Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan metode pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam konteks Kurikulum Merdeka di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Kota Bontang, serta dampaknya terhadap pengembangan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Kurikulum Merdeka memberikan ruang yang lebih fleksibel bagi pendidik untuk merancang pembelajaran yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan potensi siswa. Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi merupakan pendekatan yang sangat relevan dalam konteks penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka. Melalui pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan, minat, dan kemampuan masing-masing siswa, diharapkan dapat mengembangkan berbagai aspek keterampilan, termasuk kemampuan berpikir kritis. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji metode pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam konteks Kurikulum Merdeka serta bagaimana penerapannya dapat mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Melalui analisis literatur dan praktik terbaik, ditemukan bahwa pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dapat menciptakan ruang yang kondusif bagi siswa untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, dengan memberikan tantangan yang sesuai dan memungkinkan siswa untuk berkolaborasi serta berpikir secara mendalam. Metode pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berfokus pada pendekatan yang mengakomodasi perbedaan individu siswa, baik dari segi minat, kemampuan, maupun gaya belajar. Penelitian ini penelitian Tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan siklus sebagai pembanding,  pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam Kurikulum Merdeka berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, terlihat dari peningkatan keterampilan siswa dalam menganalisis, mengevaluasi, dan menyelesaikan masalah secara kreatif. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa tantangan dalam penerapan metode ini, antara lain keterbatasan sumber daya dan kebutuhan pelatihan bagi pendidik.

Abstract

Persepsi siswa memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan keterampilan mengajar guru, karena dapat menjadi dasar bagi guru dalam merancang pengalaman belajar yang sesuai kebutuhan serta strategi pembelajaran yang variatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi siswa terhadap keterampilan mengajar guru matematika di SMA Negeri 13 Samarinda, yang meliputi delapan aspek: keterampilan membuka dan menutup pelajaran, menjelaskan, bertanya, memberikan penguatan, menggunakan variasi, mengelola kelas, membimbing diskusi kelompok kecil, serta mengajar kelompok kecil maupun perorangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah enam siswa kelas XI-6 yang dipilih berdasarkan kategori tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan didukung dengan tes sebagai penentu subjek, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa pada kategori tinggi memiliki persepsi positif terhadap seluruh keterampilan mengajar guru. Siswa kategori sedang juga memberikan penilaian positif, namun dipengaruhi motivasi dan suasana hati, sehingga keterlibatan mereka masih kurang dibandingkan kategori tinggi. Sementara itu, siswa kategori rendah menunjukkan persepsi lebih pasif; pemahaman materi sangat bergantung pada tingkat kesulitan dan kondisi emosional, serta menilai gaya penyampaian guru yang tegas kurang nyaman. Secara keseluruhan, keterampilan mengajar guru terlaksana dengan baik, tetapi belum sepenuhnya mampu mendorong partisipasi aktif seluruh siswa.

Abstract

The planning, arranging, staffing, and supervision of every aspect of education in Islamic institutions are all part of the systematic operations known as Islamic Education Management. Curriculum design, staff and teaching staff management, student management, facility and financial management, community connections, and the creation of a work culture that supports learning are all starting points. For Islamic educational institutions to remain viable and advance, Islamic education management is crucial. Islamic educational institutions will be able to maintain their relevance, quality, and beneficial social impact with the support of effective administration. We must appropriately comprehend and implement the idea of Islamic-based educational administration if we are to meet the anticipated learning objectives. As a result, we need to examine this concept's consequences and significance in greater detail.

Abstract

This study is driven by the usage of technology-based learning resources, such as Quizizz, that are beneficial to the field of education. More engaging and dynamic learning has been made possible with the Quizizz app, which also makes an intriguing assessment tool. This study aims to: (1) explain how SBdP learning was planned using Quizizz on the elements and principles of fine arts material; (2) explain how SBdP learning was implemented using Quizizz on the elements and principles of fine arts material; and (3) explain how SBdP learning was evaluated using Quizizz on the elements and principles of fine arts material. Descriptive study using a qualitative approach is the methodology used. Homeroom instructors and students from class V-A SDN 011 Samarinda City served as the study's subjects. The research included documentation, interviews, and observation as data collecting methods. Data gathering, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing were the methods of data analysis that were used. The following are the study's findings: (1) planning for arts and crafts learning using quizizz was carried out in class V-A by creating teaching modules, preparing teaching materials on quizizz media adjusted to learning resources, creating quiz questions on quizizz media and evaluation questions, preparing other learning support tools, (2) implementation of arts and crafts learning using quizizz was carried out one day in class, educators delivered teaching materials by displaying slides on quizizz, educators provided quiz codes to students to join the game, (3) evaluation of arts and crafts learning, educators provided formative assessments in the form of observations/observations of students' understanding, skills and attitudes during the implementation of learning using quizizz, then educators gave a written test consisting of 10 questions consisting of 5 multiple choice questions and 5 essay questions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze education financing strategies by using SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by schools. The main strengths found are the existence of canteens and cooperatives as sources of internal income, the participation of employees and students in school financing, and support from committees, parents, and alumni. The weaknesses identified include limited human resources in managing financing, costs for competitions, procurement of facilities and infrastructure, as well as salaries for teachers and honorary staff. Opportunities that can be used include regular funds from the government and local governments as well as contributions from committees and alumni. The threats faced include delays in the procurement of the 2013 Curriculum books and dependence on the procurement of civil servants. The proposed way of solving the problem is through an alternative strategy designed based on a SWOT analysis. This strategy includes leveraging internal strengths and external opportunities to increase school revenues, improving internal weaknesses through better training and management, and addressing threats by seeking more independent and innovative alternative solutions. The results of the study show that with the right strategy, schools can improve the effectiveness of education financing, ensure optimal use of resources, and achieve desired educational goals. This research also highlights the importance of careful planning and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure sustainability and improve the quality of education in schools.

Abstract

This study examines the allocation and distribution of education funding in Indonesia and evaluates the effectiveness of funded programs in improving student quality and achievement. The data were gathered from official sources and subjected to quantitative and qualitative analysis. The findings indicate that an increase in funding for senior secondary education is associated with an increase in school enrollment and a reduction in dropout rates. The Indonesia Smart Program (PIP) demonstrates that targeted financial assistance can facilitate enhanced academic achievement, particularly among students from disadvantaged backgrounds. However, challenges in program implementation, such as delays in disbursement and complicated administrative processes, reduce its overall effectiveness. The study proposes increasing funding allocation for higher education, strengthening monitoring and evaluation systems, and simplifying administrative processes to ensure that the funds are distributed to the intended recipients. Moreover, the study suggests collaboration with the private sector and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) should be pursued. However, the study's limitations include a lack of longitudinal data and geographical coverage, which may not fully reflect the conditions in Indonesia. Further research is recommended to expand the coverage scope and analyze the long-term impact of education funding programs.
