Abstract

The intense competition in the business world requires companies to innovate their products so that customers do not switch to competitors' products. Product development is a crucial factor that companies must undertake. This research aims to determine the influence of the supply chain and inventory management on product development. The research method used is quantitative research conducted in pharmaceutical companies. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 60 employees of PT. Pharmacy. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26. The research results indicate that the supply chain, together with inventory management, has an impact on product development. This illustrates the crucial role of raw material suppliers and the availability of supporting raw materials in meeting the needs, which will support the success of product development.

Abstract

Dapur Enin Bandung UMKM memulai usahanya dengan menjual rice bowl tetapi sekarang lebih fokus pada usaha katering, Usaha katering yang digeluti Dapur Enin Bandung semakin berkembang, tetapi juga memiliki banyak pesaing. Karena UMKM yang menjalankan usaha katering juga cukup banyak. Oleh karena itu kondisi ini menuntut pihak pengelola untuk meningkatkan produktivitas supaya tetap dapat memenuhi permintaan konsumen sesuai dan jumlah, kualitas dan waktu yang ditentukan. Tujuan kegiatan PKM ini adalah untuk membantu Dapur Enin Bandung untuk bisa meningkatkan produktivitasnya dengan menggunakan SOP (Standard Operating Procedures). Karena saat ini Dapur Enin Bandung belum memiliki SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) untuk kegiatan usahanya. Sehingga memungkinkan terjadinya kegagalan produksi, kualitas produksi yang rendah dan produk yang dihasilkan tidak sesuai standar bahkan bisa terjadi kecelakan selama melakukan pekerjaan, Kegiatan dilakukan dimulai dengan mengunjungi lokasi kegiatan PkM, yaitu ke Dapur Enin Bandung, wawancara, Pemaparan Materi,  pelatihan dan pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan PkM ini pihak Dapur Enin Bandung memahami mengenai SOP , manfaat dan tujuan digunakanya SOP, bisa menyusun SOP,  serta menerapkannya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility and business development strategy of KALN, a local men's fashion brand targeting automotive communities in Indonesia. The research adopts the Customer Value Theory, Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas (BMC), and the Timmons Model. A qualitative descriptive approach is employed through literature review, field observation, and interviews with automotive community members. The findings reveal that KALN holds strong market potential, particularly through the integration of functional, emotional, and social values in its product design. SWOT and BMC analyses indicate that KALN can compete by leveraging a community-based differentiation strategy. This article recommends digital marketing strategies, collaborations with communities, and enhanced brand engagement to support business growth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of customer satisfaction, price, and promotion on customer loyalty in the Sunday yoga class at Yoga Nature Class, Podomoro Park. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The sample consists of 94 respondents who are regular participants in the Sunday yoga class held at 07.00 AM. The research instrument is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Data were analyzed through validity and reliability tests, descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that, partially, customer satisfaction, price, and promotion each have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Simultaneously, the three variables also significantly influence customer loyalty. These findings indicate that improvements in satisfaction, appropriate pricing, and effective promotional strategies can enhance participants’ loyalty to the weekly yoga class. In conclusion, customer satisfaction, price, and promotion are key factors in building customer loyalty in fitness service offerings such as yoga classes. This study is expected to provide valuable insights for the management of Yoga Nature Class in designing more customer-oriented marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work experience, education level and employee work productivity on employee work productivity in the business division of Perumda BPR Bank Sumedang both partially and simultaneously. The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative research with descriptive research objectives. The collection technique in this study uses questionnaires, interviews, documentation, and observations. The sample in this study used a census method with 118 respondents. The method used was quantitative descriptive verification through a questionnaire to 118 employees in the business division, analyzed by multiple linear regression using SPSS 27. The results of the study show that work experience has a significant positive effect on employee work productivity, education level has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan lokasi cabang baru PT. Adi Sarana Armada Tbk (Assa Rent) di Kota Bandung, dengan fokus pada penggabungan dua divisi usaha, yaitu divisi rental dan divisi lelang kendaraan. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi saat ini meliputi keterbatasan lahan parkir, biaya mobilisasi kendaraan antar lokasi, serta ketergantungan pada vendor eksternal untuk penitipan kendaraan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menentukan bobot kepentingan masing-masing kriteria, serta metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) untuk menilai dan membandingkan alternatif lokasi berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria utama, yaitu: ketersediaan lahan, aksesibilitas, biaya operasional, dan kedekatan dengan pasar. Data diperoleh melalui observasi lapangan dan kuesioner kepada para pengambil keputusan di perusahaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ketiga metode menghasilkan kecenderungan yang serupa, di mana lokasi PO menjadi alternatif paling layak sebagai lokasi cabang baru. Sementara itu, posisi kedua dan ketiga secara konsisten ditempati oleh lokasi Cibiru dan Jl. Rumah Sakit.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the factors influencing Nazar Paint wall paint customers' happiness in Bandung, Indonesia, with respect to the product and service quality. Customer complaints about product and service quality are one of the important topics that formed the basis of this study. The study makes use of a quantitative technique that combines descriptive and verification techniques. The data was gathered by sending out surveys to one hundred people who had bought and used wall paint from Nazar Paint. Several statistical tests, including multiple linear regression, the F-test, and the t-test, were used to examine the data. The research found that customer satisfaction is positively and significantly impacted by both product and service quality, either singly or in combination. If the Nazar Paint wall paint business unit in Bandung wants to keep its customers happy, it should follow these recommendations and make their products more consistent and their services better.

Abstract

Abstrak Tantangan para UMKM untuk mempertahankan dan mengembangkan usahanya adalah memuaskan pelanggannya. Untuk memuaskan pelanggannya para UMKM harus dapat mengetahui dengan pasti yang menjadi kebutuhan dan keinginan dari pelanggannya. Sehingga produk dan layanan yang diberikan dan dikembangkan dapat sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan para pelanggan. Menciptakan produk dan layanan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan pelanggan tentunya tidaklah mudah. Bila tidak benar-benar dipahami tentunya akan terjadi pemborosan dalam melakukan pembuatan produk atau layanan yang akan diberikan. Oleh karena itu para UMKM perlu diberi pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang Design Thinking, Lean Startup dan Agile. Supaya para UMKM dapat mengetahui kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen, sehingga akan membuat desain produk atau layanan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen. Hal ini juga akan berdampak pada penurunan pemborosan saat melakukan perancangan, pembuatan dan penyampaian produk dan layanan kepada pelanggan. Kegiatan PkM ini dilakukan dengan tujuan memberi pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang Design Thinking, Lean Startup dan Agile. Dan mempraktekkan menyusun design thinking lean startup, dan agile. Kegiatan ini melibatkan sebanyak 30 UMKM Binaan Kadin Kota Bandung. Metode kegiatan ini adalah Pelatihan kemudian dilanjutkan dengan praktek. Dari kegiatan ini para UMKM dapat menyusun rancangan design thinking dan cara untuk mengurangi/menghilangkan pemborosan dan teknologi yang tepat untuk membuat usaha para UMKM dapat bertumbuh dan berkembang. Kata Kunci: agile; design thinking; lean startup Abstract The challenge for MSMEs to maintain and develop their businesses is to satisfy their customers. To satisfy their customers, MSMEs must be able to know for sure what their customers need and want. So that the products and services provided and developed can be in accordance with the needs and desires of customers. Creating products and services that are in accordance with the needs and desires of customers is certainly not easy. If it is not truly understood, of course there will be waste in making the products or services that will be provided. Therefore, MSMEs need to be given knowledge and insight about Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Agile. So that MSMEs can know the needs and desires of consumers, so that they will create product or service designs that are in accordance with the needs and desires of consumers. This will also have an impact on reducing waste when designing, making and delivering products and services to customers. This PkM activity is carried out with the aim of providing knowledge and insight about Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Agile. And practicing compiling lean startup design thinking, and agile. This activity involved 30 MSMEs fostered by the Bandung City Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The method of this activity is Training then continued with practice. From this activity, MSMEs can create design thinking plans and ways to reduce/eliminate waste and the right technology to make MSME businesses grow and develop.Keywords: agile; design thinking; lean startup.
