Abstract

The digital era is characterized by increasing demands of daily productivity, accelerated life pace, and multiple social roles that contribute to higher levels of psychological stress within society. Unmanaged stress may negatively affect mental well-being, physical health, and individual productivity as part of community human capital. This community service activity aimed to increase public awareness and understanding of stress, its impacts, and the role of physical activity, particularly muscle-strengthening exercises, as a non-pharmacological strategy for stress management. The activity was conducted through an educational socialization program for residents of Griya Satria Bukit Nirwana Housing Area via a community women’s forum. The method involved interactive material delivery, discussion, and question-and-answer sessions focusing on stress awareness and simple, safe physical activities that can be practiced independently at home. The results showed an improvement in participants’ understanding of stress management and the benefits of physical activity for mental well-being. Participants perceived muscle-strengthening exercises as accessible and applicable for daily stress management across different age groups. In conclusion, socialization-based stress management through physical activity is a relevant and practical approach to support community human capital strengthening in the digital era.

Abstract

The adoption of cashless payments through QRIS and digital wallets (e-wallets) is increasingly common among students, but is not always accompanied by digital financial literacy and an understanding of transaction security. This Community Service activity aims to improve high school students knowledge of safe and responsible cashless transactions. The program was implemented as a practice-based training with a one group pretest-posttest design for 30 students. The intervention included an introduction to QRIS/e-wallets, transaction verification (merchant and nominal), OTP/PIN protection, phising/social engineering awareness, and contextual case studies in the school environment. The results showed a strong increase in knowledge: the mean score increased from 61.17 (SD=11.72) in the pre-test to 87.83 (SD=6.78) in the post-test (Δ=26.67 points), with 100% of participants experiencing an improvement in their scores. A paired t-test confirmed a highly significant difference (t(29)=13.76; p<0.001) with a very large effect size (Cohen’s dz=2.51); the Wilcoxon test was also consistent (p<0.001). These findings confirm that the brief, case-based simulation training effectively strengthens digital payment literacy and transaction security preparedness among students. Follow-up measures include poster/checklists in school transaction areas and simple SOPs for cooperatives/bazaars

Abstract

The development of digital technology is changing the business paradigm of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Digital financial literacy is the key to optimizing the potential of technology, managing finances effectively, and protecting against the risks of online transactions. In the midst of intense competition, digital financial literacy helps strengthen customer trust and build loyalty through safe and efficient transaction experiences. Some common problems faced by small and medium enterprises in Banyumas Regency are lack of understanding and ability. Many smll and medium enterprises do not have sufficient knowledge or understanding of digital financial literacy. And security and privacy are issues for MSMEs when using digital financial solution. To overcome this problem, training was carried out for entrepreneurship development that focused on digital financial literacy. This program will increase the digital financial literacy of MSME stakeholders, optimize financial management, increase operational efficiency, and strengthen company sustainability in the digital era. The results of community service that have been carried out show that this activity has a positive impact on MSMEs, which is indicated by MSME actors using various digital financial applications to increase their working capital through digital financial financing patterns.
