Abstract

Smartphone merupakan bentuk semakin berkembangnya jaman dan teknologi, salah satunya adalah Smartphone berjenis Android yang sudah maju sangat pesat, Smartphone dapat memberikan dampak negatif sekaligus dampak positif , Smartphone  digunakan untuk melakukan tindak pidana. Saat ini, banyak kasus yang yang dilakukan dengan menghilangkan jejak kejahatan. Barang bukti yang dihapus itu menjadi salah satu bukti penting untuk pihak berwenang melakukan investigasi untuk menyelesaikan tindak pidana kejahatan di pengadilan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode National Institute of Justice (NIJ). Metode ini  merupakan sebuah tahapan yang dapat dilakukan untuk forensic digital metode ini memiliki urutan tahapan identification, Collection, Examination, Analysis, dan Reporting. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan data file excel, File image, File Audio, File Video dan File Zip pada Smartphone Android, Setelah dilakukan percobaan kemudian dilakukan analisis sehingga terdapat hasil berupa temuan yang digunakan untuk penyelidikan dan didapatkan bukti digital. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan hasil  dengan tools Wondershare Dr Fone berdasarkan hasil perhitungan data yang berhasil dikembalikan yaitu Wondershare Dr Fone mendapatkan hasil 63% sedangkan untuk EaseUS Data Recovery mendapatkan hasil 100%  dan tools EaseUS Data Recovery dapat mengembalikan file atau data terhapus dengan baik berdasarkan data yang berisi 30 variabel data dan dapat dikembalkan 30 variabel data, hasil yang didapat lebih maksimal dibandingkan dengan tools Wondershare Dr Fone yang hanya dapat mengembalikan 19 variable data dari total 30 data yang ada

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei - Juni 2022 bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Desa berbasis open source atau yang lebih dikenal dengan Open SID di Desa Rawa Panjang - Bogor. Bentuk kegiatan dilakukan dengan beberapa kegiatan diantaranya adalah sosialisasi dengan pihak Kepala Desa beserta perangkat desa lainnya, mempersiapkan server yang akan digunakan untuk administrasi kependudukan, mengimpor data yang telah didapatkan dari pihak desa dengan melakukan cleaning data terlebih dahulu agar data dapat masuk kedalam sistem informasi desa. implementasi sistem informasi desa telah berjalan lancar dengan jumlah data yang berhasil masuk sebesar 50% dari 24 RW atau sekitar 139 RT. Proses pemasukan data kependudukan terus dilakukan oleh Tim pengabdian masyarakat UPN Veteran Jakarta beserta operator desa.

Abstract

The amount of unprocessed data available every day is growing. This massive amount of data needs to be effectively assessed to give results that are extremely useful. In the present day, it is crucial for inventory management and demand forecasting to collect sales data for commodities or things, together with all their numerous dependent or independent parts. In a Big Mart Company, the use of sales forecasting is to estimate numerous goods that are readily available and supplied at multiple retailers in different towns. As the number of products and outlets increased drastically, it became increasingly difficult to forecast them manually. As a result, it is necessary to see to what extent the relationship between several variables, including price, popularity, time of day, outlet type, outlet location, etc., affects the appeal of a product. In this research, a data cleaning process was carried out, and data visualization using scatter plots, as well as finding Pearson correlations. The raw processing the data with study of a case big mart sales data is taken from the Kaggle website [https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/sandeepgauti/bigmart-sales]. The Pearson correlation test determines a lack of connection between the two Item_Weight and Item_Outlet_Sales variables. There is a strong but negative correlation where if Item_Visibility decreases, Item_Outlet_Sales also decreases. Positive relationships exist between the two Item_MRP and Item_Outlet_Sales variables. In addition to the correlation test, descriptive statistical analysis is also performed here. With this simple data processing, the raw data will be better organized and easier to analyze, read, and use.

Abstract

This article presents the design and development of data warehouse on UPN "Veteran" Jakarta campus library. The method was done by conducting observation and analysis of current system, continued by applying the nine steps (Nine-Step Methodology) to design snowflake schema. The results consist of data warehouse that provides global, relevant, and integrated information that can be seen from various points of view and is expected to support the decision making processes on UPN "Veteran" Jakarta campus library.Artikel ini menyajikan hasil dari proses desain dan pengembangan data warehouse untuk perpustakaan kampus Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta. Metode analisis dilakukan melalui observasi terhadap kondisi eksisting sistem, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan mengimplementasikan Nine-Step Methodology untuk mendesain skema Snowflake. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah data warehouse yang menyajikan informasi yang menyeluruh, relevan dan terintegrasi dan dapat ditinjau dari berbagai sudut pandang, yang diharapkan dapat bermanfaat untuk menunjang proses pengambilan keputusan oleh pihak perpustakaan kampus Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta.

Abstract

This article discusses the usability measurement and evaluation of e-learning being used as a media for the academic staff training program of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. E-learning system usability will be measured based on Nielsen heuristic approach and analyzed with five independent variabels, i.e. learnability, efficiency, memorability, error and satisfaction. The data collection involved 169 respondents from academic staff as e-learning application users. Based on the results of this study, it was found that the aspects of learnability, efficiency and memorability have a significant effect on usability.Artikel ini membahas mengenai pengukuran usability pada aplikasi e-learning serta evaluasi pemanfaatan e-learning sebagai media pelatihan keterampilan tenaga kependidikan UPN “Veteran” Jakarta. Dalam penelitian ini akan diukur tingkat usability sistem berdasarkan pendekatan heuristik Nielsen dan dianalisis dengan lima variabel bebas, yaitu learnability, efficiency, memorability, error dan satisfaction. Pengambilan data dengan kuesioner melibatkan 169 responden pengguna aplikasi e-learning untuk pelatihan tenaga kependidikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan bahwa aspek learnability, efficiency dan memorability berpengaruh signifikan terhadap usability.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi informasi, perkembangan konsep Smart City atau kota cerdas telah menjadi fokus dalam pembangunan perkotaan di berbagai negara. Namun, tidak hanya perkotaan yang dapat memanfaatkan konsep ini, tetapi juga desa-desa di pedesaan. Munculnya konsep Smart Village atau desa cerdas menjadi alternatif untuk mengembangkan desa-desa yang mandiri dan berkelanjutan. Pada pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan kegiatan penjajakan awal hingga penyampaian konsep-konsep smart village di Desa Rawapanjang. Kegiatan ini dapat memberikan gambaran-gambaran kepada perangkat desa dan masyarakat tentang konsep smart village serta tahapan-tahapan esensial dalam membangun smart village dengan berpedoman pada blueprint kerangka fungsional sistem informasi kepemerintahan.

Abstract

The rapid evolution of social media usage in Indonesia, particularly on TikTok, has marked a significant shift in online interaction. Despite initial controversies over negative content, TikTok's popularity surged in 2019 due to features such as the For You Page (FYP), dance challenges, and the increased online activity during the COVID-19 pandemic. Expanding its scope, TikTok introduced e-commerce features, including TikTok Shop, positioning itself as one of Indonesia's leading social commerce platforms. This study analyzes the user experience (UX) of TikTok Shop using the HEART framework (Happiness, Engagement, Adoption, Retention, and Task Success) combined with Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to TikTok Shop users to identify key indicators for enhancing user experience and correlating these with the user interface (UI) of the TikTok Shop menu. Results revealed significant findings in the Cartesian diagram, with key metrics in Quadrant II including H1 (3.767%), H3 (2.31%), A1 (3.767%), and T7 (1.856%). Redesign recommendations were implemented for items categorized as Action and positioned in Quadrants II and III. Post-redesign testing showed a notable improvement, with an average performance increase of 12.1% compared to the initial evaluation. These findings offer insights into optimizing the TikTok Shop interface to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

Abstract

The Technical Implementation Unit for Career Development and Entrepreneurship (UPT PKK) UPN Veteran Jakarta is a facility for students to obtain information related to entrepreneurship and career opportunities. However, the utilization of the UPT PKK UPNVJ website is considered suboptimal, with 71% of respondents stating that the website services still require improvement. This research aims to improve the quality of the UPT PKK UPNVJ website feature services through an information system audit using the COBIT 5.0 framework in the APO, BAI, and DSS domains. The subdomains analyzed include APO (APO01, APO11, APO13), BAI (BAI02, BAI09), and DSS. (DSS01, DSS03). The audit results show an average capability score of 3.78, which falls within the Predictable Process level, with a gap of 0.14 from the expected level. In-depth analysis reveals that the IT processes in the APO11 and APO13 subdomains have a gap of 1 from the expected level, which is level 5. This study concludes that although most processes have met a good level of capability, there are opportunities for improvement in several subdomains to reach the expected level of capability. Improvement recommendations are focused on optimizing IT processes in the APO11 and APO13 subdomains to enhance the overall performance of the UPT PKK website.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas digital pemerintah Desa Tajurhalang dalam mewujudkan tata kelola desa yang transparan dan partisipatif. Mitra utama kegiatan adalah perangkat desa yang selama ini menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan data kependudukan, penyampaian informasi publik, serta efisiensi layanan administratif. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif, tim pelaksana dan mitra bersama-sama merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi desa berbasis OpenSID sebagai solusi berbasis teknologi yang aplikatif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam beberapa tahap, mulai dari identifikasi kebutuhan, instalasi sistem, pelatihan teknis, hingga pendampingan penggunaan sistem secara mandiri. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan aparatur desa mengelola data secara digital, memperluas akses masyarakat terhadap informasi pembangunan, serta mendorong perubahan budaya kerja menuju layanan publik yang lebih terbuka dan efisien. Dampak sosial yang tercipta mencakup tumbuhnya kesadaran digital, keterlibatan warga dalam pemutakhiran data, serta terbentuknya mekanisme pelayanan yang lebih responsif. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi informasi dalam pelayanan desa dapat berhasil apabila dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kolaboratif dan berbasis kebutuhan lokal.

Abstract

Indonesia has diverse art, cultures, and languages. Linguistically, Indonesia has many local languages, which makes it a diverse country, with Javanese being the regional language with the highest number of entries in the Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia. The Javanese script, one of the cultural symbols of Java, differs significantly from the Latin script commonly used in daily communication. In the context of cultural preservation, which is also one of the ministry's strategic steps, a translation or transfer process is needed from the Javanese script to the Latin script to the Indonesian language as an active participation in culture, with technology helping promote and introduce Indonesian culture. This study develops an algorithm-based approach to capture data images and improve translation accuracy. Transliteration is further enhanced by incorporating optical character recognition to convert character images. The study also applies a convolutional neural network (CNN) algorithm for character image recognition and a Levenshtein distance algorithm to translate Latin characters into Indonesian. The convolutional neural network (CNN) algorithm achieved an optimal % image detection accuracy of 95% at the 21st epoch. The translation process yielded a 90% word-level translation accuracy and 70% sentence-level accuracy. These results indicate that sentence translation remains suboptimal due to a lack of sufficient training data and similarities between scripts, highlighting the need for further improvements through transformer models or data augmentation.
