Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas aplikasi company profile berbasis web sebagai media informasi perusahaan bagi pengguna. Evaluasi menggunakan model Open BRR yang mencakup tujuh indikator: Development Process, Documentation, Operational Software, Support, Software Technology, Functionality, serta Community and Adoption. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan metode Euclidean Distance. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa indikator Development Process memperoleh nilai tertinggi sebesar 82%, yang mencerminkan proses pengembangan sistem telah berjalan dengan baik. Disusul oleh Operational Software dengan 81%, serta Support dan Software Technology yang masing-masing mendapat 80%, menunjukkan bahwa aspek operasional, dukungan, dan teknologi sudah cukup andal. Sementara itu, Functionality dan Community and Adoption masing-masing memperoleh 79%, menandakan masih adanya ruang perbaikan pada fitur sistem dan keterlibatan pengguna. Indikator dengan nilai terendah adalah Documentation, yaitu 72%, yang menunjukkan perlunya perbaikan pada dokumentasi agar lebih informatif dan mudah dipahami. Secara keseluruhan, aplikasi ini telah menunjukkan kualitas yang cukup baik, dan evaluasi ini memberikan gambaran objektif serta rekomendasi perbaikan yang dapat dijadikan acuan untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut.   This study was conducted to evaluate the quality of a web-based company profile application that serves as an information medium for users. The evaluation applied the Open BRR quality model, which includes seven indicators: Development Process, Documentation, Operational Software, Support, Software Technology, Functionality, and Community and Adoption. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Euclidean Distance method. The results showed that the Development Process indicator scored the highest at 82%, indicating that the system development process is well-managed. This was followed by Operational Software at 81%, and Support and Software Technology at 80% each, suggesting that operational performance, support, and technology implementation are reliable. Meanwhile, Functionality and Community and Adoption scored 79%, implying that there is still room for improvement in system features and user engagement. The lowest score was found in the Documentation indicator, at 72%, highlighting the need for clearer and more comprehensive user documentation. Overall, the application demonstrates a good level of quality, and this evaluation provides an objective overview along with improvement recommendations that can be used for further development.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi (TI) dalam sektor kehutanan dan agribisnis telah mendorong transformasi digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan keberlanjutan usaha. PT Keong Nusantara Abadi, melalui divisi ThinkWood, mengembangkan website Mitra Sengon sebagai platform kemitraan digital antara perusahaan dan petani lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kualitas perangkat lunak website tersebut menggunakan model Bertoa, yang mencakup enam indikator utama: Functionality, Reliability, Usability, Efficiency, Maintainability, dan Portability. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner terhadap 20 responden, dan hasilnya dianalisis secara kuantitatif menggunakan rumus Euclidean Distance untuk memperoleh nilai keseluruhan kualitas perangkat lunak. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa Efficiency dan Portability memperoleh nilai tertinggi (1,15), sedangkan Usability mendapat nilai terendah (0,7). Nilai total kualitas perangkat lunak yang diperoleh adalah 1,15 dari skala ideal 5. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa website berada pada kategori cukup baik, namun masih memerlukan peningkatan khususnya pada aspek pemeliharaan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan sistem guna mendukung pengalaman pengguna yang lebih optimal dalam program kemitraan digital berbasis agribisnis.   The utilization of Information Technology (IT) in the forestry and agribusiness sectors has driven digital transformation to enhance efficiency and business sustainability. PT Keong Nusantara Abadi, through its ThinkWood division, developed the Mitra Sengon website as a digital partnership platform between the company and local farmers. This study aims to assess the software quality of the website using the Bertoa model, which includes six key indicators: Functionality, Reliability, Usability, Efficiency, Maintainability, and Portability. Data was collected through questionnaires administered to 20 respondents and quantitatively analyzed using the Euclidean Distance formula to determine the overall software quality score. The evaluation results indicate that Efficiency and Portability received the highest scores (1.15), while Usability received the lowest score (0.7). The total software quality score obtained was 1.15 on an ideal scale of 5. These findings suggest that the website falls into the "fairly good" category but still requires improvement, particularly in the area of maintainability. This study provides recommendations for system enhancement to support a more optimal user experience in the digital agribusiness partnership program.

Abstract

Dalam era yang ditandai oleh perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, aplikasi podcast telah menjadi komponen integral dari kehidupan sehari-hari, memperkuat interaksi antara pencipta konten dan pendengar melalui media audio. Sebagai contoh, Policast, sebuah aplikasi podcast yang dikembangkan oleh mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Jember Kampus 4 Sidoarjo, merupakan salah satu wujud dari fenomena ini. Untuk memastikan kebermanfaatan dan kemudahan aksesibilitas aplikasi ini, diperlukan pengujian kualitas pada perangkat lunak tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji aplikasi Policast dengan indikator yang terdapat pada model FURPS. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner dengan perhitungan Euclidean distance untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana aplikasi podcast memenuhi standar kualitas dalam model FURPS. Proses tersebut melibatkan langkah-langkah seperti pemahaman terhadap model FURPS, pembuatan pertanyaan berdasarkan subindikator, penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden yang memiliki pemahaman tentang teknologi, analisis data menggunakan Euclidean distance, dan penyimpulan hasil berdasarkan kategori persentase pencapaian yang mencakup skala dari sangat baik hingga sangat kurang. Berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan model FURPS, aplikasi Policast memiliki nilai kualitas sebesar 73,6%, menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan aplikasi ini dapat dikategorikan sebagai baik. Meskipun terdapat variasi dalam penilaian setiap sub-indikator, rata-rata persentase pencapaian menunjukkan tingkat kualitas yang layak.

Abstract

Ikan merupakan salah satu sumber protein hewani dan sangat diminati masyarakat Indonesia, dari survey bahan makanan yang diminati, bandeng peringkat keempat dibanding bahan makanan yang lain. Khususnya ikan bandeng, ikan ini menjadi satu dari enam ikan yang banyak dikonsumsi masyarakat selain tongkol, kembung, teri, mujair dan lele, maka ketelitian masyarakat ketika membeli ikan bandeng menjadi perhatian serius dalam memilih ikan bandeng segar. Deteksi kesegaran dengan menyentuh tubuh ikan dapat mengakibatkan kerusakan tanpa disengaja, maka deteksi kesegaran ikan harus dilakukan tanpa menyentuh ikan bandeng dengan memanfaatkan citra kondisi mata. Dalam riset ini, kami melakukan eksperimen implementasi klasifikasi kesegaran ikan bandeng sangat segar dan tidak segar berdasarkan mata menggunakan transfer learning dari empat CNN, yaitu Xception, MobileNet V1, Resnet50, dan VGG16. Dari hasil eksperimen klasifikasi dua kelas kesegaran ikan bandeng menggunakan 154 citra menunjukkan bahwa VGG16 mencapai kinerja terbaik dibanding arsitektur lainnya dimana akurasi klasifikasi mencapai 0.97. Dengan akurasi lebih tinggi dibanding arsitektur lainnya maka VGG16 relatif lebih tepat digunakan untuk klasifikasi dua kelas kesegaran ikan bandeng. AbstractFish, one source of animal protein, is an exciting food for Indonesia's people. From a survey of food-ingredients demanded, milkfish are ranked fourth compared to other food-ingredients. Especially for milkfish, this fish is one of the six fish consumed by Indonesia's people besides tuna, bloating, anchovies, tilapia, and catfish, so the exactitude of the people when buying is a severe concern in choosing fresh milkfish. Detection of freshness by touching the fish's body may cause unexpected destruction, so detecting the fish's freshness should be conducted without touching using the eye image. In this research, we conducted an experimental implementation of freshness milkfish classification (vastly fresh and not fresh) based on the eyes using transfer learning from several CNNs, such as Xception, MobileNet V1, Resnet50, and VGG16. The experimental results of the classification of two milkfish freshness classes using 154 images show that VGG16 achieves the best performance compared to other architectures, where the classification accuracy achieves 0.97. With higher accuracy than other architectures, VGG16 is relatively more appropriate for classifying two classes of milkfish freshness.

Abstract

Information regarding marketing distribution data plays a crucial role for business actors in formulating their future business strategies. Marketing distribution data enables companies to perform market segmentation more accurately. By understanding the characteristics and preferences of consumers in each segment, companies can tailor their products and marketing messages to meet specific consumer needs. MetaPolije serves as an alternative solution for mapping marketing distribution data. MetaPolije is a web-based platform designed to facilitate user access. It was developed using the Scrum software development method, which consists of four main phases: planning, sprint, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. MetaPolije provides information about the profiles of objects in a given area, along with comprehensive demographic data for that area. The data visualization displays maps down to the sub-district level, which is customized according to partner requests. Similarly, the various categories of objects shown can be adjusted based on user partner requirements. The demographic data displayed comes from the Sidoarjo Regency Statistics Agency (BPS). Therefore, whenever the Sidoarjo Regency BPS releases the latest population data, the MetaPolije platform updated also. The information presented on the MetaPolije platform can be utilized by policymakers to better understand consumers and for crafting marketing strategies that are more suitable and relevant based on existing data. By utilizing MetaPolije, businesspeople gained better data visualization regarding the types of businesses currently present in a particular area. With the support of available demographic data, it can assist in making subsequent decisions related to appropriate business development policies moving forward.

Abstract

Platform metabase GIS data analysis based on the cloud that has been successfully developed is an alternative solution for spatial-text data analysis. The output of this cloud-based platform not only provides accurate textual information but also precise location representation of the objects. This research examines the quality of the developed platform based on ISO 9126, which consists of six main indicators: functionality, reliability, feasibility, efficiency, maintainability, and portability. Each indicator has different sub-indicators, totaling 22 sub-indicators. The quality assessment results indicate that the platform for metabase GIS data analysis based on the cloud exhibits excellent quality, with an average test result based on the ISO 9126 indicators reaching 93%.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the successful development of MetaPolije. MetaPolije is a platform used for cloud-based spatial-text data analysis utilizing the metabase library. MetaPolije as an alternative solution for users who need a medium for textual data analysis while also displaying precise location data. This platform is developed following the stages of agile method, which consists of several stages, from system requirement to testing. The platform has also undergone functional, validity, and performance testing techniques to ensure its efficiency. The test results have shown that the platform is capable of functioning well according to its intended purpose. Additionally, the platform is able to accurately display visualized data analysis results, including precise location points for each datum. Therefore, it can be concluded that the MetaPolije is a viable platform that meets the standards of functional, validity, and performance testing, making it a dependable and effective tool for data analysis. MetaPolije has been successfully developed by providing the basic features needed by users when conducting spatial text data analysis. The test results indicate that MetaPolije has met the quality testing standards for software based on each specified testing indicator, covering functional, validity, and performance aspects. These features can also be customized according to the users' needs and purposes.
