Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh person-organization fit pada nilai-nilai kolektif dan komitmen afektif serta menemukan pengaruh nilai-nilai kolektif pada komitmen afektif. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan pengaruh person-organization fit pada komitmen afektif dengan melalui nilai-nilai kolektif sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap yang bekerja di kantor pusat Lembaga Penyiaran Publik Televisi Republik Indonesia (LPP TVRI) stasiun Jawa Tengah. Dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan proportionate stratified random sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 122 karyawan. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis jalur melalui program SPSS 21.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari emapat hipotesis secara keseluruhan dapat diterima. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa person-organization fit berpengaruh positif signifikan pada nilai-nilai kolektif dan komitmen afektif. Begitupun juga nilai-nilai kolektif berpengaruh positif signifikan pada komitmen afektif. Sedangkan nilai-nilai kolektif juga mampu menjadi variabel mediasi dalam hubungan antara person-organization fit pada komitmen afektif.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran mediasi dari job involvement pada hubungan dimensi big five personality traits pada Public Service Motivation. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh Aparatur Sipil Negara kecamatan di Kabupaten Purbalingga yang berjumlah sebanyak 276 ASN. Metode pengambilan data dari penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipakai menggunakan propotionate random sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini sebanyak 163 Aparatur Sipil Negara kecamatan. Analisis data yang dipakai menggunakan analisis deskriptif presentase, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dengan uji statistik t dan uji path analysis. Alat analisis data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi big five personality traits berpengaruh signifikan pada job involvement dan Public Service Motivation. Selain itu, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan job involvement berpengaruh signifikan pada Public Service Motivation. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini menemukan pengaruh dari dimensi big five personality traits pada Public Service Motivation dapat dimediasi oleh job involvement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh Person-Organization Fit (P-O Fit) pada perilaku kerja inovatif melalui pemberdayaan psikologis sebagai mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan KSPPS anggota PBMTI di Semarang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakanan proportional random sampling yang diketahui sebesar 107 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis jalur, menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan antara P-O fit terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif karyawan. Pemberdayaan psikologis terbukti memediasi hubungan antara P-O fit dan perilaku kerja inovatif. Persepsi P-O fit yang tinggi disertai adanya pemberdayaan psikologis dapat meningkatkan perilku kerja inovatif karyawan.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find direct impact of pay satisfaction in WFC and examines direct impact of WFC and FWC for work satisfaction. It also examines impact of moderating variable of work-family centrality moderating variable) from relation of WFC and FWC in work satisfaction (case study of married female lecturers in UNNES). This research was done because there were differences between results of WFC and FWC to JS and recommendation to add moderating variable and PS to WFC. It used SPSS to examine hypothesis with CFA, to test validity, classical assumption testing and t test was also used. Moderating variable was tested by value of absolute deviation. The data in this research is primary data in the form of questionnaire and interview. The result shows that there are strong impacts between PS and WFC. There is no impact between WFC and FWC to JS. Supporting moderating variable is Work Centrality. Although, they prioritize their family, female lecturers are still trying to work professionally

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of work-family conflict and family-work conflict on depression behavior mediated by job satisfaction and life satisfaction. The respondents in this research were 133 female nurses in two public hospitals in Indonesia. Methods of data collection were by using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The sampling technique used the technique of proportional random sampling. Methods of data analysis were by using factor analysis, regression analysis and path analysis. Data analysis were by using SPSS software version 21. The results show that all hypothesis in the research were supported. Work-family conflict has an effect on depression behavior either directly or mediated by job satisfaction and life satisfaction. Similarly, the work-family conflict has an impact on the behavior of depression either direct or mediated by job satisfaction and life satisfaction. Our findings bear out the notion that job satisfaction and life satisfaction mediates the influence of dual role conflict on depression, highlighting the effect of individual satisfaction within this area. The suggestions for nurses, they should improve job satisfaction and life satisfaction so that it can overcome the dual role conflict they suffered.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of empowering leadership on the employee creativity by motivation to learn and trust in leader as a mediation variable. The population in this study is all State-Owned Bank Employees in Semarang City. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Sampling technique using multi-stage sampling technique. The sample size is 220 people. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis, goodness-fit model analysis, regression analysis, and path analysis. Data analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with WarpPLS version 6.0. The results show that empowering leadership positively influences motivation to learn, trust in leader, and employee creativity. In addition, the results of the study also showed that motivation to learn and trust in leader have a positive effect on employee creativity. Furthermore, the motivation to learn and trust in the leader is able to mediate between empowering leadership on employee creativity. The conclusion of this research is to produce a creative employee, it takes the role of a leader who can empower his subordinates. The ability of leaders to empower their subordinates will have a good impact on their employees, especially increasing the motivation to learn and trust in leaders. So that employees are optimal in expressing their creativity in the workplace. Suggestions for state-owned banking management that is more able to pay attention to the needs of employees and give confidence in subordinates to participate in solving problems.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of abusive supervision on employee silence with perceptions of organizational politics and organizational justice as mediator. The population of this study was all employees of a developing textile and garment company in the Semarang District. The sampling method used a multi-stage random sampling with a sample of 199 respondents. Methods of data collection used observation, interviews and questionnaires that were measured using a Likert scale. Methods of analysis of this study used the software of WarpPLS 6.0. The results show that abusive supervision and perceptions of organizational politics have a positive effect on employee silence. abusive supervision has a positive effect on perceptions of organizational politics, but abusive supervision has a negative effect on organizational justice. In addition, organizational justice has a negative effect on employee silence. Perceptions of organizational politics and organizational justice as a partial mediating role on the effect of abusive supervision on employee silence. Suggestions for the company that the company can reduce the high of employee silence with giving treatment employees fairly and supervisor should improve its supervision system.

Abstract

This research aims to know the role of innovative work behavior mediation and adaptability on the relationship of humor and narcissistic personality on the innovative output. The population in this study was all owners of SME in the Semarang city. The data collection method were observation, interview, and questioners. The sampling technique was multiple random sampling. The sample size was 201 SME actors. Methods of data analysis applied in this research were descriptive analysis, validity and reliability test, and hypothesis test. The data analysis was done by using WarpPLS software version 6.0. The results showed that humor and narcissistic personality increases innovative work behavior, adaptability and innovative output. In addition, innovative work behavior and adaptability also had a positive and significant influence on innovative output. Furthermore, this research found that the effect of humor and narcissistic personality on innovative output can be mediated by innovative work behavior and adaptability.

Abstract

Label is necessary for trades and education. In business world, one of the requirements that should be fulfilled by the owner of industries or Small and Medium enterprises to go international is label. In education, how to make label should be taught as the students of economics faculty are encouraged to become enterpreneurs. This study focuses on the analysis of food label genre. It aims to explain how the stages of food label under study are structured, what stages of food label have in common, and how persuasion, and information is realized. Generic analysis based on social function and systemic functional analysis are used for analyzing thirty food labels as data. In selecting the data, random sampling technique was implemented. Thirty two stages were found in the food labels. However, there was not any label under the study that have the same order of stages. The realization of persuasion, product identification and information were word group, word group and numbers, declarative sentences, and imperative sentences.

The population in this research is employees of textile and garment companies in Semarang Distcrict which is growing rapidly. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews and questionnaires. Sampling technique using multistage cluster sampling technique and the number of sample were 199. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis and collected data were analyzed by using WarpPLS software version 6.0. The results showed that abusive supervision had a positive and significant effect on the employee silence. Emotional exhaustion and organizational justice can mediate the relationship between abusive supervision on employee silence.
