Abstract

Fenomena permohonan  isbat nikah di Pengadilan Agama Kuala Kurun dari tahun 2018 sampai 2022 terus mengalami peningkatan dibandingkan dengan perkara permohonan lainnya. Pada wilayah yuridiksi Pengadilan Agama Kuala Kurun pencatatan perkawinan masih minim terjadi dikarenakan banyaknya perkawinan yang masih dilakukan secara sirri atau pun secara adat sehingga perkawinan mereka belum terdaftar atau dicatat pada Kantor Urusan Agama, yang menyebabkan kesulitan saat mengajukan dokumen-dokumen resmi seperti Kartu Tanda Penduduk, Paspor dan sertifikat kelahiran anak dan administrasi negara lainnya dikarenakan tidak memiliki dokumen berupa akta nikah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi tingginya angka permohonan isbat nikah di Pengadilan Agama Kuala Kurun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum empiris dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling dan pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor penyebab tingginya permohonan isbat nikah di Pengadilan Agama Kuala Kurun adalah pertama, karena kurangnya pengetahuan pemohon tentang masalah hukum dan masih rendahnya kesadaran hukum masyarakat. Kedua, Pemohon sudah mendaftarkan pernikahan melalui Penghulu/Pembantu PPN tapi tidak diteruskan oleh Penghulu ke Kantor Urusan Agama sehingga mereka tidak mendapatkan buku nikah. Ketiga, faktor adat istiadat setempat yang masih diyakini oleh Pemohon. Keempat, faktor umur dikarenakan para Pemohon saat melakukan pernikahan belum cukup umur sehingga permohonan pernikahannya ditolak oleh Kantor Urusan Agama setempat. Kelima, faktor alam karena begitu luas wilayah Kabupaten Gunung Mas dan masih kurang memadainya akses jalan ke Kantor Urusan Agama yang masih jauh dan rusak sehingga menyebabkan Pemohon tidak mendaftarkan pernikahannya. Abstract

In the last five years BTPN Syariah has continuded to show progress, from year to year the assets of BTPN Syariah have continued to grow accompanied by in increase in distribused financing. Nevertheless, the existing NPF indicates that the soundness level of BTPN Syariah is Collateral-free financing. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to know and understand what kind of procedures are carrier out for collateral-free financing and the financing system. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method wiht type of field research (field research), the research technique used is observation and in-depth interviews. The results of the study show that some of the provisions imposed by btpn Syariah can minimizw problematic financing, such as mandatory central meetings, group member selection, and also a group financing system.

Abstract

The learning program in schools has not been implemented for a long time. This was done to minimize physical contact or interaction between the teachers and students, to break the chain of transmission of Covid-19. Further, to fill teaching and learning activities that should be completed, the government adopted a policy through distance learning with online media. As for one of online media that is being used in learning, especially at SMKN 1 Parepare, that is by using the Google Classroom application. Therefore, this study was conducted to obtained students’ perspective on E-Learning through Google Classroom for teaching English. The researcher used qualitative design with case study method and used purposive sampling. To obtain the data, the researcher used three instruments, namely observation, interview, and documentation. After analyzing the data, the research result indicated students' perspectives on using Google Classroom for teaching English were not optimal during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The COVID-19 virus in Indonesia is currently having an impact on the entire community and has an impact in various fields such as social, economic, religious fields, including the field of education. In the field of education, the government has set one policy, namely online schools as a solution during the current pandemic. This study was conducted to determine how prepared students are to face offline classes after the COVID-19 pandemic. This research used desciptive qualitative approach and the data analysis Braun and Clarke. Participants in this study were 11th grade students of SMAN 4 Parepare which consisted of 15 students. The data in this study were obtained using semi-structured interviews and chosing random samplin. From the results of the study, it is known that the students are ready for offline learning to be held at school. They are ready if given an uncertain study schedule, facing new media and different learning methods during offline learning. Most importantly, students will also continue to apply health protocols during offline learning. In addition, the students were also enthusiastic about the resumption of offline learning because they found it difficult to understand the material given by their teacher during online learning, and because they met again with their teacher and classmates.

Abstract

Writing is one of the English language competencies that, in addition to other skills, must be taught. According to the government's recommended curriculum, junior high school students must study a number of texts. Descriptive text is one of them. A descriptive text is a piece of writing that describes something, someone, or a situation. Most of the students have difficulty with it. They are confused about what to write, despite the fact that they are familiar with the subject. As a result, the researcher tried to use the reverse classroom strategy in this research. The researcher applied a pre-experimental method with two groups, namely, pre-test and post-test. The researcher applies the flipped classroom strategy in presenting the material. The population in this research were seventh grade students at SMP Muhammadiyah parepare in the 2021/2022 academic year. The sample in this research was taken using purposive sampling, consisting of 18 students from one class, taken from the seventh grade student population of SMP Muhammadiyah Parepare as an experimental class. The results of the data analysis showed that the students writing abilities increased, but not significantly. The results of the pre-test got an average score of 45,55% while the post-test got an average score of 79,94%. It means that, teaching writing through the flipped classroom can help some students with their writing texts. In addition, the average post-test score of 79,94 is higher than the minimu criteria at SMP Muhammadiyah Parepare, which is 70. While analyzing the data using the t-test formula, the results show that the test value (0,2144) is lower than the t-table ((α = 0.05: 1.739). This means that the null hypothesis (H0) is accepted and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is rejected. The research concluded that teaching writing through the flipped classroom was able to improve students wr.iting abilities, but not significantly.

Abstract

Tanaman cabai keriting memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi, hal ini dikarenakan banyaknya kebutuhan akan cabai disetiap harinya, baik dikonsumsi dalam skala rumah tangga atau pun industri makanan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbandingan dari pemberian pupuk kandang ayam dan POC urin kelinci terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman cabai keriting (Capsicum annum L.) Varietas djitu f1 dan untuk mendapatkan perbandingan pupuk kandang ayam dan POC urin kelinci yang terbaik pada pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman cabai keriting (Capsicum annum L.) Varietas djitu f1. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Margomulyo, Samboja, pada bulan Februari-Mei 2023. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap dengan percobaan faktorial 3x3 yang diulang sebanyak 5 kali, yaitu tanpa Dosis Pupuk Kandang Ayam (a0), Dosis Pupuk Kandang Ayam 1,28 kg/polibag (a1), Dosis Pupuk Kandang Ayam 1,92 kg/polibag (a2). Faktor II, Dosis POC Urin Kelinci (k), terdiri atas 3 taraf, yaitu tanpa dosis POC Urin Kelinci atau kontrol (k0), dosis POC Urin Kelinci 25 ml/polybag (k1), dan dosis POC Urin Kelinci 35 ml/polybag (k2).Perlakuan pupuk Kandang Ayam berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 20 hari, umur 40 hari setelah tanam, umur tanaman saat berbunga, dan berat buah saat panen. Berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap jumlah buah saat panen. Perlakuan POC Urin Kelinci tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 20 hari, umur 40 hari setelah tanam, umur tanaman saat berbunga dan panen, dan berat buah saat panen. Berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap jumlah buah saat panen. Interaksi perlakuan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter penelitian.

Abstract

Tumbuhan tinggi (tumbuhan berkayu dan liana) menjadi objek penelitian karena kebermanfaatannya berdasarkan hasil observasi di lapangan, serta terbatasnya pengklasifikasian macam-macam jenis tumbuhan tinggi yang terdapat di kawasan Taman Nasional Sebangau. Taman Nasional Sebangau sebagai salah satu bagian dari Kalimantan Tengah dengan keadaan alam yang dimilikinya sangat memungkinkan untuk menjadi habitat dari berbagai jenis tumbuhan tinggi. Di Taman Nasional Sebangau sebagian besar tanah gambut yang menjadi habitat tumbuhan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  karakteristik lahan gambut dengan tumbuhan tinggi yang hidup di tanah gambut yang ada di Taman Nasional Sebagau.Jenis liana yang ditemukan di Taman Nasional Sebagau berjumlah 11 spesies yaitu Piper betlle, piper crocotum, Piper crocotum I, Nepenthes ambullaria, P.helicopus, Calamus rotang, Calamus manan mil, Semilax leucaphylla, De Jumlah jenis tumbuhan berkayu di kawasan Taman Nasional Sebangau sebanyak 23 jenis Combretocarpus rotundatus (Miq.) Danser, Mezzetia parviflora Becc, Mezzetia sp, Dyera polyphylla (Miq.) Steenis, Agathis borneensis Warb, Koompassia malaccensis Maing. ex Benth, Gymnostoma sp, Lophopetalum multinervium Ridl, Dipterocarpus hasseltii, Shorea spp, Diospyros sp, Neoscortechinia kingii (Hook.F.) Pax & K.Hoffm, Garcinia cf.bancana, Cratoxylon arborescens Bl, Stemonurus secundiflorus Blume, Cinnamomum sintoc Bl, Aglaia sp, Artocarpus sp, Nuclea sp, Nephelium lappaceum, Palaquium leiocarpum Bl, Tetramerista glabra Miq dan Palaquium cochleariifolium P.Royen.mis eliptica benth, Etanda spiralis, Arcagalisa flava merr. Rata-rata indeks keanekaragaman tumbuhan tinggi di Taman Nasional Sebangau adalah sebesar 1,46. Indeks keanekaragaman ini termasuk dalam nilai keanekaragamannya H’ 1 ≤ H’ ≤ 3 menunjukan bahwa keanekaragam spesies pada satu transek adalah  melimpah.

Abstract

This study examines integrating the Huma Betang philosophy a way of life rooted in the Dayak community of Central Borneo into the curriculum of progressive Islamic education. The core values of Huma Betang, such as solidarity, collaboration, tolerance, and respect for diversity, align closely with the principles of Islamic education, which emphasize character formation and moral development. This research is motivated by the need to respond to the challenges faced by modern Islamic education, including those related to globalization, pluralism, and technological advancement. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, using a literature review approach through thematic analysis of relevant sources. The findings reveal that integrating Huma Betang values can enhance students' character development, increase social awareness, and foster an inclusive and contextual Islamic identity. Moreover, a curriculum incorporating local values has proven to be more relevant to the socio-cultural realities of the community, thereby improving the effectiveness of education. However, several challenges were identified, such as educators' low awareness of the importance of local wisdom, limited teacher training, and the rigidity of national curriculum regulations. This study recommends strategies such as local value-based teacher training, developing contextual pedagogy, and formulating a flexible curriculum that adapts to local culture. In conclusion, integrating the Huma Betang philosophy into Islamic education in elementary schools enriches the curriculum substantively and significantly contributes to producing graduates who are ethical, socially responsible, and ready to face global challenges without losing their cultural and spiritual roots.
