Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Advertising, Personal Selling, Sales Promotion dan Direct Marketing Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Erafone Megastore Palembang Square. Ukuran sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling degan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Advertising (X1), Personal Selling (X2), Sales Promotion (X3), Direct Marketing (X4) berpengaruh positif signifikan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Erafone Megastore Palembang Square Mall.

Abstract

Heaven In Bottle perfume is a business engaged in cosmetics. A perfume is a mixture of essential oils and aroma compounds, fixatives and solvents used to give a fragrant scent. This business offers two types of choices, namely men's and women's perfumes with 5 variants each with a size of 35ml. This business is located on Jl. Makam Sabokingking GHB Block A No. 11, Palembang City. Promotions that will be carried out using social media such as influencers and celebrities. Based on the aspect of business performance, Heaven In Bottle perfume is declared capable of competing and developing in the future.

Abstract

Carbon Plus is an automotive business specializing in Carbon Kevlar products, which are made from carbon kevlar fibers and can be used as coatings for vehicle parts, both for cars and motorcycles, as well as other components. The business offers three services: carbon skinning, carbon repairing, and painting. Located at Sakura I Street, Palembang, Carbon Plus plans to promote its services through Instagram and ads on social media.. The performance analysis of the Carbon Kevlar business is conducted by considering financial, operational, market, risk, innovation, and sustainability aspects to evaluate the efficiency, profitability, and social and environmental impact of Carbon Kevlar production and marketing activities. The main focus is on increasing revenue, production efficiency, market dominance, risk management, product innovation, and corporate social responsibility.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the Tangible and Assurance variables on Customer Satisfaction at Bank Sumsel Babel Capem Sako Kenten. The method used is quantitative, utilizing questionnaires and direct observation, involving 60 respondents who have used the services for more than 6 months. The results indicate that all variables have a positiive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation and sustainability of a food business that combines Indonesian and foreign cultures. Takonesian is a business operates in food sector. This business offers 3 menu variants that are innovations of takoyaki, which originally used flour but now uses rice as the base. The area analysis in this research focuses on the analysis of marketing mix strategy, business performance analysis (financial reports), and business consideration analysis. Based on the results of the analysis obtained, it can be stated that Takonesian business can be implemented and sustainable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of trust and perceived value on customer loyalty to Pempek Selendang Mayang, both partially and simultaneously. Using a descriptive quantitative method with a Likert scale questionnaire, the study involved 161 respondents selected using the Slovin method and analyzed with SPSS. The results indicate that trust and perceived value have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty to Pempek Selendang Mayang.

Abstract

This study analyzes the financial performance, customer satisfaction, and sustainability of Gao Xing Cha, a soy milk-based beverage business. The research employs a quantitative descriptive method using data collected from customer questionnaires and financial reports. The findings indicate revenue fluctuations, with a significant increase during offline promotions, followed by a decline afterward. This suggests the need to strengthen digital marketing strategies to maintain sales stability. The majority of customers are students, with Brown Sugar Soy Milk Tea being the most popular variant. Additionally, packaging and financial record-keeping require improvement to enhance competitiveness and profitability. By optimizing marketing strategies and improving operations, Gao Xing Cha has the potential to strengthen its sustainability in the soy milk-based beverage industry.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the implementation of the healthy food business, Protein Bake, in Palembang City. The focus of this study includes evaluating the implemented marketing strategies, business operational effectiveness, and customer satisfaction to maintain business sustainability. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative and qualitative approach through customer surveys, interviews with business owners, and financial report analysis and sales trends from September to December 2024. The results show that digital marketing through social media and offline promotions at university cafeteria significantly contribute to business growth. Additionally, a high level of customer satisfaction is a key factor in fostering loyalty and supporting business sustainability. In conclusion, the right combination of marketing strategies and optimal customer satisfaction can strengthen competitiveness and ensure the sustainability of Protein Bake in the healthy food market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy and business performance of a food enterprise. The business offers two menu variants with innovative, practical, and eco-friendly packaging. The analysis focuses on the implemented marketing strategy, which includes digital promotion through social media and a sales system. Business performance is evaluated based on profit and loss statements and balance sheets. The analysis results show that digital promotion increases the number of orders, and the pre-order system supports operational efficiency.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan minat dan semangat berwirausaha pada siswa SMA N 1 Sembawa, memberikan pemahaman dasar tentang konsep dan prinsip kewirausahaan, melatih siswa untuk mengidentifikasi peluang usaha di sekitar mereka, dan mendorong siswa membuat rencana usaha sederhana berbasis potensi lokal. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini berupa ceramah interaktif dan FGD Hasil Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat menunjukkan pelatihan ini menghasilkan sejumlah ide usaha yang kreatif dan relevan dengan kondisi siswa. Secara umum pengetahuan dasar siswa mengenai karakteristik wirausaha, peluang usaha, dan strategi pemasaran sederhana meningkat setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Selain aspek kognitif, aspek afektif berupa minat dan motivasi berwirausaha turut mengalami penguatan.
