Abstract

Tingkat demonstrasi mesin berkaitan dengan daya yang dihasilkan oleh mesin, konsumsi bahan bakar, serta efisiensi dari mesin tersebut. Pemakaian salah satu mesin penggerak awal yaitu motor bakar torak masih sangat dominan, dimana daya yang dihasilkan sampai saat ini masih dirasa unjuk kerja yang cukup baik. Untuk meningkatkan performa sepeda motor, banyak inovasi yang dilakukan dan teknologi yang dikembangkan agar performa motor meningkat sesuai kebutuhan penggunanya. Super KIPS salah satunya, Super KIPS memiliki bagian terpenting berupa klep ( Valve ) yang bisa membuka dan menutup. Selain itu terdapat pula magic ring, merupakan komponen berbentuk ring yang dirancang khusus untuk berbagai jenis sepeda motor dengan memanfaatkan gas aktif lewat knalpot yang terbuang sia-sia. Sebuah nozzle sering berbentuk pipa atau tabung dari berbagai variasi luas penampang, dan dapat digunakan untuk mengarahkan atau memodifikasi aliran fluida (cairan atau gas). Nozzle sering digunakan untuk mengontrol laju aliran, kecepatan, arah, massa, bentuk, dan / atau tekanan dari aliran yang muncul. Kecepatan nozzle dari fluida meningkat sesuai energi tekanannya. Pemasangan magic ring mampu menurunkan nilai KBBS pada putaran kurang dari 9000 RPM, namun ketika putaran mencapai lebih dari 9000 RPM, kondisi standar lebih sedikit KBBS-nya dibanding magic cincin . Begitu pula jika dibandingkan dengan penggunaan variasi nozzle , nozzle dapat menurunkan KBBS lebih sedikit dibandingkan penggunaan magic ring maupun standar .

Abstract

Gasoline motorcycles are a means of transportation that is currently the most in-demand by the people of Indonesia. Most of the youth are waiting for gasoline-fueled motorbikes with superior performance so many lovers from the automotive sector, researchers and industry make modifications to improve the performance of these vehicles. This study aims to improve the performance of the gasoline engine. The research method used is to modify the exhaust manifold on the combustion engine. Modifications are made by adding a Torque Expansion Chamber (TEC) 1 tube 2 channels and variations of nozzles 40, 50, and 60. The next step is to test torque, power, and specific fuel consumption. The results show that the use of 1 tube 2 channel TEC and variations of nozzles 40, 50, and 60 can increase torque, increase power and reduce specific fuel consumption. The highest torque of 9.94 Nm was obtained at 5500 rpm using 1 tube 2 channel TEC and 50 nozzle variations. The highest power of 8.03 HP was obtained at 6250 rpm using 1 tube 2 channel TEC and 50 nozzle variations. Minimum specific fuel consumption with a value of 0.14145 kg/kWh was obtained by using TEC 1 tube 2 channel and nozzle variation 40. Increasing torque by using modified TEC 1 tube 2 channel and nozzle variation 40, 50, and 60 is due to back pressure so that heat that comes out with the exhaust gases is not completely removed by the environment. The increase in power is caused because the power is directly proportional to the torque, while the decrease in specific fuel consumption is caused because the specific fuel consumption is inversely proportional to the power.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of exhaust manifold modifications on motorcycle performance using torque expansion chamber (TEC) variations in the location of the inlet and outlet ducts. The test was carried out by changing the position of the TEC inlet and outlet ducts in three variations. Testing using a dynotest and a Honda Supra X 125 motorcycle. The test results show that the highest results were obtained when using variation 2. The torque obtained was 9.69 Nm at an engine rotation of 4500 rpm, the power produced was 7.53 HP at an engine rotation of 6250 rpm, and the specific fuel consumsion (sfc) produced was 0.153 kg/hour. HP at 6250 rpm.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of exhaust manifold modifications using TEC baffle one, baffle two, and baffle three, on the performance of the Honda Supra X 125. Testing was carried out using a Dynotest tool and a Honda Supra X 125 motorcycle. The results of exhaust manifold modification testing with variations in the number of TEC baffle on the performance of the Honda Supra X 125 show an increase in performance. The highest results were obtained in the modification of the exhaust manifold with TEC baffle two. The torque obtained is 9.74 Nm at an engine speed of 5000 rpm, the power produced is 7.7 HP at an engine speed of 6500 rpm, and the KBBS produced is 0.150 KG/hour. HP at a speed of 6000 rpm - 6250 rpm.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan di masyarakat yang serius dengan prevalensi cukup tinggi, hal ini umumnya disebabkan oleh anak yang kekurangan asupan gizi di 1000 hari pertama kehidupan. Kurangnya pemenuhan asupan gizi merupakan masalah yang kompleks dan multi sectoral. Tujuan dari pengabdian Masyarakat ini agar dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan penyelesaian masalah terkait dengan stunting yang ada di masyarakat terutama pada skala rumah tangga. 21 responden diikutkan dalam pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini yang semuanya adalah Tim Penggerak PKK. Kegiatan ini dimulai dari bulan September-November 2024. Tahapan kegiatan dibagi menjadi 3, tahap pertama adalah tahap persiapan, tahap kedua pelaksanaan dan tahapan ketiga adalah evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah semua peserta terlihat antusias dan bersemangat mengenai program ini. Implementasi Teknologi Integrated Farming Skala Rumah Tangga sudah terpasang di 6 titik Lokasi yang diperkirakan stuntingnya tinggi. Melalui, Integrated Farming Skala Rumah Tangga keluarga dapat memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan yang    tersedia  untuk menanam sayuran berternak lele. Hal ini membantu memastikan ketersediaan bahan pangan segar yang bernutrisi  tinggi  di tingkat rumah tangga. Kata Kunci: Stunting, Integrated Farming Skala Rumah Tangga, Ketahan Pangan  ABSTRACT Stunting is a serious public health problem with a fairly high prevalence, this is generally caused by children who lack nutritional intake in the first 1000 days of life. Lack of fulfillment of nutritional intake is a complex and multi-sectoral problem. The purpose of this Community Service was to increase knowledge and problem-solving skills related to stunting in the community, especially at the household level. 21 respondents were included in this Community Service, all of whom were PKK Team Leaders. This activity started from September-November 2024. The stages of the activity were divided into 3, the first stage was the preparation stage, the second stage was implementation and the third stage was evaluation. The results of this activity were that all participants looked enthusiastic and excited about this program. The implementation of Household-Scale Integrated Farming Technology has been installed at 6 locations where stunting is estimated to be high. Through Household-Scale Integrated Farming, families can utilize the available yard land to grow vegetables and raise catfish. Abstract

ABSTRAK Stunting masih menjadi masalah utama pada bayi dan balita di Indonesia. Stunting merupakan salah satu kondisi gagal tumbuh pada anak dimana tinggi badan anak <- 2SD menurut tabelZ-score WHO. Tujuan Pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kader tentang pencegahan stunting melalui edukasi dan pemeriksaan kesehatan yang tepat. Sebanyak 21 kader mengikuti kegiatan ini. Sebelum di lakukan penyuluhan atau edukasi kader di berikan pretest dahulu kemudian di lanjutkan pemberian materi oleh tim pengabdian Masyarakat. Setelah pemberian materi dilanjutkan posttest dan pemeriksaan Kesehatan bagi balita yang terdiagnosa stunting. Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan kader dari sebelum di berikan edukasi sampai setelah pemberian edukasi. Terdapat 14 (66.7%) kader perpengetahuan tinggi, dan 7 (33.3%) kader berpengetahuan sedang. Hasil pengabdian pemberdayaan kader posyandu dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pengetahuan serta praktik/ ketrampilan kader dalam penanganan dan pencegahan stunting pada tatanan keluarga dan masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan, Kader, Penanganan, Stunting  ABSTRACT Stunting is still a major problem among babies and toddlers in Indonesia. Stunting ia a condition of failure to thrive in children where the child’s height is <- 2SD according to the WHO Z-score table. The aim of implementing Community Service (PKM) is to increase cadres' knowledge about stunting prevention through education and appropriate health checks. A total of 21 cadres took part in this activity. Before counseling or education is carried out, cadres are given a pretest first and then continue to provide material by the community service team. After providing the material, the posttest and health examination continued for toddlers diagnosed with stunting. There is an increase in cadres' knowledge from before the education is provided to after the education is provided. There are 14 (66.7%) cadres with high knowledge, and 7 (33.3%) cadres with moderate knowledge. The results of the service to empower posyandu cadres can increase the knowledge and practice/skills of cadres in handling and preventing stunting in family and community settings. Keywords: Knowledge, Cadre, Handling, Stunting

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of adding a one-tube and two-tube Torque Expansion Chamber (TEC) to the exhaust manifold on motorbike performance. Torque Expansion Chamber includes one tube with one channel and two channels, two tubes with one channel and two channels. Motorbike performance testing includes torque, power and specific fuel consumption (kbbs) using the Dyno Test. Research shows that by adding TEC, variations in the number of tubes and number of channels have an effect on better performance than standard exhaust manifolds. The best torque with the addition of one two-channel tube and two two-channel TEC. Best power with the addition of one two-channel tube and two two-channel TEC. Best fuel consumption with the addition of one tube two channel TEC.
