Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat aplikasi berupa produk multimedia yang memenuhi standar valid pada materi desain grafis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and development (R&D) menerapkan model pengembangan 4-D yaitu Devine, Designe, Develope, Diseminate. Namun dalam studi ini terbatas sampai pada 3-D saja. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari angket validitas. Verifikasi produk dilakukan oleh dua orang validator yang kompeten dalam aspek materi dan desain. Hasil validasi produk yang dikembangkan ditinjau dari aspek materi memenuhi validitas sebesar 99%, mencapai kriteria sangat valid. Selanjutnya, pada aspek desain dengan kriteria valid memiliki persentase validitas sebesar 87%. Berdasarkan tahapan pengujian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi multimedia pembelajaran teridentifikasi valid untuk digunakan sebagai bahan ajar.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena kepemimpinan perempuan yang terjadi di FKIP Universitas Bung Hatta, Padang, Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Menepis issue stereotip kesenjangangn gender pada top level manager di lembaga Pendidikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode pendekatan data kualitatif merupakan pendekatan yang menciptakan gambaran kejadian yang diteliti secara deskriptif dan naratif. Penulisan karya tulis ini merujuk pada pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara studi kepustakaan (literature review) baik sumber primer, yaitu dokumen yang ditulis langsung oleh penulis sebagai sumber sekunder, yaitu dokumen berupa laporan oleh penulis, dan wawancara. Mengulas tentang pemimpin perempuan dengan gaya kepemimpinan transvormasional dan gaya kepemipinan visioner. Menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa perempuan dan laki-laki setara dan memiliki hak yang sama dalam konteks kesetaraan gender. Stereotip perlu dimaknai secara filosofis.

Abstract

An event Organizer is the manager of an activity or event that is held to make a profit for the event organizer and those present at the time the activity takes place. The Event Organizer service business requires creative and innovative people who are rich in ideas or concepts and have a wide network of friends. Event Organizer Entrepreneurs do not require a special place such as an office or special workspace but can be done by working from home, utilizing a PC or Laptop, and optimizing communication and presentation skills to prospective clients, even the Event Organizer business does not require a large initial capital. The main goal of the research is to produce a product that can realize a quality match with a transparent digital scoring system. In addition, this digital scoring application is a supporting application in starting an entrepreneur in the Event Organizer field because this application can be rented out in every Pencak Silat championship that requires this assessment application. This design is based on the flow chart of Nasir's research methodology which includes; the identification of problems, formulation of problems, determining the purpose of benefits and limitations, preliminary survey-observation, literature study. The design uses the waterfall model, a classical model that is systematic, sequentially, step by step through which it must wait for the completion of the previous stage. Validity Test The digital scoring application is in the very valid category.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) Curriculum in the PTIK program. This study uses a qualitative approach to the case study at Bung Hatta University. The research data is in the form of the evaluation of the MBKM Curriculum Implementation using the CIPP model. This study collected data through literature studies and interviews with students, lecturers, and heads of PTIK study programs. Evaluation is carried out on the dimensions of the context, input, process, and products of the MBKM curriculum. Evaluation data analysis was conducted with context evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation, and product evaluation. The research results show that evaluation of the independent curriculum using the CIPP model in the Bung Hatta University PTIK study program by systemizing the evaluation context, input, process, and product evaluation: The context of the curriculum in the PTIK study program is by formulating identification and objectives rather than implementing an independent curriculum. The input step in the Bung Hatta University PTIK Study Program is carried out by analyzing the curriculum's design and structure, reviewing the lecture material offered, and evaluating Human Resources. The evaluation process reviews the independent curriculum, the obstacles encountered while using the curriculum, how students participate, and internal and external responses. Product evaluation is carried out by identifying the results and impacts of the MBKM curriculum, reviewing successes, and identifying the relevance and quality of graduates.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based administrative information system for the Program of Educational Technology and Computer Engineering at Universitas Bung Hatta, replacing the previously used manual methods. The developed system is designed to manage student thesis data, lecturer documents, and accreditation processes. The development method applied is the waterfall model, which includes stages of analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance. Results from validation testing indicate that the system is ready for use and suitable for further research. The information system features menus such as academic, administration, lecturers, alumni, and news, and utilizes a MySQL database. The use of responsive PHP programming facilitates data access and processing. The implementation of this system is expected to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative management and simplify the accreditation process for the PTIK program.

Abstract

Although Arabic language learning based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) has developed rapidly, comprehensive studies on how this technology is transforming the fundamental paradigms of Arabic language education remain scarce. Therefore, this research aims to explore the changing paradigms of Arabic language learning through the use of AI. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach and is primarily a literature review. Data were collected from various recent sources, including books, journals, articles, websites, and more. The data collection technique used was documentation, and the analysis was conducted using content analysis. The findings of this study encompass AI-based learning of Arabic vocabulary (mufradat), grammar (qowaid), translation (tarjamah), language skills (maharah), communicative learning, and assessment of Arabic learning. The conclusion drawn from this research is that the use of AI can serve as an interactive tool that enhances students' Arabic language learning abilities and opens up opportunities for more flexible, effective, and efficient educational approaches. Future research could focus on the development of AI tools tailored specifically for different dialects of Arabic and investigate the long-term impact of AI on Arabic language proficiency across diverse learner demographics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menciptakan platform E-training Entrepreneur, yang dirancang khusus untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa tentang pelatihan kewirausahaan. Proses pengembangan aplikasi mengadopsi metode SDLC dengan model waterfall, menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan database server MySQL. Evaluasi sistem mencakup penilaian functionality dan usability. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa nilai functionality mencapai 1 (Sangat Baik), dan uji usability mencapai persentase 81% (Layak). Aplikasi ini menawarkan berbagai fitur untuk memperkaya pengetahuan mahasiswa dalam konteks kewirausahaan. Dengan fokus pada kenyamanan pengguna, efektivitas fungsionalitas, dan nilai pendidikan, E-training Entrepreneur memberikan peluang bagi mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan keterampilan dan wawasan mereka dalam dunia kewirausahaan secara interaktif dan dinamis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji praktikalitas pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis motion graphic pada materi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) di era digital. Pengembangan media dilakukan untuk menjawab kebutuhan akan sarana pembelajaran yang inovatif, interaktif, dan sesuai dengan karakteristik generasi digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan model ADDIE yang mencakup tahapan Analysis, Design, Development, dan Evaluation. Uji praktikalitas dilakukan pada siswa kelas XII IPA 6 SMA Kartika 1-5 Padang dengan hasil menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan sangat praktis digunakan, dengan persentase skor sebesar 91%. Selain itu, hasil validasi dari ahli media dan materi menunjukkan tingkat validitas yang sangat tinggi dengan persentase 93%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis motion graphic tidak hanya valid dari sisi isi dan tampilan, tetapi juga praktis untuk diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran TIK di era digital.
