Abstract

Abstrak: Cakupan antenatal di Kabupaten Seluma hanya 73%. Angka ini masih jauh dari target nasional yang ditentukan yaitu 95%. Peran masyarakat sangat diperlukan untuk berjalannya program Antenatal Care, yaitu dengan melibatkan masyarakat yang menjadi kader. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan softskill dan hardskill kader dalam penggunaan aplikasi MY ADA sebagai upaya meningkatkan kesehatan ibu dan anak di wilayahnya. Metode Kegiatan pengabdian dimulai dengan pre-test, penyuluhan, pemberdayaan dan pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi MY ADA dan penerapannya. Peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian sebanyak 25 orang, yang terdiri dari kader Kesehatan, staf Puskesmas dan didukung oleh Kepala Desa Sidoluhur. Hasil menunjukan nila pre-test dibawah skor 60 sejumlah 48% dan skor diatas 60 sebesar 52%, setelah post-test didapatkan peningkatan nilai skor di atas 60 sebesar 88% dan kurang dari 60 sebanyak 12%. Hal ini meunjukkan pemberdayaan dan pendampingan yang sudah dilakukan memberikan efek postif yaitu terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 36% dari sebelum kegiatan pengabdian.Abstract: Antenatal coverage in Seluma District is only 73%. This is still far from the national target set at 95%. The role of the community is very necessary for functioning the Antenatal Care program, by involving the community as cadres. The purpose of service is to increase the empowerment and assistance of cadres in using the MY ADA application to improve maternal and child health. Service methods begin with pre-tests, counseling, empowerment and assistance in using the MY ADA application. There were 25 participants who took part in the service, consisting of health cadres, Puskesmas staff and supported by the Head of Sidoluhur Village. The results showed that the pre-test score below 60 was 48% and the score above 60 was 52%, after the post-test it was found that the score above 60 was 88% and less than 60 was 12%. This shows that the empowerment and assistance has a positive effect in increasing knowledge of 36% from before the Service.

Abstract

Background: In Indonesia, on average, adolescent boys and girls have their first sexual experience when they are 15 and 19 years old, which triggers risky sexual behaviors resulting in sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), HIV/AIDS, unwanted pregnancies, abortions, and even death. Therefore, educational media is needed to increase positive behavior in adolescents. Objectives: This study aims to determine the influence of snake and ladder game media on adolescent sexual behavior. Methods:The research design was a quasi-experimental pretest and posttest group with a control group. The treatment group is teenagers who are given education with snake and ladder game media while the control group is teenagers who are given education through monopoly games. A total of 100 samples were selected using the prolpoltiolnatel stratifield random sampling technique. The data were analyzed by wilcoxon and mann whitney tests. Results: As a result, there was an influence of education with snake and ladder game media on the average knowledge score of p=0.000), attitude p=0.000), behavior p=0.000). The results of the statistical test also showed that there was an influence of monopoly game media on the average knowledge score p=0.00, attitude=0.00, behavior p=0.00. The snake and ladder game media is more effective in increasing knowledge p=0.00, attitude p=0.002 compared to monopoly game media. Conclusions: the snakes and ladders game media is more effective in increasing adolescents' knowledge about risky sexual behaviour than the monopoly game media. Health care providers must take advantage of snake and ladder educational media to increase knowledge, attitudes and prevent risky sexual behavior.

Abstract

Background: Services during pregnancy are pregnancy health check-up services carried out  by health workers, especially midwives or doctors for pregnant women which are carried out at least four times in pregnancy   with details, namely one time gestational age 0-12 weeks, one time ANC gestational age 13-27 weeks and twice when the gestational age is 28-36 weeks. Based on the profile of K1 and K4 visits from 20 Public Health Centers in Bengkulu City, there are 3 Public Health Centers with K1 and K4 visits which are still low and have not reached the set targets and there is still a drop out where there is a decrease between K1 and K4 visits.Objectives: The study aims to knowing the influence of the empowerment of ANC   the community health worker on the visit of ANC Pregnant Women in Bengkulu City Methods: This research uses a quasi-experimental method. The samples taken for the study were all pregnant women in Bengkulu City who were selected by purposive sampling.  The sample consisted of 2 groups, namely the experimental group on pregnant women with the empowerment of ANC the community health worker  and  the ontrol group with counseling totaling 40 people.  Data collection is carried out through data collection sheets and analyzed data with univariate and bivariate Data analysis used bivariate Results: The results of the study found that there was an Effect of Empowerment of ANC the community health worker  on ANC visits to pregnant women in Bengkulu City in 2020Conclusions: The results Thisstudy was used as an alternative recommendation  for increasing ANC visits
