Abstract

The small interest of students BSI Yogyakarta in entrepreneurship became an the problems which is the focus of this study. This situation is indicated by the least amount of students the following sort course entrepreneur that ever into a work program BSI Entrepreneur Center.  Based on this, researchers attempted to knowing several factors such as the social environment, consumer behavior and perception against student interest in entrepreneurship. The method used is quantitative descriptive with multiple linear regression analysis for knowing effect independent variables against the dependent variable either partially or simultaneously. T tests were done partially for social environment and consumer behavior no effect against the interest of students in entrepreneurship. Perception as an independent variable last as measured by t test showed significant effect against the interest of students in entrepreneurship.  While the simultaneously  based on the results of F test showed the significant influence between variable social environment, consumer behavior and perception simultaneously against interest  of BSI Yogyakarta  students in entrepreneurship.   Keywords: socialenvironment, consumer behavior, perceptions

Abstract

ABSTRACT - D'Cokro Hotel Yogyakarta is a company engaged in accommodation services, which requires the existence of an understanding of how to handle a room bookings to give more satisfaction to the guests.  In order for a room booking service can be carried out effectively, accurately and quickly.One aim of this study is to know the reservation staff in an effort to meet guest's wishes when booking a room. The approach to research method used is descriptive qualitative research approach. This study provides an overview of the task part of the reservation section in serving guests. Findings arising problems are discussed in this section are qualitatively through reference library. Data collected through observation, interviews, library research and documentation.The results of this study indicate that atitue or hospitality on the responsibility given to the section of the reservation are the key to success in serving guests D'Cokro. The application of information technology in booking a room through this section can help employees serve guests quickly, accurately and more efficiently than in the service book manually.Keywords : Optimalization, Reservation Section, Hotel Reservation

Abstract

Abstract - Magelang Regency has many regional attractions that can be explored by the community, ranging from nature, religion and artificial. Until now, the number of tourist visits to Magelang Regency has not been evenly distributed on all existing tourist objects. This condition is caused by several factors, including the unknown yet other tourist objects besides the Borobudur temple in Magelang Regency. Promotional steps for regional attractions by Dinas Pariwisata, Pemuda Dan Olah Raga Kabupaten Magelang (DISPARPORA) implemented through several media, both print and electronic. This promotion step is intended to provide knowledge to the general public about the many potentials in the form of regional tourism objects owned by Magelang Regency. The presentation of this study uses descriptive qualitative methods supported by surveys to provide a real picture of activities Dinas Pariwisata, Pemuda Dan Olah Raga in implementing the steps to promote tourism in the region. The results of this study indicate that there is a shift in the promotion steps that have been carried out by DISPARPORA Magelang Regency in promoting its tourist attraction. The shift in the way this promotion lies in the media is used with tendencies carried out through online media rather than conventional (offline) methods for the years now. The way to promote it is very appropriate to use to see the tendency of today's society to use gadget tools for surfing in the virtual world through social media and other online facilities. However, there are still obstacles in carrying out this tourism promotion effort, namely the limited human resources that can manage all kinds of social media accounts and the DISPARPORA website in Magelang Regency. HR (Human Resources) is more preoccupied with formal employment services. This makes the promotion of regional tourist attraction owned by Magelang Regency not yet optimally conveyed to the community. The steps to solve this problem are by organizing training related to information technology that is currently developing. Keyword : Objects, Promotions, Tourism Abstrak - Kabupaten Magelang memiliki banyak objek wisata daerah yang dapat eksplorasi masyarakat, mulai dari alam, religi maupun buatan. Hingga saat ini jumlah kunjungan wisatawan ke Kabupaten Magelang belum merata pada keseluruhan obyek wisata yang ada. Kondisi ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain belum dikenalnya obyek-obyek wisata lain selain candi Borobudur di Kabupaten Magelang. Langkah promosi bjek wisata daerah oleh Dinas Pariwisata, Pemuda Dan Olah Raga Kabupaten Magelang (DISPARPORA) dilaksanakan melaui beberapa media, baik cetak maupun elektronik. Langkah promosi ini ditujukan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat luas tentang banyaknya potensi yang berupa objek wisata daerah yang dimiliki Kabupaten Magelang. Penyajian penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskriptif kualitatif yang didukung survey untuk memberikan gambaran nyata atas kegiatan Dinas Pariwisata, Pemuda Dan Olah Raga dalam melaksanakan langkah-langkah promosi wisata daerahnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi pergeseran langkah promosi yang telah dilakukan oleh DISPARPORA Kabupaten Magelang dalam mempromosikan daya tarik wisatanya. Pergeseran cara promosi ini terletak pada media yang digunakan dengan kecenderungan dilakukan melalui media online dibanding cara konvensional (offline) untuk tahun-tahun sekarang ini. Cara berpromosi ini sangat tepat digunakan melihat kecenderungan masyarakat jaman sekarang yang lebih banyak menggunakan sarana gadget untuk berselancar didunia maya melalui media sosial dan fasilitas online lainnya. Namun demikian masih ada kendala dalam menjalankan upaya promosi wisata ini yaitu keterbatasan sumber daya manusia yang dapat mengelola dengan baik segala macam account media sosial maupun website DISPARORA Kabupaten Magelang. SDM lebih banyak disibukkan dengan pekerjaan formal kedinasan. Hal ini menjadikan langkah promosi daya tarik wisata daerah yang dimiliki Kabupaten Magelang belum optimal tersampaikan kepada masyarakat. Adapun langkah penyelesaiakan masalah ini adalah dengan penyelenggaraan pelatihan-pelatihan terkait tehnologi informasi yang berkembang saat ini. Kata Kunci: Objek, Promosi, Wisata

Abstract

Abstrak - Dalam dunia pariwisata banyak sekali jenis-jenis wisata salah satunya Sport Tourism atau wisata olah raga. Kabupaten Sleman salah satu contoh mempunyai potensi wisata alam yang dapat dipetakan untuk wisata olah raga atau sport tourism. Pada masa pandemi covid-19 dan pembatasan sosial terdapat kecenderungan masyarakat memanfaatkan waktu untuk berolahraga dengan tujuan meningkatkan imun, seperti jalan sehat, lari ataupun bersepeda ke spot-spot wisata yang tersebar diwilayah Yogyakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali potensi wisata di Kabupaten Sleman sudah menyediakan fasilitas Sport Tourism. Dalam penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif ini, peneliti mengangkat potensi wisata alam di Kabupaten Sleman yang memiliki wahana sport tourism. Hasilnya didapatkan data bahwa disisi utara terdapat lereng gunung Merapi tepatnya di bukit Klangon yang telah dikembangkan wisata olahraga berupa Mountain Bike untuk ajang kejuaraan lokal maupun tingkat nasional. Destinasi dikawasan wisata candi prambanan juga banyak digunakan untuk event nasional dan internasioanal sebagai wisata olah raga seperti marathon, road bike, jalan sehat, sepeda santai dan yoga. Disisi barat pada aliran sungai Progo yang mengalir di wilayah Kabupaten Sleman sudah dimanfaatkan juga untuk sport tourism olah raga arung jeram dan pada aliran sungai Opak di obyek wisata Lava Bantal Berbah Sleman juga digunakan untuk wisata river tubing dan sepeda santai. Kawasan lain yang tidak kalah menarik dalam mengembangkan sport tourism adalah perbukitan yang ada kecamatan Prambanan Sleman. Kawasan ini berada disisi timur Yogyakarta yang memiliki banyak destinasi wisata baik alam maupun sejarah seperti Candi Boko, Tebing Breksi dan Spot Riyadi.  Kawasan wisata ini masih dapat dikembangkan lagi untuk kegiatan wisata olahraga yang menarik wisatawan baik nasional maupun internsional, seperti sport lari lintas alam, marathon, mountain bike, sepeda santai dan jalan santai dengan menjelajahi rute perbukitan yang melewati obyek wisata tersebut. Kata Kunci : Potensi, Wisata Alam, Sport Tourism Abstract – In the world of tourism, there are many types of tourism, one of which is sport tourism. One example of Sleman Regency has the potential for natural tourism that can be mapped for sports tourism or sport tourism. During the COVID-19 pandemic and social restrictions, there is a tendency for people to use their time to exercise with the aim of increasing their immunity, such as healthy walks, running or cycling to tourist spots spread across the Yogyakarta area. The purpose of this research is to explore the tourism potential in Sleman Regency which has provided Sport Tourism facilities. In this qualitative descriptive study, the researcher raised the potential of natural tourism in Sleman Regency which has a sport tourism vehicle. The results obtained data that on the north side there is a slope of Mount Merapi, precisely on the Klangon hill, which has developed sports tourism in the form of Mountain Bikes for local and national championship events. Destinations in the Prambanan temple area are also widely used for national and international events as sports tourism such as marathons, road bikes, healthy walks, relaxing bicycles and yoga. On the west side, the Progo river that flows in the Sleman Regency area has also been used for sport tourism, white water rafting and the Opak river at the Lava Pillow Berbah tourism object, Sleman is also used for river tubing and relaxing bicycles. Another area that is no less interesting in developing sport tourism is the hills in the Prambanan sub-district of Sleman. This area is located on the east side of Yogyakarta which has many natural and historical tourist destinations such as Boko Temple, Breksi Cliff and Riyadi Spot. This tourist area can still be developed again for sports tourism activities that attract both national and international tourists, such as cross-country running sports, marathons, mountain bikes, leisurely bicycles and leisurely walks by exploring hilly routes that pass through these attractions.Keyword : Potential, Nature Tourism, Sport Tourism

Abstract

Abstract - Candi Ratu Boko is the culture heritage sites in the 8th century the heyday of the Sailendra dynasty. This temple maintained entirely by BUMN appointed by the government that is PT. Taman Wisata Candi. In accordance with UU RI No.10 tahun 2009 about tourism consider that the tourism development be required to grow the society business opportunities. On the basis these conditions The purpose of this research is know the successful development and service of the temple especially Ratu Boko in an attempt supporting the business opportunity local communities. Research methods that used is qualitative descriptive supported by surveys and quantitative data. Results of the study provide the qualifications, that site temple Ratu Boko with indicators of diversity, uniqueness, potential for conservation, and economic potential measured from employees internals considered to be already good with score grade 2, so that it can support community business opportunity and potential market rated enough with a grade score 1. While service efforts the business opportunity for local people has been given with properly by PT. Taman Wisata Candi units Ratu Boko Temple, but is not fully utilized by the local people.Keywords: Performance, Development, Services, Business Abstrak - Candi Ratu Boko adalah situs peninggalan sejarah pada abad ke 8 masa kejayaan dinasti Sailendra. Wisata candi ini dikelola sepenuhnya oleh BUMN yang ditunjuk pemerintah yaitu PT. Taman Wisata Candi. Sesuai dengan UU RI No.10 tahun 2009 tentang kepariwisataan mempertimbangkan bahwa pembangunan kepariwisataan diperlukan untuk mendorong pemerataan kesempatan berusaha bagi masyarakat. Atas dasar hal tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberhasilan pengembangan dan pelayanan objek wisata candi khususnya Ratu Boko dalam upaya mendukung kesempatan usaha masyarakat setempat. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah diskriptif kualitatif yang didukung survey dan data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian memberikan kualifikasi bahwa kinerja pengembangan situs wisata candi Ratu Boko dengan indikator keragaman, keunikan, potensi konservasi, dan potensi ekonomi diukur dari internal karyawan dinilai baik dengan grade score dua sehingga dapat mendukung kesempatan usaha masyarakat dan potensi pasar dinilai cukup dengan grade score satu. Sedangkan upaya pelayanan untuk kesempatan usaha masyarakat setempat telah diberikan dengan baik oleh PT.Taman Wisata Candi, namun tidak dimanfaatkan secara maksimal oleh masyarakat setempat. Kata Kunci : Kinerja, Pengembangan, Pelayanan, Usaha

Abstract

Good financial health of the company is the hope of every business that was established to generate good profits for owners, management and employees. Knowing how healthy financial company can be measured by various methods, including using methods developed several experts through various tests before such models Altman, Springate and Zmijewski. The method used is descriptive quantitative. In this research, PT. Hotel Madarine Regency Tbk as sample measured using the three models mentioned above to determine how good the financial health since 2007 to 2011. The intent of this research is to get the prediction probability companies experiencing financial distress in the future. Results of the research found that it, with model equations Altman and Springate financial health of company stated on alert for made possible financial distress will occur in the future. Whereas Model through company's financial health Zmijewski declared having no problems so predictable company will not experience financial distress in the future.

Planning is one of the functions of management, planning, hotel operations in the future it would be best if supported by relevant financial information. The quality of economic decisions in the planning will be increased if supported by the analysis of financial statements better. With the method of analysis of financial statements, both static and dynamic reading will assist management in the company's financial growth trends. Good results of the analysis can be used as a basis for planning and predictions about what will happen in the future. PT Hotel Mandarine Regency Tbk is one business that is engaged in providing hospitality services in Indonesia. From the results of analysis of its financial statements indicate a trend decline in financial performance of the hotel, to the hotel management need to improve the quality of planning the future activities to be more effective and efficient. Abstract

Abstract - Yogyakarta is a city tourism destination after Bali industry-supported travel companion tour. Accommodation and restaurant services industry is one of the industries supporting tourism contributed sizeable revenue in PDRB Yogyakarta. The industry is experiencing an increase in terms of numbers as a result of the successful promotion of tourism in Yogyakarta which supported the development of infrastructure Accessibility visitors come to Yogyakarta. Government concerned about the increase in PDRB value as an indicator of the success of the government's development in a region. Number of accommodation establishments since the last five years continues to increase both hotel and non star. While the amount of effort the restaurant according to data from the Department of Tourism DIY in 2014 was not much different from the development of the number continues to grow. Of the many elements contributing PDRB value, the contribution of this sector can provide a clear picture of the nominal amount and proportion of generated as a basis for setting policies that support the development of tourism for the government. Therefore, the objective of this study was the percentage of the contributions and influence of accommodation and restaurant sector revenues to the PDRB value DIY either partially or simultaneously. The method used is a qualitative descriptive supported with quantitative data. The results showed that the revenue (production) hotel and restaurant services nominally increasing but in terms of contribution to the PDRB tends to decrease, and both of these sectors still have a significant influence on of PDRB, especially Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.Keywords : Accommodation, of PDRB, Restoration Abstrak - Yogyakarta merupakan kota destinasi pariwisata setelah Bali yang didukung industri pendamping perjalanan wisata. Industri jasa akomodasi dan restoran merupakan salah satu industri pendukung pariwisata yang menyumbangkan pendapatan cukup besar pada PDRB di Yogyakarta. Industri ini mengalami peningkatan dari sisi jumlah sebagai dampak keberhasilan promosi wisata Yogyakarta yang didukung pembangunan infrastruktur aksesbilitas pengunjung untuk datang ke Yogyakarta. Pemerintah berkepentingan terhadap peningkatan nilai PDRB sebagai salah satu indikator keberhasilan pembangunan pemerintah disuatu wilayah. Jumlah usaha akomodasi sejak lima tahun terakhir terus mengalami peningkatan baik hotel berbintang maupun non bintang. Sementara jumlah usaha restoran sesuai data dari Dinas Pariwisata DIY tahun 2014 tidak jauh berbeda perkembangannya dari sisi jumlah yang terus bertambah. Dari sekian banyak unsur penyumbang nilai PDRB, besarnya kontribusi sektor ini dapat memberikan gambaran yang jelas jumlah nominal dan proporsi yang dihasilkan sebagai dasar penetapan kebijakan-kebijakan yang mendukung pengembangan pariwisata bagi pemerintah. Oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah berapa persen kontribusi dan pengaruh pendapatan sektor akomodasi serta restoran terhadap nilai PDRB DIY baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah diskriptif kualitatif yang didukung data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan (produksi) jasa perhotelan dan restoran secara nominal terus meningkat namun dari sisi kontribusi terhadap PDRB cenderung menurun dan kedua sektor tersebut masih memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap PDRB khususnya Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.Kata Kunci : Akomodasi, PDRB, Restorasi

Abstract

Abstrak - Umbul Pluneng di kota Klaten Jawa Tengah merupakan salah satu objek wisata air yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai destinasi wisata alternatif di kota Klaten. Namun demikian pemanfaatan Umbul Pluneng sebagai destinasi wisata secara ekonomi belum terlihat optimal, karena masih dibutuhkan pengembangan baik dari sisi fasilitas, pelayanan, pemasaran dan sarana prasarana kepariwisataan yang lebih memadai. Metode penelitian bentuk deskriptif kualitatif dipilih peneliti untuk menjadi alat dalam membuat analisis dan mereduksi pembahasan penelitianmenjadi kesimpulan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Umbul Pluneng sangat berpotensi untuk dikembangkan lagi dengan beberapa strategi, antara lain disimpulkan melalui strategi pengembangan dengan memanfaatkan kreatifitas budaya masyarakat dalam sebuah agenda wisata (festival) yang didiukung kesenian modern untuk mendorong motivasi berkunjung masyarakat melalui promosi digital, meningkatkan peran masyarakat dalam BUMDES Tirta Sejahtera untuk kegiatan pelayanan, kebersihan dan pengelolaan wahana Umbul Pluneng yang didukung pemerintah setempat, meningkatkan jumlah kerjasama dengan tour operator, memanfaatkan peran serta masyarakat dalam pengadaan lahan parkir yang lebih luas, kebersihan dan peningkatan keamanan lingkungan, memanfaatkan internet atau sosial media untuk memposting pentingnya membersihkan diri seperti mandi dan cuci tangan menggunakan air yang jernih dari sumber mata air Umbul Pluneng untuk mengurangi resiko terpapar virus corona, dan  membuat karakteristik pembeda bagi objek wisata Umbul Pluneng melalui peningkatan kebersihan, perbaikan fasilitas, aksesbilitas, layanan serta membangun pusat informasi berbahasa Indonesia maupun asing. Kata Kunci:, Pengembangan, Umbul Pluneng, Wisata Alternatif Potential Development of Umbul Pluneng Tourism Destinations In Klaten Regency Jawa Tengah Abstract - Umbul Pluneng in the city of Klaten Jawa Tengah is one of the water attractions that have the potential to be developed as an alternative tourist destination in the city of Klaten. However, the use of Umbul Pluneng as a tourist destination economically is not yet seen to be optimal, because development is still needed both in terms of facilities, services, marketing and tourism infrastructure facilities that are more adequate. The descriptive qualitative form of research methods chosen by researchers to be a tool in making analysis and reducing the discussion of research into conclusions. Data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that Umbul Pluneng has the potential to be developed further with several strategies, among others, it was concluded through a development strategy by utilizing the cultural creativity of the community in a tourism agenda (festival) supported by modern art to encourage the motivation to visit the community through digital promotion, increasing the role of the community in BUMDES Tirta Sejahtera for service activities, cleanliness and management of the Umbul Pluneng vehicle supported by the local government, increase the amount of collaboration with tour operators, take advantage of community participation in the provision of wider parking lots, cleanliness and increased environmental safety, utilizing the internet or social media to post the importance of cleaning up like bathing and washing hands using clear water from the Umbul Pluneng spring to reduce the risk of corona virus exposure, and create distinguishing characteristics for Umbul Pluneng attractions through improved cleanliness, improved facilities, accessibility, services and building information centers in Indonesian and foreign languages. Keyword : Development, Umbul Pluneng, Alternative tourism
