Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of social media marketing and digital influencers on customer reviews and fashion purchase decisions. To find out and analyze the influence of customer reviews on purchase decisions on the Shopee Marketplace, to find out and analyze the influence of social media marketing and digital influencers on purchase decisions through customer reviews on the Shopee Marketplace. Data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires with data analysis techniques using the semPls 3.2.9 method. The results showed that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer reviews, digital influencers have a positive and significant effect on customer reviews, social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, digital influencers have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, social media marketing has a significant effect Regarding Purchasing Decisions Through Customer Reviews, Digital Influencers Have a Significant Influence on Purchasing Decisions Through Shopee Market Place Customer Reviews.

Abstract

This study examines how human resource management (HRM) practices enable the successful implementation of Indonesia’s Merdeka Curriculum to support deep learning in elementary schools. Using a qualitative multiple-case study design, data were collected from four elementary schools in Palu City, Indonesia. The data sources included interviews with school leaders and teachers, classroom observations, and relevant district-level policy documents. Data were analyzed through thematic analysis to identify patterns in HRM practices related to curriculum implementation. The findings reveal four interdependent themes: strategic HRM alignment, professional development transformation, leadership and school culture, and systemic support and constraints. These themes form an integrated HRM–Deep Learning Synergy model, illustrating a continuous relationship in which supportive policy environments sustain teacher recruitment, capacity building, and collaborative leadership. The study also finds that weaknesses in one component—such as limited professional development or rigid administrative structures—can disrupt the overall cycle and reduce curriculum effectiveness. This research contributes to the literature on educational leadership, HRM, and deep learning by offering practical implications for policymakers and school leaders seeking to transform schools into learning organizations that foster higher-order thinking and meaningful learning.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh social media marketing, harga dan kepercayaan merek terhadap keputusan pembelian pada salah satu toko busana online di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis baik parsial maupun simultan dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 20. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 155 responden. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert untuk mengukur setiap pernyataan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara social media marketing, harga dan kepercayaan merek terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata Kunci: interaction design, customer review, promosi, penilaian kredibilitas online

Dengan objek penelitian salah satu produk dari Maybelline yaitu  mascara.  Penelitian  ini membahas  mengenai teori dari 3 variabel penelitian yaitu, harga, customer review, dan minat beli. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan Google Form kepada 152 responden yang  kemudian diolah menggunakan program SPSS versi 13.0 dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh untuk mengambil data sample. Hasil uji hipotesis (uji t) bahwa harga tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 1.558 < t tabel sebesar 1.976. hasil uji hipoteis (uji t) bahwa customer review berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 9.425 > t tabel 1.976. implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan masukan kepada perusahaan untuk memperhatikan hal-hal yang dapat mempengaruhi harga dan customer review terhadap minat beli, terutama pada produk Maybelline.Kata Kunci: Harga, Customer Review, Minat Beli
