Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor internal yang mempengaruhi profitabilitas sebelum dan sesudah penerapan regulasi fintech. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan jenis data sekunder. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dimana mendapat hasil yaitu 40 sampel penelitian, sampel tersebut terdiri dari seluruh perbankan BUMN dari periode tahun 2012-2021. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukan bahwa variabel ukuran perusahaan, dan rasio likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, serta rasio modal dan efisiensi operasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas pada perbankan BUMN sebelum dan sesudah penerapan regulasi fintech. Secara simultan menunjukan bahwa variabel ukuran perusahaan, rasio modal, rasio likuiditas, dan efisiensi operasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas pada perbankan BUMN sebelum dan sesudah penerapan regulasi fintech.

Abstract

Profitability is the ability of a company to make a profit. Profitability or profit is a goal for companies where companies try to achieve maximum profitability. This research is a quantitative research that aims to determine the effect of working capital turnover, leverage and company size on the profitability of food and beverage sub- sector manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange during 2019-2021. The sampling technique uses the method purposive sampling with a total population of 30 companies and a sample of 11 companies. Data processing techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. Before carrying out the regression analysis, a classic assumption test was carried out which consisted of a normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. The results showed that the working capital turnover variable, leverage and firm size simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on profitability. turnover of working capital partially has a negative and significant effect on profitability leveraged, and firm size has a positive and significant effect on profitability. Abstract

Kinerja karyawan adalah hasil kerja yang dilakukan oleh seseorang sehubungan dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab yang dibebankan kepadanya dengan kualitas dan kuantitas pekerjaan yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, stres kerja, kompensasi kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT BPR Surya Yudhakencana Banjarnegara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT BPR Surya Yudhakencana Banjarnegara, dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan pengambilan sampel secara acak (random sampling). Dalam pengambilan sampel diperoleh 124 sampel karyawan PT BPR Surya Yudhakencana Banjarnegara. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner melalui google form, jawaban dari responden akan diukur menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan menggunakan uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, stres kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, kompensasi kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, dan komitmen organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Stres Kerja, Kompensasi Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Good and healthy money management is necessary in order to control one's financial condition. The financial literacy and financial management skills of Generation Z are still poor, especially students in Banyumas. Financial literacy is closely related to financial management, and the higher the level of financial literacy, the better the financial management skills. In addition to financial literacy, factors that can influence financial management behaviour are lifestyle and financial experience. The purpose of this study was to determine whether financial literacy, hedon lifestyle, and financial experience have a simultaneous influence on the financial management of students in Banyumas Regency. This research is a type of survey research with an explanatory approach. The sample size was 150 respondents with purposive sampling technique. This research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the f test, it is obtained f count of 29,668 with f table of 3.06 and a significance value of 0.000. The significance value is smaller than α or 0.05 and f count 29.668 is greater than f table 3.06, the conclusion is that there is a significant simultaneous influence between financial literacy, hedon lifestyle, and financial experience on student financial management in Banyumas Regency.

Abstract

Objective: Examine how e-payment usage influences consumer spending and cash management, and assess the moderating role of financial literacy in an emerging-market context. Research Design & Methods: Quantitative survey of active e-payment users in Central Java, Indonesia. Constructs were measured with Likert-scale items. Relationships among e-payment usage, consumer behavior, cash management, and financial literacy (moderator) were analyzed using PLS-SEM with established validity and reliability procedures. Findings: E-payment facilitates more frequent and effortless purchasing by lowering psychological frictions at checkout, which can elevate impulsive spending. At the same time, its built-in records and dashboards support better oversight of income–expense flows, budgeting, and planning. Financial literacy shapes these outcomes: higher literacy helps curb excessive spending and strengthens the use of app features for monitoring, budgeting, and goal setting. Overall, the impact of e-payment is dual and contingent on users’ financial knowledge and self-regulation. Implications & Recommendations: Pair cashless initiatives with digital financial-literacy programs. Embed in-app nudges such as spend alerts, weekly summaries, category caps, and goal tracking. Tailor guidance for low-literacy segments and encourage responsible defaults. Contribution & Value Added: Provides emerging-market evidence clarifying when and how e-payments promote or undermine financial discipline, integrates behavioral-finance and financial-literacy perspectives via moderation analysis, and offers actionable design and policy insights to enhance consumer financial well-being.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial technology (fintech) adoption and marketing innovation on the competitive advantage of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Banyumas Regency. The background of this research lies in the challenges faced by SMEs in the digital era, particularly limited access to financing, inadequate financial recording, and the dominance of conventional marketing strategies. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 120 SME owners selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire (1–5). The data were analyzed with SPSS software through validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and classical assumption tests. The findings reveal that (1) fintech adoption has a positive and significant effect on the competitive advantage of SMEs, (2) marketing innovation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, and (3) fintech adoption positively affects marketing innovation, which in turn strengthens its indirect effect on competitive advantage. These results confirm that the integration of fintech-based financial management with digital marketing strategies enhances operational efficiency, broadens market reach, and strengthens the competitive position of SMEs in Banyumas. The study recommends improving digital literacy and providing local government policy support to accelerate fintech adoption and encourage marketing innovation for SMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

Abstract. People in organization surely will face the dynamics of relationship between the member of oragnizations and need a good interpersonal and good communication between each member to work together, make a teamwork for running the work programs in each of team or division existing in organization. Good communication built can’t be separated from the leadership style of the leaders in organization. The leaders have to apply the effective leadership approach to communicate the vision and mission which will be achieved by organization, delegating task, teamwork with members and empower the organizational members. Servant leadership style is a leadership approach that fit to be applied in organization. The purpose to held this socialization is to invest the servant leadership style in college students in managing organizations and later for the long term purpose is to be practiced when entering the business work or entrepreneurship world.

Abstract

This article evaluates the effectiveness of the socialization of business entity legality and trademark registration to increase sales of MSME products in the Banyumas region. The main problems MSMEs face in Banyumas are the low level of business legality and the need for awareness of the importance of trademark registration, which impacts low consumer confidence and limited market access. The research method used was qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation and documentary studies. The results showed that the socialization of MSME actors in business legality and trademark registration increased the knowledge and awareness of MSME actors about the importance of business legality and trademarks. The dynamics of the mentoring process showed the strengthening of MSME networks and collaboration and the emergence of local leaders who play an active role in the community.

Abstract

The barbershop industry in Indonesia, particularly in Purwokerto, has become increasingly competitive with the emergence of the lifestyle hub concept, which not only provides haircut services but also offers lifestyle experiences such as coffee shops, comfortable waiting areas, and digital access. This condition requires barbershop owners to understand the factors influencing customer loyalty, especially revisit intention. This study aims to analyze the influence of store atmosphere, location, and online customer reviews on revisit intention of consumers at Barbershop Lifestylehub in Purwokerto, employing the Stimulus–Organism–Response (S-O-R) theory, in which these variables act as stimuli affecting consumer responses. A quantitative method with a survey approach was applied, using purposive sampling of 145 respondents who had visited lifestyle hub barbershops. The research instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that store atmosphere, location, and online customer reviews, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant effect on revisit intention. These findings highlight that a comfortable store atmosphere, strategic location, and positive image on digital platforms are key factors in fostering consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Urgensi penelitian ini yaitu membantu pelaku usaha dan pemangku kebijakan mengembangkan strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan UMKM di tengah persaingan pasar yang semakin dinamis dan digitalisasi ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inovasi produk, penerapan teknologi, dan kreativitas terhadap kinerja Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) sektor kuliner di Kabupaten Banjarnegara. UMKM memiliki peran penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi, namun menghadapi berbagai tantangan yang mempengaruhi kinerjanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner kepada 80 responden pelaku UMKM kuliner yang telah beroperasi minimal satu tahun. Populasi penelitian yaitu pegiat UMKM sektor kuliner di Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner (angket). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online yang selanjutnya akan dikumpulkan dan dioalah menggunakan SPPS versi 29. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi produk, penerapan teknologi, dan kreativitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya inovasi berkelanjutan, pemanfaatan teknologi, serta pengembangan kreativitas untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha kuliner di daerah
