Abstract

Abstrak Hadirnya Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) menjadi harapan besar bagi desa karena dapat menunjang kesejahteraan ekonomi desa. Namun seyogyanya hal ini tidak berlaku bagi warga Desa Kalisidi, Ungaran Barat, Kecamatan Semarang. BUMDes yang sudah terbentuk sejak 2017 belum mampu berfungsi secara optimal dan belum bisa memperkuat tatanan perekonomian desa. Tim Pengabdi mengusulkan solusi atas permasalahan tersebut dengan melakukan Revitalisasi Tata Kelola Manajemen BUMDes sebagai upaya dalam penanggulangan pengangguran. Dalam proses pelaksanaannya, diperlukan kolaborasi dan koordinasi dari beberapa pihak terkait dalam mendukung realisasi kegiatan tersebut. Jumlah warga Desa Kalisidi yang ikut terlibat dalam kegiatan pengabdian sejumlah 20 orang. Metode yang diaplikasikan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini terdiri dari kegiatan kegiatan Pelatihan keterampilan dan Pengembangan kapasitas SDM, diversifikasi usaha BUMDes, peningkatan aksesibilitas modal dan pemanfaatan teknologi, pengembangan kewirausahaan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat, pemasaran dan pengelolaan jaringan, evaluasi dan monitoring berkelanjutan serta kolaborasi dengan pemerintah dan lembaga swasta. Dengan pelatihan manajemen kelembagaan, pencatatan keuangan, serta penyusunan rencana bisnis yang terstruktur baik, hal ini mampu memperkuat kapasitas pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengurus BUMDes, pembentukan unit usaha baru, penyerapan tenaga kerja lokal bahkan mampu menekan angka pengangguran di Desa Kalisidi. Kata kunci: revitalisasi manajemen; bumdes; pengangguran; Desa Kalisidi Abstract The presence of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) is a great hope for villages because it can support the economic welfare of the village. However, this should not apply to residents of Kalisidi Village, West Ungaran, Semarang District. BUMDes which has been established since 2017 has not been able to function optimally and has not been able to strengthen the village's economic order. The Community Service Team proposed a solution to this problem by Revitalizing BUMDes Management Governance as an effort to overcome poverty. In the implementation process, collaboration and coordination are needed from several related parties to support the realization of these activities. The number of participants involved in the community service activities was 30 people. The methods applied in this community service consist of Skills Training and Human Resource Capacity Development activities, BUMDes business diversification, increasing capital accessibility and technology utilization, developing entrepreneurship and community empowerment, marketing and network management, continuous evaluation and monitoring, and collaboration with the government and private institutions. With institutional management, financial records, and the preparation of a well-structured business plan, this is able to strengthen the knowledge and skills capacity of BUMDes administrators, the formation of new business units, the absorption of local workers and even reduce poverty rates in Kalisidi Village. Keywords: management revitalization; bumdes; unemployment; Kalisidi Village

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of work-family conflict and family-work conflict on depression behavior mediated by job satisfaction and life satisfaction. The respondents in this research were 133 female nurses in two public hospitals in Indonesia. Methods of data collection were by using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The sampling technique used the technique of proportional random sampling. Methods of data analysis were by using factor analysis, regression analysis and path analysis. Data analysis were by using SPSS software version 21. The results show that all hypothesis in the research were supported. Work-family conflict has an effect on depression behavior either directly or mediated by job satisfaction and life satisfaction. Similarly, the work-family conflict has an impact on the behavior of depression either direct or mediated by job satisfaction and life satisfaction. Our findings bear out the notion that job satisfaction and life satisfaction mediates the influence of dual role conflict on depression, highlighting the effect of individual satisfaction within this area. The suggestions for nurses, they should improve job satisfaction and life satisfaction so that it can overcome the dual role conflict they suffered.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find direct impact of pay satisfaction in WFC and examines direct impact of WFC and FWC for work satisfaction. It also examines impact of moderating variable of work-family centrality moderating variable) from relation of WFC and FWC in work satisfaction (case study of married female lecturers in UNNES). This research was done because there were differences between results of WFC and FWC to JS and recommendation to add moderating variable and PS to WFC. It used SPSS to examine hypothesis with CFA, to test validity, classical assumption testing and t test was also used. Moderating variable was tested by value of absolute deviation. The data in this research is primary data in the form of questionnaire and interview. The result shows that there are strong impacts between PS and WFC. There is no impact between WFC and FWC to JS. Supporting moderating variable is Work Centrality. Although, they prioritize their family, female lecturers are still trying to work professionally

Abstract

Organizations and human resources face rapid changes and significant challenges, including employees of Balai Kesehatan Masyarakat Semarang and Ambarawa to require them to adapt and find new effective ways to deal with these changes and challenges. Patient visits and health services data are evaluated and assessed to measure how good the health level service is. This research aims to determine that job crafting and work engagement can improve the performance of employees at Balai Kesehatan Masyarakat Semarang and Ambarawa. The population of this research is all employees of Balai Kesehatan Masyarakat Semarang and Ambarawa, totaling 109 employees, and the sample obtained was 86 people. The data collection method used observation and questionnaires, and the data analysis method used the SEM PLS method with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis. The results showed that all hypotheses in this research were accepted and showed a positive and significant effect. Suggestions for further research can involve the entire UPT Balai Kesehatan Masyarakat Central Java Province.
