Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work culture and work environment on employee performance, the object of research at PT. PLN Indonesia Power Generation Business Unit (UBP) Keramasan Palembang, the research sample is employees of PT. PLN Indonesia Power UBP Keramasan, with a total of 83 employees, the method used is a quantitative method using the SPSS Version 27 technique. The data used is primary data, hypothesis testing uses the t test (partial) and the f test (simultaneous). The analysis results show that work culture and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee work.

Abstract

Tujuan utama Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) adalah menyebarluaskan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat di lingkungan sekitar Universitas melalui pendampingan. Selain itu, tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) adalah mendekatkan lembaga pendidikan dengan masyarakat, sehingga perguruan tinggi dapat membantu pemerintah dalam mempercepat gerak laju ekonomi masyarakat dan mempersiapkan kader-kader pelaku pembangunan yang berkualitas. Selain itu sebagai pemenuhan salah satu aspek capaian Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU).Sasaran kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah pendampingan  bagi Mahasiswa  UMKM Binaan UIN Raden Intan Bandar Lampung  yang bekerjasama dengan Universitas Bina Darma berkaitan dengan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menambah wawasan bagi mahasiswa binaan sebagai bagian dari masyarakat dan bermanfaat dalam pengabdian ini dapat diterima oleh para pelaku UMKM. Untuk memiliki daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha, mahasiswa UMKM binaan harus merespon perubahan inovasi dan efesiensi penggunaan teknologi yang cepat, fokus pada kepentingan jangka panjang, menghasilkan kinerja yang handal pada pengelolaan sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of facial attendance systems and the work environment on employee attendance discipline at the Sub-District Office of Pemulutan Selatan. Attendance discipline is a crucial aspect in assessing civil servants' performance, professionalism, and accountability in public service institutions. In this study, a quantitative method with an associative approach was employed. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 40 active employees. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The findings reveal that the facial attendance system negatively and significantly affects attendance discipline, suggesting that its current implementation may reduce employee motivation or comfort in attending work. In contrast, the work environment was found to have a positive and significant effect, indicating that supportive physical, psychological, and social conditions at the workplace contribute to increased attendance discipline. Simultaneously, both variables—facial attendance and work environment significantly influence employee attendance discipline. The coefficient of determination (R²) obtained was 30.4%, meaning the two variables studied explain 30.4% of the variance in attendance discipline. In comparison, the remaining  69.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research. These findings suggest the need for management to reevaluate the design and use of facial attendance systems and prioritize improvements in the work environment to enhance employee commitment and discipline in public service performance. Keywords: Facial Attendance, Work Environment, Attendance Discipline, Civil Servants, Public Service Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh absen wajah dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kedisiplinan kehadiran pegawai di Kantor Camat Pemulutan Selatan. Kedisiplinan kehadiran merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam menilai kinerja dan tanggung jawab pegawai sebagai aparatur pemerintah. Berangkat dari fenomena rendahnya tingkat kedisiplinan kehadiran yang dapat berdampak pada produktivitas serta kualitas pelayanan publik, penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 40 responden yang merupakan pegawai aktif dan dianalisis  menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel absen wajah berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kedisiplinan kehadiran, atau sistem absensi berbasis wajah belum sepenuhnya memberikan kenyamanan atau motivasi bagi pegawai dalam meningkatkan kehadiran. Sebaliknya, variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kedisiplinan kehadiran, yang berarti lingkungan kerja yang baik dapat mendorong pegawai untuk lebih disiplin dalam bekerja. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kedisiplinan kehadiran pegawai. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 30,4% menunjukkan bahwa absen wajah dan lingkungan kerja mampu menjelaskan 30,4% variasi dalam kedisiplinan kehadiran, sedangkan 69,6% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya evaluasi terhadap penerapan sistem absensi wajah serta peningkatan kualitas lingkungan kerja guna mendorong tingkat kedisiplinan yang lebih optimal. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. MSDM menjadi faktor strategis dalam pencapaian tujuan organisasi melalui pengelolaan tugas kerja, kualitas, kuantitas, ketepatan waktu, serta efektivitas biaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei menggunakan kuesioner terhadap 63 responden yang merupakan seluruh pegawai di instansi tersebut. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, ditunjukkan dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 8,766 yang lebih besar dari t-tabel (1,670) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar <0,001. Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,557 menunjukkan bahwa 55,7% variasi kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh MSDM, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan MSDM yang efektif, seperti pengelolaan kerja yang terstruktur dan evaluasi yang konsisten, mampu mendorong peningkatan produktivitas dan kedisiplinan pegawai. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan kebijakan kepegawaian yang lebih adaptif dan profesional di lingkungan birokrasi publik.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the suboptimal performance of employees, reflected in their inability to complete daily service tasks effectively, as well as issues of work motivation characterized by low attendance discipline. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at Puskesmas Tulung Selapan. The study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 72 employees selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The findings reveal that both leadership style and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. These results underscore that enhancing leadership effectiveness and providing appropriate motivation can improve employee productivity and performance quality.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems faced by UD. Berkat Mulia, namely the increasing number of motorcycle spare part stores, intense competition, the presence of brand loyalty among consumers, and consumers who are sensitive to services that must be as good as possible because it can affect the results received by consumers. If the service is not satisfying, there will be bad testimonials which will be heard by the outside community, and this will have a negative impact in the future on consumer purchase intention. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand loyalty on word of mouth and consumer purchase intention, as well as to determine the mediating role of word of mouth in the relationship between brand loyalty and purchase intention at UD. Berkat Mulia. The research method used is quantitative with a Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents selected using the Slovin technique. The results show that brand loyalty has a positive and significant effect on word of mouth, and also has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. In addition, word of mouth is also proven to have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Another finding indicates that word of mouth is able to mediate the effect of brand loyalty on consumer purchase intention. Thus, this research emphasizes the importance of strengthening brand loyalty in increasing consumer recommendations and encouraging purchase intention. Practically, the results of this research can be used as a reference for companies in formulating more effective marketing strategies through optimizing brand loyalty and the dissemination of positive word of mouth.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Brand Image and Social Media Marketing on consumer satisfaction, with purchasing decisions as a mediating variable, on the TikTok Shop platform, the sample of this research is 100 active Tiktok Shop users, the method used is a quantitative method with Structural Equation Modeling analysis techniques (SEM) SmartPLS, the data used is primary and secondary data. The research results show that brand image has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction, social media marketing has no and insignificant influence on consumer satisfaction, brand image has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction mediated by purchasing decisions, social media marketing has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction mediated by purchasing decisions
