Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengelolaan berita yang dilakukan oleh Divisi Redaksi LPM Ukhuwah UIN Raden Fatah Palembang dalam memproduksi dan mempublikasikan berita di platform Ukhuwahnews.com. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan berita dilakukan melalui tahapan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Pada tahap perencanaan, redaksi memantau isu internal kampus dan sumber informasi lain sebagai dasar penentuan liputan. Pengorganisasian dilakukan melalui pembagian tugas yang jelas antara pemimpin redaksi, redaktur, dan reporter. Pelaksanaan liputan mencakup proses pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, serta spenyusunan naskah sesuai kaidah jurnalistik. Tahap pengawasan dilaksanakan melalui penyuntingan berlapis untuk memastikan akurasi dan kualitas berita sebelum dipublikasikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana interaksi simbolik membentuk pola komunikasi antara orang tua dan anak dalam keluarga etnis Tionghoa di Kecamatan Sukarami. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap enam informan dari tiga keluarga. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pola komunikasi terbentuk melalui penggunaan simbol-simbol budaya, sapaan kekerabatan, interaksi rutin, serta tradisi keluarga yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai inti etnis Tionghoa seperti hormat, disiplin, dan tanggung jawab. Simbol-simbol ini terjadi secara berbeda oleh setiap generasi, sehingga terlihat adanya proses negosiasi makna dalam keluarga. Meskipun terdapat pengaruh modernisasi dan penggunaan bahasa lokal, keluarga-keluarga tersebut tetap mempertahankan nilai budaya utama melalui komunikasi sehari-hari. Penelitian ini menegaskan peran interaksi simbolik sebagai mekanisme dalam mentransmisikan dan mempertahankan identitas budaya pada keluarga Tionghoa sepanjang generasi.

Abstract

The work environment is a second home for people who have jobs. Communication behavior in friendship is important in building a good social relationship. However, not all friendships can have a positive impact, on the other hand, they can also have a negative impact, such as the term toxic friendship (bad/toxic friendship) in the work environment. This research aims to determine the factors that influence toxic friendship communication in work-organizational life in Palembang City. The theory used in this research is social identity theory. The research method uses quantitative with a total of 50 respondents. The data uses questionnaire data collection techniques via Google Forms. The research results show that if it is known that the KMO MSA value is 0.500 < 0.50 and the Bartlett's Test of Sphericity (Sig.) value is 0.000 < 0.05, then the factor analysis can be continued because it meets the first requirement. The MSA value of all variables studied is > 0.50, so the second requirement in this factor analysis is fulfilled. The extraction value for all variables is >0.50. Thus it can be concluded that all variables can be used to explain factors. The variance explained table and Screen Plot show that 4 component points have an eigenvalue >1, so it can be interpreted that 4 factors are formed in toxic friendship communication that occurs in the work environment in Palembang City. The research results show that friendship dynamics can reveal the emergence of toxic friendships with unhealthy patterns. Friendships in a toxic work environment in the city of Palembang can be characterized by a lack of boundaries in communication, conflicts that are not resolved properly at work, and the emergence of passive aggressiveness at work, or even emotional manipulation

Abstract

Catering Tax is one type of local tax which is a source of Original Local Government Revenue (PAD) in Tanah Laut Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze catering tax revenues, the analysis used is a potential analysis using least squares, effectiveness ratios, growth rate ratios, and catering tax contribution ratios in Tanah Laut Regency for the 2018-2021 period. Sources of data obtained from the Regional Revenue Agency for Tanah Laut Regency. The data used in this study is secondary data using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results show that the estimated potential for Catering Tax revenue in Tanah Laut Regency for the 2022 period is 5,338,917,147 IDR. The effectiveness of Catering Tax receipts in Tanah Laut Regency is classified as very effective with an average catering tax effectiveness from 2018-2021 which is 104.21% which always exceeds the set target. While the growth rate of Catering Tax is categorized as less successful, this of course refers to the comparison of the increase in the realization of Catering Tax revenue each year which has a small percentage of 12.49%. And for the contribution of Catering Tax revenue to Original Local Government Revenue, it is considered very less based on the calculation results with an average contribution of 6.35%.
