Abstract

Keberadaan UMKM di Indonesia ternyata mampu menyerap tenaga kerja dan menyumbang PDB negara denganprosentase yang cukup signifikan. Salah satu jenis UMKM yang ikut berperan dalam perekonomian negara adalahUMKM batik Semarang. Produk batik membawa kekhasan dan merupakan warisan leluhur yang mempunyai nilaitersendiri. Meskipun sudah banyak UMKM batik di Semarang, akan tetapi dalam perjalanannya masih menuaikendala, diantaranya adalah aspek permodalan, kurangnya promosi dan kendala internal SDM yang kurang terampil.Padahal, SDM adalah partner organisasi untuk mencapai daya saing bisnis. SDM yang berkualitas akan mampumenghasilkan ide, kreativitas, keterampilan memimpin dan keberanian membuka peluang potensi UMKM batikSemarang untuk menembus pasar global. Akan tetapi, tampaknya masalah SDM ini lebih sering dikesampingkanoleh UMKM, mengingat metode pengelolaan UMKM yang cenderung masih tradisional. Tidak menutupkemungkinan bahwa masalah SDM ini akan menjadi gunung es yang muncul dikemudian hari. Sehingga, diperlukanintegrasi strategi bisnis UMKM batik Semarang dengan perencanaan SDM yang baik. Melalui analisis lingkunganeksternal-internal, yaitu penentuan matriks Internal-Eksternal (IE) dengan analisis SWOT serta hasil analisiskebutuhan demand-supply tenaga kerja, maka kebijakan dan program SDM dapat dirumuskan. Pada akhirnya,aktivitas perekrutan, pelatihan dan pengembangan, rencana karir dan sistem kompensasi akan menjadi strategiperencanaan SDM bagi UMKM dengan tujuan untuk mencapai daya saing bisnis UMKM.Kata kunci: perencanaan sumber daya manusia, matriks internal-eksternal, analisis swot

Abstract

Label is necessary for trades and education. In business world, one of the requirements that should be fulfilled by the owner of industries or Small and Medium enterprises to go international is label. In education, how to make label should be taught as the students of economics faculty are encouraged to become enterpreneurs. This study focuses on the analysis of food label genre. It aims to explain how the stages of food label under study are structured, what stages of food label have in common, and how persuasion, and information is realized. Generic analysis based on social function and systemic functional analysis are used for analyzing thirty food labels as data. In selecting the data, random sampling technique was implemented. Thirty two stages were found in the food labels. However, there was not any label under the study that have the same order of stages. The realization of persuasion, product identification and information were word group, word group and numbers, declarative sentences, and imperative sentences.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find direct impact of pay satisfaction in WFC and examines direct impact of WFC and FWC for work satisfaction. It also examines impact of moderating variable of work-family centrality moderating variable) from relation of WFC and FWC in work satisfaction (case study of married female lecturers in UNNES). This research was done because there were differences between results of WFC and FWC to JS and recommendation to add moderating variable and PS to WFC. It used SPSS to examine hypothesis with CFA, to test validity, classical assumption testing and t test was also used. Moderating variable was tested by value of absolute deviation. The data in this research is primary data in the form of questionnaire and interview.  The result shows that there are strong impacts between PS and WFC. There is no impact between WFC and FWC to JS. Supporting moderating variable is Work Centrality. Although, they prioritize their family, female lecturers are still trying to work professionally

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether there were the effects of work-family conflict on lecturer’s performance with emotional exhaustion as the mediating variable.The population of this study wasthe lecturers of Semarang State University. The total sample used in this study were92 lecturers of Semarang State University. The method of data collectionby quetionares.The results of the study showed that there was a significant positive influence of work-family conflict on emotional fatigue. The results also showed that there was a significant negative effect of emotional fatigue on the performance of lecturers. While the work-family conflict showed negative results but there were no significant effects on the performance of the lecturers. Emotional fatigue was proved that it mediated between the relationship of work-family conflict and lecturer’s performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of job satisfaction variables as a mediating role between organizational justice to organizational commitment. The population in this study were employee’s PT. Purinusa Ekapersada with incidental sampling data collection techniques and the sample were 199 people using incidental sampling.The methods used in collecting the data was a questionnaire which was measured by likert scale. Analysis was partia test and The sobel analysis used SPSS 20 . The results showed that there was significant positive effect between organizational justcice on the job satisfaction. Significant and positive effect also showed between job satisfaction on the organizational commitment. While organizational justice showed not significant effect on the organizational commitment. Job satisfaction shown to have influence as a mediate role the relationship organizational justice on organizational commitment. The conclusion from this research that job satisfaction plays an important role in the onset of organizational commitment. Organizational justice does significantly affect on job satisfaction, but does not significantly affect on the organizational commitment, which means that organizational commitment be affected more seriously by other important factors, such as employess satisfaction and high salary.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to exam the influence of psychological capital, psychological well-being, and work-family conflict on nurse’s performance directly or indirectly that mediated by psychological well-being, and work-family conflict. Data was collected from 99 nurse inpatient care installation Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Ungaran by giving questionnaire. They were analyzed by using partial and path test in deciding the connection between variables in this study. The result of this study indicated that there was a significant positive effect on psychological capital and psychological well-being toward job performance, also psychological capital toward psychological well-being. The result also indicated that psychological well-being and work-family conflict mediate the effect of psychological capital toward nurse’s performance. While, the effect work-family conflict toward nurse’s performance, work-family conflict toward psychological well-being, and the effect of psychological capital toward work-family conflict showed negative result but there were no significant.  In conclusion, this study proved that to increase their performance, the nurses must have psychological capital and psychological well-being. Also, the nurses must be managing their work-family conflict.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of incentive’s motivator on the employee’s performance with self esteem as mediation (the case study on the employees of PT. Prima Cahaya Indobeverage in Ungaran). The populations in this research are all the employees of PT. Cahaya Indobeverage in Ungaran. The number of samples used in this research as much as 72 employees, using the Purposive Sampling method. The methods of collecting data are using interviews and questionnaires. The result of data analysis is using SPSS program version 17 shows that there are a positive influence and significant incentive’s motivator, and self esteem against the employee’s performance. And there is a direct positive influence and significant incentive’s motivator to self esteem. Also with the variable of self esteem directly affect in positive and significant which mediated incentive’s motivator against the employee’s performance of PT. Prima Cahaya Indobeverage in the Ungaran.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan prosedural pada perilaku kewargaan organisasional dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variable mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru sekolah dasar swasta di Kecamatan Semarang Timur berjumlah 178. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Sampel yang ditetapkan sebanyak 123 responden menggunakan rumus Slovin. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, yang diukur menggunakan skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi, dan analisis jalur dengan bantuan SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keadilan prosedural berpengaruh positif pada perilaku kewargaan organisasional tetapi, kurang berpengaruh  pada komitmen organisasi. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif pada perilaku kewargaan organisasional. Dan komitmen organisasional dapat memediasi hubungan keadilan prosedural pada perilaku kewargaan organisasional pada guru SD Swasta di Kecamatan Semarang Timur Kota Semarang. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menguji variabel mediasi yang berbeda pada model penelitian ini seperti dukungan organisasi, kepercayaan serta kepemimpinan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kecerdasan emosional pada perilaku lalai melalui persepsi politik organisasional sebagai pemediasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Aparatur Sipil Negara Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan propotional random sampling dengan sampel sebesar 127 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner yang diukur menggunakan skala likert. Metode analisis penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kecerdasan emosional tdak memiliki pengaruh pada persepsi politik organisasional. Selain itu, persepsi politik organisasional, dan kecerdasan emosional mempunyai pengaruh pada perilaku lalai.  Namun, persepsi politik organisasional tidak dapat menjadi peran mediasi dalam penelitian ini. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu kecerdasan emosional tinggi tidak mampu mengurangi persepsi negatif politik organisasional pegawai. Namun, kecerdasan emosional tinggi mampu mengurangi perilaku lalai pegawai. Saran untuk Dinas adalah  menyaring pegawia yang terlalu politis, mengadakan rekruitmen secara terbuka dan memebrikan penghargaan pada karyawan yang tertib aturan tanpa mengikuti praktik politik.
