Abstract

Eggplant Pokak  has potential to be developed into processed products that contain antioxidant biocytic compounds. The purpose of this research was to analyze the bioactive compounds in Solanum torvum which were treated with blanching and various types of drying. The research method used quantitative analysis of antioxidant compounds against the treatments tested. The results showed that the analysis of bioactive compounds which had the best results was Solanum torvum fruit which pretreated by blanching process for 10 minutes at 70 ºC then dried by vacuum method at 50 ºC for 14 hours. The bioactive compounds content from Solanum torvum flour were Vitamin C 3.24 %, total phenol 85.16 mg·g-1, tannin 2.12 mg·g-1, flavonoids 9.10 mg·g-1, and antioxidant activity 92.1 %.

Abstract

Patient safety is a component of health facilities quality indicators. Implementing a patient safety culture has challenges. Implementation of safety culture is influenced by behavioral and environmental attitudes. Implementation patient safety in RSGM isn’t optimal, so it’s necessary to perform research: Effect of Environment and Leadership of Director on Patient Safety Culture in RSGM IIK Bhakta. Research is quantitative. Information obtained of numbers processed using SPSS statistical analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis technique with variables of environment, leadership, and patient safety culture. Hypothesis with T-test to determine the effect environment and leadership on patient safety culture. The results: environment and leadership had a positive and significant effect on patient safety culture. Results the regression coefficient (R) of 0.743 and coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.552. Results of F-test a significant level of 0,000 <0,05. Concluded, the environment and leadership Director simultaneously a positive and significant effect on patient safety culture in RSGM IIK Bhakta. It’s because a conducive work environment makes employees work optimally and the director leadership effectively influences and controls employees to achieve patient safety.

Abstract

ABSTRACTEmpowerment is one of the solutions to overcome social problems that hit, including poverty. Utilization of Yard Land is one way to empower members of the Women Farmer Group (KWT). The purpose of this study was to determine the socio-economic conditions of the members of the Women Farmer Group in the Utilization of Yard Land in Nganjuk Regency. This type of research uses qualitative methods. This research be carried out in Prambon, Tanjunganom and Ngronggot Districts, Nganjuk Regency. This research will be carried out for 2 (two) months, from November to December 2022. The data collected consists of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is planned to be obtained by several methods, including direct interviews, observation methods or structured observations from Women Farmer Groups (KWT). The method of determining informants was purposive sampling, namely 15 people, 5 people were taken from each sub-district. Data analysis using qualitative analysis. The results of the study were that the condition of socio-economic factors was related to the role of farmer members of women's farmer groups in the use of yard land. with a group of women farmers, they can develop their ability to create creative ideas and increase their household income/economy by utilizing the yard around the house. Abstract

Responsibility Village is one of the villages located in Tulungagung Regency. It is a lowland area and has an area of 554,184 ha. KKNT aims to give students broad experience and insight and develop knowledge in society. The method of implementation is site surveys, interviews, MSME coaching, counseling in the fields of animal husbandry, agriculture, culture, and increasing cooperation in the KKNT program. The results resulted in 7 types of work programs covering the field of online marketing, MSMEs, WEB Training, and the Catapult Competition Cultural Week by giving prizes, block materials, planting horticultural seeds in 33 polybags planted with oranges and avocados at the Mount Budeg tourist location, compensation for orphans. So the results are useful for increasing the village's potential.

Abstract

Egg marketing is the final process of a business activity for breeding chicken eggs where farmers or producers convey the results of their production to consumers with the help of marketing institutions. The intense competition in the field of egg marketing is characterized by many egg agents that offer a variety of cooperation with various advantages. The level of satisfaction of farmers will determine the sustainability of business cooperation with egg agents. The purpose of this study is (1) knowing how the influence of pricing by egg agents UD. Enggal Jaya on the satisfaction of chicken farmers layer, (2) know how the influence of service quality by egg agents UD. Enggal Jaya on the satisfaction of layer chicken farmers and (3) know how the effect of determining the price and quality of service by egg agents UD. Enggal Jaya for the satisfaction of chicken farmers. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of this study is that pricing has no positive and insignificant effect while service quality has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of layer chicken farmers, pricing and services simultaneously affect the satisfaction of layer chicken farmers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek, saluran distribusi dan kemasan terhadap keputusan pembelian makanan kecil setia rasa di Kecamatan Pace Kabupaten Nganjuk. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan data dalam penelitian ini berbentuk primer yatu data yang didapatkan dari sumber pertama atau secara langsung dari perusahaan untuk dijadikan bahan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner, Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah konsumen Home Industri Setia Rasa dengan total pelanggan yang dijadikan populasi sebanyak 2250 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah Accidental Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra merek, saluran distribusi dan kemasan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The research method used was a qualitative test consisting of a visual test (color) and a sensory test including aroma and taste. The research treatments were M1, M2,  M3. The results of the study showed that were as follows: M1, Ginger Tea: color, aroma, taste tests, namely 4 people really liked it, 14 people liked it, 2 people didn't like it; M2, Lemongrass tea: Color test, aroma test, namely 2 people really like it, 17 people like it, 1 person doesn't like it, the taste test shows 2 people really like it, 16 people like it and 2 people don't like it; M3, Lemongrass ginger tea: color, aroma, taste test yielded 13 people really liked it, 6 people liked it, 1 person didn't like it. So the functional drink most preferred by consumers was M3.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the growing of economy which is enlivened by various kinds of business competition, such as in the automotive sector. PT. MPM Kediri Motor is one of the official dealers of Honda motorcycle products that struggle to full fill the consumers need in the automotive field by carrying out the concept of better serving. In running the business, PT. MPM Motor Kediri needs to maintain customer satisfaction to create customer’s loyalty, by improving product quality and service quality that is provided to customers. The loyalty level of customers to PT. MPM Motor Kediri is still lacking or beneath of PT. MPM Kediri Motor’s target. The purpose of this research is, to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction in creating customer loyalty. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. The population is all customers / consumers of PT. MPM Motor Kediri, while the sample of this study is 100 customers of PT. MPM Motor Kediri who came to take the BPKB. Data collection techniques through questionnaires with the sampling technique used is the Slovin method. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 15.0, which previously the descriptive variable test, validity test, reliability test, coefficient of determination, significant test (T test and F test), multiple linear regression is tested first. Based on the results of regression analysis shows that product quality (X1) and service quality (X2) partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). Customer satisfaction variable (Y) partially also has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty (Z). Based on the research results, the company is expected to increase customer satisfaction by maintaining product quality and the service quality. PT. MPM Motor must continue to control the marketed products and conduct regular evaluations or employees training or FLP in providing satisfactory services.

Abstract

Digital promotion is becoming more effective promotion strategy for companies because it is considered more targeted and communicative, that case also happen in English courses in Kampung Inggris Pare, which is starting to move from traditional promotion strategies to digital marketing especially in social media promotion and using website as information provider. The purpose of this study are (1) testing the significance of the social media promotion effect on student’s decision to choose EFS English course (2) testing the significance of the website quality effect on students' decisions to choose EFS English course (3) testing determine the significance of social media promotion and website quality simultaneously on student’s decision to choose EFS English course. This type of research is quantitative research using multiple linear regression. This research was conducted at English for Skill Pare with sample of 66 students. The results of this study are (1) Social media promotion has significant effect on the student’s decision to choose EFS English course (2) Website quality has significant effect on the student's decision to choose EFS English course (3) Simultaneously social media promotion and website quality have positive and significant effect on the student's decision to choose EFS English course.

Abstract

Employee cooperatives are cooperatives located in a company and members of the cooperative are employees of the company. the cooperative is given the opportunity to set up its own business unit. Over time the business unit continued to grow rapidly and the business unit changed its name to "MEKAR" Self-Employee Cooperative "MEKAR" Employee PT Gudang Garam Tbk Kediri. The purpose of this study is 1) Test the significance of the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions at the "MEKAR" Supermarkets. 2) Test the significance of the promotion effect on purchasing decisions at the "MEKAR" Supermarket. 3) Test the significance of the effect of product completeness on purchasing decisions at the "MEKAR" Supermarket. 4) Test the significance of the simultaneous influence of service quality, promotion, and product completeness on purchasing decisions at the "MEKAR" Supermarket. This type of research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis. This research was conducted at the "MEKAR" Self-Service Cooperative "MEKAR" Employees of Gudang Garam Company Kediri with a sample of 100 members of the "MEKAR" Employee Cooperative of Gudang Garam Company Kediri. The results of this study are 1) The quality of service has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. 2) Promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. 3) Product completeness has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. 4) Quality of service, promotion and completeness of the product together have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions.
