreneur Implementation. In conclusion, the strategy carries out is able to optimize the available resources into a social capital that could be synergized as a solution in developing the Strawberry Barn tourist village.

Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini adalah Dinas Cipta Karya dan Kawasan Perumahan Kabupaten Gresik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan dan mengembangkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, terampil, dan berdaya saing sehingga dapat menghasilkan kinerja yang baik. Dengan demikian, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pengaruh pengetahuan, budaya, dan lingkungan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui nilai satu atau lebih variabel independen tanpa melakukan perbandingan atau melihat hubungannya dengan variabel lain. populasi terdiri dari 130 individu, dan 100 responden adalah sampel. Data primer dan data sekunder atau kuisioner dikumpulkan. Metode analisis data meliputi koefisien determinasi, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis statistik deskriptif korelasi, normalitas klasik, multikolinearitas, heteroaskedastisitas, autokorelasi, regresi linier berganda, uji T dan F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan, beban kerja, dan pengetahuan mempengaruhi kinerja pada Dinas Perumahan dan Permukiman Cipta Karya Kabupaten Gresik (DKPKP) secara bersamaan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel. Sedangkan secara parsial masing-masing variabel lingkungan, beban kerja dan pengetahuan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai perlu memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya antara lain lingkungan kerja yang nyaman, beban kerja yang optimal dan pengetahuan yang relevan dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab pegawai.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of style leadership and work motivationagainst job satisfaction of employees at PT Indofood. This study was conducted by simple random sampling techniques (techniques simple sample), with a sample of 75 respondents. Whole regression equation the doubles used have met the requirements of the classical assumption test. Results of the study this shows that there is a significant and positive influence between the style leadership and motivation simultaneously to employee satisfaction in PT Indofood.

Abstract

This article explores the implementation of financial management, human resource management (HRM), and business management training strategies in the context of layer chicken farming in Indonesia. Using a case study method, this research investigates best practices and challenges faced in implementing these strategies. The findings indicate that training in financial management, HRM, and business management significantly enhances operational efficiency and profitability of layer chicken farming businesses. However, the implementation of these strategies also encounters several obstacles such as limited resources, resistance to change, and a lack of understanding of the importance of effective management. This article provides valuable insights for layer chicken farming business owners and other stakeholders to strengthen management practices in the poultry industry. Further steps are also suggested to address the challenges encountered in implementing these strategies.

Abstract

Playing games is one of the activities in great demand by the elderly, young, and children, whose use is generally only to fill spare time, get rid of boredom, and for fun. Therefore in this final project, an educational game based on Role Playing Game will be developed, which is helpful for learning by applying ten-finger typing education because, until now, learning has only been done through books. Delphi 7 is used in its manufacture. The Delphi language is a programming language that can be configured in such a way that it can work with other devices to form a control system—and apply the Finite State Machine method to process the gameplay control flow, which consists of 3 levels where the player will complete the answers for each class to be able to proceed to the next level. The results of this game can be used as learning media for children, and they can learn while playing to add knowledge in the field of typing. With these benefits, it is hoped that later games can be developed and applied among students. A game uses electronics and is entertainment in the form of multimedia that is made as attractive as possible so that players can get something that there is new satisfaction. In the Big Indonesian Dictionary, an online game is used to play goods or something that is played. The growth of the game industry is developing, especially in various types of games which include Maze Games, Board Games, Card Games, Battle Card Games, Quiz Games, Puzzle Games, Shooting Games, First Person Shooting (FPS), Side Scrolling Games, Fighting Game, Racing Game, Simulation, Strategy Game, Role Playing Game (RPG), Adventure Game, Sports Game, and Edutainment Game.
