Abstract

A website that has an easy-to-use user interface for visitors to interact (usability) or communicate in sharing information is needed by web visitors. This study aims to provide an assessment of the website developed by Bejiharjo tourism village from the perspective of web visitors, in terms of the interactivity (usability) function of the website interface in general. Besides that it also aims to find out website development strategies to increase website usability by web managers. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method that is supported by SWOT analysis to develop discussions to the discovery of website development strategies. The results of this study are IFAS (internal factor analysis summary) score from the analysis of the website obtaining a score of no more than 2.5. While the EFAS score (external factors analysis strategy) obtained a score of 2.87. This score shows that the opportunities and threats to the development of the Bejiharjo tourism village website are greater than the strengths and weaknesses. Therefore we need a development strategy based on a SWOT analysis that includes adding types of social media accounts that are connected to the website, maintaining continuity with website content updates, increasing the detail of information on the main website content, equipping the website with video content, reservation forms and visitor comment columns.

Abstract

Effect Of The Number Of Visitors Attraction At The Occupancy Hotel With Moderating Variables Of Rooms Are Available In Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta as a tourist city saves the potential of tourist visits which strongly supports the growth of the hospitality industry. With the potential of foreign and international tourist markets visiting existing tourist attractions, at least become a potential market niche in the hotel industry in the morning to increase occupancy hotels. Hotel expectations of tourist arrivals increase the optimism of hotel management that room occupancy rates will be met according to the planned budget. However, it needs to be measured how much the influence of foreign tourists and the archipelago on occupancy hotels, so the hotel management is not wrong in its planning. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant direct influence from foreign tourists on room occupancy rates, while domestic tourists have a significant direct influence on room occupancy rates. With moderating variables the number of rooms available, hence there is an increase in indirect influence of foreign and domestic tourists on the occupancy rate of hotel rooms in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.Keywords: hospitality industry, room occupancy rates, tourists

Abstract

Piyungan Bantul District, Yogyakarta has a very interesting natural tourism potential where there are many plants that can be developed into an attraction, one of which is located in the village of Wanojoyo Kidul, there is a tourist spot called Taman Bronjong. As the name implies, Bronjong is water retaining so that the land on the banks of the river is not eroded by river currents, especially in Kali Gawe. Taman Bronjong has direct views of the Bukit Bintang and has a child-friendly stream. The research method used in this research process is descriptive qualitative supported by quantitative data. The observations show that in this garden there are many plants that can be used for the manufacture of local beverage products such as lemongrass, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, kencur. With the potential possessed by Taman Bronjong, researchers aim to empower local plants as beverage products in order to develop tourist attraction in the area.

Abstract

Now with the increasingly advanced development of digitalization, many young people are starting to develop their wings by maximizing the use of the internet and social media. It's just that the majority of the use of new media is only limited to entertainment and information media. Even though there are many other advantages of social media that can be utilized optimally. This is what then encourages UBSI lecturers of Hospitality study program to hold community service activities for Youth Karang Taruna, Perwira Village, North Bekasi with a socialization model that carries the theme of novice content creators in the development of creative industries. In addition, there are also many community service participants who still lack information and understanding about content creators that are sustainable with the creative industry. The existence of community service this time with the socialization method is expected to provide additional references for today's millennial youth who mostly consume social media. Youth Karang Taruna is currently expected to be able to improve knowledge not only from formal education but from their participation with youth institutions/institutions in the surrounding environment so that they can maximize the culture of creativity and entrepreneurs in their youth.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal di karimunjawa Jawa tengah menjadi kebutuhan pokok sebelum pandemi, terlebih setelah pandemi covid19. Adapun pokok masalah penyebab penelitan perlu dilakukan adalah bagaimana masyarakat lokal di Karimunjawa dapat memanfaatkan potensi yang ada sebagai upaya mewujudkan kesejahteraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan masyarakat lokal yang diberdayakan dalam mengembangkan potensi sumber daya yang ada di kawasan strategis Karimunjawa. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatatif studi kasus (Case Study). Penelitian Studi kasus dilakukan secara mendalam terhadap satu kelompok ekonomi rakyat di Karimunjawa. Studi kasus menghasilkan data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan observasi, menggunakan teknik cuplikan snowball ke beberapa informan terkait masalahnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa masyarakat lokal di Karimunjawa sudah memanfaatkan potensi sumber daya yang ada melalui patriot desa emas. Keberadaan patriot desa emas di Karimunjawa diharapkan dapat menjadikan desa - desa tidak berdaya menjadi desa berdaya, bermartabat, sejahtera, dan mandiri.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauhmana implikasi daya tarik wisata, rekomendasi untuk berwisata dan citra destinasi terhadap kunjungan wisatawan ke obyek wisata Candi Sambisari. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan tujuan utama untuk menemukan data dengan interprestasi yang tepat untuk membuat gambaran atau deskripsi tentang suatu keadan secara obyektif. Teknik pengambilan data mengunakan angket sebanyak 30  wisatawan yang saat itu berkunjung untuk menjadi responden sebagai sampel. Kemudian analisis yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif deskriptif  berupa data yang diperoleh (berupa kata-kata, gambar, perilaku). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 100% responden yang mengatakan obyek ini situs yang unik dan mempunyai kesan yang menyenangkan. Selain itu 100% responden menyebut faktor rekomendasi berwisata juga  menjadi keputusan wisatawan ingin berkunjung karena ada informasi yang positip yang mendukung bahwa obyek wisata sebagai wisata pendidikan dan sejarah. Kemudian 100% responden menanggap bahw faktor citra destinasi wisata sudah melekat pada candi Sambisari sebagai tujuan berkunjung para wisatawan karena menarik dikarenakan ditunjang oleh fasilitas yang nyaman dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

Assistance in the preparation of thematic tour packages in Desa Wisata Banaran, Kulonprogo, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Banaran Tourism Village is a newly established tourism village in 2023. The management of Banaran tourism village still has many constraints, especially in the preparation of tourism village packages as the main product of tourism villages. The tourism village preparation assistance program aims to increase the capacity of tourism village managers to develop thematic tour packages that can attract tourists. The assistance is carried out through five stages, namely lectures, simulations, practices, trials, and monitoring and evaluation. The assistance in preparing tour packages resulted in the identification and mapping of tourism potential in the form of tourist objects and homestays. The identification data became a reference in developing thematic tour packages with profitable prices. The tour package preparation assistance program produced six thematic tour packages, namely nature, culture, culinary, history, education, and artificial.

Abstract

The global tourism industry, including the Yogyakarta Special District, is severely affected by the Covid-19 pandemicHowever, as a result of policies that supported and strengthened tourism infrastructure from 2020 to 2022, there has been considerable progress in the number of foreign and domestic tourist visits. This positive trend can continue and make a greater contribution to the development of a region. This study aims to identify the annual trend of growth of this group of travellers, select popular tourist attractions, and predict the trend of foreign and domestic tourist arrivals in Yogyakarta Special District based on the type of hotel in 2023. The basic sample of the research consists of 36 months from 2020 to 2022. The research was conducted quantitatively and focused on time series analysis using a linear trend model. The results of the study show that foreign tourists are far fewer than domestic tourists, but the trend in the percentage growth of foreign tourists from 2020 to 2022 is greater than the growth trend of domestic tourists; The growth of domestic and foreign tourists peaked in July 2020 and March 2022, respectively; Domestic tourists are more interested in nature sights, with Bantul Parangtritis Beach as their favourite location. Meanwhile, foreign tourists are more interested in historical attractions, with Yogyakarta's Taman Sari as their favourite; Forecasting the trend of foreign and domestic tourist arrivals to the Special Region of Yogyakarta for 2023 shows an increasing number with a decreasing growth percentage in the same period.

Abstract

Kabupaten Bantul yang terletak di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Indonesia, memiliki beragam potensi wisata termasuk wisata alam dan taman, gumuk pasir, pantai, bukit dan puncak, air terjun, museum, dan wisata budaya. Di antara destinasi wisata pantai yang populer di Bantul adalah Pantai Parangtritis, Depok, Parangkusumo, Goa Cemara, Cemara Sewu, Samas, Pandansimo, Kuwaru, dan Pantai Baru. Salah satu strategi penting dalam meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan adalah melalui upaya promosi menggunakan media sosial. Kampanye media sosial merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk mempromosikan produk atau layanan melalui platform media sosial. Pelaksanaan kampanye media sosial melibatkan pembuatan konten menarik, penggunaan hashtag relevan, dan kerja sama dengan influencer. Ini adalah salah satu cara efektif untuk menarik perhatian dan minat wisatawan untuk mengunjungi destinasi wisata di Bantul. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas media sosial Instagram Dinas Pariwisata Bantul (X1) dan media sosial lainnya (X2) terhadap minat  wisatawan (Y) di Pantai Goa Cemara Bantul Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif, menggunakan sumber data primer dan data sekunder. Responden penelitian diambil dari populasi pengunjung pantai Goa Cemara dengan sistem quota sampling sebanyak 200 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media sosial Dinas Pariwisata Bantul berperan penting dalam meningkatkan minat wisatawan terhadap Pantai Goa Cemara. Media sosial khususnya Instagram menjadi sarana yang efektif untuk mempromosikan Pantai Goa Cemara kepada wisatawan.

Abstract

Pejengkolan farmer group is not only a community for exchanging ideas and experiences, but also has various businesses in the form of goat and cattle farming with a profit-sharing system, plant breeding and sales, and savings and loans. Having very good economic potential, however, the Pejengkolan village farmer group still has several obstacles and problems. One of the problems is in terms of management and management of financial reports of the Pe-jengkolan village farmer group. This Community Service aims to provide training in the Ireap application to support the sales management system and financial reporting in the Pejengkolan village farmer group. This Community Service method uses a service learning approach that has three stages, namely the preparation, service and reflection stages. The results of this community service are the level of understanding of partners in utilizing application technology increases, more efficient data search time and a better level of accuracy of sales data reports. Search times are more efficient and the level of accuracy of sales data reports is better.        Keywords: implementation; Ireap; management.  Abstrak: Kelompok tani Pejengkolan tidak hanya sebagai komunitas untuk bertukar pikiran dan pengalaman saja, namun memiliki berbagai usaha berupa peternakkan kambing dan sapi dengan sistem bagi hasil, pembibitan dan penjualan tanaman, serta simpan pinjam. Memiliki potensi ekonomi sangat bagus akan tetapi kelompok tani desa Pejengkolan masih memiliki beberapa kendala dan permasalahan. Salah satu permaslahannya yaitu dalam hal manajemen dan pengelolaan laporan keuangan kelompok tani desa Pejengkolan. Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan aplikasi Ireap untuk menunjang sistem manajemen penjualan dan pelaporan keuangan pada kelompok tani desa Pejengkolan. Metode pengabdian Masyarakat ini menggunakan pendekatan service learning yang memiliki tiga tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, layanan dan refleksi. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah tingkat pemahaman mitra dalam memanfaatkan teknologi aplikasi meningkat, waktu pencarian data yang lebih efisien dan tingkat akurasi Laporan data penjualan lebih baik. Kata kunci: implementasi;ireap; manajemen.
