Security of information at this point becomes easier to be abused by another party when that information is sent and stored. To overcome these problems then do research to create an application that uses a hybrid method cryptosystem and digital signature. Methods in hybrid cryptosystem is done by combining the RC4 and RSA. Digital signature method is done by using a hash function SHA-512 with RSA algorithm approach. Applications that are built to perform encryption and decryption on files as well as improving security in sending data by hybrid cryptosystem and digital signature. Based on the research results of all the file types tested successfully encrypted and decrypted as well as the larger the file size, the longer the encryption and decryption process.

Many people are interested in caring for rabbits because they can be used as entertainment facilities by seeing the behavior of animals that can make their owners entertained because of the animals, but many people do not understand how to care for rabbits properly so that they cause illness and even death. To overcome this problem, a research was conducted to design a prototype that applies the Tsukamoto fuzzy algorithm to the rabbit cage prototype by measuring the temperature in the rabbit cage which is also influenced by the environment around the rabbit cage by using DH11 sensor. Based on the results of the study by testing 50 times, the DHT11 sensor can read the temperature in the rabbit cage by 60% level and error by 40%, due to weather and temperature changes that cannot be predicted

Steganography exists due to the need to hide data in another data. The purpose of this research is to find another alternative in doing steganography via Office Open XML text document files. The research is done by library review, and application building. Design is done using flowcharts. Tests are done by comparing the result, and testing the endurance of the message via file format change, and content and name changing. From the result of the result, steganography done using space color code bit position randomization will not visually affect the document significantly. The message can endure conversions to file formats DOC, ODT, and PDF, 93% endure conversions to RTF file format, and cannot endure conversions to TXT file format, and can endure content change as long as there’s the sequence of files, and the spaces left intact.

Plagiarism is a very frequent problem in all aspects of one occurring in school. There is often plagiarism on the content of the papers or assignments collected by the students. This is to support the decreasing creativity of students in giving ideas and personal opinions on the task given. To answer the above problems then this research using Rabin-Karp algorithm. Rabin-Karp algorithm is a string search algorithm that uses hashing to find one of a series of string patterns in text. Using this application, the user can compare document 1 with another document, which gives results in sentence similarity, then spelled out per word, followed by per hashing and is calculated from the average number of percentages. The test in this research is done by taking samples 50 times and in comparison between percentage with Rabin Karp algorithm and percentage with manual taking. Testing is done by comparing one document with another document. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded by using Rabin Karp Algorithm, which can be implemented in plagiarism application evidenced by the test using 50 test samples with 43 samples of success of 14.22%.Keywords: document , Rabin Karp Algorithm, Dice Sorensen Index, Plagiarism, sentence, word

PT Kenari Djaja Prima will create a tunnel between branch offices located far from the central office so that these two offices can retrieve data on the server. As well as forming a local network between branch offices and centers. From the problem, the authors conducted a study and proposed using VLANs to divide divisions, and the tunnel method in the form of PPTP as encryption tunnel to connect with branch offices and BCP methods to forward ethernet packets so that the IP segmentation of headquarters with branches could be connected. From the results of this study, the average maximum Mbps obtained from downloads is 25.87 Mb, the average is at least 1.19 Mb, the average speed is 15.24 Mb, the average time is one minute and thirty seven seconds, and the average delay is 200.28 MS. The conclusion obtained in this study is that division of divisions with VLANs can be overcome, and between divisions have their own VLAN IDs, and can communicate with each other using Inter-VLAN. And use tunnels to connect branch offices with headquarters using PPTP. PPTP as tunnel encryption, EoIP as an ethernet connector and as a VLAN distribution between headquarters and branches. CV. Jaya Tunggal Keramik is a company that sale of ceramics. CV. Jaya Tunggal Keramik experienced some problems regarding ceramics and customers such as difficulties in sale ceramics to customers so that some ceramic products accumulate in the warehouse, such as being damaged and ceramic display becomes less good because it is stored too long and difficulty retaining customers because some customers do not want to order ceramic products. Lack of precise decision taken by the management CV. Jaya Tunggal Keramik in determining the strategy to supply ceramic and how to make it CV. Jaya Tunggal Keramik is difficult to estimate the stock of ceramic products to be provided and it is difficult to determine which potential customers can be maintained as a regular customer. This research uses K-Means algorithm. K-Means algorithm is a partitioning clustering method that separates data into different groups with iterative partitioning. By using this application, users can find out the estimated stock and price of ceramics as well as information about potential customers. Testing in this research using data of November 2017 that compared with data of December 2017. Based on ceramic data test results, there are some ceramics that are not in accordance with the predicted results so it can be concluded that the K-Means algorithm on the test inventory data inventory in this study is not fully can provide accurate estimates, this is because the use of the K-Means algorithm is strongly influenced by the cluster center results and the attributes used.

Qualified lecturers can be one of the recommendations for lecturers to become permanent lecturers. The requirement to become a lecturer is to be able to teach, educate, and broaden the horizons of the students he teaches. One way to get qualified lecturers is to evaluate the performance of lecturers at the end of each semester, to find out whether the lecturer has a good performance or not. The use of the K-means clustering method as a system aide in determining lecturer recommendations will greatly assist the university in appointing lecturers as permanent lecturers. The way to work on the K-means clustering method is to find the centroid value in the value of each lecturer and in the process of getting a permanent lecturer candidate. In the results of the calculation of the K-means clustering method for 70 lecturers' assessment data in the system, which included a decent category there were 39 data. In this case, the success rate of the K-means clustering method was obtained at 55.71% success rate.

Universitas XYZ merupakan universitas swasta yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa pendidikan yang selalu menggunakan aplikasi dan teknologi informasi dalam kegiatan utama operasional. COBIT 5 merupakan salah satu framework yang sering digunakan oleh para auditor terutama auditor teknologi informasi. Ini karena COBIT dapat dipakai sebagai alat yang komprehensif untuk menciptakan tata kelola teknologi informasi pada suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur tingkat kapabilitas sistem informasi akademik terhadap ketercapaian visi dan misi universitas. Peneliti meneliti dampak yang terjadi pada universitas terkait tingkat kapabilitas sistem informasi akademik. Fokus penelitian ini adalah tentang keefektifan, keefisienan, unit fungsional teknologi informasi pada sistem informasi akademik, integritas, saveguarding assets, reliability, confidentiality, availabilty dan security. Peneliti melakukan studi pustaka, wawancara, penyebaran kuisioner, pemeriksaan dokumen dan melakukan analisa terhadap hasil penyebaran kuisioner dan pemeriksaan dokumen untuk mendapatkan nilai aktual dari tingkat kapabilitas sistem informasi akademik dan faktor yang mempengaruhi sistem informasi akademik. Peneliti melakukan pengolahan data statistik berupa uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Peneliti menggunakan framework COBIT 5 pada 1 domain yaitu domain Evaluate, Direct and Monitor (EDM) untuk melakukan penelitian tentang kapabilitas sistem informasi akademik. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa rekomendasi solusi untuk peningkatan kapabilitas sistem informasi akademik pada universitas.

[Id]Sulitnya mencari dan menghafalkan rumus matematika dan fisika menjadi kendala bagi sebagian pelajar SMA terutama dalam menjawab soal yang ada. Dibutuhkan ketelitian untuk menentukan apa saja yang tercantum dalam soal tersebut. Penelitian ini meneliti bagaimana cara melakukan pendeteksian kata kunci yang terdapat pada soal matematika dan fisika sekaligus dicocokkan dengan menggunakan metode pencocokan kata. Algoritma yang digunakan untuk melakukan pencocokan kata adalah algoritma Boyer-Moore. Setiap data kata kunci yang ada di basis data akan diambil berdasarkan fisika atau matematika, kemudian dipecah per kata. Setelah data kata kunci sudah dipecah menjadi per kata, tiap kata kunci akan melakukan pencocokkan ke soal yang dimasukkan pengguna dengan metode pencocokkan kata. Setelah dicocokkan dan hasil pencocokkan berhasil, aplikasi akan menampilkan daftar rumus yang memiliki kata kunci cocok dengan yang ada di soal. Pengujian metode pencocokan kata dengan algoritma Boyer-Moore pada soal matematika dan fisika yang sebanyak 30 kali membuktikan bawah aplikasi dapat menampilkan daftar rumus yang sesuai dalam melakukan pencocokkan pola kata kunci di soal baik matematika maupun fisika tingkat SMA.Kata kunci :Pencocokan Kata Kunci, Boyer-Moore, Rumus, Matematika, Fisika[en]Difficult to find and memorize math and physics becomes an obstacle for the majority of high school students, especially in answering the questions that exist. It takes precision to determine what is stated in the question. This study investigated how to make the detection of keywords contained in the math and physics as well matched using string matching method. The algorithm used to perform string matching algorithm is the Boyer-Moore. Each keyword data in the database will be taken based on the physics or mathematics, then broken down per word. Once the data has been broken down into key words per word, every keyword will perform matching to the matter that the user entered with a string matching method. Once matched and the matching result is successful, the application will display a list of formulas that have keywords match the one in question. Testing method of string matching algorithms Boyer-Moore in math and physics as much as 30 times to prove under the application can display a list of the appropriate formula in performing the pattern matching keywords in a matter of both mathematics and physics high school level.Keywords : String Matching, Boyer-Moore, Formula, Math, Physics.

[Id]Percetakan merupakan teknologi atau seni yang memproduksi salinan dari sebuah image dan desain dengan sangat cepat, seperti kata atau gambar di atas kertas atau bahan baku. Central Grafindo merupakan salah satu perusahaan percetakan yang telah beroperasi di Jakarta sejak tahun 2010. Dalam hal pelayanan pada pelanggan, Central Grafindo memiliki beragam permasalahan. Dimana saat ini setiap customer yang melakukan permintaan rincian harga atas kebutuhan mereka, dilakukan perhitungan secara manual sehingga di rasa sangat memakan waktu dan ke akuratan dalam perhitungan tersebut tidak selalu benar. Selain itu, setiap penghitungan area cetak harus di sesuaikan dengan bahan masih di lakukan secara manual sehingga waktu sangat terbuang banyak dalam proses perhitungan tersebut. Algoritma yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Metode Branch & Bound yang dimana sistem kerjanya dilakukan dengan memecah persoalan ke dalam beberapa kondisi yang telah di atur sehingga dapat menghasilkan nilai Optimum area cetak. Hasil penelitian yang di dapatkan adalah aplikasi simulasi area cetak dan perhitungan harga dapat di implementasikan pada Central Grafindo berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan Metode Branch & Bound maka di dapat hasil yang cukup memuaskan dengan persentase keberhasilan mencapai 100% dari 50 kali percobaan.[En]Printing is a technology or art that produces copies of an image and design very quickly, such as words or images on paper or raw materials. Central Grafindo is one printing company that has been operating in Jakarta since 2010. In terms of customer service, Central Grafindo has various problems. Where now every customer who requests price details of their needs, done manually calculations so that in very time consuming sense and to accuracy in the calculation is not always true. In addition, any calculation of the print area should be adjusted with the material still done manually so that time is very much wasted in the calculation process. The algorithm used in this research is Branch & Bound Method where its work system is done by breaking the problem into some condition that has been set so that it can yield optimum value of print area. The results obtained are the application of print area simulation and price calculation can be implemented on Central Grafindo based on the test results with Branch & Bound Method then in the results can be quite satisfactory with the percentage of success reached 100% of 50 experiments.
