Abstract

The mengkreng intersection is a very congested route because its location is near Nganjuk, Kediri and Jombang Regencies for the economic distribution of the West and East Java Provinces. Traffic engineering management is needed so that the intersection is not increasingly saturated. As a benchmark, traffic performance forecasting is carried out for 3 years from 2019 to 2022. Based on forecasting results, the Mengkreng intersection will decrease its DS value by carrying out the Kertosono - Kediri toll road development plan so that the DS value is below 1 (one). In 2019 the lowest DS was 0.79, while the highest DS was 1.61. While in 2022 the lowest DS is 0.45, while the highest DS is 2.72. The solution to deal with traffic congestion in 2045 is through traffic engineering and vehicle restrictions.

Abstract

Indonesia is an area prone to earthquakes. Earthquakes caused by the movement of the earth's plates are the biggest cause of earthquakes that will cause damage to the building structure. Earthquakes occurring in Indonesia often cost lives. However, it is certain that the cause of the loss of life is not directly caused by the earthquake, but caused by the destruction of the building that caused the collapse in the building.The purpose of writing the research is to determine the performance criteria of the university building's seismic performance from the performance point value using the ATC-40 code, showing the melamine scheme (plastic joint distribution) occurring from the calculation of the software program, knowing the collapse pattern of the building so it can be known the joints Suffered damage and suffered destruction of pushover analysis.From the results of the study, the structure of the building is able to provide nonlinear behavior indicated by the initial phase and the majority of plastic joints occur in new beam elements and then column elements. The performance level of the structure enters the criterion of operational which means that minor structural and building damage can be reused immediately.

Abstract

The high growth rate of vehicles gives direct effect on high road traffic. The capacity of Surabaya-Gresik Highway, which is designed with 2 lanes on each lane, is no longer able to accommodate the existing traffic load. This is proven by frequent long traffic jams on Jalan dr. Wahidin S.H. Therefore it is the right time to construct the underpass.The purpose of this research was to define the peak hours, the degree of saturation, and the level of service that occurred on the road section of Dr. Wahidin S.H to the intersection of Gresik Grand Mosque due to the construction of the underpass in GKB Gresik. The method used in this study was identification of traffic character, traffic survey, and analysis of traffic performance of signalized intersections using the Indonesia Highway Capacity Manual. The results of the study were morning and afternoon peak hours. In the existing condition in 2020 the value of Saturation Degree (DS) was 0.858 > 0.75 (LOS) E. In 2026 in which it is 5-year prediction by using management of traffic engineering the value of degree saturation (DS) was 0.744 < 0.75, level of service (LOS) C. Conditions after management of traffic engineering with adjustment of traffic light time cycle at the intersection of Jl. Dr. Wahidin S.H. – Jl. Gresik – Babat – Jl. Mayjen Sungkono, widening of intersection geometry and the operation of left and right side frontage and setting of Traffic Signaling Equipment (APILL) showed a level of service (LOS) C, stable flow, but limited speed.

Abstract

Perkembangan pembangunan infrastruktur di Jawa Timur terus dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan memulihkan ekonomi nasional, salah satunya adalah Pembangunan Bandara Dhoho Kediri. Proyek pembangunan bandara menempati wilayah di 3 kecamatan yaitu Tarokan, Grogol dan Banyakan. Permasalahan terjadi dikarenakan fungsi guna lahan yang berada di kawasan pembangunan bandara terutama di ruas Jl. Raya Kediri-Nganjuk mempunyai aktivitas yang cukup tinggi dan berpotensi meningkat seiring dengan pembukaan bandara pada tahun 2023. Dalam studi ini digunakan pendekatan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan penginderaan jarak jauh menggunakan Citra Google Earth. Ruas jalan yang ditinjau adalah Jl. Raya Kediri-Nganjuk – Simpang Banyakan sepanjang 5,79 km dan membagi menjadi 3 segmen sesuai dengan batas administratif per wilayah kecamatan. Hasil analisis persentase pertumbuhan guna lahan pada tahun 2013, 2017 dan 2022 (eksisting) menunjukkan pada Kec. Tarokan pertumbuhan rata-rata sebesar 7,529% dengan penambahan 2.173 m2, Kec. Grogol sebesar 5,002% dengan penambahan 7.302 m2, Kec. Banyakan sebesar 7,175% dengan penambahan 4.972 m2 untuk prediksi guna lahan tahun 2027. Sedangkan untuk analisis hambatan samping tergambar sesuai dengan kondisi daerah dengan tingkat hambatan samping bervariasi dari sedang hingga sangat tinggi.

Abstract

Pembangunan suatu kawasan atau bangunan baru akan berdampak langsung terhadap lalu lintas disekitar kawasan tersebut. Untuk itu diperlukan data historis lalu lintas disekitar kawasan tersebut. Untuk itu diperlukan data historis lalu lintas yang digunakan sebagai dasar untuk menetapkan pengaruh dari kawasan baru terhadap jalan-jalan disekitarnya. Andalalin ini akan digunakan untuk memperkirakan kondisi lalu lintas mendatang baik untuk kondisi “tanpa adanya pembangunan kawasan” maupun “dengan pembangunan kawasan”. Kota Surabaya mempunyai permasalahan yang cukup serius di bidang transportasi khususnya lalu lintas. Permasalahan kemacetan lalu lintas, yang secara konsep sudah terencana dalam program SITNP (Surabaya Integrated Transportation Network Palnning). Pada kondisi eksisting berdasarkan hasil analisa kinerja simpang tak bersinyal memperlihatkan Derajat Kejenuhan (DS) ≤ 0,85), sehingga dapat dikatakan kondisi ini menggambarkan tidak mengalami kemacetan pada simpang Jl. Menur Pumpungan – Jl. Manyar Indah Raya – Jl. Manyar Tirtoyoso. Dengan dibangunnya apartemen dan hotel Gunawangsa maka akan terjadi penambahan volume pada tiap pergerakan di simpang Jl. Menur Pumpungan – Jl. Manyar Indah Raya – Jl. Manyar Tirtoyoso, untuk mengatisipasi kemacetan pada jam puncak pagi bahwa eksisting sudah ada pelarangan belok kanan dari arah Jl. Menur Pumpungan (dari Barat) ke arah Jl. Manyar Indah Raya (arah Selatan) dan dari Jl. Manyar Tirtoyoso (dari Utara) Lurus Ke Jl. Manyar Indah Raya (arah Selatan) pada jam 06.00 – 09.00

Abstract

AbstractTransportation has an important role in a means that helps in the wheel of economy, an area needs another area as a support where one of the connecting infrastructure in the form of toll road development is the plan of the construction of Kertosono - Kediri Toll Road as one part of the trans Java Toll Road connecting western East Java and eastern East Java, the area forms a golden triangle in the industrial area , trade areas and tourist areas. Kertosono – Kediri Toll Road is built with a road length of 20.3 km that will be connected to the airport in Kediri and the southern causeway of Java. The object studied was the rider who passed through the Kertosono – Kediri road. By using the short method Of Ability To Pay and Willingness To Pay to determine the number of respondents conducted randomly or randomly as many as 194 respondents using a confidence level of 5%. Data collection with the dissemination of questionnaires to users of kertosono - Kediri road sections includes socioeconotic characteristics as prospective toll road users are shown in questionnaires containing karekteristik social economy namely age, gender, occupation, income per month, expenditures for transportation per month, origin and destination of travel, travel intent and frequency of travel and review of ideal fares. The method used in this study is the calculation of Ability To Pay and Willingnes To Pay. The relationship between ATP and WTP as well as the graph of the relationship between the potential and total revenue obtained ideal tariff Kertosono Toll – Kediri. The results of the analysis of ATP and WTP analysis in each group of vehicles are Group I Rp. 22.500,00, Group II Rp. 33.750,00, Group III Rp. 45.000,00, Group IV Rp. 56.250,00, Group V Rp. 67.500,00. The results of the analysis of atp value is lower than the value of WTP which means that the community has a relatively low income but the utility against the value of WTP which means the community has a relatively low income but the utility against the toll road is very high, so the desire of the public to pay tariffs tends to be more influenced by the utility to the service is relatively low, users in this condition are called choiced riders. Keywords: Toll Roads, Tariffs, ATP and WTP  AbstrakTransportasi memiliki peran penting dalam suatu sarana yang membantu dalam roda perkonomian, suatu daerah tersebut membutuhkan daerah lain sebagai pendukung dimana salah satu prasarana penghubung berupa pembangunan Jalan Tol yaitu rencana pembangunan Jalan Tol Kertosono – Kediri sebagai salah satu bagian Jalan Tol trans jawa yang menghubungkan Jawa Timur bagian barat dan Jawa Timur bagian timur, kawasan tersebut membentuk segitiga emas di kawasan industri, kawasan perdagangan dan kawasan wisata. Jalan Tol Kertosono – Kediri di bangun dengan panjang jalan 20,3 km yang akan terkoneksi dengan bandara di Kediri dan jalur lintas selatan jawa. Obyek yang diteliti yaitu pengendara yang melewati ruas jalan Kertosono – Kediri. Dengan menggunakan metode pendekat  Ability To Pay dan Willingness To Pay untuk penentuan jumlah responden dilakukan secara acak atau random sebanyak 194 responden dengan menggunakan tingkat kepercayaan sebesar 5%. Pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuisioner ke pengguna ruas jalan Kertosono – Kediri meliputi karakteristik social ekonomi sabagai calon pengguna jalan tol di tunjukkan dalam kuisioner yang berisikan karekteristik social ekonomi yaitu usia , jenis kelamin, pekerjaan, pendapatan per bulan, pengeluaran untuk transportasiper bulan, asal dan tujuan perjalanan, maksud perjalanan dan frekuensi perjalanan serta meninjau terhadap tarif ideal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini perhitungan Ability To Pay dan Willingnes To Pay. Hubungan antara ATP dan WTP serta grafik hubungan antara potensi dan total pendapatan didapatkan tariff ideal Tol Kertosono – Kediri. Hasil penelitian analisis ATP dan WTP di setiap golongan kendaraan adalah Golongan I Rp. 22.500,00, Golongan II  Rp. 33.750,00, Golongan III  Rp. 45.000,00, Golongan IV  Rp. 56.250,00, Golongan V  Rp. 67.500,00. Hasil analisis nilai ATP lebih rendah dari nilai WTP yang artinya masyarakat mempunyai penghasilan relatif rendah tetapi utilitas terhadap rendah dari nilai WTP yang artinya masyarakat mempunyai penghasilan relatif rendah tetapi utilitas terhadap jalan tol sangat tinggi, sehingga keinginan masyarakat untuk membayar tarif cenderung lebih dipengaruhi oleh utilitas terhadap jasa tersebut relatif rendah, pengguna pada kondisi ini disebut choiced riders. Kata Kunci: Jalan Tol, Tarif, ATP dan WTP

AbstractThe development of the road network in the city of Surabaya is accompanied by population growth, land use and traffic. Middle East Road (MERR II C) road operation will cause generation and traction so that there will be a decrease in traffic performance at Jl. Arif Rahman Hakim - Jl. Dr. Ir. H. Soekarno. The method of signaling intersection analysis uses the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual. This research stage is to determine the performance of traffic in the current conditions in 2019 and then forecast the predicted traffic in the next 5 years in 2024. From the results of the analysis of the performance of signal traffic intersection Jl. Arif Rahman Hakim - Jl Dr. Ir. H. Soekarno in the current condition in 2019 In the existing condition in 2019 the value of the degree of saturation (DS) of the signaled intersection Jl. Arief Rahman Hakim - Jl. Dr. Ir. H. Abstract

AbstractThe Adipura Nganjuk Roundabout is a pathway that often gets stuck due to being crossed by a railroad crossing. The location is close to Nganjuk Regency, Kediri Regency and Jombang Regency which are distribution points for the western and southern regions in East Java Province. Need to do a management in traffic engineering which includes the construction of toll roads from Nganjuk to Kediri, this roundabout does not get saturated. The purpose of this study is as a benchmark Traffic forecast forecasting is carried out for 6 years from 2019 to 2025. The research method uses a roundabout analysis using a manual Indonesian road capacity. Based on the results of forecasting calculations, the Adipura Nganjuk roundabout will be able to reduce the value of the degree of saturation by building the Kertosono-Kediri toll road to a DS value below 1 (one). In 2019 the DS is 0.77. While in 2021 DS decreased to 0.44 through the construction of the Kertosono-Kediri toll road. In 2025 DS increased again to 0.59, in 2030 DS = 0.84, and in 2035 again increased to 1.19 as vehicle growth. Lokasinya berada dekat Kabupaten Nganjuk, Kabupaten Kediri dan Kabupaten Jombang adalah tempat distribusi perekonomian untuk wilayah barat dan selatan di Provinsi jawa Timur. Perlu dilakukan suatu manajemen dalam rekayasa lalu lintas berupa pembangunan jalan tol dari Nganjuk ke Kediri supaya bundaran tersebut tidak semakin jenuh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah sebagai tolok ukur Peramalan kinerja lalu lintas dilakukan selama 6 tahun dari tahun 2019 hingga tahun 2025. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis simpang bundaran menggunakan manual kapasitas jalan Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan peramalan, bundaran Adipura Nganjuk akan dapat menurunkan nilai derajat kejenuhan dengan membangun jalan tol Kertosono-Kediri menjadi nilai DS dibawah 1 (satu). Tahun 2019 DS adalah 0,77. Sedangkan tahun 2021 DS menurun menjadi 0,44 seiring pembangunan tol Kertosono-Kediri. Tahun 2025 DS meningkat kembali menjadi 0,59, Tahun 2030 DS = 0,84, dan Tahun 2035 kembali meningkat menjadi 1,19 seiring pertumbuhan kendaraan. Abstract

The effect of the development of an infrastructure such as shopping centers, settlements, and so on is one study that is generally considered in the governance of a region. Typically, this construction has a major traffic impact. Combined with the effects of population growth, which is constantly growing every year, the flow of traffic is increasingly congested. This is because many of these people choose to own personal vehicles. Tremendous congestion would result from a road capacity that is not proportional to vehicle growth. A traffic analysis was conducted using road traffic volume data to prevent this. This research will attempt to survey a road on National road KM 41 Kamal and use the neuro fuzzy method to forecast traffic volume. The amount of traffic that will be studied is only motorcycles. The results show that with an error percentage of 16.0793%, neuro fuzzy can predict motorcycle traffic volume. It can be inferred from this that Neuro Fuzzy can forecast traffic volume on a road quite well.

Abstract

Traffic congestion is one of the prevalent phenomena in Indonesia, especially in big cities. There are a variety of factors causing congestion in the city, including the expansion of existing infrastructure, the large number of residents in the area, and the disparity between the growth of motor vehicles and highways. By careful transport planning, this can be fixed. The estimation of traffic volume is one strategy to see how much road growth is to offset vehicle volume growth to prevent congestion. This study tries to estimate the traffic volume of National Road III Jember Banyuwangi KM 252 motorized 2-wheeled vehicles passing by. The data used were obtained from 24 hours observation for 7 days. Using the Neuro-Fuzzy method which applies 1 day out of 7 days as testing data, and obtaining the average error is 13.2747%. This average error shows that the error rate that occurs is 5% of all errors. Neuro-Fuzzy can forecast the traffic volume of 2-wheeled motorized vehicles reasonably well.
