Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explain and analyze: (1) the simultanously effect of organizational culture, work discipline, and organizational communication on employee performance in Local Government Finance Office of North Buton, (2) the effect of organizational culture on employee performance in Local Government Finance Office of North Buton, (3) the effect of work discipline on employee performance in Local Government Finance Office of North Buton, and (4) the effect of organizational communication on employee performance in Local Government Finance Office of North Buton. This study had used survey approach with explanatory research design. The data was collected by cross-section  technique with a questionaire. The population in this study was all the civil servant in Local Government Finance Office which about 40 employees. Number of samples had used census technique which all the number of population became the samples of this study. This study was used descriptive method and multiple linear regression.The result shows that: (1) organizational culture, work discipline, and organizational communication in simultanously has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Local Government Finance Office of North Buton, (2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Local Government Finance Office of North Buton, (3) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Local Government Finance Office of North Buton, and (4) organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Local Government Finance Office of North Buton.From the result of these studies it can be concluded that the better organizational culture is applied, the higher work discipline of the employees, and the better of organizational communication applied by employees will be able to improve employee performance for the better.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to: 1) determine the simultaneous effect of knowledge management, work motivation and leadership on police performance, 2) determine the effect of knowledge management on police performance, 3) determine the effect of motivation on police performance, and 4) determine the effect of leadership on police performance.The object of this research is the TIK Polda Sultra. The population of the study was police officers who served in TIK Polda Sultra totaling 74 personnel. Because the number of population units is limited, the entire population unit at the same time becomes a prospective respondent for this study as many as 74 personnel. The research data was collected using a questionnaire, the research data was analyzed using SPSS ver 20 to determine the results of the regression analysis of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable.The results of the study: 1) The simultaneous and positive effect of knowledge management, work motivation, and leadership on the performance of members of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police's TIK, 2) Knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police's TIK Division, 3) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on significantly to the performance of the members of the TIK Sector of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police, and 4) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the members of the TIK Division of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) examine the effect of emotional intelligence on teacher performance, 2) examine the influence of spiritual intelligence on teacher performance, 3) examine the influence of emotional and spiritual intelligence on teacher performance. The object of this research is the Ibn Abbas Muna Foundation Educational Institution. The population of the study was the permanent teachers of the Ibn Abbas Muna Foundation Educational Institution totaling 60 people. The size of the sample determination using the census technique or the population as a sample, thus the research sample amounted to 60 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire, the measurement scale using Slovin. The research data were tabulated and analyzed using the SPSS ver 22 software application to determine the results of multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, 2) spiritual intelligence had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, 3) emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence simultaneously had a significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the influence of leadership and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable (study on the staffing agency and human resource development in East Kolaka Regency). Data collection is done by using a questionnaire and documentation. The population of this study were employees of the personnel and human resource development agency in East Kolaka Regency, with the method of determining the census, so that the sample size was set at 51 employees. The analytical tool used is SmartPLS.The results showed that leadership had a positive and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction. Leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction. The work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction does not play a role in mediating the influence of leadership on employee performance. Job satisfaction plays a role in mediating the influence of the work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of E-Procurement, Good Corporate Governance and Knowledge Management on the performance of employees of the Procurement Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Southeast Sulawesi Province. The approach used is the survey method of 32 employees of the Bureau of Procurement of Goods/Services at the Regional Secretariat of Southeast Sulawesi Province who have been certified. The results show that e-procurement and good corporate governance significantly affect employee performance, while knowledge management is not able to affect employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims: 1) to study the effect of organizational communication, work motivation and teamwork on the performance of Wakatobi Regency DPRD Secretariat staffs, 2) to study the effect of communication on the performance of Wakatobi Regency DPRD Secretariat staffs, 3) to study the effect of work motivation on the performance of Wakatobi Regency DPRD Secretariat Staffs, 4) to study the effect of Teamwork on the performance of Wakatobi Regency DPRD Secretariat Staffs.The subject of this research is Wakatobi Regency DPRD Secretariat Staffs. The population of this research are all 30 civil servants (PNS) in the Wakatobi Regency DPRD Secretariat. The sample size used saturation sampling so the number of samples in this study is 30 people.The result shows that: 1) Simultaneously, organizational communication, work motivation and teamwork have significant effects on the performance of Wakatobi Regency DPRD Secretariat Staffs, 2) Communication has positive and significant effects on the performance of Wakatobi Regency DPRD Secretariat Staffs, 3) Work motivation has positive and significant effects on the performance of Wakatobi Regency DPRD Secretariat Staffs, 4) Teamwork has positive and significant effects on the performance of Wakatobi Regency DPRD Secretariat Staffs.Keywords: organizational communication, work motivation, teamwork, employees performance

Abstract

This research intends to partially examine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operational Costs Operational Income (BOPO), Non Performing Loans (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) to Return on Assets (ROA) at Persero Bank. The subject of this research was persero banks consisting of Bank Mandiri, Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bank Negara Indonesia and Bank Tabungan Negara with observation period of 15 years, thus the research data observed was 60 observations.  The data were analyzed with multiple analysis using SPSS 20. The result of the research: 1) capital adequacy ratio has negative and insignificant effects on persero banks' Return on Assets, 2) operational costs operational income has negative and significant effects on persero banks' Return on Assets, 3) non-performing loans has negative and significant effects on persero banks' Return on Asset, 4)  net interest margin has positive and significant effects on persero banks' Return on Assets, 5) loan to deposit ratio has positive but insignificant effects on persero banks' Return on Assets.Keywords: CAR, Operating Income Operating Costs, NPL, NIM, LDR, ROA

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of work motivation, teamwork and non-physical work environment on the performance of the North Sulawesi Regional Police Biddokkes personnel either simultaneously or partially. The approach of this study is quantitative using a survey method. The data was collected by cross section by using a one-line questionnaire via the link: https://forms.gle/xXS8ShLBhmbJxBBx5. The population of this study were all 49 members of the Biddokkes Police of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police and all of them were used as research respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that work motivation, teamwork and non-physical work environment simultan eously had a significant effect on the performance of the Biddokkes Police personnel of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police. Furthermore, the partial test results of work motivation have a positive and significant effect on personnel performance. Then teamwork proved to have a positive and significant effect on personnel performance. A good non-physical work environment contributes significantly or significantly to the improvement of personnel performance. This means that the better the implementation of work motivation, teamwork and non-physical work environment, the performance of personnel will increase significantly. This result is also reinforced by the respondent's statement based on the description of the variables of work motivation, teamwork and non-physical work environment and personnel performance.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are (1). To find out and analyze whether work stress, non-physical work environment, and work motivation affect the job satisfaction of nurses in the Bahteramas Hospital Inpatient Room, Southeast Sulawesi Province during the Covid-19 Pandemic; (2) To find out and analyze whether work stress affects the job satisfaction of nurses in the Inpatient Room at Bahteramas Hospital, Southeast Sulawesi Province during the Covid-19 Pandemic; (3) To find out and analyze whether the non-physical work environment affects the job satisfaction of nurses in the Inpatient Room at Bahteramas Hospital, Southeast Sulawesi Province during the Covid-19 Pandemic; (4) To find out and analyze whether work motivation affects the job satisfaction of nurses in the Inpatient Room at Bahteramas Hospital, Southeast Sulawesi Province during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The analysis tool uses Multivariate Linear Regression with a sample of 98 respondents.The results showed (1) work stress, non-physical work environment, and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of nurses at the Bahteramas Regional General Hospital, Southeast Sulawesi Province, (2) work stress had a negative and significant effect on the job satisfaction of nurses at the Regional General Hospital. Bahteramas Southeast Sulawesi Province, (3) Non-Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of nurses at the Bahteramas Regional General Hospital, Southeast Sulawesi Province, (4) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of nurses at the Bahteramas Regional General Hospital, Southeast Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of non-physical work environment, work discipline and career development on the performance of the National Police School (SPN) members of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police either simultaneously or partially. The approach of this study is quantitative using a survey method. The data was collected by cross section using a one-line questionnaire with the link: https://forms.gle/H515BEQpSkcQZpU59. The sample of this study was all 68 members of the SPN Polda Sultra police. The analytical tool used is Multivariate Regression AnalysisThe results of this study indicate that the non-physical work environment, work discipline and career development together have a positive and significant effect on police performance. The results of the partial test of the non-physical work environment proved to have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the police. Then work motivation has a positive and significant effect on police performance. These results prove that the better the career development, the significantly the police performance will increase. This result is also strengthened by the respondent's statement based on the respondent's description non-physical work environment, work discipline, career development and police performance, the majority of respondents stated that the implementation was good at the SPN Polda Sultra.
