Abstract

Good financial health of the company is the hope of every business that was established to generate good profits for owners, management and employees. Knowing how healthy financial company can be measured by various methods, including using methods developed several experts through various tests before such models Altman, Springate and Zmijewski. The method used is descriptive quantitative. In this research, PT. Hotel Madarine Regency Tbk as sample measured using the three models mentioned above to determine how good the financial health since 2007 to 2011. The intent of this research is to get the prediction probability companies experiencing financial distress in the future. Results of the research found that it, with model equations Altman and Springate financial health of company stated on alert for made possible financial distress will occur in the future. Whereas Model through company's financial health Zmijewski declared having no problems so predictable company will not experience financial distress in the future.

Tanpa adanya perencanaan keuangan yang baik maka suatu bisnis tidak akanberhlan dengan balk sepertlharapai pzmilik. Untuk menghasilkan bisnis hotel yang dapat bertahan temsdibutuhkan usaha keras dalam memberikan kepuasan bagi tamu dari pengelola dalam upaya menghasilkankeuntungan, sehingga kas cukup atau bahkan leblh untuk menutup biaya-biaya yang haks keluarkan. Olehkarena itu dalam bisnis hotel dibutuhkan perencanaan keuangan yang balk seperti perencanaan tarif kamardan penjualan yang paling mungkin dapat dicapai dalam menghasilkan keuntungan. Perencanaan atauperamalan penjualan ini sangat pentlng artlnya guna memacu karyawan agar dapat bekerja maksimal untukmemenuhi target penjualan yang telah ditetapkan berdasarkan metode peramalan penjualan yang tepat.

Abstract

Planning is one of the functions of management, planning, hotel operations in the future it would be best if supported by relevant financial information. The quality of economic decisions in the planning will be increased if supported by the analysis of financial statements better. With the method of analysis of financial statements, both static and dynamic reading will assist management in the company's financial growth trends. Good results of the analysis can be used as a basis for planning and predictions about what will happen in the future. PT Hotel Mandarine Regency Tbk is one business that is engaged in providing hospitality services in Indonesia. From the results of analysis of its financial statements indicate a trend decline in financial performance of the hotel, to the hotel management need to improve the quality of planning the future activities to be more effective and efficient. Improved financial performance is necessary to provide assurance of liquidity, solvency, and profitability is good to investors who have invested their funds in the company. Keyswords : Financial Statement, liquidity, solvency, profitability

Abstract

Abstract - Development of business accommodation in Yogyakarta from year to year increase. In running a business is certainly not free from obstacles that could delay the work and cause disfluencies effort. Problems arising in accommodation services, especially at The Sahid Rich Jogja Hotel, among others, is to delay the process of debt repayment. On one side of the hotel are required to operate continuously meet customer needs, but on the other hand companies do not always have sufficient cash flow to pay all purchase transactions. Therefore, there should be efforts to resolve the problem so that the hotel can go according to plan. This study uses descriptive qualitative data collection techniques of observation, interviews, library research, and document study. Accounts payable The Sahid Rich Jogja Hotel is one part of the accounting department is responsible for the planning and process of hotel debt payments to suppliers. Supplier is an individual or institution that continuously provide goods or needs to counterparties. In the process of debt payments to suppliers required supporting documents are maintained as accounts payable staff such as notes, invoices, checks, and so on as proof of payment transactions are legitimate. The results showed the obstacles faced part accounts payable in debt repayment The Sahid Rich Jogja Hotel is a delay suppliers in submitting evidence of transactions, a typing error in the amount of rupiah value of transactions with evidence of legitimate, suport the data portion reception late, data redundancy and validation transactions slow. Overcoming the efforts made by the accounts payable is committed to improving the accuracy of the document check transactions with suppliers, immediately make journal vouchers on transactions that have a complete document, and maintain good relationships with suppliers.Keywords: Department of Accounting, Accounts Payable, Supplier Abstrak - Perkembangan usaha akomodasi di Yogyakarta dari tahun ke tahun terus meningkat. Dalam menjalankan sebuah usaha tentu tidak lepas dari hambatan yang dapat menunda pekerjaan dan menyebabkan ketidaklancaran usaha. Masalah yang timbul pada usaha akomodasi khususnya pada The Sahid Rich Jogja Hotel antara lain adalah keterlambatan proses pembayaran hutang. Disatu sisi hotel dituntut untuk terus beroperasi memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan, namun di sisi yang lain perusahaan tidak selalu memiliki cash flow yang cukup untuk membayar semua transaksi pembeliannya. Oleh karena itu harus ada upaya mengatasi masalah tersebut agar hotel dapat berjalan sesuai dengan rencana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan studi dokumen. Account payable The Sahid Rich Jogja Hotel merupakan salah satu bagian departemen accounting yang bertanggung jawab terhadap perencanaan dan proses pembayaran hutang hotel kepada supplier. Supplier merupakan individu atau institusi yang secara kontinu menyediakan barang atau kebutuhan kepada pihak rekanan. Dalam proses pembayaran hutang kepada supplier dibutuhkan dokumen pendukung yang dikelola account payable staff seperti nota, faktur, cek, dan lain sebagainya sebagai bukti transaksi pembayaran yang sah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kendala yang dihadapi bagian account payable dalam pelunasan hutang The Sahid Rich Hotel yaitu keterlambatan supplier dalam menyerahkan bukti transaksi, kesalahan penulisan jumlah rupiah nilai transaksi dengan bukti yang syah, suport data bagian penerimaan yang terlambat, redudansi data dan pengesahan transaksi yang lambat. Mengatasi hal tersebut upaya yang dilakukan account payable adalah dengan komitmen meningkatkan ketelitian cek dokumen transaksi dengan supplier, segera membuatkan jurnal voucher pada transaksi yang telah lengkap dokumennya, dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan supplier.Kata kunci: Departemen Accounting, Account Payable, Supplier

Abstract

Besides known as the city with the title of the centre of struggle, cultural and educational centre, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta is also known as a city that has beautiful natural scenery, cultural and traditional arts that are still sustainable until now. Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) has various facilities of tourism with adequate quality and spread across five districts that is Sleman, Kulon Progo, Gunung Kidul, Bantul and Kota Yogyakarta. This study aims to determine the object of tourist attraction in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta which is a favourite of tourists based on the number of visitors ranges from 2011 to 2015. The research method used is descriptive qualitative supported quantitative data to provide a mathematical picture of the three objects of tourist attraction that is the most dominant visited by tourists. The results of this study indicate the order based on the number of visitors, namely Parangtritis Beach occupies the first position, followed by Prambanan Temple and Gembira Loka zoo become the favourite tourist attraction object of visitors. Suggestions in this study is the need for comparative study and adoption of road map of strategic planning and operational in preparing tourism marketing strategy to bring more tourists to the manager of tourist attraction object which is still few numbers of visitors

Abstract

The rapid development of tourism in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta becomes a trigger for Indonesian people to choose Yogyakarta as a destination worth visiting with a variety of potential tourism.Bantul Regency is one of the areas in the Special Region of Yogyakarta which borders directly with the Indian Ocean so that many have coastal tourist-oriented tourist destinations. Of the many beaches in the district of Bantul, each has its own beauty and characteristic respectively. Potential Attractiveness Coastal tourism in the district of Bantul in the book Tourism Statistics DIY 2016 include Parangtritis Beach, Samas Beach, Pandansimo Beach, Cave Beach Cave and Kuwaru Beach. The approach developed by the government through the Ministry of Tourism to improve the competitiveness of coastal tourism (marine) is to integrate the first dimension of infrastructure, accessibility, connectivity, activity, facilities, hospitality and market preferences. And the second is to increase synergy between local governments, business actors, and local communities (DITJEN Kerjasama ASEAN, 2015:19). However, not all the development of tourist areas can be applied in the coastal areas of Bantul regency that has a high sea wave and the proximity of the sea trough with coastal areas so it is very risky to the safety of tourists. Various complaints submitted by visitors, among others; there are still services that are not standard (expensive), there is a slum beach section, sometimes neglected discipline, clutter of land governance, multiple levies, and beach raids by various business activities make the potential of visits to coastal tourism in Yogyakarta reduced (Prasetya et al , 2015: 135). The purpose of this research is to know the most visited tourism potential and alternative tourism development strategy based on SWOT analysis. The research method used is descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that Parangtritis Beach became the most favorite beach with the number of visitors which increased from year to year. One of the SWOT analysis of tourism development strategy in Bantul regency tourism object is by creating a special place, which is built in such a way with the background of natural panorama of the beach, to exploit the passion of swafoto visitors (selfie) as part of modern marketing through social media tourists

Abstract

Abstrak - Persaingan hotel yang semakin ketat saat ini mendorong industri perhotelan di Yogyakarta untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan baik pelayanan kamar maupun makanan dan minuman. Kenyataan dilapangan menunjukkan sebagian pengolahan makanan dihotel tidak menggunakan motode dan cara yang memenuhi standar hygiene dan sanitasi yang baik. Akibatnya hasil olah makanan akan menjadi tidak sehat untuk konsumsi manusia. Hotel @Hom Platinum Yogyakarta berupaya meningkatkan kualitas makanan yang ada di dapur dengan cara menerapkan standar hygienes dan sanitasi dalam setiap proses pengolahan makanan dan minumannya. Oleh karena itu penulis tertarik menelaah lebih jauh dalam tugas akhir ini dengan judul “Penerapan Standar Hygienes Dan Sanitasi Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Makanan Di Kitchen @Hom Platinum Yogyakarta”. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan tehnik wawancara, dan pengamatankepada juru masak (cheef) di food&beverage departemen hotel. Disamping hal tersebut studi pustaka juga menjadi salah satu tehnik yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui teori pendukung tentang standar hygienes dan sanitasi hotel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pekerjaan cheefdapur (kitchen) @Hom Platinum Yogyakarta sudah memiliki standar hygienes dan sanitasi yang baik seperti, standar hygienes sanitasi personel yang mencakup semua kebersihan pribadi karyawan, (2) hygienes dan sanitasi area dapur yang menjadi tanggung jawab seluruh karyawan telah dilaksanakan maksimal meliputi lantai, ventilasi, dinding, langit-langit dan pencahayaan, (3) telah diterapkan hygienes dan sanitasi peralatan yang bertujuan untuk membunuh bakteri yang ada di peralatan dapurmelaluiprosedur pemanasan dan dengan bahan kimia, (4) hygienes dan sanitasi bahan makanan yang diterapkan hotel meliputi proses penyimpanan bahan makanan disesuai dengan tempat dan spesifikasi bahan yang akan di simpan. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan Internet marketing salah satu hotel bintang lima di Jakarta dalam menghadapi ketatnya persaingan pada industri perhotelan. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan alat analisis data melalui SWOT. Sedangkan data dikumpulkan dengan teknik pengamatan (observasi), penelusuran (browsing) dan studi pustaka (literature), dimana tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendefinisikan alat-alat internet marketing hotel yang berupa e-mail, website, banner web, partnership online, klasifikasi data penjualan online, sponsorship, sosial media dan search engine optimation (SEO). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hotel telah menerapkan internet marketing dalam menyampaikan informasi yang bersifat mengenalkan, menawarkan dan mempromosikan jasanya kepada calon tamu untuk menghadapi ketatnya persaingan pada industri perhotelan. Kekuatan utama dalam penerapan internet marketing bagi Hotel Mandarin Oriental Jakarta adalah kerjasama (affiliasi online) dengan pihak lain, website yang terklasifikasi dengan baik dan media sosial yang dijalankan hotel. Ketiganya difungsikan untuk penetrasi pasar yang dituju dan membangun citra baik hotel kepada calon tamu agar tetap eksis dalam persaingan pada industri yang sama. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of economic, social, and environmental aspects on Community-Based Ecotourism. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research with multiple regression analysis methods. The sampling technique used random sampling. The study results show that the economic aspect has no significant effect on community-based ecotourism. Meanwhile, social and environmental aspects have a significant influence on community-based ecotourism. The economic aspect is not the main factor in the development of ecotourism, so the economic aspect does not impact the development of community-based ecotourism. Social aspects, including cultural heritage, local wisdom, and socio-cultural tolerance, are the main factors in maintaining ecotourism. Environmental aspects, including accessibility and amenity factors, are determinants of tourist satisfaction when visiting a tourist attraction because both are important factors needed by tourists. Abstract

Assistance in the preparation of thematic tour packages in Desa Wisata Banaran, Kulonprogo, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Banaran Tourism Village is a newly established tourism village in 2023. The management of Banaran tourism village still has many constraints, especially in the preparation of tourism village packages as the main product of tourism villages. The tourism village preparation assistance program aims to increase the capacity of tourism village managers to develop thematic tour packages that can attract tourists. The assistance is carried out through five stages, namely lectures, simulations, practices, trials, and monitoring and evaluation. The assistance in preparing tour packages resulted in the identification and mapping of tourism potential in the form of tourist objects and homestays. The identification data became a reference in developing thematic tour packages with profitable prices. The tour package preparation assistance program produced six thematic tour packages, namely nature, culture, culinary, history, education, and artificial.
