Abstract

The current development of internet technology has changed the direction of the learning system at both elementary and tertiary levels by means of online, blended learning, and e-learning. This research aims to determine and analyze the learning outcomes of students using course completion during lectures using the eLearning method. The research subjects are Bina Darma University students. Data collection was carried out in this research through observation and taking primary data from the e-learning system. The instruments in this research include the independent variable (X), which is report completion, and the dependent variable (Y), which is elearning learning outcomes. The resulting research results are: 1. There is a positive influence from the activity task variable on the student learning outcome variable, which is known to be active in carrying out the tasks in e-learning. 2. There is a positive influence from the material variable on the student learning outcome variable, which is known to be active in opening the material. provided in e-learning. Multiple linear regression tests result from the course completion variable on student learning outcomes. It can be concluded that there is a positive influence on the learning outcomes of variable Y from variable X. Students can also share information or opinions on various matters relating to the subject matter or assignments given by the lecturer. Apart from that, lecturers can place learning materials and assignments that students must complete in certain places in e-learning for students to access.

Abstract

ABSTRAK  Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk makanan di Rumah Makan Muara Meo Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pada rumah makan di desa muara meo. Variabel yang digunakan adalah kualitas produk dan harga. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel quota sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, dengan menggukan metode kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda yang didapat Y = 3,496 + 0,685 + 0,143. Secara persial (uji t) kualitas produk yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan harga tidak dapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan (uji f) terdapat pengaruh antara kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata kunci : Kualitas produk, Harga, Keputusan Pembelian  ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence product quality and price had on purchasing decisions for food products at the Muara Meo Restaurant. The type of research used in this study was associative research, namely to determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions at restaurants in estuary meo village. The variables used are product quality and price. The sample in this study was 50 respondents, with quota sampling sampling technique. The data used in this study is primary data, using the questionnaire method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression obtained Y = 3.496 + 0.685 + 0.143. Partially (t test) product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while price has no significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously (f test) there is an influence between product quality and price on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Product quality, Price, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Peningkatan penggunaan media sosial telah membawa dampak positif dan negatif, terutama di kalangan siswa. Penelitian ini berfokus pada upaya pencegahan dampak negatif penggunaan media sosial melalui kegiatan sosialisasi di SMK Negeri 1 Pemulutan. Adanya potensi bahaya yang terkait dengan keterlibatan berlebihan dalam media sosial, penelitian ini menggunakan sosialisai yang interaktif dengan melibatkan siswa secara aktif ikut berpartisipasi dalam jalanya sosialisasi. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan di sekolah ini bertujuan memberi informasi dan panduan kepada siswa dalam membentuk kebiasaan penggunaan media sosial yang bertanggung jawab dan bijaksana. Dengan mengatasi dampak negatif dan mempromosikan pemanfaatkan media sosial, penelitian ini daapt berkontribusi dalam menciptakan lingkungan online yang lebih sehat bagi siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Pemulutan.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work that can be achieved by a person or group of people in a company following their respective duties and responsibilities to achieve company goals legally, not against the law, and following morals and ethics. The success of Pt PLN (Persero) Customer Service Implementation (Up3) Palembang Customer Service Unit (ULP) Rivai in carrying out its duties must be connected to its employees, who are the technical implementers of the policy. In other words, the position of employees is one of the determining factors for smoothness in realizing company goals. Based on the data obtained at Pt PLN (Persero) Customer Service Implementation (UP3) Palembang Customer Service Unit (ULP) Rivai, the performance of employees in 2023 did not reach the target set by the company due to several factors that affected employee performance. One way to improve employee performance is to conduct a performance appraisal, which shows how well a person or group has worked to achieve company goals. Using a quantitative descriptive approach with a sample of 95 respondents and assisted by the SmartPLS 4.1.0.6 application, this study assesses employee performance from three components: work initiative, mastery of technology, and work environment. The result of this study indicates that the work initiative variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the technology mastery variable has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penyalahgunaan narkoba telah menjadi permasalahan serius yang merugikan banyak pihak termasuk generasi muda. Tingginya penyalahgunaan narkoba pada pelajar di Indonesia dikhawatirkan akan meningkat di tahun-tahun 2 berikutnya. Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) menyebutkan bahwa pada tahun 2019 angka pengguna narkoba di Indonesia capai 3,6 juta pengguna. Keberadaan narkoba dapat mengancam masa depan pelajar dan merusak integritas generasi penerus bangsa.  Penyuluhan ini dilakukan dalam upaya peningkatan kesadaran remaja akan bahaya penyalahgunaan narkoba dilakangan pelajar serta Menyajikan sebuah informasi yang akurat dan relevan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran para pelajar tentang bahaya dan strategi pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba Narkoba memiliki dampak yan luas dan serius terhadap berbagai aspek kehidupan sosial. Dalam hasil kuesioner dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara keseluruhan responden menanggapi pernyataan dengan positif dalam mendominasi kuesioner. Orang tua dan guru berperan penting dalam memberikan pemahaman tentang bahaya narkoba dan Keterlibatan komunitas dalam mendukung program pencegahan narkoba. Dari penilaian kuesioner mengenai rehabilitasi mendapatkan skor positif,  remaja menyetujui bahwa rehabilitasi bukanlah tempat yang menakutkan bagi justru korban sebagai bantuan yang tersedia bagi mereka yang ingin sembuh dan dari kesimpulan di atas dapat dilihat bahwa hal Hal ini menunjukkan sebagian besar responden merasa terbuka  terhadap topik yang telah dibahas dalam penyuluhan dan telah mendapatkan wawasan baru.

Abstract

This research is based on the condition of employee performance from time to time which is getting wider, so companies must open up new strategies in maintaining and improving employee performance. The core problem in this research is the effect of training and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division III Palembang. Thus, the purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of training variables (X1), work motivation (X2), and employee performance (Y). Data from this survey research were collected by distributing questionnaires to 35 employee respondents at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division III Palembang with a saturated sampling technique and the analytical technique used to test the hypothesis is a multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that training has a positive effect on employee performance and work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance and training and work motivation have a simultaneous effect on employee performance

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisa tentang lingkungan kerja karyawan di Dinas Sosial Kota Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu mengenai penelitian kualitatif yang mana penelitian yang dimaksud untuk memahami fenomena tentang apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian, lokasi penelitian yaitu berlokasi di Jalan Merdeka No 26 Kelurahan 22 Ilir Kecamatan bukit kecil kota Palembang Sumatera Selatan, Sumber data yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan juga data sekunder serta dalam Kumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu data primer, teknik analisis data yang digunakan di dalam penelitian kualitatif ini yaitu reduksi data serta display data dan juga verifikasi dan mengambil sebuah kesimpulan.  Hasil penelitian ini yaitu bahwa hubungan kerja antar pegawai interaksi antara karyawan memiliki peran krusial dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya serta hubungan kerja antar pegawai dengan pimpinan pandangan atau Sikap yang ditunjukkan oleh atasan pada bawah memiliki dampak pada pekerjaan, dan lingkungan kerja secara fisik dan lingkungan secara non fisik dari ditinjau dari segi lingkungan fisik sudah sesuai dengan indikatornya misal seperti dengan adanya keamanan di tempat kerja pencahayaan ataupun penerangan dalam ruangan kerja dan juga kelembaban udara dan lain sebagainya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Influencer Marketing, Content Marketing, and Online Advertising on the purchase decision of skincare products on the TikTok application, with a focus on students in the city of Palembang. Using quantitative methods and accidental sampling techniques from a population of 80 people, the data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SEM-Smart-PLS 3.0 for Windows. The findings of the study show that Influencer Marketing has a positive but insignificant effect, while Content Marketing and Online Advertising have a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions. Simultaneously, these three variables influenced the purchase decision with an R Square value of 0.841, indicating that 84.1% of the purchase decision variables could be explained by these three factors.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of work systems and welfare on the performance of outsourcing employees at PT.PLN (Persero) Rayon Ampera Palembang. The research employed a population method, with all 40 outsourcing employees serving as the sample, using total sampling techniques. Data was collected through questionnaires utilizing a Likert scale as the measurement tool. The study used a quantitative approach, incorporating validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, as well as t-tests, F-tests, and determination tests, all conducted using SPSS version 25 software. The findings indicate that both the work system and welfare variables positively influence the performance of outsourcing employees, both individually and collectively.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine employee performance within the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of South Sumatra Province, with the objective of assessing the influence of competency, work ethic, and discipline variables on employee performance. Employing a quantitative research method, the study targeted employees of the DPRD Secretariat, using purposive sampling to select 75 respondents. Both primary and secondary data were utilized, and data analysis included tests such as data quality assessment, classical assumption tests, statistical tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The findings revealed that the competency variable (X1) significantly impacts employee performance, with a significance level of 0.001, less than 0.05, and a T-value greater than the T-table value (5.114 > 1.997). Similarly, the work ethic variable (X2) significantly affects performance, with a significance level of 0.001 and a T-value greater than the T-table value (6.045 > 1.997), while the discipline variable (X3) also has a significant effect, with a significance level of 0.015 and a T-value greater than the T-table value (2.490 > 1.997). Furthermore, the F-test results show that the F-calculated value (24.620) exceeds the F-table value (2.51), indicating that competency, work ethic, and discipline collectively have a positive and significant influence on employee performance in the Secretariat of DPRD South Sumatra Province
