Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design and implement a Service Request Management application and to improve the Service Request Management process at PT. Informatics Integration Partner based on Information Technology Service Management. This research is based on the need to manage the organization's information technology infrastructure and arrange the best services for users of information technology services that can provide a good quality foundation and quality assurance by using systematic process approaches and standard procedures for information technology services. This research is qualitative with data collection consisting of secondary data and primary data. Primary data is obtained from observations in the IT department and interviews with the head of the IT division on the Service Request work process and the existing database in the current Service Request Management application which has been processed using the help of Excel and Visio applications. While secondary data can be obtained through the website of PT. Informatics Integration Partners, as well as other additional data and information obtained from books, articles, and other scientific literature related to this research. The results of the research in the form of the proposed Service Request Management application system have several advantages and differences from the current system. Some of the advantages include: (1) Email notification when there is a request and change of request handling status; (2) Company data is safer and more secure because it is stored in a privacy server; (3) By using this system, the handling of a request can be monitored by the company's Top Level Management; (4) This system is easier to use because apart from being accessible through the website, it can also be accessed via mobile android

Abstract

This study aims to produce a prototype of a knowledge management system at SMA PGRI 24 Jakarta. Currently, knowledge management, especially regarding standard operating procedures (SOPs) or work references at SMA PGRI 24 Jakarta, has not been carried out, so that the process of reviewing knowledge in the past cannot be carried out due to several factors, including constraints in the process of finding documents or archives. , because the document archiving method still uses conventional or manual methods, there is no computerized archive storage area, and there is no special knowledge sharing or knowledge sharing media so that the knowledge sharing process becomes less than optimal. The research method used is a field study by conducting observations and interviews as well as the waterfall method in the design of the system. The results of the study are the prototype of a knowledge management system (KMS) that can store both tacit knowledges and explicit, which can be a solution for managing standard operating procedure (SOP) documents, helping in the activities of digitizing archiving, searching for documents and as a means of sharing knowledge.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly changed various sectors, including the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. During the pandemic, Sisma Pharma Outlet Jakarta experienced a significant increase in sales. However, after the pandemic, several products experienced a decline in sales, causing potential losses due to expired products. This study uses a data mining approach to design a cross-selling sales recommendation system at Sisma Pharma Outlet Jakarta. The approach can help maximise product sales by identifying combinations that are often purchased together. The methods used in this study include collecting sales transaction data, data preprocessing, and applying a apriori algorithms to find purchasing patterns. The result of this study is a recommendation system that can provide suggestions for additional products that have the potential to be purchased together with the main product, thereby increasing sales opportunities and minimising expired products.Pandemi Covid-19 telah membawa perubahan signifikan pada berbagai sektor termasuk industri kesehatan dan farmasi. Selama pandemi, Outlet Sisma Pharma Jakarta mengalami peningkatan penjualan yang signifikan. Namun, pasca pandemi, beberapa produk mengalami penurunan penjualan, menyebabkan potensi kerugian akibat produk kadaluarsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem rekomendasi penjualan cross-selling pada Outlet Sisma Pharma Jakarta dengan menggunakan pendekatan data mining. Pendekatan dapat membantu dalam memaksimalkan penjualan produk dengan mengidentifikasi kombinasi produk yang sering dibeli bersama. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi pengumpulan data transaksi penjualan, preprocessing data, dan penerapan algoritma apriori untuk menemukan pola pembelian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem rekomendasi yang mampu memberikan saran produk tambahan yang potensial dibeli bersama produk utama, sehingga meningkatkan peluang penjualan dan meminimalkan produk kadaluarsa.

Abstract

PT. Vertikal Akses Asia is a company that distributes parking machines. Initial studies indicate that parking machine malfunctions and maintenance data have not been well documented. Therefore, PT. Vertikal Akses Asia needs a system that can improve the efficiency of its machine maintenance management. This research aims to design and develop the information system's architecture for parking machine maintenance. The research and development method is used to apply the Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Architecture Development Method (ADM). The research results in a prototype of an information system architecture for parking machine maintenance, which facilitates maintenance personnel, admin staff, and operational heads in managing schedule data, attendance, and parking machine maintenance reporting. The system has been implemented using Android-based mobile programming.PT. Vertikal Akses Asia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang distributor mesin parkir. Kajian awal menunjukkan bahwa data kerusakan dan perawatan mesin parkir belum didokumentasikan dengan baik. Oleh karena itu PT. Vertikal Akses Asia membutuhkan sebuah sistem yang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan pemeliharaannya mesinnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan rancang bangun arsitektur sistem informasi pemeliharaan mesin parkir yang dibutuhkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Research and Development dengan penerapan metode The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Architecture Development Method (ADM). Hasil penelitian berupa purwarupa arsitektur sistem informasi pemeliharaan mesin parkir yang mempermudah petugas maintenance, staff admin, dan juga kepala operasional yang dalam pengelolaan data jadwal, absensi, dan pelaporan pemeliharaan mesin parkir. Sistem telah diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan pemrograman mobile berbasis android.
