Abstract

KWE Puspa Jagad is a Tourism Village in Semen Village, Gandusari District, Blitar Regency. Tourism Village is a form of integration between attractions, accommodation and supporting facilities that are presented in a community life structure that is integrated with applicable procedures and traditions. Indonesian Government has massive promote tourism now. This development reaches the lowest level, which is the village formed in the tourist village. The tourism village was formed from the utilization of the village's original potential both from economic activities, native culture and local village human resources. Empowering rural communities through tourism s a labor-intensive activity. The typical local economic and cultural activities can be presented as tourist attractions with village community guides. Tourism village HR management has supporting factors including a high level of social awareness and is easy to direct, but also has an inhibiting factor, low quality of existing human resources. As an organization at the rural level, HR management is carried out simply, following the existing HR level. Planning is limited to HR management in the tourism business development plan without increasing member. Managerial level is choiced base on the level of education and experience in the organization. Performance assessment is only based on discipline and quality of service. HR operational functions are carried out simply, following the capabilities KWE Puspa Jagad members. New members Recruitment is not held specifically, but every time native people can apply become member. HR development doing by learn from skilled organizations or other groups, attend training and autodidact. Work compensation is carried out simply by following what is common in rural areas with 3 levels: managers, trained staff and helpers. Integration is carried out by family based deliberations. Mintenance members is emphasized in providing awareness that in the KWE organization Puspa Jagad is friendship group and loving organizations able to provide added value for active members. Discipline is base on of the awareness members themselves, if undiscipline, manager will give a personal warning. Termination members of KWE Puspa Jagad isn’t done, but members who never participated in the activities are considered inactive members.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Rekrutmen terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Indomobil Finance Indonesia,Tbk Cabang Kediri, menganalisis pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Indomobil Finance Indonesia,Tbk Cabang Kediri, dan menganalisis Rekrutmen dan Kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Indomobil Finance Indonesia,Tbk Cabang Kediri. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 46 orang.Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda karena peneliti bermaksud meramalkan bagaimana keadaan naiknya variabel terikat, bila dua atau lebih variabel bebas sebagai faktor prediktor dimanipulasi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan 5 skala dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa 1)Rekrutmen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Indomobil Finance Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Kediri; 2) Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Indomobil Finance Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Kediri; dan 3)Rekrutmen dan Kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Indomobil Finance Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Kediri.Dengan demikian dapat dilihat bahwa praktik sumber daya manusia yang baik dan lebih diandalkan maka akan semakin tinggi tingkat kemungkinan untuk mengadaptasi karyawan baru.

Abstract

The effect of service quality to satisfaction and loyalty of outpatiens Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Nganjuk. The aim of this study are : 1) To know the effect of service quality to satisfaction of the outpatients Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Nganjuk, 2) To know the effect of service quality to loyalty of the outpatients Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Nganjuk, 3) To know the effect of service quality to satisfaction and loyalty of the outpatients Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Nganjuk. There were 150 respondents in these research within their criteria has passing senior high school degree and more than two times taking outpatient or accompanying outopatient's at Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Nganjuk. The sample deciding method is purposive sampling. To gain the result as the researchgoal, structural equation modelling SEM were analyzed by analysis moment of structure (AMOS) and special package for statistic science (SPSS). The results shows that : 1) Service quality positive and significantly effects the satisfaction of the outpatient Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Nganjuk, 2) Service quality positive and significantly effects the loyalty of the outpatient Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Nganjuk and 3) Service Quality positive and significanty effects the satisfaction and loyalty of the outpatient Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Nganjuk.

Abstract

Account officer merupakan posisi penting yang mengeluarkan kredit pada nasabah. Kredit yang dikeluarkan dapat dipantau dari jumlah realisasi kredit tiap bulan. Mengingat vitalnya posisi AO pada perusahaan, sangat penting untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kinerjanya dalam pencapaian realisasi kredit untuk merumuskan upaya memaksimalkan produktivitas perusahaan. Analisa yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, uji t dan uji F dengan taraf siginifikansi 5%. Seluruhnya menggunakan bantuan program aplikasi SPSS 16 for Windows. Hasilnya adalah 25% memiliki tingkat pencapaian realisasi kredit rendah, 56,25 % termasuk kategori sedang dan 18,75% termasuk kategori tinggi. Hasil uji t variable status kepegawaian menunjukan bahwa status kepegawaian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap realisasi kredit secara parsial. Variabel masa kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap realisasi kredit secara parsial. Variabel tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap realisasi kredit secara parsial. Dalam uji asumsi untuk tiga variable independen dan 1 variabel dependen terjadi multikolinieritas sehingga tidak dapat diuji regresi. Jadi status kepegawaian, tingkat pendidikan dan masa kerja tidak berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap realisasi kredit

Abstract

Human Resource Management Problems lately talked about and position becomes very important in terms of employee productivity. Because essentially HRM, an integration effort of personnel needs with organizational goals. showed that motivation is very important in the company. For this reason, among others, interesting authors to conduct research and compile the results of this study with the title: "The Influence of Individual Characteristics, Job Characteristics and Job Performance Characteristics of Organizations Against Employee In Office PPLP.PT PGRI Jombang". From the description above, the formulation of the problem posed in this study are: 1. Is there a significant relationship between motivation (which consists of individual Characteristic, Characteristic Characteristic of work and organization) together (simultaneously) on the performance of employees PPLP. Abstract

The research objective include: (1) Analyzing the differences in production, production costs and cocoa farmer income with fermentation and non-fermentation process in Ponorogo Regency. (2) To develop the model of implementation technology post-harvest cocoa in the fermentation process in Ponorogo Regency. The determination of the respondent was determined purposively which was taken in one area in the Pulung District of Serag Village namely Kelompok Tani Subur which classified as successful cocoa farming groups in the Ponorogo Regency who has 48 cocoa farmers which consisted of 27 farmers with fermentation processing and 21 farmers with non-fermentation processing. The data analysis method used was linear trend analysis, Independent Sample T Test analysis and descriptive data analysis. The research results include: (1) The development of cocoa production in Ponorogo Regency in the last 10 years (2010 - 2019) has a fluctuating trend. (2) There is a real difference between production, production costs and cocoa farmer income with fermentation and non-fermentation process. (3) The implementation efforts of post-harvest technology in the fermentation process in Ponorogo Regency include the formation of the institutions that lead to the development of intensive cocoa plantation activities, improvement of cocoa marketing through the establishment of cocoa marketing institutions, empowering cocoa farmers and support from stakeholders in capital and partnerships. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis karakteristik petani, risiko usahatani tebu, persepsi petani dalam menghadapi risiko usahatani serta menganalisis strategi manajemen risiko yang dilakukan petani tebu. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret-April 2017 di Desa Bader Kecamatan Jatirogo dan Desa Margorejo Kecamatan Parengan pada 50 petani sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat risiko produksi, biaya dan pendapatan termasuk dalam kategori risiko rendah. Faktor utama yang menjadi penyebab risiko usahatani tebu adalah perubahan iklim, ketersediaan modal dan harga jual. Strategi pengelolaan risiko ex-ante dilakukan dengan menggunakan satu varietas dan menggunakan benih bersertifikasi. Strategi pengelolaan risiko interactive dilakukan bila terjadi kerusakan segera disulam, jika kesulitan tenaga kerja petani mengambil tenaga kerja dari luar desa dan jika kekurangan modal petani meminjam dari bank atau pabrik gula. Strategi pengelolaan risiko ex-post dilakukan jika terjadi kegagalan usahatani maka petani memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga dengan menggunakan pendapatan dari pekerjaan lainnya, mengambil tabungan, atau meminjam bank.

Abstract

Sebagai negara berpenduduk muslim terbesar, diasumsikan Muslim Indonesia sangat peduli terhadap konsumsi pangan halal. Namun demikian, permintaan terhadap pangan halal belum tentu searah dengan jumlah penduduk muslim. Penelitian ini mengkaji perilaku konsumen muslim dalam konsumsi produk pangan halal di Kabupaten Nganjuk, Jawa Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif deskriptif. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden 180 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan, persepsi, sikap dan norma subyektif secara parsial dan simultan mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen muslim dalam konsumsi produk pangan halal

Abstract

CV Trubus Mas Lestari merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam penyediaan agens hayati menggunakan jamur Trichoderma sp. Produk ini memiliki keuntungan yang banyak dalam penggunaannya, namun dalam proses produksi dan komersialisasi agens hayati masih memiliki kendala. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal untuk merumuskan strategi pemasaran produk agens hayati Trichoderma sp. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE) dan matriks Internal External (IE). Perumusan strategi menggunakan matriks Strengt, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT). Berdasarkan hasil analisis, pelayanan yang baik menjadi kekuatan utama CV Trubus Mas Lestari. Kelemahan produk ini yaitu diferensiasi produk yang masih perlu inovasi dan keberagaman. Kehadiran PPL menjadi peluang yang mendukung kesadaran petani dalam menggunakan agens hayati. Ancaman dari produk ini adalah produk sejenis yang memiliki harga yang lebih terjangkau. Strategi pemasaran yang sesuai meliputi mengembangkan segmentasi pasar, mengusahakan peningkatkan kualitas produk dengan budget minim, memperluas wilayah distribusi produk ke sentra tanaman unggulan dan meningkatkan kegiatan promosi, penyuluhan dan demplot.

Abstract

Rosella cultivation in East Java, especially in Tulungagung regency to date still have excellent opportunities and prospects. It is based on suitable climatic and soil conditions and is supported by the opening of both domestic and foreign markets. Nevertheless since its presence in 2012 until now the development of rosella agribusiness in Tulungagung regency tends to stagnate. For that we need a strategy to grow this business to give more positive impact felt among rosella farmers. The purpose of this study is to identify internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external (opportunities and threats) and formulate appropriate strategies in the development of rosella agribusiness in Tulungagung District. This research was conducted in some districts in Tulungagung Regency with the location determination done purposively. This type of research includes descriptive, quantitative and qualitative with purposive sampling technique. The respondents were 15 rosella farmers who had land above 150 m². This research was conducted for 5 months starting from January 2017 until June 2017. Primary data was obtained through observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation while secondary data from BPS Tulungagung, East Java BPS, Manpower Office and Agriculture Department of Tulungagung Regency. The data analysis technique used is SWOT. SWOT matrix quantitative data analysis shows that the most appropriate alternative strategy for the development of Rosella agribusiness in Tulungagung regency is by using the SO Strategy, with the highest score, that is 4.58 SO Strategy is a strategy that uses the power to exploit opportunities. Several SO strategy steps that can be done related to the development of rosella agribusiness in Tulungagung District are: a) to improve the quality and quantity of production by utilizing the aspect of easy cultivation and care of rosella plants, wide land, quality seeds and easy information access, b) Increase the variety of processed rosella in the form of food beverages as a product that has a competitive advantage through the high creativity of farmers, c) exploiting the exhibition and expo as a promotion event as well as information to the community that rosella is a prospective commodity and feasible to be developed
