Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kompetensi anggota badan permusyawaratan desa (BPD) dalam penetapan peraturan desa di Desa Bonto Tangnga Kecamatan Uluere Kabupaten Bantaeng. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk memperoleh data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder melalui teknik pengumpulan data dalam bentuk observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kompetensi anggota BPD dalam penetapan peraturan desa berdasarkan indikator kompetensi yakni keterampilan menjalankan dan mengelola tugas, keterampilan mengambil tindakan, keterampilan bekerja sama dan keterampilan beradaptasi yang diterapkan oleh anggota BPD dalam menjalankan tugasnya yaitu membahas, merumuskan dan menetapkan rancangan peraturan desa bersama kepala desa, membentuk panitia pemilihan kepala desa dan melaksanakan pengawasan kinerja kepala desa dapat dikatakan terlaksana dengan baik namun dalam menampung, merumuskan serta menyalurkan aspirasi masyarakat desa belum optimal karena anggota BPD kurang melakukan kunjungan dan kurang berbaur dimasyarakat dan masih belum terlaksananya dengan baik sosialisasi atau pemberitahuan  tentang peraturan desa. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Strategi Lurah dalam Peningkatan Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Kelurahan Karunrung. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulam data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan 5 dimensinya yaitu: 1) meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai dilakukan lurah dengan memberikan motivasi berupa pemberian apresiasi berupa pujian atau bonus terhadap kinerja pegawai. 2) meningkatkan kesejahteraan pegawai, yakni lurah memberiksn tunjangan maupun bonus kepada para pegawai yang memiliki kinerja yang baik; 3) menciptakan iklim organisasi yang harmonis yakni dengan saling terbuka, lurah yang cukup ramah serta saling mengharagai antara atasan dan bawahan maupun sesama pegawai; 4) kepemimimpinan di Kelurahan Karunrung cukup efektif jika dilihat dari ke3 indikator diatas sudah berjalan dengan baik, namun belum bisa dikatakan efektif sepenuhnya dikarenakan masih terdapat disiplin jam kerja pegawai yang masih rendah, 5) pengembangan karir, belum dilaksanakan di Kantor Kelurahan namun lurah meningkatkan kemampuan pegawainya dengan mengikutkan pegawainya melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah Kota Makassar. Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the influence of governance on the level of community satisfaction in Umpungeng Village. Utilizing quantitative methods, the results demonstrate that the impact of governance can be categorized as highly positive. Respondent analysis reveals that the reliability variable scores at 81%, while the independence variable scores at 70%. Through simple linear regression analysis, it was identified that variables X4 (responsibility) and Y4 (assurance) exert a strong influence, with an F value of 21.462 and a significance level of 0.000. These findings support the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (H1) and the rejection of the null hypothesis (H0). In the regression equation, the constant value is 8.061, and the responsibility value (X4) is 0.553. Further analysis indicates that the independence variable (X4) holds a notably strong influence, with a Beta Standardized Coefficients value of 0.81 or 81%. The conclusion drawn from this research is that governance significantly impacts community satisfaction, particularly when associated with physical aspects.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the village information system is implemented in managing village funds in Pakatto Village, Bontomarannu District, Gowa Regency in terms of human resources, hardware, software, data and networks. The type and type of research used is descriptive qualitative, where information is obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this research were the Pakatto Village Head, Pakatto Village Secretary, Pakatto Village Office Staff and Pakatto Village Community. This research uses Agus Mulyanto's information system components, namely human resources, hardware, software, data and networks. The research results show that the ability of human resources to operate the system is still lacking and software errors often occur in the system.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the role of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in overseeing the development of Sukamaju Village, Tellulimpoe District, Sinjai Regency, focusing on the role of the Village Consultative Body in Development Oversight, with three indicators: setting standards, conducting assessments, and implementing corrective actions. This is a qualitative study. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis follows a descriptive model comprising data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validation is conducted through source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. The results of this research found that the role of the village consultative body (BPD) in supervising the development of Sukamaju Village, Tellulimpoe District, Sinjai Regency has been successful, but there needs to be more maximum effort from both the village head and village officials. Development activities have several obstacles, namely the lack of community participation. This research was carried out by conducting direct interviews with informants and documentation with several informants to answer the problem formulation consisting of setting standards, conducting assessments, taking corrective action.

Abstract

Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) is a social assistance program from the government which aims to provide direct financial assistance to people in need. This research aims to find out and assess the effectiveness of Direct Village Fund Cash Assistance (BLT-DD), analyze the impact of Direct Village Fund Cash Assistance on the community receiving aid and analyze the Government's policy regarding Direct Village Fund Cash Assistance (BLT-DD) in Pulau Tiga Village, Pulau Tiga Barat District, Natuna Regency. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection methods of observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this research consisted of 12 people. The results of the research show that (1) The Government's policy regarding Direct Village Fund Cash Assistance (BLT-DD) in Pulau Tiga Village, Pulau Tiga Barat District, Natuna Regency is to implement strengthening public outreach and communication, increasing transparency and accountability, optimizing the use of resources, and strengthening monitoring and evaluation. (2) The effectiveness of direct cash assistance from Village Funds in Pulau Tiga Village, Pulau Tiga Barat District, Natuna Regency in 2020 can be measured by several aspects, namely accuracy in timing, accuracy in calculating costs, accuracy in measurements, accuracy in making choices, accuracy in thinking, accuracy in carrying out orders, accuracy in determining goals and accuracy of targets. (3) The impact of direct cash assistance from village funds on aid recipient communities in Pulau Tiga Village, Pulau Tiga Barat District, Natuna Regency refers to the speed of distribution and direct benefits, reducing financial burdens and increasing skills and economic opportunities.
