Abstract

SMA 2 Slawi merupakan salah satu sekolah menengah atas yang sudah memiliki akreditasi A di wilayah Kabupaten Tegal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi kepemimpinan sekolah secara internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi motivasi dan kinerja guru SMA 2 Slawi dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Salah satu pengaruh dari faktor internalnya adalah minimnya pengetahuan mengenai teknologi yang saat ini menjadi sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran. Sedangkan faktor eksternalnya adalah Persaingan dengan sekolah-sekolah lain dalam mendapatkan sumber daya dan dukungan. Kemudian, menetapkan strategi yang sesuai untuk meningkatkan kinerja dengan menggunakan metode analisis SWOT dan QSPM. Matriks IFE memperoleh hasil 3,15 sedangkan matriks EFE memperoleh 2,83. Dan matriks QSPM menghasilkan strategi Optimalisasi sarana & prasarana, keterlibatan dewan sekolah, dan pemanfaatan teknologi untuk program kerjasama.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of brand image, price, and product quality on the purchase decision of Samsung smartphones in Semarang City. A quantitative approach was employed, involving 100 respondents who were Samsung smartphone users residing in Semarang. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The results revealed that brand image, price, and product quality positively and significantly influenced the purchase decision of Samsung smartphones. This implies that the better the brand image, the more affordable the price, and the higher the product quality, the more it will increase consumer purchase decisions toward Samsung smartphones in Semarang. This research provides practical implications for companies to continuously build a positive brand image, set competitive prices, and improve product quality to attract consumer purchase interest.

Abstract

The marketing mix is a of factors that a firm my manipulate in order toachievethe desired level of sales in its target market. In other words, the four Ps stand for product, pricing, place and promotion. This study used a statistical series technique with a population of 120 Matada coffe shop customers in Brebes. The study’s participants were Brebes residents who had made purchasesat Matada coffe shops. The purposive sampling method was used. Statistical tests, classical assumption tests, and linear regression tests are used to evaluate data. These statistics may be analyzed with IMB SPSS 24 sofware. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of product, pricing, location  and market impact consumer loyalty t Matada Coffe Shops in Brebes City. The conclusion of this study show that product, pricing, and promotion all have positive and substantial impact. While the location has a negative and minor impact. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how product quality, price, and variety affect consumers' decisions to buy used items in Pasar Murah, Diponegoro Stadium, Semarang City. One hundred customers at Pasar Murah, Diponegoro Stadium, Semarang City, participated in a quantitative study. Questionnaires were used to gather data, and multiple linear regression analysis and traditional assumption tests were used for analysis. The findings demonstrated that when it came to purchasing used products at Pasar Murah, product variety, price, and quality all had a favorable and substantial impact. This implies that customers are more likely to buy used items when the product variety is more diverse, the pricing is more competitive, and the product quality is higher. In order to enhance client purchase decisions, this study offers sellers of pre-owned items practical recommendations for how to keep developing more diverse product variants, more competitive pricing, and higher product quality.

Abstract

Introduction: Firm value reflects the firm's capacity to improve efficiency and strategy in resource utilization; various aspects are capable of encouraging an increase in firm value, including environmental, social, governance, and institutional ownership. Recent PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Indonesia data illustrates this transformation in corporate reporting practices. As of December 30, 2022, 653 listed companies submitted their 2021 Sustainability Reports, representing 79% of all listed companies. This marked a dramatic 324% increase compared to the 154 companies that produced such reports in 2021 (www.pwc.com). This substantial growth demonstrates the rapidly evolving corporate landscape where sustainability reporting has transitioned from an optional practice to an essential business component. Methods: The research applies a quantitative approach, utilizes saturated sampling, and analyzes the data using panel data regression. Results: The finding that environmental, social, and governance affect the value of the firm's ESG Leader Index. Firm size moderates the effect of environmental, social, and governance factors on firm value, and firm size is unable to moderate the influence of institutional ownership on firm value. Abstract

The Doppler effect is an important factor in studying marine resources using hydroacoustic technology. Several factors that influence the Doppler effect in waters are the frequency and velocity of the sound source. This research aimed to study the characteristics of sound received based on the frequency and velocity of the sound source as a representation of the Doppler effect. The research was designed using 5 lines as a variation in frequency (1000 and 5000 Hz) and velocity of sound source. The result showed that the Doppler effect was determined by changes in frequency, but was not significantly measured by changes in sound intensity. The frequency of the sound was increased as the frequency of the sound source increased. The receiver frequency also be higher if the angle between the receiver and the sound source was smaller or if the sound source was further away from the receiver.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh produk, harga, promosi dan tempat terhadap minat beli ulang di Mixue Kota Semarang. Mempergunakan medote kuantitatif dengan tujuan guna melihat pengaruh produk, harga, promosi serta tempat terhadap minat beli ulang. Data primer penelitian ini berasal dari penyebaran survei Google Form. Konsumen yang pernah membeli Mixue di Kota Semarang dijadikan sebagai populasi. Purposive sampling yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel non-probably sesuai dengan kriteria yang sudah ditetapkan. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 200 orang, merupakan konsumen Mixue di Kota Semarang, berusia sedikitnya 17 tahun dan telah melakukan sekitar tiga kali pembelian Mixue. Data yang di olah mempergunakan aplikasi SPSS 25 dengan metode analisis berganda. Temuan penelitian menjelaskan bahwasanya minat beli ulang Mixue dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh produk, harga, promosi serta tempat.

Abstract

This study examines and analyze the effect of Brand Image, Product Quality, and Price of purchasing decisions. The population used in this study are customers who use Rabbani product in Pemalang. This study uses multiple regression analysis method. The result of this study that the product quality variable have no direct effect on purchasing decision. However, brand image and price directly affects purchasing decisions. And the results of the study show that the overall all variables have a significant effect and have a simultaneous contribution on Rabbani’s purchasing decisions.Penelitian ini menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Citra Merek, Kualitas Produk, dan Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang menggunakan produk Rabbani di Pemalang. Penelitian ini menetapkan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika variabel kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap keputusan pembelian. Namun, citra merek dan harga secara langsung memengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Namun, secara simultan semua variabel berpengaruh signifikan dan memiliki kontribusi secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian Rabbani.

Abstract

Anthropogenic activities have the potential to put pressure on the marine environment. Crude oil was one of the pressure that give rise to any response of the aquatic organism, such as sound. This study aimed to analyze the sound productivity of spiny lobster Panulirus homarus (Linnaeus, 1758) in waters contaminated with crude oil. Observation of lobster sound was carried out on a laboratory scale using the passive acoustic method. A hydrophone and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) camera coupled with a decoder and personal computer used to record the movements and sounds of P. homarus during the treatment of crude oil at concentrations 1; 5; 10 and 100 mgL-1. The result showed that crude oil contamination in water was impacted the sound productivity of P. homarus. In the low concentration of crude oil (1 - 5 mgL-1), P. homarus was responded with more sound produced. Afterwar, until concentration off 10 mgL-1, the response of P homarus showed different between individuals. In the 100 mgL-1 concentration, the sound productivity of all P. homarus was decreased. Based on this study, we concluded that the sound of P. homarus has the potential as an indicator of water pollution.Keywords: Panulirus houmarus, crude oil, fish sound

Abstract

Samudera Pasifik merupakan tempat berkumpulnya massa air yang datang dari belahan bumi selatan melalui South Equatorial Current (SEC), sebelah utara Samudera Pasifik melalui North Equatorial Current (NEC), dan North Equatorial Counter Current (NECC). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi SEC saat ini di Samudera Pasifik dan menganalisis hubungan antara kondisi SEC saat ini dengan Nino3.4. Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah metode laboratorium. Data yang diambil adalah data TRITON bouy 4 di garis khatulistiwa 156°BT. Hasil analisis harmonik dan analisis korelasi silang dalam suatu gambar grafik data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa arus SEC Samudera Pasifik pada bouy TRITON 4 menunjukkan bahwa pada bulan Januari 2010 – Februari 2011 mempunyai kecepatan tertinggi sebesar 2,1 cm/s dengan arah arus dominan ke arah timur laut dan timur. Pada bulan Maret 2011 – Februari 2012 kecepatan arus tertinggi sebesar 1,5 cm/s dengan arah arus dominan ke arah timur dan berubah arah ke tenggara. Pada bulan Maret 2012 – Oktober 2013 kecepatan arus mulai menurun yaitu 1,5 cm/s dan arah arus menuju ke selatan kemudian membelok ke barat. Pada bulan November 2013 – Desember 2014 kecepatan tertinggi 3,8 cm/s dan arah arus berubah dari barat ke utara. Hasil korelasi silang SEC dengan NINO 3.4 menunjukkan level positif 0,62 dengan jeda waktu 2 bulan. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa NINO 3.4 mempengaruhi aliran SEC.
