Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of exhaust manifold modifications on motorcycle performance using torque expansion chamber (TEC) variations in the location of the inlet and outlet ducts. The test was carried out by changing the position of the TEC inlet and outlet ducts in three variations. Testing using a dynotest and a Honda Supra X 125 motorcycle. The test results show that the highest results were obtained when using variation 2. The torque obtained was 9.69 Nm at an engine rotation of 4500 rpm, the power produced was 7.53 HP at an engine rotation of 6250 rpm, and the specific fuel consumsion (sfc) produced was 0.153 kg/hour. HP at 6250 rpm.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of exhaust manifold modifications using TEC baffle one, baffle two, and baffle three, on the performance of the Honda Supra X 125. Testing was carried out using a Dynotest tool and a Honda Supra X 125 motorcycle. The results of exhaust manifold modification testing with variations in the number of TEC baffle on the performance of the Honda Supra X 125 show an increase in performance. The highest results were obtained in the modification of the exhaust manifold with TEC baffle two. The torque obtained is 9.74 Nm at an engine speed of 5000 rpm, the power produced is 7.7 HP at an engine speed of 6500 rpm, and the KBBS produced is 0.150 KG/hour. HP at a speed of 6000 rpm - 6250 rpm.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pemanfaatan potensi lokal menjadi salah satu upaya strategis dalam meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat pedesaan. Desa Bogangin, Kecamatan Sumpiuh, memiliki potensi besar di sektor perikanan air tawar, khususnya budidaya ikan lele. Namun, keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat, terutama kelompok wanita tani (KWT), dalam mengolah hasil perikanan menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi tinggi masih menjadi kendala. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan anggota KWT dalam mengolah ikan lele menjadi abon sebagai produk olahan yang memiliki daya jual tinggi dan daya simpan panjang. Metode kegiatan meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan praktis pembuatan abon lele, pendampingan manajemen usaha, dan strategi pemasaran digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta sebesar 85%, serta munculnya inisiatif KWT untuk membentuk usaha bersama dalam skala rumah tangga. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi nyata terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan dan penguatan potensi lokal berbasis sumber daya desa. Kata Kunci: KWT, Abon Lele, Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Potensi Lokal, Ekonomi Desa.  ABSTRACT Utilizing local potential is one of the strategic efforts to enhance the economic independence of rural communities. Bogangin Village, located in Sumpiuh Subdistrict, has great potential in the freshwater fisheries sector, particularly in catfish farming. However, the limited knowledge and skills of the community—especially the Women Farmers Group (KWT)—in processing fishery products into high-value economic commodities remain a challenge. This community service activity aims to improve the ability of KWT members to process catfish into shredded fish (abon) as a value-added product with high market potential and long shelf life. The methods used include counseling, hands-on training in making shredded catfish, business management assistance, and digital marketing strategies.The results show an 85% increase in participants’ knowledge and skills, as well as the emergence of an initiative from the KWT to establish a joint household-scale business. This activity has made a tangible contribution to women’s economic empowerment and the strengthening of local potential based on village resources. Keywords: Women Farmers Group (KWT), Shredded Catfish, Women’s Empowerment, Local Potential, Village Economy.

Abstract

SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Semarang memiliki jurusan Teknik Otomotif dengan konsentrasi Teknik Kendaraan Ringan Otomotif dan Teknik Bisnis Sepeda Motor. Pada tahun 2021 jurusan Teknik Otomotif berhasil memperoleh hibah Program SMK Pusat Keunggulan dengan salah satu programnya untuk penguatan manajemen. Mengingat potensi peluang kerja masih cukup banyak di bidang Teknik Alat Berat pada tahun 2021 memutuskan untuk membuka kosentrasi Teknik Alat Berat.Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mendampingi penyelenggaraan program kosentrasi Teknik Alat Berat dalam menentukan kurikulum dengan kelengkapanya. Metode pendampingan dilakukan dengan melakukan Focus Group Discussion meliputi: penentuan capaian pembelajaran lulusan , penentuan kurikulum, penentuan jenis alat praktik dan pengembangan bahan ajar. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah: Capaian Pembelajaran Lulusan yang mencakup kompetensi lulusan sebagai teknisi atau operator. Jenis peralatan yang perlu disediakan meliputi unit eksavator, torque converter, torque transmission, hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, dan hydraulic cylinder. Bahan ajar untuk mata pelajaran baru meliputi: Hydraulic System, Torqflow Drive System, Steering Brake System, Operation System, dan Basic Trouble Shooting.
