Abstract

High turnover rates can lead to losses for a company. The turnover phenomenon begins with turnover intention, which is influenced by several factors, including job satisfaction and work environment. This study quantitatively analyzes the influence of job satisfaction and work environment on employee turnover intention at PT. XYZ. Involving 62 respondents and using multiple linear regression analysis, the study results show that both job satisfaction and work environment, partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention. The R-square calculation result is 0.225, which means that the job satisfaction and work environment variables collectively explain 25.5% of the variance in turnover intention among PT. XYZ employees. The remaining variance can be explained by other variables beyond the scope of this study.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan hal yang selalu menjadi ukuran penilaian dalam sebuah perusahaan. Namun, kinerja karyawan umumnya menunjukkan bagaimana pekerja dapat menjalankan pekerjaannya dengan baik, sehingga akan selalu ada karyawan atau pekerja yang kinerjanya baik, dan ada juga yang kinerjanya kurang baik. Dua faktor yang secara umumnya mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Kedua faktor ini tidak hanya berpengaruh secara individual terhadap kinerja karyawan, tetapi juga memiliki hubungan saling mempengaruhi. Stres kerja yang tinggi dapat mengurangi kepuasan kerja, sementara kepuasan kerja yang tinggi dapat berfungsi sebagai buffer terhadap stres kerja dan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan total sampel 40 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan pengelolaan data menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa secara simultan Stres Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,567 menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja dan stress kerja berpengaruh sebesar 56,7% terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology and the post-pandemic transformation of work have accelerated the adoption of hybrid working as a flexible model that combines remote and on-site work arrangements. This study aims to systematically review and analyze the existing body of research on hybrid working in order to identify key trends, research gaps, and future directions. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method was employed to synthesize prior studies and to evaluate the theoretical and practical implications of hybrid working for organizational productivity, employee well-being, and management practices. Complementing the SLR, a bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer and data from the Scopus database was conducted to map the distribution of publications, collaboration patterns, and scholarly impact within this research domain. The results indicate that research on hybrid working has expanded significantly since the COVID-19 pandemic, with a primary focus on digital transformation, employee engagement, and work–life balance. However, notable gaps remain, particularly in studies addressing leadership adaptability, organizational culture transformation, and the long-term sustainability of hybrid work models. Overall, the findings provide a comprehensive overview of the evolution of hybrid working research and offer valuable insights for policymakers, organizational leaders, and scholars seeking to design effective, inclusive, and sustainable hybrid work systems.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of halal labels on purchasing decisions with brand image as an intervening variable on Solaria restaurant consumers in Jakarta. This quantitative study was conducted using a questionnaire, the questionnaire as a research instrument using a Likert scale. Determination of the research sample using purposive sampling, with the criteria of Solaria restaurant consumers in the last year located in Jakarta and willing to fill out the questionnaire given by the researcher. From the distribution of data, 80 questionnaires were collected which were suitable for further processing. The collected data is processed using SmartPLS software. The results showed that the halal label and brand image had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image brand image was a significant mediating variable between the influence of halal labels on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank XYZ. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah disiplin kerja (X1) dan kepuasan kerja (X2), sedangkan variabel dependen adalah kinerja karyawan (Y). Fenomena yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah menurunnya produktivitas dan efektivitas kerja karyawan yang diduga disebabkan oleh rendahnya kedisiplinan dan tingkat kepuasan kerja terhadap pekerjaan yang dijalankan.. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada 50 responden. Metode penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis menggunakan Uji Asumsi Klasik seperti Uji Autokorelasi, Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Normalitas, Uji Heterokedastisitas serta menggunakan alat analisis Regresi Berganddan regresi linier berganda analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 22.0. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, secara simultan disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank XYZ.
