Abstract

The purpose of this research is to reveal: 1. The influence of in-service Teacher Training Program (PLPG) towards the teacher competency as participant of PLPG; 2. The correlation between gender (X1) towards the teachers’ competency as participant of PLPG; .3. The correlation between Age (X2)  towards the teachers’ competency as participant of PLPG; 4. The correlation between years of service towards the teachers’ competency as participant of PLPG; 5. The correlation between the number of  training followed (X4) towards  teachers’ competency as participant of PLPG; and 6. This research used quantitative method. The population of this research is 1.300 teachers of PLPG in 2013. By using Yamane formulation, there are 220 teachers taken as the sample. The data  was analyzed by using t test  and correlation analysis. The findings of the study suggested that: 1. There is a positive influence of PLPG implementation towards teachers’ competency as PLPG participant; 2. There is no significant correlation between gender (X1) and teachers’ competency as PLPG participant; 3. There is a significant correlation between Age (X2) towards teachers’ competency of PLPG; 4. There is no significant correlation between the Years of Service (X3) towards teachers’ competency as the participant of PLPG; 5. There is a significant correlation between the number of Diklat followed  (X4) towards teachers’ competency as the participant of PLPG; and 6. Abstract

This study deals with the utterances of an English teacher of MA Tarbiyatul Banin, Pati, Jawa Tengah. It is aimed to know the type of speech function used by the English teacher in the classroom and to find out how speech functions are applied by an English teacher in the classroom. Researchers apply a qualitative approach and design content analysis based on Ary et al (2010). The subject of this research was an English teacher in Tarbiyatul Banin, Pati, Jawa Tengah. The source of the data is the entity from whom the data was obtained, and the data is the expression used by the English teacher. The Researchers used audiovisual material for collecting data. The data of transcription are classified into six basic types of speech function; they are expressive, directive, referential, metalinguistic, poetic, and phatic. From the teacher who was observed, the researchers found a different total of utterances from each meeting. The total utterance is 154 utterances which are classified into five types of speech function. How the speech functions are applied by the English teacher in the classroom is when the teacher interacted with her students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan minat belajar peserta didik kelas VIII di SMPN 1 VII Koto Sungai Sariak Padang Pariaman. Pembelajaran PAI dan BP masih cenderung pasif, dengan minat belajar peserta didik yang rendah dan kurangnya kreativitas mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan minat belajar pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kuasi eksperimen randomized control group only design. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes, angket, dan observasi. Penelitian dilakukan di SMPN 1 Sungai Sariak dengan kelas eksperimen VIII.3 dan kelas kontrol VIII.5. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik di kelas eksperimen adalah 80.31, sementara di kelas kontrol 74.53, dengan t hitung 3.06 dan t tabel 1.69. Ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kreatif dengan model PBL lebih baik daripada model konvensional. Minat belajar PAI dan BP di kelas eksperimen memiliki nilai rata-rata 73.34, sedangkan di kelas kontrol 68.32, dengan t hitung 3.14 dan t tabel 1.69

Abstract

Era Society 5.0 menghadirkan paradigma baru dalam dunia pendidikan, di mana teknologi canggih dan inovasi berbasis manusia membentuk lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif. Maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis karakteristik dan etika profesi guru yang diperlukan dalam era Society 5.0. Metode penelitian adalah library research, mengumpulkan data dan informasi dari berbagai sumber literatur yang relevan, seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah, artikel, serta dokumen lainnya yang berkaitan dengan kata kunci “etika profesi guru” Kompetensi guru Era Society 5.0”. Selanjutnya klasifikasi dan analisis isi dari data yang diperoleh, serta penarikan kesimpulan dari hasil sintesis berbagai sumber yang telah dianalisis.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru di era Society 5.0 harus memiliki literasi digital, kemampuan beradaptasi, kreativitas, berpikir kritis, dan pengetahuan interdisipliner. Mereka diharapkan mampu mengintegrasikan, big data, dan Internet of Things (IoT) dalam proses pembelajaran dengan tetap mempertahankan pendekatan yang berpusat pada manusia. Karena peran guru dalam era Society 5.0 tidak hanya terbatas pada pengajaran, tetapi juga mencakup mentoring dan pembinaan etika. Untuk mencapai hal ini, diperlukan pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan, pelatihan etika, dan kemampuan beradaptasi terhadap perubahan teknologi. Dengan menggabungkan inovasi dan prinsip etika, guru dapat menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang holistik serta mempersiapkan peserta didik menghadapi tantangan dunia modern.

Abstract

Era Society 5.0 menuntut dunia pendidikan untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan perkembangan teknologi dan kebutuhan masyarakat yang kompleks. Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan (FTIK) sebagai pencetak calon guru dituntut memiliki kurikulum yang relevan dengan kebutuhan sekolah atau madrasah di era ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi relevansi kurikulum FTIK dengan kebutuhan sekolah dan madrasah di era Society 5.0, serta memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk pengembangan kurikulum yang adaptif terhadap perubahan zaman. Metode yang digunakan adalah library research, yaitu kajian kepustakaan yang dilakukan dengan menelaah berbagai sumber literatur, seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah nasional dan internasional yang relevan. Sumber-sumber data diperoleh dari Google scholar rentang tahun terbitan 2017-2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat kesenjangan antara kurikulum FTIK dengan kebutuhan di lapangan, khususnya dalam penguasaan teknologi, inovasi pembelajaran, serta penguatan karakter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan antara kurikulum FTIK dengan kebutuhan di lapangan, terutama dalam hal penguasaan teknologi, inovasi pembelajaran, dan penguasaan karakter. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan kurikulum FTIK yang lebih adaptif dan responsif terhadap tuntutan zaman. Oleh karena itu, penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi lebih dalam mengenai implementasi dan evaluasi kurikulum tersebut agar pengembangannya dapat berjalan secara optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hak serta kewajiban guru dalam peningkatan kompetensi tenaga pendidik mi/sd di era society 5.0, yang mengedepankan sinergi antara teknologi dan nilai-nilai kemanusian. Metode yang digunakan berupa studi literatur dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Informasi dikumpulkan dari berbagai referensi yang relevan dan dianalisis melalui pendekatan tematik. Temuan menunjukan bahwa hak guru mencakup aspek kesejahteraan, perlindungan hukum, peluang pengembangan profesional, serta akses terhadap teknologi pendidikan. Sementara itu, kewajiban guru meliputi penguasaan teknologi, pembentukan karakter peserta didik, penerapan etika digital, dan penyesuaian terhadap kurikulum yang kontekstual. Kesimpulan dari artikel ini menekankan pentingnya keseimbangan antara hak dan kewajiban guru guna mewujudkan sistem pendidikan yang responsif dan kompetensi tenaga pendidik yang berkualitas di tengah kemajuan teknologi yang pesat.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan transformasi digital yang pesat menuntut dunia pendidikan untuk berinovasi dalam menciptakan model pembelajaran yang adaptif terhadap tantangan zaman. Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar hadir sebagai upaya untuk menyesuaikan sistem pendidikan Indonesia dengan karakteristik era Society 5.0 dan Revolusi Industri 4.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana inovasi pembelajaran dalam Kurikulum Merdeka dapat diterapkan secara efektif dalam konteks kemajuan teknologi dan kebutuhan masyarakat modern. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan menelaah berbagai sumber literatur berupa buku, artikel, dan jurnal ilmiah yang relevan dari platform daring seperti Google Scholar, Garuda, Sinta, dan ResearchGate, serta beberapa referensi cetak dari perpustakaan kampus. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka menuntut guru untuk memiliki kompetensi digital, kemampuan berpikir kritis, kolaboratif, serta kepekaan terhadap perkembangan teknologi informasi. Selain itu, guru juga memiliki tanggung jawab untuk membentuk karakter siswa melalui pendekatan pembelajaran yang interaktif, humanistik, dan berbasis teknologi. Kesimpulannya, inovasi pembelajaran Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar merupakan strategi penting dalam membentuk generasi unggul yang mampu bersaing dan beradaptasi dalam dunia yang terus berubah. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk mengkaji implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka secara empiris di lapangan, termasuk efektivitas metode pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan karakter peserta didik.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of formative exams and communicative grammar teaching strategies on the students oral response-ability. This research had a 2x2 factorial experimental design where 80 third-year university students were assigned using multistage cluster probability random sampling. The data were analyzed using a two-way covariance analysis (ANCOVA) to test the research hypotheses. The study outcomes demonstrated that students taught with constructive formative tests had higher achievement than those receiving the selective formative examination. The result indicated that deductive learning with concept maps was more effective in improving students ability of communicative competence compared to inductive learning. Additionally, this study found that students taught with deductive grammar instructional strategy accompanied by English concept maps demonstrated higher achievement in communicative competence than those taught with inductive grammar instructional strategy in the group of students treated with the selective formative test. Deductive learning procedures with concept maps had positive impacts from the inductive strategy to the student capacity to respond orally among students who were given constructive formative examinations. Notably, the effectiveness of various sub-instructional tactics and sub-formative test combinations on students verbal response capacity varied. Thus, English teachers must create formative examinations by considering constructive formative tests. Based on the research findings, recommendations for how teachers can improve students oral-response ability by adopting appropriate assessments using more deductive learning are discussed.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of strip stoty media on students' learning outcomes and collaboration skills in the Al-Qur'an Hadith subject at Mtsn 6 Agam. This study uses a quantitative experimental method with a research design. posttest only group design. The population consisted of 10 classes from class VII 1 to VII 10 with the sampling technique using the techniqueclaster random sampling.The sample consists of class VII 3 as the control class and VII 4 as the experimental class. The data source was taken from the control class and the experimental class totaling 64 students through the provision of learning outcome tests and filling out questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and independent sample t-test using SPSS version 23. The results of the learning outcome test analysis showed an average of 76.88 for the control class, an average of 85.47 for the experimental class, and an independent sample t-test of 0.000 <0.05, which means there is an influence of strip story media on the learning outcomes of the Qur'an at MTsN 6 Agam. The results of the collaboration ability test analysis showed an average of 73.31 for the control class, an average of 83.06 for the experimental class, and an independent sample t-test of 0.001 <0.05, which means there is an influence of strip story media on the learning outcomes of the Qur'an at MTsN 6 Agam. The results of this study can be used as initial data for subsequent researchers in examining this problem in different contexts and issues.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyse the effectiveness of the Directed Reading Thinking Activity (DRTA) strategy on the reading comprehension of eighth-grade students at SMPN 3 Luhak Nan Duo, compared to conventional strategies, and to examine the role of gender as a moderating variable. Using a quasi-experimental design with pre- and post-tests, the findings revealed that the DRTA strategy was significantly more effective than the conventional strategy in enhancing students’ reading comprehension (p 0.01). Gender also influenced performance (p 0.05), with female students tending to score higher than male students. However, no significant interaction was found between strategy and gender (p 0.05), indicating that the effectiveness of DRTA applies equally across genders. These results suggest that DRTA is an effective strategy for enhancing students' reading comprehension in junior high schools, with practical implications for teachers to adopt more interactive and gender-responsive reading instruction
