Abstract

Abstrak Keberadaan organisasi perusahaan merupakan sesuatu yang penting bagi proses kehidupan masyarakat. Organisasi perusahaan memiliki misi menyelenggarakan pelayanan publik. Untuk dapat merealisasikan peran organisasi perusahaan dalam menyelenggarakan pelayanan kepada masyarakat tentunya karyawan dalam organisasi perusahaan tersebut perlu diarahkan, dibina, diberi motivasi, dibimbing dan sebagainya, agar dapat menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan itu sendiri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, kepemimpinan dan disiplin karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa motivasi, kepemimpinan dan disiplin karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Kepemimpinan dan Disiplin Karyawan, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine 1) the influence of the product on the community decision to become a customer of PDAM Sleman DIY, 2) the influence of price on the community decision to become a customer of PDAM Sleman DIY, 3) the influence of distribution on the community decision to become a customer of PDAM Sleman DIY, 4) the effect of promotion on the community decision to become a customer of PDAM Sleman DIY, and 5) the effect of the curious mix consisting of product, price, distribution and promotion simultaneously on the community decision to become a customer of PDAM Sleman DIY. The results of the study concluded that 1) The product has a significant influence on customer decisions of PDAM Sleman. This is evidenced by the t arithmetic value of 6.471, 2) Price has a significant influence on customer decisions of PDAM Sleman. This is evidenced by the t-count value of 3.157, 3) Distribution has a significant influence on customer decisions of PDAM Sleman. This is evidenced by the t value of 7.033, 4) Promotion has a significant influence on customer decisions of PDAM Sleman. This is evidenced by the value of t count of 5.173, and 5) Product, price, distribution and promotion together have a significant influence on customer decisions of PDAM Sleman. This is evidenced by the calculated F value of 74,316.

Abstract

Pembelian terhadap suatu produk tidak sesederhana yang konsumen pikirkan, diperlukan informasi yang cukup untuk membuat sebuah keputusan. Adanya informasi melalui brosur, informasi melalui media masa lainnya bahkan informasi dari orang lain sangat penting untuk memutuskan pembelian, terutama terkait harga dan apa yang diperoleh setelah melakukan pembelian. Tujuan daripada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan membeli produk berupa perumahan di PT. Puriland Development Nasional Purworejo. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 65 pelanggan PT Puriland Development Nasional di Kab. Purworejo yang dijadikan responden penelitian dan berfungsi mewakili populasinya. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik Purposive Sampling, teknik pengambilan sampel didasarkan atas tujuan tertentu. Hasil penelitian ini adalah : Secara parsial variabel harga (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan membeli yang dibuktikan oleh nilai sig. 0,000 dan T-hitung = 3,314 lebih dari T-tabel = 1,995. Secara parsial variabel promosi (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan yang dibuktikan oleh nilai sig. 0,000 dan T-hitung = 5414 lebih dari T-tabel = 1,995. Secara bersama-sama faktor-faktor harga (X1), dan promosi (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan yang dibuktikan oleh nilai sig. 0,000 dan F-hitung = 85,326 lebih dari F-tabel = 3,145. Variabel promosi merupakan variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan yang dibuktikan oleh nilai sig. 0,000 dan T-hitung = 5,450 lebih dari T-tabel = 1,265.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the relationship between peace, employee engagement, and organizational performance. This research approach collects data through literature studies, which involve reading literature from various sources including books, journals and reports using qualitative and deductive approaches. The findings in this study are The relationship between peace, employee engagement, and organizational performance is very important in the world of work. Because the desire to be able to increase employee engagement, employees who feel motivated tend to be more committed and involved. Engaged employees are more motivated to work hard in helping to achieve organizational goals, which in turn will improve organizational performance. Therefore, to achieve the best results, a balance is needed between peace, employee engagement, and organizational performance. Because the three elements influence each other in creating a productive and successful work environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine employee engagement-based employee retention strategies. This research approach collects data through literature studies, which involve reading literature from various sources including books, reports, articles, and journals using qualitative and deductive approaches. The findings in this study are that there are several employee engagement-based employee retention strategies, including empowering leadership, open and transparent communication, career development, recognition and appreciation, work-life balance, positive social and cultural involvement, and involvement in decision making. These strategies are not only able to reduce employee turnover, but also improve overall company performance.
