Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan minat dan semangat berwirausaha pada siswa SMA N 1 Sembawa, memberikan pemahaman dasar tentang konsep dan prinsip kewirausahaan, melatih siswa untuk mengidentifikasi peluang usaha di sekitar mereka, dan mendorong siswa membuat rencana usaha sederhana berbasis potensi lokal. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini berupa ceramah interaktif dan FGD Hasil Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat menunjukkan pelatihan ini menghasilkan sejumlah ide usaha yang kreatif dan relevan dengan kondisi siswa. Secara umum pengetahuan dasar siswa mengenai karakteristik wirausaha, peluang usaha, dan strategi pemasaran sederhana meningkat setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Selain aspek kognitif, aspek afektif berupa minat dan motivasi berwirausaha turut mengalami penguatan.

Abstract

Perkembangan industri makanan ringan di Indonesia menunjukkan tren pertumbuhan yang signifikan seiring meningkatnya permintaan konsumen terhadap produk praktis, inovatif, dan bernilai gizi. Namun, pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil masih menghadapi permasalahan dalam perencanaan bisnis yang terstruktur, khususnya terkait strategi pemasaran, kelayakan finansial, dan keberlanjutan usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun dan menganalisis business plan implementasi Stickrollz sebagai usaha makanan ringan berbahan dasar stick ayam yang berorientasi pada nilai tambah produk dan daya saing pasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan analisis business plan yang mencakup aspek pasar dan pemasaran, operasional, manajemen sumber daya manusia, serta analisis keuangan. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi yang kemudian dianalisis secara komprehensif untuk menilai kelayakan usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Stickrollz memiliki potensi pasar yang prospektif dengan segmentasi konsumen yang jelas, strategi pemasaran yang adaptif terhadap tren digital, serta struktur biaya dan proyeksi keuangan yang menunjukkan tingkat kelayakan usaha yang positif. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa implementasi business plan Stickrollz layak dijalankan dan berpotensi berkelanjutan, serta dapat menjadi model perencanaan usaha makanan ringan bagi pelaku UMKM dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan kinerja bisnis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation, business performance, and sustainability of Milicious, a healthy instant noodle enterprise in Palembang. The research employs a mixed-method approach combining quantitative and qualitative techniques. Quantitative data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 52 respondents and supported by financial statement analysis, including income statements and cash flow reports. Qualitative data were obtained through direct observation and interviews with the business owner. The analysis focuses on marketing mix strategy, financial performance, and business sustainability. The findings indicate that Milicious has demonstrated positive financial growth, effective marketing implementation, and strong consumer acceptance. Furthermore, product innovation based on natural ingredients provides competitive advantage and supports long-term sustainability. Therefore, Milicious shows significant potential for continued development in the healthy culinary market segment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the business performance and sustainability of Wijen Natura, a sesame oil business operating in Palembang City. The business utilizes local sesame seeds as the main raw material and applies a hot infusion method to produce high-quality sesame oil. The research method used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data were collected through consumer questionnaires, interviews with business owners, and analysis of financial reports and sales data. The results indicate that Wijen Natura has strong market potential in terms of consumer interest, sales growth, and business feasibility analysis. Appropriate marketing strategies, product quality, and flavor innovation are key factors in maintaining business sustainability. Based on financial and non-financial analysis, Wijen Natura is considered feasible and sustainable for further development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the digital marketing strategy and sustainability of a ready-to-eat chili sauce business in Palembang. Sambal Bara Musi is a business engaged in ready-to-eat packaged products. This business offers five menu variants that are innovative combinations of chili sauce and side dishes. The analysis areas in this study focused on digital marketing strategy analysis, business performance analysis (financial reports), and business sustainability analysis. Based on the analysis results obtained, it can be stated that the Sambal Bara Musi business can be implemented well and sustainably.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation and sustainability of BagoMix, an innovative fried meatball dough with chicken and shrimp flavors in Palembang City, featuring variants of wood ear mushrooms, mustard green essence, and oyster mushrooms. The business, which began in June 2025, utilizes online pre-order strategies, offline sales in university canteens, and resellers, with packaging and product innovations based on consumer feedback. A survey of 50 respondents showed high interest (94% strongly liked it), particularly among students aged 20-24 who prioritized taste and a hybrid offline-online sales model. Positive results include increased sales and sustainable prospects through variant innovation and adaptation to the ready-to-cook snack market

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of business performance, potential, and feasibility of implementing the Sweet Potato Crème business as an innovative sweet potato-based dessert product in Palembang City. The scope of the study includes product analysis, marketing, operations, and business financial performance. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method with a business study approach, supported by primary data through a questionnaire survey of 41 respondents and secondary data from literature and business financial reports. The results of the study indicate that Sweet Potato Crème has a very high level of market acceptance, with consumer interest reaching 100%, supported by affordable prices, tastes that suit preferences, and effective online and offline marketing strategies. The conclusion of this study states that the Sweet Potato Crème business is feasible to be developed and has the potential to be sustainable as an innovative culinary product based on local food.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate and evaluate the business development of Aroma Vegetarian, a plant-based culinary enterprise in Palembang City. The scope of the study includes product, marketing, service, and business performance aspects. The methods applied consist of field observation, a customer satisfaction survey involving 50 respondents, and descriptive analysis of sales data and marketing strategies. The findings indicate that grilled menu innovation, brand identity enhancement, and digitalization increase customer interest and satisfaction, with Grilled Seafood Fried Rice as the leading product. The study concludes that structured business development efforts can improve competitiveness and support the sustainability of Aroma Vegetarian.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation and business sustainability of Riche Shoes Perfume and Cleaner as a shoe care business. Riche Shoes Perfume and Cleaner introduces product innovation in the form of a 2-in-1 shoe cleaner and deodorizer in a single package to enhance practicality and increase consumer appeal. The research employs a descriptive method with qualitative and quantitative approaches, with data collected through direct observation of business operational processes and the distribution of questionnaires to measure customer satisfaction levels. The results show that the implementation of Riche Shoes Perfume and Cleaner has been fairly effective in terms of the production process, financial report analysis, marketing strategies, and customer service. From a business sustainability perspective, this business demonstrates strong potential supported by product innovation, affordable pricing, appropriate marketing strategies, and effective financial management, enabling Riche Shoes Perfume and Cleaner to continue growing and competing as an MSME in the shoe care industry.
