Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Social Media, Price, and Servicescape on Purchase Decisions at Warkop Mie Aceh Hijrah Jaya Medan Amplas. In this research, data collection was conducted using purposive sampling, with a sample of 84 respondents. All analyses in this research were assisted by the SPSS 25.0 software. The data analysis techniques used included classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on the t-test results, it was found that the significance value (Sig.) of Social Media was 0.000 < 0.05 and the t-count value (3.783) > t-table (1.664). Therefore, it can be concluded that the Social Media variable has a positive and significant influence on the Purchase Decision variable. Furthermore, the significance value for the Price variable was 0.000 < 0.05, and the t-count value (5.435) > t-table (1.664). Thus, it can be concluded that the Price variable significantly influences the Purchase Decision variable. Next, the significance value for the Servicescape variable was 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant influence on the Purchase Decision variable. Based on the data, the t-count value was (9.892) > t-table (1.664). Therefore, it can be stated that the Servicescape variable has a positive and significant influence on the Purchase Decision variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and gain a deep understanding of the effect of working capital management and sales growth on profitability at PT. Panji Anugerah Sentosa Medan during the period 2022 to 2024. The population in this study consists of the company's annual financial statements, including the balance sheet and income statement for that period. The sampling technique used is total sampling, where all available data is used as a research sample. The approach used in this study is quantitative, utilizing primary and secondary data obtained from the company's annual financial statements. To analyze the data, a multivariate analysis method was applied using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that based on the partial t-test, the working capital management variable has a significance value of 0.00 and a regression coefficient of 4.718. This indicates that working capital management has a positive and significant effect on the company's profitability as measured by the Return On Asset (ROA) ratio. Meanwhile, the sales growth variable shows a significance value of 0.137 and a regression coefficient of -1.526, which indicates that sales growth does not have a significant effect on the company's profitability based on the ROA ratio.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social capital, digital literacy, and entrepreneurial orientation on the sustainability of micro and small enterprises (MSEs) in Sitirejo Village, Medan Amplas District. MSEs are important pillars in the local economy, but still face various challenges such as limited access to capital, low utilization of digital technology, and lack of innovation and market adaptation. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The population in this study were all MSE actors in Sitirejo Village totaling 85 respondents, where the sampling technique used the saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS software versions 30 and 25. The results of the study are expected to show that social capital, digital literacy, and entrepreneurial orientation, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant influence on business sustainability. This study provides an important contribution to MSE actors, academics, and the government in designing sustainable business development strategies through strengthening social networks, increasing digital literacy, and strengthening entrepreneurial orientation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational support, leadership and motivation on the performance of the Tanjung Morawa sub-district office employee, Deli Serdang Regency. The population in this study were 32 employees who worked at the Tanjung Morawa sub-district office. Samples were processed using saturated sampling, namely taking the entire population to be sampled, namely 32 samples. Data collection techniques using the method of documentation, interviews and questionnaires. The classical assumption test used is the Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test and Heteroscedasticity Test. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the variables of organizational support, leadership and motivation have an effect on employee performance. The results of this study also show that the variables of organizational support, leadership and motivation simultaneously affect employee performance.

Abstract

It is important to develop research to support food and energy sustainability. This includes managing existing risks, because risk is the core of the paradigm underlying risk management initiatives. This research is aimed at analyzing priority risks in the on-farm aspects of cassava. The research location is in Serdang Bedagai Regency, which is a cassava production center in North Sumatra. This research uses the analytic network process method with the help of superdecision software. We involved three experts in the field of cassava farming who we chose based on experience, knowledge and interests in cassava cultivation in the research area. The identification results in this research found five stages carried out in cassava farming and each stage has potential risks. We also identified three risk criteria and eleven risk sub-criteria. Through analysis using the analytic network process method, we have found that the three priority risks in this research are the risk of low market prices, fertilizer costs and flood risk. Based on the results of this research, we have also explained the managerial implications intended for the future progress of cassava farming.

Abstract

Di Desa Sei Kepayang Tengah, Kabupaten Asahan, pengaruh Reputasi dan Word Of Mouth Terhadap Kepercayaan Pelanggan Tokopedia dipelajari dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh masyarakat Desa Sei Kepayang Tengah Kabupaten Asahan, yang terdiri dari 3894 orang dengan 996 kepala keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel probabilitas proporsional stratified random sampling. Rumus Slovin digunakan untuk mengumpulkan sampel. Jumlah total responden penelitian adalah 101. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Word Of Mouth berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan Pelanggan Tokopedia Di Desa Sei Kepayang Tengah Kabupaten Asahan dengan koefisien 0,648, nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (10,154 lebih besar dari 1.6600), dan nilai signifikan 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05.Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa kedua faktor yang memengaruhi kepercayaan pelanggan Tokopedia di Desa Sei Kepayang Tengah Kabupaten Asahan adalah reputasi dan kata - kata mulut; nilai Fhitung (73,163) lebih besar daripada Ftabel (3,09), dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 lebih rendah daripada 0,05

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh Kemampuan Mengenali Peluang dan Jaringan Kewirausahaan sehubungan dengan Kinerja Usaha pada pedagang pakaian di Pusat Pasar Medan. Dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif, pelaku usaha dituntut untuk mengoptimalkan faktor internal maupun eksternal agar mampu mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kinerja usahanya. Metode kajian yang dipakai ialah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Kajian melibatkan 60 pedagang aktif yang ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Capaian analisis menunjukkan bahwa Jaringan Kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan mempunyai dampak sehubungan dengan Kinerja Usaha (p = 0,003 < 0,05), sedangkan Kemampuan Mengenali Peluang tidak memberikan pengaruh yang mempunyai dampak (p = 0,676 > 0,05). Secara simultan, kedua komponen berpengaruh secara mempunyai dampak sehubungan dengan Kinerja Usaha (p = 0,011 < 0,05). Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,145 mengindikasikan bahwa kontribusi kedua komponen sehubungan dengan pengembangan kinerja usaha masih relatif rendah, sehingga dimungkinkan adanya faktor lain yang lebih dominan memengaruhi capaian tersebut. Temuan kajian ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan jaringan kewirausahaan ialah strategi krusial bagi pelaku UMKM, khususnya dalam sektor perdagangan pakaian, guna memperluas akses informasi, meningkatkan kolaborasi, serta memperkuat daya saing usaha di tengah dinamika pasar yang terus berubah

Abstract

Kajian ini menganalisis pengaruh keterampilan wirausaha dan keunggulan bersaing sehubung dengan kebercapaianan UMKM kuliner di Central Pasar Medan, memakai metode kuantitatif dengan 60 responden. Capaian regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan wirausaha tidak berpengaruh mempunyai dampak (p = 0,139), sementara keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh mempunyai dampak sehubung dengan keberhasilan usaha (p = 0,000; korasional = 0,560). Secara simultan, kedua komponen berpengaruh mempunyai dampak dengan nilai determinasi R² sebesar 65,4%. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya keunggulan bersaing, seperti kualitas komiditas dan responsivitas pasar, dalam meningkatkan kebercapaianan UMKM
