Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work facilities and work enthusiasm on employee work productivity at PT Asda Perkebunan Aek Buru Selatan. The study methodology employs quantitative analysis via data collection approaches via questionnaires. The research sample comprised 35 employees. The study's findings demonstrate that workplace amenities and employee motivation significantly influence productivity. Work facilities encompass tools, resources, and infrastructure that assist employees in performing their tasks more efficiently, hence enhancing their productivity. High work passion demonstrates a commitment to performing tasks and motivates individuals to work more efficiently. Organizations ought to prioritize work environments and enhance employee motivation to boost productivity. Work productivity pertains to the issue of the ultimate outcome, namely the quantity of results achieved in the manufacturing process. This opinion indicates that work productivity is the outcome attained

Abstract

Since the majority of Indonesia's population is Muslim, halal labels and expiration dates on food and beverage products are very important when purchasing. This study focuses on people aged 18 and over in Pulo Padang Village who buy instant noodles. This study will investigate how halal labeling and expiration dates affect buyer choices. The data collection method is by using a questionnaire. The results of the study indicate that halal labels and expiration dates influence customer choices when purchasing goods. The results of the determination test were 72.4 percent, with 27.6 percent influenced by external variables that were not studied.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of online promotion and consumer convenience on the purchase of food products at the bakery house of Kota Pinang Labuhan Batu Selatan. Explanatory research method using hypothesis tests using a quantitative approach using data collection through a questionnaire. The population studied in this study is 50 active consumers at the areca nut bread house. The results of the study show that online promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, and convenience also has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions at the Kota Pinang Bakery. Abstract

This research examines the role of the Irsyadul Islamiyah Tanjung Medan Islamic Boarding School in preserving the Al-Barzanji tradition. Research Using descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation, this research aims to determine the Islamic boarding school's efforts to maintain and teach the Al-Barzanji tradition, identify the challenges faced, and reveal the benefits and socio-religious impacts. The research results show that Islamic boarding schools play an active role in preserving Al-Barzanji through routine learning, competitions, and community involvement in various religious activities. Supporting factors for preservation include the active role of Islamic boarding school caregivers, community support, and the availability of learning resources. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include the decline in interest of students, lack of in-depth understanding of the meaning of Al-Barzanji, the influence of globalization, and the challenges of regeneration. The impact of preserving this tradition can be seen in increasing the spirituality of students, strengthening their character, and creating social harmonization between the Islamic boarding school and the surrounding community. This research concludes that the preservation of Al-Barzanji in Islamic boarding schools not only functions as a means of religious education, but also as a medium for maintaining the continuity of the Islamic cultural heritage of the archipelago. Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji peran Pondok Pesantren Irsyadul Islamiyah Tanjung Medan dalam melestarikan tradisi Al-Barzanji. Penelitian Menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya pesantren dalam menjaga dan mengajarkan tradisi Al-Barzanji, mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi, serta mengungkap manfaat dan dampak sosial keagamaannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pesantren berperan aktif dalam melestarikan Al-Barzanji melalui pembelajaran rutin, perlombaan, dan pelibatan masyarakat dalam berbagai kegiatan keagamaan. Faktor pendukung pelestarian meliputi peran aktif pengasuh pesantren, dukungan masyarakat, dan ketersediaan sumber daya pembelajaran. Sementara faktor penghambat mencakup menurunnya minat santri, kurangnya pemahaman mendalam terhadap makna Al-Barzanji, pengaruh globalisasi, dan tantangan regenerasi. Dampak pelestarian tradisi ini terlihat pada peningkatan spiritualitas santri, penguatan karakter, serta terciptanya harmonisasi sosial antara pesantren dan masyarakat sekitar. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelestarian Al-Barzanji di pesantren tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sarana pendidikan keagamaan, tetapi juga sebagai medium untuk menjaga keberlangsungan warisan budaya Islam Nusantara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran video animasi terhadap pemahaman siswa pada materi shalat gerhana dan shalat jenazah mata pelajaran pendidikan agama islam dan budi pekerti kelas VIII di UPTD SMP NEGERI 1 SEI KANAN T.A 2024-2025. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik UPTD SMP NEGERI 1 SEI KANAN kelas VIII yang berjumlah 138 siswa dari 5 kelas yaitu (VIII1 , VIII2 , VIII3, VIII4, VIII5). Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik acak, dimana penulis mengambil sampel 20% dari jumlah siswa seluruh kelas VIII. Maka sampel pada penelitian ini 28 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai korelasi rxy = (6,154) dan nilai Df= 28-2=26 diperoleh rtabel pada taraf signifikan 5% sebesar (2,05553) dan uji regresi berganda (R Square) sebesar 0,659 artinya terdapat pengaruh media pembelajaran video animasi terhadap pemahaman siswa kelas VIII sebesar 65,9% dan 34,1% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya. Dengan demikian rxy lebih besar dari rtabel sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh media pembelajaran video animasi terhadap pemahaman siswa pada materi shalat gerhana dan shalat jenazah mata pelajaran pendidikan agama islam dan budi pekerti kelas VIII di UPTD SMP NEGERI 1 SEI KANAN T.A 2024-2025.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of menu diversity and promotions on purchasing decisions for food products at Wina Kitchen, which is located in Kampung Wonosari, Jln. Aek Paing Bawah II, North Rantau District. The background to this research is the importance of culinary business strategy in facing increasingly fierce competition, especially through menu innovation and effective promotional approaches. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through surveys of Wina Kitchen consumers. The research results show that menu diversity has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, because consumers tend to choose eating places that offer various choices according to their preferences. Apart from that, promotions also play an important role in encouraging purchasing decisions, especially through social media and discounts that attract customer attention. The combination of the two creates a significant positive impact on consumer interest and loyalty. In conclusion, both menu diversity and promotions are key factors that must be managed strategically to increase purchasing decisions at Wina Kitchen. It is hoped that this research will provide an overview for culinary business actors regarding the importance of product innovation and marketing strategies that focus on customer needs.
